Smoke Smart

Moving from another state and trying to find that one good vape shop to hit up is super stressful. But, I have been pleasantly surprised by the variety of juice, tanks, and other products that this shop keeps in stock. My wife and I have had some great experiences with the staff and the manner in which they tend to their customers. I have to give them a solid five-star rating and that is tough to find these days with this type of product. Great job and keep up the good work guys!

While the atmosphere, pool table and free coffee are really cool....the prices for disposable vapes are insane!!!!! They sell the same vape for 29.99 that the shop does for 18.50. I would never come here if they didnt open so early. Save yourself some money and go to the shop right down the street.

Have the juice I needed and also had a full assortment of coil wattage which is not normal at vape shops. Gonna be my go to since the other store I went to sadly closed.

They made suggestions about the different types of gummies they have and what I am looking for. They didn’t pressure me into buy extra things. Today was my first visit there and I was thoroughly impressed. I spoke with the GM and an associate named Josh and both were friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up a 5MM thick water pipe for $48 and was very happy with the size, thickness, and price—I don’t think you will find any competition that can match that. And the vape juice selection was amazing—they sell geek vape products and had all the accessories needed for my Zeus tank. Great shop!!!

The store was out of a flavor that I wanted. He said they were expecting a delivery that week, but I dont live in the area. He recommended a different flavor, Cloud Nurdz Peach Blue Raspberry and I was pleased with his recommendation. He was very helpful.

Nice shop. They have a very large selection of e-juices and other products. Seems like there is a fair bit of turnover, so the chances of getting a new employee that doesnt really know the products is high. Staff is always very nice though.

I went in, browsed a bit, and they didnt pressure me. Prices werent just good for a store front, they were comparable to online prices. When I finally started talking, the staff was super knowledgeable. Also, they actually had vape safety equipment! I purposely said something crazy, saying I was going to try a build I know wouldnt work to see their reaction. They gently tried suggesting a better build, but when I persisted, they dropped the subject. Could not ask for a better handling of a difficult customer. Now that Im done testing them, they have my business for sure!

Had issues with the id verification. Contacted them on a holiday and had it resolved in minutes! Great customer service and they go the extra mile to ship juice while dealing with the constant regulation changes! Highly recommended 👌

Have known the owners (Jim and Cara) over three years now. They helped my wife and I kick the tobacco habit for 3 years. The service that is provided at their locations is top notch. Also the knowledge of equipment, juice and service is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else and yes I have tried some of the competition and they do not even come close.

Awesome juice selection. The merchandise is, price-wise, equal to or only a little higher than what youd find online. The staff are very helpful. Even if I am going in or calling with questions about a product I have already purchased, they are still helpful and I still feel I am being put first.

So today I was in the store twice. The first visit was very pleasant, as usual, the second not so much. I purchased, on the first visit, a nautilus mini tank and was disappointed with the performance of the tank. The defective tank has little airflow, making it seem as though the tank is clogged. This lead to a build up of juice and reduced vapor production. A coworker of mine has the same tank that I have tried, without the same issue. When I called to ask about the issue I told the associate that if they would not trade the tank in then I would not come back in, I was informed that if there was a problem that the tank would be replaced. Upon arrival to the store my wife and I watched the associate use the tank, with little vapor production, and tell me that thats how the tank is supposed to work. Then the manager eventually came over, and I was again informed that this is how the the tank is supposed to work. I hardly believe that that would be the standard. Regardless, the claim that this tank just happens to draw differently than every other tank Ive ever had or seen should have been mentioned at some point during the initial transaction. As well, the manager refused to give us any way of contacting any other member of administrative staff, claiming that you can talk to me, thats it Ive been a customer of yours since the store initially opened. After this exchange I feel that Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Its borderline embarrassing that Ive been so loyal to one establishment and the same would so blatantly go against their customer service claims, as well as treat a long time customer by giving the impression of you bought it, your problem, not mine anymore. When they first opened it was 5 ⭐s. People were and still are friendly and helpful, but now they are always low stocked and out of regular juices and supplies, like coils. They are always quick to sell you something you dont want, come back next week...it should be in then, or give us your phone # and well call you when it comes in. Not good business practice towards established customers who have been 100% loyal since opening day.Added 11/29/2029 - Perhaps a web based purchasing system for reordering coils, juices, etc. would be a viable solution for best business practices with well established customers. Your computerized register already has customer information (you always ask for our name during checkout, right?), and surely this transaction system must tie into your inventory accounting. That insight into customer buying frequency, habits, usage of product is a goldmine of information for you. So potentially when your customer places an online order, Smoke Smart could message the customer when the product(s) is/are in stock to come to the store and pick up the item(s). In closing, I couldnt care less about the medias negative smear campaign, and perhaps, neither should Smoke Smart owners. My favorite vape shop (for several years). Ive been a patron of Smoke Smart since they opened the first location less than a mile from this one. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy, and friendly, knowledgeable people work here. Prices are competitive (even with online) which is really great.

Smoke Smart is great! The place is always packed, but theyre worth the wait. All of their staff Ive talked to has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they carry just about everything! I was surprised to see the prices are competitive (or better than!) mail-order shops online. They certainly won my business.

Just moved to the area and I love this vape store. Everyone is always welcoming and knowledgeable. They also have great deals everyday of the week.

The staff here are exceptional. Elijah was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain to me mechanical mod battery safety practices and everything I needed to know about handling those devices. Theyve got a stellar selection of juices. Great spread of hardware options as well. Plus, its that only place where you can get an inline voltmeter for under 5$. The pictures speak for themselves as far as the elegant layout of their modern, massive lounge. Theyve had every specific item that Ive ever walked in there asking for, and at a more than reasonable price. Even if youve got to drive 30 min to get there, its more than worth the trip.

I love this place. Been using them for years. Always extremely pleasant when I go in. I tell them what Im after, and they lay out my options. Affordable and convenient. You go to this store and you wont go anywhere else.

Came in to get a new battery for my vapor and was very happy with the experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped get me exactly what I needed. They explained features of different models but I never felt pressured.

Ive been ordering their 120ml bottles for quite a while now and have been very happy with their prices and quick delivery. I recently placed my usual 120ml order of my favorite juice and upon receiving the juice I noticed the color was a little off but didnt think much of it. Turns out after using it there was something wrong with the juice because it had a very bad taste after about a days use in my tank (with a fresh coil). I cleaned my tank out swapped the coil and tried it again and got the same result. I brought it to smoke smarts attention and they told me they would test the juice and get back to me but in the meantime they sent me 4, 30ml bottles to replace the bottle I had an issue with! If that is not outstanding customer service I dont know what is! I will most definitely continue to do business with these guys and refer everyone I know to order from them because they have their customers back and go out of their way to be sure their customers are satisfied with their orders even when the mishap is not because of them. Thank you smoke smart and keep up the good work!

Always friendly staff. I called them about 15 minutes before they closed to make sure they had my coil in stock. I hate to be that guy but I got caught up at work and had to stay late. Anyways a lot of places try and close up shop 10-15 minutes early, and had these guys done that, I would have been bummed with a burnt coil. But they didnt. And they didnt act like I was a burden to them walking in 10 minutes before they close. The guy even offered to change it for me and filled up my tank. Very satisfied, thank you.

Not upset so much about the fact that this store never has the coils that I need because they never order enough and then sell out; but Im irritated that I was talked to like I was a complete idiot. I never have a problem with Chris or Zack when I go in; but it seems every time I walk in the door and Kristen (?) Helps me I get talked down to like I dont know anything, I get the same things Everytime I come in and have gotten very used to getting the things I need; but with her the customer is never right. I hate saying it but its not just once in a while it seems like Everytime she helps me I have issues. So the store gets a 5 star review because they are great but after my experience with her today she gets a 2 star review

Huge juice selection, all high quality, lowest prices. Also stock popular and quality mods, tanks, RDAs, other forms or devices for vaping, and virtually any accessory youd need. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable for any questions or advice, giving this place some of the best customer service Ive ever had in a store.Only cons, 1) during certain times of day when they get busy it can take a long time to get through the line, 2) the accessories and *some* of the mods/tanks can be fairly high in price compared to average market value. Otherwise, the store is practically perfect.

Have been there multiple times. Still havent been able to help me. I purchased an Aspire Nautilus, damn thing leaks if it tips over. Recommended by staff. They dont seem to be able to answer anything I cant look up on google.. I wish someone could tell me why I burn coils sop fast. Voltage? Ohms? How long I draw? Ive asked all these questions to 3 different employees on different days. No one can answer me. Also, what tank will not leak, and give me good draws? These are all questions any employee should be able to answer. None have.

Great place with fantastic customer service; even in high volume times where employees cannot get to you right away, they acknowledge you so you know they will be with you.Equipment is reasonably priced (usually lower) than other vap stores in the area with a wide selection of juices. The juices start around $5 and go up from there depending on manufacturer. Like other vapor stores, you can try before you buy.

They have some of the best customer service Ive come across in St.Peters. They went above and beyond my expectations to help me when I broke my tip on my e cigg (twice) While they do tend to run out of supplies from time to time... I dont hold it against them because if they dont have what I need they have always offered every possible option they can to help and make me a satisfied customer. I love this store and I love that they stand behind all of their products!

I would give this review a perfect 5 star if it was based solely on the staff. They are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond. I have had the pleasure of working with chris, avery, and zach on multiple occasions. They are the epitome of great customer service. Unreal knowledge and true passion for the products.However, whomever does the purchasing for this store could use a little more training. I dont think of of the 50+ times I have been in this store. That they have actually had the product that I came in for. Coils, pods(for the amazing mod i was just sold from here) and the juices. Always out of 6mg on half the juices. After purchasing the pod mod. The next week I went back In to purchase pods. Same old story. Asked for a new 35mg salt nic. Only flavor in stock. The one I currently have already. I always come here first but sadly, usually have to go elsewhere to get everything i need.

I love coming here because they keep so much in stock, every time I come. Their associates are always helpful and friendly. Their prices and specials are awesome. The only vape shop I will go too.

Good place and very friendly and helpful people working there all the time. Only bad thing is as soon as you find something you like (juice or otherwise) they WILL stop carrying it. It never ends and for some reason they just will not stay with any one supplier. It changes too much I just buy online all the time now since SM has become like this. Good place just dont get used to anything. This place is horrible. Find Something you like and they WILL not carry it next week, always left guessing here. Im downgrading them to one star from 3 and they deserve 0.

Awesome place. Very comfortable and the staff is friendly..I bought my first electronic vaping device here. They have a lounge setup with a pool tables and couches. Great selection of e-juices as well. I am a regular here from now on.

Need I say more?The setup in the Vape store is very nice, they have all their products neatly displayed and organized on shelves, they sell a ton of different juices, all of which you can try before you buy. You can get each flavor in many different varieties of nicotine including 0 mg. Its great. Its a great environment in there, very laid back, calm but still collected. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they actually listen to you and help you based off of what you want and not what they want you to buy. Its a great store and if youre looking for an awesome vape store that you can hangout at and buy vapes and/or juices this is most certainly the place to go.

It looks really nice inside and has a nice setup. Unfortunately the Vape Mod I bought ended up being pretty terrible after only about a month. It was a pricy small one and doesnt hold a charge anymore. Also when trying to charge it to get a few hours of use, the USB cable has to be held in with pressure to even charge. I also found the same model of this kit online for about $50.00 cheaper.

I came into Smoke Smart trying to go to my regular spot that had recently moved. I went in and spoke with Logan. I explained that I was having issues with my current set-up. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and pointed me in the right direction of a new set-up that I absolutely love. I would travel a little out of my way to return here. I would definitely recommend Smoke Smart!

I was an online customer. Great service if ordering. Returning is another question, especially if an employee is no longer with the company. The company doesnt stand by their word! Not to mention how long and how much communication it took to get the credit for the item which they would take back. I am at a loss.

Bought two Atomic rdas. I returned one because it had issues. They said it was a fake and they didnt sell it to me. Bullshit and I can prove it. They are selling fakes. Give them a try if you dont think so. Good luck on returns, trades or refunds. I caught one in the rear this time. You dont have to. Always get a certificate of Authenticity.

I bought a Cuboid Mini kit less than a month ago and have been back twice with problems. The product is obviously defective and all I want is a replacement. But its buyer beware and too bad so sad. The staff could not figure out the latest problem and instead of offering to replace it, they tried to sell me a $30 tank. Wal-Mart sucks but at least theyll replace something defective.

Go to for any and all vape supplies, true believers that offer education and hand-holding for veterans and rookies alike. I order some things online now after years of their coaching, but all my juice is tested here first and prices are close enough to anything online, you are better going in for the experience.

I started vaping a year ago at my sons insistance, I didnt know anything or what I needed to get started. He took me to Smoke Smart to get me set up the staff was absolutely great walked me through what I needed to get going and set it all up. They let me sample various flavors, and never once did I feel like I was bothering them. We live close to Kansas City, but EVERYTIME we come to St. Peters to visit family, I visit Smoke Smart and get stocked up. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Happy to say I have quit cigarettes for 1 year now. THANKS SMOKE SMART!!! Oh PS I have had to order online a few times, and that service has been excellent as well.

Very nice and they will sit down with you and answer all of your questions, make recommendations and let you take all the time in the world sampling the different flavors. A pretty good selection of flavors and levels of nicotine. They really do a good job of making you feel welcome and like your just hanging out with old friends. If I HAD to point out a downside I guess it would be a larger selection of Mods, but thats just being nit picky.

Im new to vaping, and the staff walked me through everything. Ended up buying what I needed to get started. They have a great selection of mods, tanks, and liquids. Its a drive for me to get there, but the staff won me over.

Was a loyal customer of Smoke Smart back when it was ran by Cara and Jim who initially opened it after coming to St. Louis(started under a tent at the Wentzville Flea Market). The last few years since they sold it has gone down hill and is a far cry from their creation. The last 4 times Ive gone in Ive been told the items I need are out of stock and the stock they do have is bare bones. I dont believe a company that cant get its inventory logistics under control will last very long.

I went there for the first time from a suggestion of a co-worker about 3 weeks ago. I cant express enough how helpful the staff was. I have never been to a vape store with employees that were as patient, knowledgeable, and helpful as Smoke Smart in Valley Park.With many other shops, the staff are lazy, careless, and dont really seem to care of you leave happy or not.The guys here, especially the big guy with the fluffy beard have been awesome. Last week my brother was in from KC and was considering quitting smoking. Fluffy Beard was working again and was so darn helpful and helped him find just the right flavor. My brother has been 6 days without a cigarette!Thanks so much Smoke Smart, and Fluffy Beard!

I will be contacting the owner and keep posting on social media because you keep deleting our review. Very very poor customer service and out of products (coils,ect) for vape cigs that they sell. And fluids we have used and bought there for years. Employees would rather hide in the back room than take care of customers waiting in line. Current employees have no clue what they are doing or anything about the products they sell. Keep deleting this review and Ill post this with every social media outlet we can find. Folks do yourself a favor and spend your time and money at a more professional vape store.

So I had had what I thought was a very bad experiance at smoke smart but as it turns out the owner found out cared enough to contact me ask what he could do to make things better or fix it. Which was awsome at how well he took care of me and fixed what was wrong. Awsome place!!!

This is by far one of the best vape shops I have come across in the St. Louis area. The prices are extremely reasonable - this seems to be the biggest issue Ive seen for shops in the area - where youre often paying the same or a little less than ordering off the internet, once shipping is taken into account. Selection is huge, which also seems to be a struggle for many brick and mortar shops, including newbie stuff to latest rebuildable atomizers, boxes, mech mods, sub tanks, you name it. And they have a HUGE menu of juice, lots of premium lines from vendors all over the country, including multiple local lines.Just go check it out. I was inspired to write this after reading the previous negative review. I dont know what happened to that gentleman,, but its worth giving this place your own opinion before putting too much stock on one sour one. Odds are, you wont be disappointed.

Started out as a great place to get what I needed for my cig. Over time, I have gotten increasingly aggregated over the fact that they are always out of the product I need (juice, coils, tips). it was extremely disappointed to come in today, just to find out you didnt have a single coil for my cig I purchased from YOUR store 6 months ago. Especially when you are located so close to my residence. Today was the last straw.

Still one of the few shops that represent what vaping was all about when it first started. A community of people trying to live healthier and cig free. They dont talk bad about other shops if another store has something they dont they will recommend you there. Thats huge for me and on top of that the customer service is awesome and the items they sell are top of the line. Great juice lines, staff is always willing to help or just have a conversation. I drive past 5 shops to get to smoke smart.

This unbelievably fantastic store is the only place I will do business with...I beg you to try other vape stores first then go here. Needed coils for my rig showed the model number to the guy behind the counter. When I left found out the coil would not fit. No thanks to the all sale are final and no returns/exchanges I’m out 20 dollars.

They are always freaking awesome here. Have stuff you need, stuff you dont, and stuff you didnt even know about. I wish I had time to just chill and play pool but, I always gotta go do stuff. Thats a lot of stuff.

I started vaping back in 2009 where the only places you could obtain vaping gear was online, as a result Ive built up a list of reliable online vendors. OTOH it is nice to be able to see and hold a new product in your hand or sample a new flavor of juice before buying it. There are trade offs to both. Ive stopped in at a few other local shops but Smoke Smart is the only one I frequent regularly. Many of the other shops Ive been in have been staffed by hipsters new to the scene, theyre easy for me to spot. That hasnt been the case at Smoke Smart, their staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a one of the largest selections of products and e-fluids Ive found locally. I havent found a better vape shop locally so keep up the good work.

This place is pretty cool, even if you dont vape. The house music gets pretty ok at times and the staff are all super nice. Plus, this place sports a big screen and pool tables! If they served alcohol Id never leave.

Smokesmart is THE vapeshop for all your needs at great prices. Great staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The lounge atmosphere is pretty cool but Ive never gone there to just play pool or sit on a couch.

Ive only been vaping for a little over a year. Ive bought all my ecigs from Smoke Smart and Im averaging about 6 mods a year so far. Everything I buy there is faulty a month later then eventually dies. Cheaply made mods that are overpriced. Also I noticed a sign posted in front of the register recently for an employment opportunity with situational awareness as a must have trait. Ironically enough, nearly every single time I stop in to buy juice, im stuck standing for at least 15 to 20 min while I listen to an employee have a conversation with another customer as Im staring at them for assistance that would take 3 min at most. So if youre wanting to quickly run in to buy eliquid, be prepared to be ignored until the conversation is over. You might as well call and make an appointment... Junk.

Employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The liquid/Ejuice they carry is top shelf,high quality although the price is a little higher than other stores in the area bcoz of it.

Great place they just run out of things often so its a mystery if there going to have what you need, prices are very competitive so its definitely a great place to shop for your vaping needs.

This is the best vape shop Ive ever gone to. Everyone here is so nice and they explain EVERYTHING to you, from the flavors, whats in the liquid, troubleshooting your e-cig, etc. Im always going to come back to this shop. Hands down, the best shop around.

My first tim in the store it was done up nice but customer service is horrable i lost my box today went there to.buy a replacement total would of been over 200.00 since i lost my box i.had no supplies to rebuild. i aaked them to throw a build on the atty i was buying from them was told they dident have time so i will just go on to somewere else who.will build o.e for.me.in this emergancy situation ill never spend a penny in there

I am new to these e cigs but am able to build and fix small things but when i saw all the parts and pieces i was so lost but the staff is excellent and will not sell you something you dont need they are very good about getting what is right for you according to how much you smoke real cigs i do reccomend this place and the prices are where you would think they should be
