My husband and I came here for a couples massage to celebrate our one year anniversary. We really enjoyed our experience! Our massages were excellent and the room was relaxing. Great customer service as well! They offered us some champagne as a gift for our celebration. We are interested in their monthly membership and will definitely be coming back!

Shanese gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She’s so amazing and kind! You can tell she truly cares about relieving your pain. Her technique was more advanced than any other massages I’ve had in the neck area and my mobility is night and day difference. We will for sure be returning when we come back to visit the area.

Shanese gave me the most excellent, professional massage! One of the best I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable about the body and skin and all of my kinks were expertly massaged out! I will DEFINITELY be going back to her in the future! The spa is also very comfortable, clean and beautiful.

I got an amazing deep tissue massage from Tammy!! I asked for a firm massage and boy did she deliver but she was definitely able to back it down on areas that didnt need a firm touch! I’ve come to Tranquility for years and can’t say enough good things about the owner and manger, Jen, the facility and the upgrades they’ve done, everyone on staff - special shout out to Shanese who gave me the best massage ever! Also Jen does amazing lashes - I highly recommend. I always recommend Tranquility to friends and family, and always come for my birthday/anniversaries, etc. The membership is a great deal if you’re local to the area.

Recently found this gem at the recommendation of a friend, Tammy is incredible. The deepest, most intense deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. This woman will actually fix your body. (But be prepared for what is needed to do that! It’s worth it.)

I told her the exact areas that needed work and I feel like a new human after the massage. 10/10 recommend her and the spa itself. I booked a facial here during a business trip, and I’m so glad I did! The spa was relaxing and all the staff I encountered were so nice and welcoming. Loved how glowy my skin was after the treatment and I hope to have another trip soon that can bring me back!

I’ve averaged one massage per mo the for the last decade and my massage with Robert was one of, if not THE best I’ve ever had. His deep tissue was perfect without being painful, and he incorporates stretches which I loved. 10/10 and will definitely go back when I’m in town again.

I visited Tranquility Wellness Spa yesterday for the first time. It was a tranquil experience from the time you walked in the door. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and relaxing. Furahi was amazing! I had some huge knots in my neck and shoulders and she worked them all! I will definitely be back and recommend her to everyone! Thank you Furahi!

I have been coming here for almost 4 years for services. Today I came In for a fill in and a Bikini wax. I received the most racist treatment you can ever receive. I received my fill in and the technician was nice and professional. But when it was time for the Bikini wax I was denied services after waiting another 30 minutes , to see other customers get waxing services before me, when I finally asked the receptionist what was going on , 2 technicians refused to do my bikini wax. I hve watch this salon go downhill, with unprofessional behavior extremely loud conversations coming from Technicians to when I spoke to my technician she couldn’t hear me. I also told the receptionist to call the manager she said shecouldn’t reach her, then when I tried to make an appointment with the manager she couldn’t give me one. I will definitely be taking legal action.

Ive only been once, and it was about a year and a half ago (today is June 10, 24).I had an absolutely AMAAAAAZING full body massage from a guy no longer there (wish I could remember his name). Bit like Goldilocks; not to hard, not too soft, juuuuust right!

Im in town for work and went here for a pedicure yesterday. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the place was very clean, and the rates were reasonable. Ill come back next time Im in town!

The team is great, starting with reception. The practioners are excellent (and I can speak especially for Tammy, whom I have seen many times). Nice environment. Good location. Very good value.

“New management” no longer honors old gift cards even though the gift card said valid for one year. In my opinion, this is terrible business. Notify customers prior to booking service that gift cards won’t be accepted even though it is the same business under the same name.There are plenty of other places to get a massage or facial in St Pete. Go somewhere else

Tammy is absolutely magical! Truly gives some of the best massages Ive ever had, and knows EXACTLY where Im sore. Her deep tissue is DEEP, almost like physical therapy, and will fully release even your worst knots. She listens to what you want and customizes your massage to exactly what you need. Her relaxation massage is lighter but definitely not too light (in fact, Id say its perfect and still gets out all tension). Ill absolutely be back!

I visit this spa every three weeks. Never-ever had a bad experience. The staff is professional and courteous. I have never witnessed unprofessional attitude towards any clientele at the times I was there. All of my close friends patronize this spa and we will continue to do so.

Furahi is an incredible massage therapist. Deep tissue is my fav, she checks in periodically, and I walk out feeling brand new!

Our group was not given correct times for our appointments and I waited 3 hours for my pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. It took her 2 hours and it looks like my granddaughter painted my nails! Very disappointed with my first visit here.

This was a pretty terribleMassage. I had come here in the past and it was great.She did not ask me what I was there for or any questions prior. No warm up on muscles, inconsistent pressure. Areas that needed it were not getting pressure and I was verbal about. It felt like a total beginner who didn’t know what they were doing.When I went to leave no one asked me how it was. My family gets massage often and lives nearby and I would not recommend them here anymore.I told the manager what happened and she just said she’s on it. No help or resolution offered at all.

We went here for side-by-side deep tissue massages and had a great experience! Andrea was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a massage therapist that truly listens to your needs. It’s a smaller establishment and could definitely improve the atmosphere, but overall, it was great!

They have massage chairs for pedicure! They have a good variety of services. Plus lockers for your stuff and a shower.

Worst massage ever! Took my husband here to do a couples massage. The scenery was nice. But the massage was not the best. I guess you get what you pay for. This was a least expensive place but take it from me and pay the extra for the best.. we wont return.

I’ve seen Dawn for massages a few times, both relaxation and deep tissue. Let me just say, she is a FANTASTIC masseuse, she knows bodies so well and she her technique is spot on, the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend visiting her.

I had an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Tammy. She is excellent at her craft. Tranquility Day Spa is very clean, very relaxing and I highly recommend it.

First off this was a beautiful experience. I booked the Just For Her package and was so excited about it. I spent the majority of my time with Wendy who was super nice and attentive. She gave me space when I needed, she explained everything she was using, all around she did an amazing job!The only issue I really had was the massage…okay so when I booked they give you the names of who you will be with at certain times, so I was expecting Wendy and my massage was supposed to be done by I believe they had Olga typed in. But I end up with Victoria, she was nice, was very very soft spoken so I really couldn’t hear what she was saying to me. The massage, so the pressure she used on my back and my arms was perfect but when it came to my legs and feet it felt like I was being tickled. And while I know I could ask for more pressure it just felt weird that I would have steady pressure immediately on my back but my legs and feet immediately had light pressure?Overall the experience was beautiful and it was definitely thanks to Wendy.

I go to Tranquility Wellness Spa every 2-3 weeks. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The new owner has made a world of difference. I love this place!! I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and the service has always been great. In the time I’ve been coming here I’ve never once had to cancel an appointment the day of, but I had a situation where I woke up with what looked like a highly contagious skin condition of the day of a massage appointment. I called as soon as they opened to cancel out of concern of potentially spreading something to the massage therapist. I’m aware of their cancellation policy, but I was hoping an exception could be made since I was trying to do the right thing. Unfortunately they weren’t willing to make an exception and charged me for 50% of the service. Hopefully that money was worth the loss of all my future business.

I’ve been coming to Tranquility Spa for over a year now and it’s always an amazing experience! The front desk is always warm and welcoming, and all the therapists I’ve had have been wonderful. I recently had Elena and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond during my service making sure I was comfortable and treating my areas of discomfort. She seemed to genuinely care about reducing my pain and even gave me great tips of what I could do at home to help. I’ve been mostly pain free for a week and it’s all thanks to her!!

Been going for years and have always had great massages, but spa experience could be improved. No steam room, and their lounge isnt separated from the bathroom area, so not the most relaxing, but massage makes up for it.

The space itself was nice. My bf and I got a couples massage and the room was calming and relaxing. The masseuses were decent, however, we booked a 60min massage and only received about 45minutes or so after filling out paperwork, waiting, and changing into robes in the bathroom. I don’t think it was necessarily worth the money we paid.

My wife and I went to Tranquility Spa for a therapeutic massage and we really enjoyed this experience. It is conveniently located in the middle of downtown with a parking right next door (1st hour free). As soon as you step into the spa, you feel some good vibes… and some stress going away. First, the atmosphere is warm and very relaxing. Very peaceful colors and music. The comfortable lounges are very nicely decorated. Everything is super clean. Then, the personnel was very welcoming, pleasant and respectful. They treated us with great care and did an amazing job with the therapeutic massages. We were 20 minutes late but they adjusted their schedules accordingly. We felt really good after the massage. Prices are very affordable for this luxury spa.Overall, we highly recommend this business and we will definitely go back very soon to experience other services they offer like a steam room.

The staff here are pleasant, accommodating, and love what they do(it shows).The spa is located right next to a parking garage so it is extremely accessible, especially for downtown area. The environment is pumped full of dim light, comfortable but chic decor, soft sounds and so many amazing smells. The services... I got the just for her package which included a body wrap, massage, and facial. They were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a day to block out the chaos of this world and reset. I left feeling serene, thank you Tranquility for a marvelous day.

Today was my first time getting a massage here and I can say with confidence that it was totally worth it. Elena was awesome and I had an amazing appointment today, she definitely knows how to make you comfortable and knows how to target your problem areas. Its a very calm and peaceful atmosphere overall at this spa.

My husband had a conference in the area and I tagged along. Decided to treat myself to a massage at Tranquility today. I am so glad I did! Everything was simply wonderful! The spa was cute and well tended to. Sheila was my massage therapist and she was amazing! The massage was smooth and so relaxing. I highly recommend Tranquility!

I was very disappointed with this spa. I dont often spoil myself with spa services, they are expensive and finding time for myself is not easily done. The spa is very run down. The staff was very nice but they dont wear uniforms which overall looks very unprofessional. Especially given how much you are spending on services. I was not offered a robe. The massage table was cheap and old, much like the appearance of the room. The vinyl was flaking off the mattress and it was very hard and uncomfortable so my back was aching by the end of the service. The esthetician while knowledgeable and very nice, was wearing jeans and a hoodie and smelled strongly of weed. The room was a mess when the service was over and they dont offer you a glass of water afterwards. They are charging services at the same price point as that of Woodhouse Spa or the spa at the Don Cesar, both of which are in another league of service compared to this place. Spending a lot of money on a bad experience is not worth it.

I have never been disappointed coming here! Skip the hassle of the cookie cutter franchise spas that harass you to sign up for their memberships, and have crazy turnover of therapists. Tranquility therapists are experienced, professional, and they have longevity, which reflects so highly on the establishment! My recent visit was nothing less than perfect. Max was my therapist, and he was amazing! I even used the steam sauna after (included with the price of the massage), and it was just such a wonderful way to end my appointment. Great job Tranquility staff! A++++

I am a regular customer for monthly beauty services. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and my practitioner Cindy always takes good care of me and found the perfect tinting color to suit my eyelash and eyebrow tints, which is tricky since Im a redhead. I love Tranquility for regular services like this, but it is also a great place for special services or spa experiences. A spa date with my bestie was our Christmas gifts to each other last year and we had so much fun, looking forward to relaxing and luxuriating together again this year. I highly recommend this place!

Im so excited they started doing lash lifts and tints here! Amy is amazing and I cant wait for my next visit. Def recommend. The lashes last 8-12 weeks and the serum has my lashes looking amazing. My selfies have completely changed and I dont have to worry about Mascara anymore.

I had a wonderful experience having a massage. This is the only spa in town that would tell me that they had therapists vaccinated for covid. The therapist came into the room and even showed me her vaccination card, which I greatly appreciate. My massage was perfect, the space was very clean and people so nice. I will definitely be back.

My second time visiting Tranquility Spa. I loved my first visit so I went back for more. On the second visit my massage was done by an older therapist (I can’t remember her name). She hardly use any pressure, I thought maybe she was tired. I booked for an hour full body massage and she did not touch my feet, how disappointing?

This place is fantastic! My massage therapist is superb... I say that as a fellow past therapist... her modalitys were fluent and specific to my needs... Thank you Davida for an amazing 1.5hr massage!! The prices are excellent as well.

I had been to Tranquility once before for a massage and facial and really enjoyed myself. This time I had a gift certificate to use so I got a few services. What I learned was, I would certainly return for a facial or massage, but that’s it. The eyebrow wax was overall fine but when I got home there were a few very obvious hairs I still needed to take care of... not a huge deal. But the pedicure and manicure was absolutely a waste of money. While my toes look fine , for the amount they charged, not a whole lot was done. My manicure was useless. Besides trimming my nails with the cutters, there was hardly any filing or cuticle care (I regularly get manicures and know how much cleaning up of my cuticles I need). When I got home and looked at my nails, they looked terrible. My mom thought I painted them myself. I actually had to remove it the next day because it looked flat and terrible. Again, my facial was fantastic and I purchased products to use but just would not recommend the manicure and pedicure services.

Visiting the area (use live here years ago) booked a massage on line the day before with anyone available. Just got a call an hour before my appointment, my appointment not available as therapist car broken down and no one else available. 😔 Already have plans for the rest of my visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Tranquility Wellness Spa. Davida’s 60 minute Relaxation Massage was wonderful. Maya’s 60 minute Heart of the ocean facial and arm massage was absolutely amazing.I highly recommend this wellness spa to anyone visiting St. Petersburg.

Clean environment just un prepared. Let them know way ahead of time i wanted a couples massage with my fiancee, but they made us both wait 20 minutes into our massage time, and didnt even have what we asked for set up. Cant remember the name of my wifes masseuse, but she was happy with the results. I had Elaine who had good to know facts about various home remedies that may help with stress. Everyone was friendly though, and Cant ask for more than that

One of the best facials I’ve ever had with was with Lula. She was so friendly, very zen and had strong hands! I loved how relaxing and happy I felt during and after my facial. My face feels so soft and I wasn’t upsold or told anything bad about my skin to pressure me into buying anything. Her work speaks for itself! I hope you book with Lula if you get a facial!

My mom and I came when we visited St. Pete’s and she got a massage and I got a facial. She enjoyed her massage fine and my facial was so-so. My facial lady was very young and didn’t know exactly what was in the products. Also, the people behind the desk didn’t know the details of the products either. It was relaxing and enjoyable with a nice atmosphere but I’d say both our treatements were average. Staff were kind.

Im beyond disappointed with Tranquility. I come here almost every month for a massage and Ive never had a problem until today. I booked my appointment through the appointment scheduler online and it was made with Chris at 1:15 PM on 1/12/2020. Im 7 months pregnant so Ive been looking forward to this massage since I made the appointment last week. I come in at 1:10 and advise the front desk that Im checking in at which she tells me that she didnt have me down and that theyre booked for the day. She then asked me if I received a confirmation email which I noticed that I did not and its at the time she told me that theyve been having issues where appointments booked online arent coming through and thats why I need to look out for the confirmation email implying that its my fault essentially that the appointment wasnt booked. She tried to offer me Monday and at this point I just started crying and told her how much pain Im in because of the pregnancy and that Monday wont work because I work and only select therapists can see me due to me needing prenatal. Its at this point that I left and cried the whole way back to my car and on top of all of it I had to pay $5 to park for literally nothing. I wont ever come back here because I felt like she could’ve handle this so much differently which makes me sad because I really like coming here and I like the massages but if when I make appointments i need to worry that they arent being documented then Ill just have to find somewhere else to go.

My daughter treated me to a spa day and we had a wonderful time here! The massages were wonderful and we got to do it together side by side. We also enjoyed the steam room! The place is immaculate and we will definitely come back here again!

I took my dad here for Fathers Day to get a manicure and pedicure, and he absolutely loved it. The front desk girl, and nail tech were both SUPER friendly. We also left with a few of their lovely smelling aroma therapy products! :)

Great atmosphere and staff. Our massage therapists, Max and Natalia, were attentive and spent a lot of time on areas where we had been experiencing pain. They even made recommendations for reducing pain and stress in the future. I would definitely recommend this place

We had the pleasure of going to Tranquility Wellness Spa at the end of our anniversary weekend festivities. They were a life saver an managed to squeeze us in last minute after a different company had canceled hours before our appt. As we entered we were greeted with friendly smiles and hellos like we were second family.We did not have to wait long and were quickly taken back to freshen up after being given a quick tour of the gorgeous facility and where to meet our therapists in the lounge room where we could also find refreshments.Directions were explained thoroughly and with care. They had lockers to secure your valuables and large, luxurious, plush comfy robes inside for us! My husband was so excited for his surprise.Every area was clean, organized and so serene and inviting with such pleasant aromas! We had a wonderful couples evening planned at the spa. We had a couples massage planned in their honeymooners room under the twinkling stars followed by relaxing in the sauna together with eucalyptus aromatherapy.My massage therapist Cristiane was easy to talk with and was extremely warm and professional. She provided useful information to me. I did feel good the next day when getting out of bed...not as stiff. My leg and knee area which she concentrated on felt better. SHE IS PHENOMENAL, I would highly recommend her! She was attentive and very skilled. Due to my medical conditions I have to be very cautions when choosing who works on me and shes done reflexology on me in the past. Many times deep tissue massages can be uncomfortable or even painful, she incorporated mild stretching with the massage. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed instead of telling or pushing onme what she thought would be best even if it meant potential pain. So thanks!It was a perfect end to an amazing weekend. They were incredibly sweet, we were able to shower and freshen up for dinner afterwards. Such a calm, relaxing, and professional atmosphere. Wonderful place with an incredible ambiance and staff (Cristiane, Taylor, & Ashlee)!Excellent care, she listened to my requests and concerns. Loved her energy and advice. Will recommend this place to all!! Only down side is my husband wished I had booked 2 hours hahaha, Cant wait to go back!

I had an amazing massage there today from Amy! She listened to both me and my muscles. The whole spa from the locker room to the lounge to the sauna and the room I received the massage in was immaculate and cozy! Super plus I couldnt hear ANYTHING from outside the room so no sound interuptions. The nail spa looked fabulous as well!!

I love this place so much! Miya was so incredibly nice and very informative! I got a facial done with my mom for Mother’s Day and Miya took care of us both, it was AMAZING! It’s been about a week or two and my face is still smooth and glowing. I will definitely be coming here for my facials! Thank you Miya!

Ive been going to Tranquility for around 6 months now and up until today have always had such an amazing experience. Dawn is my regular masseuse but she was out of town at the end of this month so I had to use someone else. Unfortunately I completely forgot about my appt as I scheduled it last minute and with a 4 month old at home and a new job this week I completely spaced it. Someone called me at 1 to ask if I was coming and that I could still have my appt it would just be cut short by 5 mins. I raced there and got into the room by 115 the masseuse didnt even come in until 120 and then cut my appt off at 105. Heres my main issue he worked so hard on getting all of the tension out of my upper body and down into my feet but then left all of it in my feet. I even told him I already have problems with my feet and when he said he was done I said cant you do my feet really fast because they feel so tense and he said no he had someone right after me. My appointments have never started right on time when Ive been there but theyve always lasted the full amount of time; Im pretty sure whoever was next wouldnt have minded waiting an extra 5mins not to mention that 5 mins he left me waiting could have made up for it or he could have modified the rest of the massage to allow time for the feet! If I didnt absolutely love dawn and not already have prepaid massages there I wouldnt want to go back but feel the owners should be aware of how I was treated !Also the bathroom is still under renovation 4 months later and there was a construction worker in there today while I was showering!! Which is completely unacceptable especially in a womens restroom. The front girl also had no clue about anything I asked her and when I got there told me I had to take my shoes off but wasnt offering me the spa shoes I had to ask for them myself.I know the spa has new owners but these are things that really need to be addressed or Im going to have a hard time continuing to spend my money there when theres so many other spas that arent under construction and have knowledgeable staff. I hope this is addressed and again Ive now left after spending $75 on a massage with more pain in my feet that I had before going which is not ok!

My daughter bought me a $300 spa pkg and we went with 3 other people, our experience was not very good. We arrived on-time however there was only 1 person behind the desk and it took us around 15 min to get checked in (which they took of the time of the 1st service). My massage was good but short. I then had the algae wrap from the same therapist and she forgot to turn on the heating pad so I was chilly throughout this entire process (complete waist of money). Then my facial was with a different therapist and ok. From the 1st phone call to the interaction with the employees there was no customer service. Instead of apologizing for what they did wrong they kept blaming it on us. I am a massage therapist and know how all this works and believe me it was not good. To top it all off, when we checked out there was only 1 girl again and she didnt know what she was doing at all! We waited 15 - 20 min just for her to start checking us out... then it took her another 20 min to cash us all out because she couldnt figure out how to work the register to the register was extremely slow. Id say 40 min to pay is just wrong. Then when I got home I realized she split the tips but gave all the tips to the same person. When I called she just said she would fix it. She was not the least bit concerned that she did that and that 1 therapist wouldnt have received any tip at all. No concern for the therapist either. I will never go back. For what I paid it was a terrible experience and my daughter feels bad that she picked such a low class place to take me. They are trying to be high class but have a low class business.

I booked my appt and was surprised they wanted my credit card # as I been there many times. I arrived in 15 minutes. As I was soaking nails I received 3 phone calls and then answered. We then realized I booked wrong Tranquility. I live in Lakeland. They charged me no show fee $24. Most spas dont charge. I would advise dont give credit number to a salon. There are so many choices. Tranquility Nails lakeland is great. Dont charge fees!

I love tranquility spa, Dee the esthetician & nail tech there is awesome. Does a great job every time and really cares for her work! Very kind, great conversationalist & does a great job with all her clients. Book her! Book tranquility!

This was the WORST spa experience I have ever had to endure. It is Mothers day & I planned a 2 hour/each Relaxation massage for my best friend & I, same room. I was treated unfairly, & my therapist didnt do her job. Based on the reviews & colleague recommendation I was not prepared for this dissapointment. I want to point out I am not a spa novice. I get regular weekly massages. I wanted something a little more luxurious for Mothers day. I had Chris(female) therapist. With in 15 minutes I could tell she didnt know what she was doing. She did not have any proper technique, didnt know the muscle anatomy, attempted to apply some technique, failed at those attempts, didnt use enough oil, so there was some friction, would just stop & put light pressure with open hand on a part of my body for couple mins, wasnt even able to properly perform stretches. I wanted to say something earlier, but I didnt want to ruin my best friends experience, so I tried to wait for her to do her job, 40min no changes. I politely asked to leave the room by excusing my self to the restroom, so I could alert staff discretely. There was no one in sight.I go back in. I tried picking a small area for her to work on, tried asking for different types of pressure. 15min no difference. I give up & politely advise I was not enjoying my massage and I dont want her to keep going. I then spoke with the front desk to advise in more detail what was happening. I still liked the facility, so I requested to reschedule the session on another Sunday with someone else and I advised that I do not feel like I should have to pay for services today since I didnt get what I paid for, I told her I will try & enjoy sauna while I wait on my friend. I get to the suana and I come across a group of 4 loud drunk obnoxiously behaving females. I heard them talking and laughing loudly when our session started(over the music). Which was hardly conducive to my tranquil experience that I came here specifically for. That was my last straw, I got dressed and waited for my friend. I then started to cry because all I wanted was a nice tranquil massage that would make my body feel better, but instead it was noisy, and stressful. I could have just stayed home with my screaming kids for that.I decided to advise the front desk that I actually dont even want to reschedule, because this was not the experience I was led to believe I would be getting, based on the website and reviews and I am not paying for anything, but the services that my friend received. I then explained about the 4 ladies and advised this was a complete failure on their part. I came for peace and quite, and a massage, and based on today I am at the wrong spa. She then advised she could give me 20% off, because services were performed. I argued those are not the services I paid for. She argued back, that I took too long to complain. I advised I tried earlier and no one was in sight. I also advised they do not have any measures in place to allow someome to feel safe and comfortable to address an issue like this. I did not feel comfortable advising the therapist that she wasnt doing her job. I also didnt want to affect my friend who was in the same room. The woman consults manager, they offer 50% off. I refuse. They argue fairness to the therapist for time. As a customer I should not have to be penalized for their employee not doing their job. If they believe their staff should be paid regardless of actually working, they should pay them.At this point I am over being treated unfairly and I agree to pay, so I can leave this hell. The worst part was their rebuttals. Advising that maybe I needed a deep tissue. I know what I was supposed to get(my friend got it).To suggest otherwise is an insult to my intelligence. They claimed the therapist was not fresh out of school,had been there for years, & never had any complaints.That is either blatant lies or the woman purposely didnt do her job. This spa was completely wrong, I will make sure people know. I guess at least my friend was able to get a proper massage for her mothers day.

This spa is one of the best in St. Pete. They do an amazing job to make you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Had a massage with Chris and a facial with Monica. Both are experts at what they do and left me feeling beautiful at the end of the day!

This is truly the best little spa in St. Petersburg. Friendliest staff, really good massage therapists (Dawn is awesome) and clean, beautiful space. Thick bathrobes, cool Turkish towels and an awesome steam room. Love this place!!

Elena did a wonderful job; I will definitely return. She checked in with me and didn’t make me fell rude by asking for more/less pressure. She was very professional and used a variety of techniques to suit my body’s needs. I left feeing tranquil and relaxed.

People were nice enough. They have to be when they charge what they do for the same quality of service you would get from a massage chair at a airport terminal. Youd be better off giving so random kid money to walk on your back. Needless to say I am super disappointed. When I asked for a manager I was told to go to a doctor for pain meds. The reason I came here was a doctors recommendation for a massage.. Super disappointed, this is the most expensive life lesson Ive had in awhile.

Ive tested Tranquility Wellness Spa for the first time recently (warn stone massage) and I will definitively come back. Ive had a warm welcome and the therapeutist was very professional.I entirely recommend this Spa.

My friend treated me to the seaweed mineral wrap for my wedding and it was fantastic. Becky made me feel completely comfortable and my skin felt so amazing for days. My man is going back for a manicure before the wedding I loved it so much!

My wife made an appointment for my brithday and even gave them a card on file for the reservation to confirm the appointment. When I get there and the women at the front counter tells me that they gave my appointment away to someone else because she couldnt answer when she was at work.... thanks for making us drive an hour for nothing on birthday!You said you left my wife a voice-mail that a lie she has voice-mail disabled so its impossible for you to do that. The second lie is that you call her this morning you only called her yesterday on top of when she tried to call today your phone kept going to voice-mail without anyone picking up. So not only do you practice screwing up your customers day but you also lie about what happens to make your salon look better. Thats fantastic to know.... what a joke!Btw your receptionist said she called from her personal cell phone she might just as easily of texted my wife quit hiding behind the fact that you just wanted to give my appointment away to one of your regular customers

What a beautiful, relaxing, surrendering experience! I love the modern and zen renovation of the spa! You have to try the Honeymoon room with the little lights on the ceiling! I had a very good therapeutic massage from Bruce, he is very professional. Wheter you come for a manu pedi, a body treatment or a relaxing massage, you won’t be disappointed by the quality and the professionalism of the team.

My current favorite in St Petersburg. A small space but super pleasant and skilled staff make the tight fit worth it. Theyve just added a co-ed steam room in addition to expanding service areas. Theyre also using a cool, electronic, app-based rewards system called BarkBack. Because I signed up and have been frequent client, my next massage is free!!! Cant beat that!

My wife and I have been to Tranquility several times and have never been disappointed. Professional and welcoming staff and a beautiful environment make it worth the hour + ride we make to get there. At our last visit they had even recently completed some renovations to make it even nicer and added a steam room.

New owners do not care about their customers. It’s such a shame. It used to be a great spa with good facials, but it has totally gone downhill and they don’t seem to care.

Tranquility Wellness Spa was a great place to have a relaxing massage. The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly, and they had a small (but wide) range of products to buy. I will go again when Im in the area.

I was treated to this wonderful experience courtesy of my kids for my 60th BD. The staff was wonderful. Each of the services I experienced was performed by experts in their specialty. I would recommend this to anyone traveling through St. Pete as a great place of relaxation.

The French Spa by reference, I feel so good when im at Tranquility Wellness Spa the therapists are professional,the front desk girls are nice and when im here I feel good and relaxed ... The Spa produces profound relaxation. I tried the polynesia ( incredible) and the essentials custom facial for my skin with decléor products. I recommend TRANQUILITY!

Dawn was wonderful. She tinted my eyelashes and eye brows. She was very thoughtful and made sure I was happy with the results. Nice peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This was my first time going here and I’m impressed! I had a couple treatments and everything was well coordinated and the services high quality. Only thing is parking can be a hassle so maybe come a bit early. I was a little late because of that but they were super nice about it. I’ll be back for sure

We called for 3 of us to get massages the day of and we were treated wonderfully! The massage was incredible and the staff there are great!

After calling a month ago and asking if my gift certificate was still okay, they have now told me that my $200 gift certificate is invalid due to new ownership in February. I asked only a month ago and was not told that. Now, I have a worthless $200 gift certificate and am extremely unsatisfied with the way that was handled. Don’t buy a gift certificate here because who knows how long it’s worth anything.
