Greatest Vape Shop Ever

I usually have great customer service when I shop here. Im in 3 times a week so I would say that Im a pretty regular customer. When I purchase my product, Im always told that if I have any problems with my device to bring it in. Well I had a problem with my device not working correctly. I brought it in and was told there is nothing they could do about it. So what exactly is the point of telling a customer to bring it in if something is wrong with it? Furthermore, its not like Im a customer that does this all the time. In fact this was my only time doing it. I think with the amount of money that I spend in the store, that something could have been done instead of nothing at all.

Being from another state I had no idea where to get my Vape at! My sister said “I know the Greatest Vape Shop Ever” she meant that literally!After walking in we were instantly greeted. Asked if we needed anything just let them know. Not pushy at all! The place was so cool! Even had a few old Arcade game, 2 Sitting areas, an ATM, just about every type Vape you could think of. There were several people working and each one was more then just helpful. They were chill, cool, and well“The Greatest Vape Shop Ever” customer care!Just take a look for yourself!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Went in for a low-nicotine vape and was able to test the flavors to ensure I liked what I was getting. Had a great chat with the staff and was able to open the vape in-store to ensure it worked. Great experience!

This vape shop definitely lives up to its name! From the super friendly and helpful staff to the enormous inventory of vapes, you can’t go wrong. Their prices are unbeatable….definitely the lowest priced vapes in the St. Charles Co. area. They’re also one of the few stores that have the disposable mouthpieces~they allow you to sample up to four vapes per day! They have a large selection of discounted vapes, as well.I highly recommend visiting this shop~it’s definitely worth the trip! I promise you’ll thank me later!

The young lady that helped me was amazing. I had some questions and she answered all of them with no problem. Let me just look around till I found what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place for all of your head shop needs.

The manager tries to fight people over problems that they cause. Wouldn’t go here if you’re looking to be treated correctly- waste of money.

Cool shop , awesome people , great stuff

This is the only vape shop I will go to. Even after I move 20 minutes away, I will still drive by 4 other stores to shop at this one. All others do not compare. They always have a great selection of juice and usually have the coils at the wattage I like. Staff is friendly. They are also super understanding. I purchased a mod from them after my old one bit the dust. Well, there ended up being an issue with the new vape and it would not work. The employee was able walk me through the warranty process and helped me get a new mod for the time being.

I was very satisfied with the circle mod I bought, however the two people working at the store were so unhelpful and rude that I did not at all enjoy my experience at the store. Especially the woman that was working. Not sure what her name was but she was young looking, with brown long hair and was petite maybe like 5’1” at most. Anyways. I was trying to switch from disposable pens to a mod because of the impact that disposable pens have on the environment and contribute to plastic pollution, and I wasn’t very informed on what mod to get or what juice to buy and it was like anytime I asked her a question she got more and more annoyed with me and like she didn’t want to help me at all… it made me very uncomfortable and I wish I had a better experience and had help because I’m not really satisfied with the juice I bought and still don’t know what to buy to satisfy my wants…

Always fast to help you. Even if you are not sure what you want, they are very helpful in finding you what you want and They make sure that you are happy before you leave the store.

I wont go anywhere else from now on. I have had multiple experiences in several vape shops around town and I just so happened to try them today because my.main shop was closed.I was not disappointed.Their customer service was amazing, stellar even. They knew what they were talking about with extensive knowledge on several products and juices. They were not pushy with sales and just all around great conversationalists while i browsed, only helping when I asked!They have a lovely lounge area and some arcade games to also converse over or enjoy leisurely.Their discount wall cant be beat! With all fresh juices and good names to choose from. I was highly impressed![One of the discount bottles i got today was pumpkin pie!] They even included this nifty little lanyard.You will be seeing me again and i highly recommend them!

This is absolutely the coolest vape shop ever ! Ive traveled across America and experienced some nice shops but this one is the best. Check it out for yourself and youll see.

REALLY IS Greatest Vape Shop Ever! I will NEVER go elsewhere! Staff was incredible!!! And the prices people!!!! The vape juice I buy is $20-25, and it was $10.90 at this shop! Then the mods! Same thing! Dont care where you are located it is worth the drive if u dont live close! TRUST! ✌️

These guys are always helpful, and they have an awesome selection! The middle section of their store has some cool tarot items and some crystals!!

Worst service I’ve ever had! The gentleman immediately profiled me. Initially thought that I was going to steal, so he wouldn’t let me touch and inspect product. I handed him a $100 bill and he checked it to see if it was counterfeit. He threw it back to me and said it was fake, not realizing that he used a sharpie instead of a counterfeit marker. Once he realized his mistake he all of a sudden was ok with leaving product around like he was already doing for other customers. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Decent prices, just may want to adjust your staffing. Not all of them just him. This would have been a 5 Star review if this guy wasn’t on the payroll.

Every person in this place has a great attitude and are helpful and honest. Not to mention their prices r the cheapest around that I have found. I recommend them and travel past many vape shops just to go here

Best place ever the folks their are so rad!!

I randomly found this place. My kid moved to St. Peters and I needed juice. I quickly Googled best vape shop near me and they popped up. It was further than the others, but with a name like Greatest Vape Shop Ever, how could I not go check them out. I live at least 45 minutes on the East side, but Ive now become a loyal customer. Ive brought friends with me to check them out too and they are hooked. My friends were using disposables and Ive been pressuring them to make the switch. The staff member spent a good 30 minutes explaining their options and what they were looking for. After they found their devices the staff again took their time helping them choose a liquid that they would like. I make the trek anytime Im even remotely close because they smoke Illinois prices on everything, devices, pods, coils, and juice. My regular juice is $32.00 at my local and here its $12.95. Same with a box of coils, I normally pay $25 and here they were $11 (I think). Its worth it to drive out of your way to check this place out. Not only is the staff patient, compently answer questions, and offer good suggestions, but they always have good music going. I just love the vibe and Id apply for a job if it wasnt a 60 minute one-way commute with no traffic. They also have some other odds and ends to check out while your there. 10/10 Would bang again!

Went in for a glass dome and the dude said they dont sell replacements (avg.8$) then continued to upsell the tanks (avg.60$). If you need new glass go down the street to smoke smart they got you

This place is great. The staff are always ready to help and are super friendly. The store has a massive selection of products and the prices are comparable to anywhere else you might go. Definitely recommend for your vaping needs.

This place is now my go to for vape essentials. It would be a 5 star but for the first time I purchased a disposable and it didnt work. I didnt try it before leaving the store and knowing their policy I know Im out of money because of it. Lesson learned. In the future try it while you buy it!

Customer service is good. I like honest answer to questions, they dont tell people what they want to hear and shoot straight. Hit and miss on disposable vapes but a great place to shop.

They are a great resource for learning just about anything you want to know. I have been using them for a few years now and theyve always done right by me. They are honest and knowledgeable as well as helpful and will walk you through your best options. Greatest vale shop ever is no joke.

New staff isnt as informed as the original staff. They dont offer suggestions on what I needed for mods and juice etc. I went into it blind with no help from them. They also no longer allow you to try the juice before buying it, they stopped selling my favorite flavors and no longer offer juice with zero nicotine.I will probably return due to convenience for a coil but wont spend big money there anymore.

I go to this shop for all my E-Cig needs but I gotta be honest, it is constantly a hit or miss. A year ago I wouldve said this shop was the only place you should go to. They had amazing employees that I truly trusted and I took every suggestion they ever made and it always turned out so well. Once the pandemic hit, the owner fired most of the staff (one of which was a good friend of mine), hired a whole new staff and told them everyone quit. Ever since then, I have never gone in and seen the same face twice. Its not that the employees are rude or unhelpful, but I like to know I can trust someone behind the counter and with the turn over rate, I cant. I trust the owner even less, if hes willing to let basically his whole staff go and rehire everyone a week later, how can I trust his other business practices or that the products have good quality?

Helpful staff and the most inventory of any vape shop Ive been west of the MO River. Would be 5 stars if they could keep the same stock in. Every time I find a new favorite its no longer available when I come back.With that said they have a whole different new stock in place. Just wish I could go in and ask for juice that I bought last time and not have to worry about it. The staff are excellent BTW.

Very unknowledgeable and rude staff, tried getting me to buy an obviously used device (had pretty bad battery corrosion on the contacts) when I brought up the issue I was told it was due to the humidity in the building. Absolutely would not recommend unless you are 100% sure what products you are looking for

Been going to the vape shop for over a year. I even moved an hour away and i still drive up once a month to stock up. They have the best prices aroundEveryone there is always extremely helpful. PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY!!!

Best vape shop around, except for the Rude girl on April 28 2022 with short black hair with blonde highlights with Dark Complected skin. She gave me an attitude when I changed my mind about a flavor and she had to swap it with another flavor at checkout. Who ever you are, you dont belong dealing with customers with that kind of personality, personally.. I think she should be fired for that kind of service working for the public. To you whoever you are, if you dont like your job, you shouldnt be working there Period...

Every time Ive been there the employees are always customer friendly, They offer assistance and try to answer questions to the best of their ability... However a lot of the employees appear to be pretty young and when it comes to vape questions some of their knowledge is pretty limited.. there is a select few working there that appear to be very knowledgeable with vape products. I gave this rating a three only because when it comes to juice selection and vaproducts the selection isnt very big

We are here once a week. I get my tropical Hyde and my wife gets the kiwi pom pastel cartel. Easy going staff, nice shop, and now ALOT of new merch.

They have zero nic vapes which is nice because Im trying to quit. Theyre selection is alot better than most other vape stores and they organized there stuff way nicer in my opinion, not to mention the staff there is very helpful and makes sure you are seen and heard and that your needs are met.

I LOVE this place especially the crew they’ve had the last year or so, went in today and it was all people I’ve never seen before and it was SOOOO awkward. Usually we’re greeted and talked to in a friendly way but we walked in and all conversation stopped and the employees just stared at us while we shopped and it was super weird and uncomfortable. I miss the old crew :(

Large variety. The have a fun SOL policy if your product doesnt work, as soon as you leave the store. The woman that helped me was straight out rude. Thats why I am saying 2 stars.

I would not shop at this store. I bought 2 joyetech penguin all in one starter vape kits, and both of them were fully charged and lit up, but they would not work. They said they only had these 2 left. When I went out to my car to use each one with a different juice, neither one of them would allow me to get a puff, even though they powered up and were fully charged. 5 minutes later, I went back into the store and they told me Oh Well, we dont do returns, refunds or exchanges. Product is sold as is. They told me I would need to contact Joyetech, but then they refused to give me a receipt. When I demanded a refund or exchange they tried to kick me out of the store. I told them, they want me out then call the police, so I could file a report with them. So thats what they did after trying to yell at me to leave. I wasnt threatened by them or the police when they sold me 2 faulty products.I arrived legal and left legal.I reported this company to the police, and filed a police report, when they came, Missouri Attorney Generals Office as well as to Joyetech Corporate. There are a lot of other shops that deserve your hard earned money. The staff is rude and young kids. This business is owned/registered by Matthew Massey. He will be the one I file my small claims lawsuit against and is the one I reported to each one of above.. I will get my 80.00 back for the 2 faulty JOYETECHS, as well as summons cost, court cost and time off work loss. I hope this will be worth it to the owner because of him and his staff. KARMA IS SO SWEET.

I’ve worked at a Vape Store before so I know a lot about the environment and merchandise that a vape shop usually has, but this store is literally the greatest I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been vaping for 4 years now. They have SO MUCH STUFF and can’t beat the prices!!!

Bought a Hyde with a bad battery, they won’t swap them out after they sold you the junk. Studio 420 will though so I’d shop there even if you gotta drive another 30 mins.

They have a large selection 9f juice but dont offer a lot of the personalized service the some other vape stores do. The juice selection is great and the prices are better than most places that arent online.
