I had a truly amazing experience here at Bliss Bodywork & Medspa this afternoon. The front counter representative Alissa was very professional, and helped me get started with what I needed before getting my massage. Antonio worked on me and it’s by far the best massage I’ve ever received, and I feel so much relief afterwards. I will be recommending this place to others and was very pleased with everything.

This place is really great ! The team really cares about making sure you have a good experience. I’ve had Antonio the last few tones for my massages, he is great, very educated and knows his stuff... which makes him great at his profession. Him and Sarah work together and blend their techniques, I can’t complain. I’m very impressed, best place to “get away” from your busy lifestyle and take some time to do some maintenance to the body, which everyone needs. Also the prices are great ! I would refer this place to anyone.

Absolutely BEST Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage I have ever had! Immediate results, and lifelong habit! Antonio was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cared about my physical success. I was in a serious automobile accident over 10 years ago, as a result, I suffered several injuries to my neck and back. I have been to several massage therapists over the years seeking relief from this chronic neck and back pain.What I have experienced is, I would find a great massage therapist and they would either move on to a new spa or their technique became inconsistent. Truth be told this is exactly how I found Antonio!My previous 2 therapists moved and the receptionists highly recommended him.I admit, I was a little nervous trying another therapists but I was assured he was the best and a perk he was easy on the eyes.I was pleasantly surprised at my first appointment, he welcomed me with a warm smile and took time to listen to my concerns before beginning. In over 10 years, I never had a massage this amazing before! Antonio is truly an expert and gifted at what he does.I am happy to have found a therapist who is not only passionate about what he does but consistently delivers a therapeutic massage every time! What an AMAZING experience. This is a hidden gem. Antonio is an exceptional therapist. He is very knowledgeable and takes upmost pride in his work. After suffering from chronic back, hip issues and radiating pain down my leg. I feel so relief from the pain.

If I could give 10 stars, I would give 11!! Antonio is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. A nurse by trade, he has a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and could tell me exactly what I have been doing (wrong) to get my body in such terrible shape. More importantly, he gave me the tools to do at home to keep me from getting right back to where I started. When I first started seeing him, I went once a week for 3 weeks. Now, I go about once a month. My body has never felt better! I highly recommend anyone who suffers from ABS (Adult Body Syndrome) to make an appointment. You will not regret it!

Sara is well educated, knowledgeable and personable. My massage was therapeutic and much needed to relieve the pain. Already have my second appointment booked!

Antonio is one of the most knowledgeable massage therapists I’ve ever been to and I’ve had massages in every state and country I’ve visited. He has a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions all the way down to the cellular level. He is also trained in MLD - lymphatic Drainage which I plan on doing during my next visit and on top of that he is a nurse and EMT. Highly trained ! The best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had!

I go to see Wendy who has a room here. Love her she is amazing!!! She listens to what your body needs and then decides how she can best help you. So her massages are not always typical massages. She has a variation of techniques. She is all about helping! The money and time is absolutely well spent!!!

Sarah is incredible! She gives a massage which is relaxing and corrects malalignment. Im always amazed how dramatically better I feel immediately following my appointment. Today, was amazing! Its noticable how much more deeply I can breathe. I cannot recommend her and Bliss enough!

My wife surprised me with a couples massage here and was extremely impressed. Im no massage expert, I have only had a handful of professional massages but this was the best experience so far. The place was extremely clean and both massage specialists were very professional. We liked it so much we already scheduled our next massage!

I saw Sara for my first appointment and she was amazing! I have specific areas that radiate pain and she was able to focus on those areas the entire time and provide me knowledge that I can do at home to help alleviate my issues. She worked very hard the entire session and I felt I got more than my money’s worth.

Tony was able to address the issue that Ive been dealing with for years and made me feel like was 21 again. (A BIG THANK YOU for that sir) I look forward to scheduling many more sessions. As people get older we dont realize the body needs to be tuned and I found the best body mechanic / masseur in St. Pete..!! Clean, professional, and accomidating. Do you have pain, old pain that you thought would never go away? I did, and now I dont! Antonio worked through every centimeter of my back and shoulder and pain is gone and I also have full range of motion in my shoulder thst I lost 10 years ago. I hear Sarah is just as wonderful and look firward to booking an appointment with her in the future too!

I have been going to Bliss for a out a year now and I have never on e had a bad experience or anything resembling one.Yesterday I brought my 85 year old grandmother up there as she has been experiencing sever neck pain and generally been stiff and sore.Antonio took such gentle care of her and made her feel comfortable by allying her fears that a prior visit to some barbarian chiropractor who really was too rough had instilled in her. He did this probably without even knowing as the culture at bliss is one borne out of an obvious love for what they do.They dont act like its a job there, they have a true passion and love for the work that they do and I applaud them.My grandma is now dancing.. Yes DANCING in the kitchen and sleeping like a baby at night. I cant wait to follow through on her treatment t plan that has been set out by Antonio so she can regain much of her mobility and finally enjoy some relief from the debilitating aches, pains, and stiffness that shes been suffering from for countless years.THANK YOU ALL BLISS!!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. They falsely gave prices several times and re-booked my massage 3 times! I regularly get massages ans have never had such a bad experience trying to book a massage. I initially booked my massage after work and was quoted the massage special price for that session, which I asked to be verified, was put on hold for her to verify with and told it was 100% accurrate. Then the night before my massage I was text a new arrival time prior to my agreed upon time, then again that morning yet again a new time was text to me even before that time. They did not call to ask about switching my times and I couldnt make those times since I would still be at work. When I called to ask what was going on I was told the girl who booked me was new and that time is not available and also my massage would be $30 more than quoted. The person who called was apathetic. So I cancelled. I shouldve gone with my gut feeling. Several days later someone else called to see if I wanted to re-book my cancelled massage. I explained why I cancelled, she said the staff was new and that original time shouldve never been booked and that person did not know there pricing. So clearly they have not trained their staff. She apoligized and offered a $20 off coupon to rebook. I told her I was hesitant due to the poor communication last time. I decided to give them another shot. So I re-booked and was told they put down notes in my file and there should be no issues going forward. Price, time and service was 100% confirmed. A few days later I get a call that they need to cancel my new massage time and reschedule it, and the girl who booked my rescheduled massage was not authorized to give a discount so I would not receive it. I was told by the owner that girl too was not trained and new and was told to now go study their services and pricing. So now Ive had the same experience twice. The owner was apathetic and reluctantly offered to give me the $20 off if I re-booked again after I told her how ridiculous this all was. I decided not to re-book. This place is a joke. There are other great places in our area with great customer service and better prices also. Dont waste your time, save the hassle and the money and go somewhere else.

This is the best massage in town. I used to think I was getting a good massage at day spas around St. Petersburg, until I went here. They treat you like a grade A customer and after 3 treatments/massages, I will definitely be going back for a long time.

An exceptional therapeutic massage experience...as a regular consumer of massage and related treatments I have very high standards. Antonio and his team have set a new benchmark. The BEST. Period. Last year having months of neck pain, I was diagnosed with cervical osteoarthritis after weeks of doctor visits and meds, Xrays determined slight cervical disc degeneration. I was prescribed 12 sessions of physical therapy after which there was slight improvement. I was then referred to Bliss Medspa to continue with massage therapy. I met with Sarah and after our initial consultation, she had a plan and we decided on a 12 week program with the first half being hard work ahead of us. After each session I began to see results and then about the eight session I really began to feel less pain and improved flexibility. Upon completing the 12th session, the pain was almost entirely gone and I regained the ability to turn my neck in both directions with little or no daily pain and no more meds!! I am now down to maintenance visits every 2 - 3 weeks. Thank you so much Sarah for all your hard work and the entire Bliss team for their professional and personalized services!! Big Kudos & Thumbs UP!! I would highly recommend the Sarah, Antonio, and the Bliss team to anyone seeking one of the best in the Burg!!

Very great atmosphere and massage therapists. Knowledge, kind and caring. All the massage therapist really know what theyre doing. Its amazing how much more flexible you feel and how relieved you are when you leave.

I love this place! I recently started seeing Sara after a car accident and she is insanely good at her job, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. The spa is always very clean and very charming inside.

I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone. They are completely unorganized, lack of communication, and extremely unprofessional. Ive overheard them say negative things and making jokes about their clients. Prices are great if youre looking for a mediocre massage and customer service. You get what you pay for at Bliss. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is amazing! I have chronic back pain and nerve issues, and stopped in while on vacation. They did such an amazing job and I feel a hundred times better. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt so welcomed. I’d come back every month if could — almost makes me want to relocate!

Sara is amazing with neuromuscular massage! She is the only one I trust due to my chronic back pain. If your looking for amazing deep tissue and neuromuscular massage you must try these guys out!

Used online ordering for an appointment. I was unaware that it was a wait list and was called at 1 oclock for 1:30 appointment in which I could not could not make. I was under the assumption after the discussion that I would be put back on the wait list. 3 weeks later I have not received a call.

I don’t recommend this place. They do not uphold on prices and talk badly about clients. The lack of organization, communication, and how they treat people is terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. They just aren’t good people. It’s a lot like like two 5 Year olds running a spa.
