Just a vape shop! If you are looking for great service, along with mods, vape juice my wife and I really enjoyed Vapor Vault!

Just went for the first time today cause I cracked my pod and needed a new one. Multiple other shops didn’t have it, and never even offered to order me it.I went into vapor vault and who I assume to be the owner was super nice and eager to help from the beginning whilst he was already helping a customer already there and was making sure both of us never felt like we couldn’t ask a question. And even said if there was something I was looking for to just let him know and he would even try to get it in.They have a great selection of products and the price you can’t beat. While this was my first time there, it won’t be my last. Highly recommend them.

This is the absolute best vape store I have found! They really focus on vape products so they have a huge selection. Also, the owners both know a lot about vape products and are happy to help and answer any questions. The best part is they treat you like family. I feel truly valued as a customer every time I’m there. I highly recommend Vapor Vault! This will be your new favorite vape store.

Guy who was there was really helpful and steered me in the right direction. The two bottles of juice was exactly what I wanted, even walking in not knowing. Island man is tropical and fruity, while the pinup is fruity but even sweeter. Id definitely recommend trying this place out! Also bought the replacement pods here average price.

Amazing shop! They have your buildable tanks and an amazing variety of your e liquids! And best of all the customer service is above and beyond! They make sure you leave happy! As a beginner I have walked into so many shops in Saint Petersburg not knowing much of anything and asking for help and this is hands down the best place to go for beginners :) even with it being 20 mins away from home this will definitely be my go to shop! Not to mention the prices are the best I have seen! I’m glad I took the time to check this place out :)

This is a great vape shop Ive been going here for years and they have always had quality products and helpful staff. I havent touched a cigarette in 7 years thanks to their help.

We have been in twice and each experience was awesome. The staff is extremely informative and helpful. The iPad e-juice menu makes searching for your favorite flavor a breeze and the huge selection of the latest and greatest set ups is really fun to browse. The prices are competitive and again, the selection of everything you would need is outstanding. They made lifelong customers out of us!!

Mike is amazing, best shopkeep Ive ever seen in any store regardless of what type of store it is. Ive come in here 5 minutes before closing before and he stayed with me for almost 30 minutes to make sure I got what I needed and was happy with my purchase. Didnt even show one sign of being short with me due to timing or anything. Seriously come here, you will not be disappointed. Good prices, great selection, awesome deals, membership perks, etc. I have never come here and been disappointed. This is my go to shop always.

What awesome shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me when I asked all sorts of rookie questions and they didnt try to sell me high end gear.What I especially liked about this shop is that they have disposable drip tips that are individually wrapped. I havent seen any other shop do this, usually theyre in a clean bin where theyre unwrapped. When customers grab a clean tip they touch numerous other clean tips with their fingers. Not here, you have the peace of mind knowing that youre not putting your lips on something that countless other people touched.Their juice selection isnt the biggest, but theyre all high quality. I have yet to find a juice there that I didnt want to buy.Their prices are pretty good also. Local stores will almost always be more expensive than online, but after buying a complete kit there I price shopped online to see if I got ripped off and saw that I would have only saved a few dollars after shipping. Im okay with spending a few dollars more to support these guys especially since I can have my stuff today and not have to wait for it to arrive in the mail.This shop blows all other local shops out of the water. In fact, Ive been to countless other vape shops in other cities and I have yet to find one that comes close in cleanliness, professionalism, and quality.I just wish that I could give it more stars.

Mike was so friendly and personable, and that stood out the most. On top of that, this vape shop is like a blast from the past. Back around 2015-2016 when I first quit smoking with vaping, and vape shops were popping up everywhere and thriving. Super nice Blue Collar folk, very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Price for battery charger was a bit steep, but coils priced right. Got 4 coils for my tank, and a two bay charger for 50 bucks out the door. Service and knowledge far outweighs the extra you may have to pay. Cant wait to come back and try some of their juices.

Great mods, great juice! Just bought a new mod at vapor vault yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the service and experience! After helping me find a mod that already worked with the batteries and tank of my old mod he then set up and primed the whole thing! Ready to go! Thank you! Last vaped 5 years ago, had no clued about any of it these days tech wise, but wanted to quit smoking again. Mike was very patient and knowledgeable, had a bunch of different models, kits, and flavors to try out, explained the how and why of everything. Got me set up with a kit that meets my needs, and all great prices. Not sure what I expected going in, but it was a fantastic experience. Definitely going to be back. Thanks!

I’ve tried a lot of shops in the area and this is my favorite spot. Extremely fair prices and I always drive out of my way just to go here. I never feel like i’m inconveniencing the staff and I’m always in and out in a few mins. Plus they carry Boulder pods and no other shop does! Appreciate y’all!

The best Vape shop in the area!!! The staff is really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of juices for a great price. Mike helped me fix my tank and gave me some helpful tips since its an older Crown tank. I didnt feel rushed to leave or pressured to buy anything I didnt need. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a new vape or new juice. They have also offered to help me fix my mod which is in need of small repairs from being dropped.

Folks, Ive been to just about every vape shop and ordered for countless sites online. This is the best place by far. The pricing, service and staff are second to none.Dont believe the negative reviews you read over the last few months - its fake news posted by people being asked to intentionally slander Judi and Michael to help another shop.

Great help from the owner and her co-captain . Its nice to go somewhere where they are not forcing over priced stuff on you. Their prices are consistently lower than other places and they carry some gear that other places do notThey also have a small selection of CBD products. Staff is super knowledgable and I always feel great when I leave just due to the atmosphere.

I was on vacation from Iowa and I’d looked at like 4-5 shops for a coil for my fire Luke mesh tank. They had it and the guy working even put more cotton on my Purge slam piece since I’d left mine in my hotel room. Very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’d recommend this shop to anybody needing vape gear. I know I’ll go back when I’m in town.

I came in this evening after work. I was helped by Michael. He was so knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction for what exactly I needed. He didnt try to sell me a high dollar fancy vape with being new to vaping. He let me try out a bunch of different flavors at all different price ranges. I will totally come back when I need some juice and will be referring anyone to come here! Made me feel very welcomed and treating me with amazing service!!

Weve been going here for almost a year since my boyfriend decided he wanted to quit cigarettes and thanks to Alicia he hasnt had a cigarette since before Christmas and its been such a great place to actually just hang out because theres no pressure for anything . Was told if anything were wrong with my Pen it could be replace. I go in and all they have to say is well good thing they are cheap. So I busted the pen and left in front of the store. You can have it. Thanks for wasting 70 from buying your pen and oil. Customer service great person to person. But not not if u have an issue with pen. Stay away never going back here.

Love this place and all the staff! Judy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to know exactly what I needed to help me quit smoking cigarettes! I have been to several different vapor/e-cig shops and all have sold me over $100 devices that never worked for me. In January Judy sold me a $20 device with a bottle of juice. I am so extremely happy to say that I have not had a cigarette since that day! After 15+ years of smoking! Instead of trying to up sell me on some fancy device, she recommended what would work for me! I have been a loyal customer ever since. If you vape if you need products if you need a kid or even a starter kit anything to do with vaping. This particular location is highly recommended. The guy there is super knowledgeable and friendly. Knows way more about vaping and accessories for vaping than anyone else Ive met. Prices are way better than the other shops in the area. And they carry premium juices! Not some bad house juices you have no idea where they were made.

Stopped into Vapor Vault to get some information on a new vaporizer. They have a great staff working here. Mike was very helpful in explaining a wide variety of vapes and E-Liquids. Highly recommend stopping into their store and seeing the large variety of E-Liquids they have in stock. Many of these are local to the area as well.

Best experience here. I bought my first vape here in July and it recently died. When I went in, I couldn’t afford to buy a new one at the moment and was getting ready to leave after the guy had tried several things to fix the vape. He handed me a Smok G80 to borrow until I could come in and buy a new one! Customer service like that is rare! Can’t tell you how happy I was when I walked out! Vapor vault is the best shop in town. The owner, Judi, provided excellent customer care. All products are toxin free; she wont bring any juices in without seeing the toxicology tests.

Michael was very knowledgeable and attentive when I showed up for the first time to ask about salt nicotine. He was easy to talk to. Not only was he very helpful about it, but had great a recommendation on how to use my existing hardware to try salt nicotine.If you’re reading this to try to figure out if you should go here-stop reading and just go. Michael will take good care of you, you will not feel rushed even if he has to juggle five people at the same time which he flawlessly did when I arrived with my newBie questions.As a sidenote, pricing was very fair when I made my purchase, he even threw in a converter (usually a $5 hit from other shops).Oh! I even watched him try to resuscitate some guy’s four-month old, leaky af coil with care and patience. He dismantled and cleaned the guy’s whole rig, checked the o-rings. He didn’t push a new coil-he just suggested it, but this poor guy was on such a tight budget, just shrugged and said “Well I’ll just keep going on with this one.” Even though Michael didn’t make a big sale with this guy - he impressed me with his patience and customer service skills. People can take advantage sometimes...Keep up that great attitude Michael, you are very good at managing your shop and I plan on coming back when I will need more vaping guidance. The hardware is ridiculously overpriced, its hard to even get help when you are ready to be taken for highway robbery because the owner is too busy flirting with other customers to even pay attention to you.The man behind the counter is not very knowledgeable with products and is falsifying battery information to customers by stating that an MXJO 18650 battery is actually 35A when it has a 15A-20A continuous discharge current (CDR).This is definitely not a place Id like to do business with again in the future. Totally unsafe and unprofessional. This is a reminder of why I make my purchases online
