Lauren walked me through the process as I have only had one facial before. She accommodated my request to wear a mask and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the experience.

I have been using Massage Envy for several years. I believe in massage as beneficial treatment for daily life. The Massage Envy has variety of therapists and I have had the pleasure to have many of the therapists care for me over the years. It is like a family for me so comfortable and caring.

It was my first time with Julia. I cannot fully express how wonderful my experience was with her. It was relaxing, therapeutic and informative. I cannot wait for my next facial. I give her a 5!

Ive been going to ME in Keizer for years! I have gone to a handful of their massage therapists over the years but Lindsay became my go to. She is AMAZING!! I had a work schedule change so I havent been able to see her as much as Id like.I recently injured my back and I was so desperate for a massage that even though I couldnt get in with Lindsay, I went ahead and booked with someone new. That someone was Levi and he helped me so much!! He was really great and Id be happy to work with him again!

I thought he did a fine job. He was responsive to my inquiries. He got deep enough to workout unwanted knots. He is very qualified and I had full confidence in his abilities. Thanks MichaelI would come back to you in an instant.

Had my first facial ever. Lauren was exceptional. Have a great way of making me feel comfortable with listening to all my details, worries, and things I wanted to work on. I explained every part of the facial as we went through it and products . Made the facial very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. I am so glad I became a member. I cant wait to go back for my next one.😃

I’ve been getting facials from Ellie for almost a year now. She is incredibly kind and each visit is relaxing. My skin glows afterward, and as someone with celiac disease, it’s always comforting to know that she is aware of exactly what products contain allergens!

Got a massage by Lindsey and it was an amazing experience! She stuck to the targeted areas I had mentioned, and her pressure was phenomenal. All of the tension in my shoulders and back had disappeared by the end of the session, and I left feeling extremely relaxed.

Lauren was nice and the overall experience was positive. Never had an exfoliating back and shoulder session before, but it was good. I prefer still prefer massages, but this was a value add for me.

Chene is always awesome. She is very knowledgeable in her craft, and I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

Ellie is very professional. She explains the process & getting a facial with her is like a “mini vacation” because it’s so relaxing! I highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking to explore esthetician services.!

Lauren explained what she was doing as we went through my very first facial! The atmosphere was quiet, calming and I felt so relaxed. My face felt “happy”, looked improved and a neighbor commented on how great I looked when I arrived home.

Ethan was very friendly and courteous. He did a great job and showed concern that I was comfortable.

Wolfgang found all the areas that needed to be treated and did a very nice job to relieve stress and pain in all areas especially my lower back. Hes pretty good.

Ethan/Wolfgang was absolutely AMAZING! I have never had anyone ever to work on me like that. He knows so much about muscles and knew exactly where my pain stemmed from. I felt fantastic when I left. It helped me so much so that I scheduled my next appointment sooner than I normally do. I hope he stays because Massage Envy does not normally have someone like this.Thank you Massage Envy for having him there.

Stephen was great! I really appreciated how he stayed focused on my shoulders and neck area for so long because that is where I carry my tension. My massage by Lindsay was very relaxing. Good balance between deep tissue and relaxation work. I’m looking forward to my next massage with her! I appreciate being a member of Massage Envy, and that I can get great massages in a regular basis!

Joann was very knowledgeable about our assisted stretch session. She is also a personal trainer which made my confidence in her abilities even stronger! She helped me to feel absolutely loose and free from the pain in my back after just a single session. Of course its not a permanent fix but I had not felt that good in so long. Highly recommend an hr long session with her!

Ellie did a wonderful job for my facial explaining products, making me feel comfortable and pampered, soft touch was so relaxing.I already have my next visit scheduled with her!I have had great deep tissue massages and so Alora was one of the best! I have already scheduled another with her and can’t wait!I had hot stone massage with Alora- amazing, I highly recommend especially if you love the deep tissue massage’s!Had a 90 minute massage from Dustin ! So far not disappointed at all with Keizer location!

Sierra did a wonderful calm and soothing massage, felt like a mini vacation from stress! Highly recommend her!

Once again Lindsey worked her magic. I felt more flexible and the inflammation was abated. She goes above and beyond what I have experienced in the past, gently working out the knots and sore places. I highly recommend her, as long as I can stay a regular!

Erin gave me such a great massage! I thought it would take longer to ease the tension in my lower back, but she had it done in minutes without any pain that comes with loosening muscles! Then proceeded to give me an exceedingly fantastic massage.Julia then followed up by giving me a thorough facial while being mindful of all my skincare needs! She was sure to be detailed in my needs and goals as well as checking in while still allowing for the blissful experience to shine! Michael have a great deep tissue massage. Im going to rebook for sure. He listens to your needs and goes where its hurting.Do yourself a favor and make an appointment,you wont be disappointed.

The massage was great for as long as it lasted. The only complaint I have is you request we show up early ( my massage was scheduled at 1 pm)I did this and was not invited back to the room until 1:15. At 1:20 the therapist came in after I had disrobed and was ready. The massage was over at 2:00 pm sharp. The math of the time is 40 minutes to the delay. I pay for a 60 minute massage. I agree 5 minutes to undress. I would appreciate an explanation and possibly a credit for the time I was not afforded

I found out which therapist I wanted by reading other reviews.Trish had glowing reviews, so I wanted to book with her.I managed to get in (next day!) on a cancellation.She was warm and welcoming from the start.She asked what pressure I wanted....I wanted to feel like I had a massage without being in pain the next day.She did that PERFECTLY!She was quiet so I could just lay there and MELT.I appreciated not having constant banter.(I was there to RELAX....not explain my daily stresses!)I highly recommend 90 minutes on her table.I WILL be back!!

Aly is a great massage therapist. She is very sweet and accommodating. The muscles in my R shoulder/arm/chest are very tight due to an injury. I felt better after my massage.The front office person (I didn’t get their name) was so helpful. All my questions were answered and I learned I can use my prepaid massages for a facial. I was able to get scheduled and am looking forward to my next visit.

I had not had an hour long stretch session before at Massage Envy. I wasnt sure what to expect but let me tell you it was a life changing experience. I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, a headache was involved as well. Lydia took such good care of me. Explaining each stretch as she did it, making sure I was getting the stretch and it wasnt too painful. She was so great about making me feel comfortable, I will be back. I woke this morning with no pain in my neck and motion in my neck was the best it has been in years. With Massage my skin hurts the next day due to my fibro. I had no skin pain or irritation from stretch with all the benefits of Massage. Lydia is outstanding!!!

Rebekah was very helpful with stretching my shoulder out and decreasing the tension in my neck. I would definitely recommend her to others!

Jason was a new therapist for me and I recently got my quarterly Trigger injections in my targeted areas to manage migraines. I explained the area to avoid working for This massage and he respectfully avoided that area. He worked on my shoulders, lower back, gluts, hips and legs. He was a good firm pressure. Those areas are often neglected while working my trigger areas, shoulder blades, upper back, and neck. My right shoulder has been radiating in pain and throbbing. My right hip has been throbbing. It has been 24hrs and both are still relaxed with no return of the throbbing or radiating pain.I look forward to seeing him again when I can have him work on my neck and upper back. He was professional and attentive. Very happy with my experience.

Michael is fairly new to this location and he is amazing. His techniques and knowledge is exceptional. I wished I had booked with him earlier on.

Julia provided a more relaxing and rejuvenating facial than I have had in a while. She was filled with information about the products I use, and answered all the questions I had on how to improve my daily routine. Thankful to have such a knowledgeable person providing this service.

Stephen is great! No unnecessary chatting, he listens to you and does what needs to be done. My only reason for a 4 & not a 5 is because they dont always answer the phone then dont return calls when you leave a message.

When I arrived an employee was out front cutting his toenails. Both feet.After talking with someone inside I agreed to go ahead with my massage. My therapist came to get me ten minutes late. We went for consultation he was very short with me to the point of being snappy. I did not go through with the massage. To their credit they did not charge me for the massage.

I had Chene for the first time and it was amazing. The pressure was perfect and she worked the heck out those hot stones!! I was left in a dazed coma bliss! A day later my body is still feeling great. I work in healthcare so my 90 minute hot stone massage was exactly what I needed!

I had an hour massage with SuzynV and she did an amazing job. So relaxing. I’ve also had total body stretching with Nik. He is very personable and caring. I definitely recommend them both!!

Less talking, more massaging. Also I feel like it was very soft for being scheduled as medium to firm. I mentioned several times that he could push harder and his pressure never increased.

We are pleased to report that the ending of our contractual relationship with massage envy has ended on a positive note! John completed his last contract massage yesterday, 11/9/23 with Christal and she provided John an excellent, thorough upper body massage!! Ironically John was scheduled to have a massage with someone else who at the last moment cancelled yet again, so we were pleased that the rebooking schedule with Cristal worked out and John was finally able get a good massage!!

I have been a ME member for years. The therapists have been pretty great! The bad review is for being ripped off with payments. I had service yesterday and for no known reason the receptionists could find who or why my membership had been canceled. It changed price of massage by $50 (total now $130!) and I could not cancel without being charged full price! She said she could not find who or why membership was cancel but she could not do anything. I was not going to argue with her as she could not figure out the problem but also did not offer to look into how or why the problem happened.BAD SERVICE! After years and thousands $ spent at this business, I will not be going back. I feel super ripped off. (Still left generous tip for therapist who had nothing to do with administrative mess up).

I’m very happy with my aesthetician, Ellie she gets ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m not happy with the overall customer service of the clinic. Since COVID it’s impossible to get someone to pick up the phone to schedule (there’s a tech issue with my account so I can’t manage my appointments on line). To reschedule my most recent appointment, I called several times over multiple days and left a message. No response. I called again and left a very detailed (and snarky to be honest) and only then did I get a call back. If I didn’t have so many credits, I would take my business somewhere else.

Today was my first time trying Massage Envy. What attracted me was the guided stretching session, I have a lot of physical trauma from injuries and I figured it would be a great way to try to find some relief. It is for sure! I feel like a new man after only my first session, however, I do plan to be back in soon. Thank you to my kind and informational therapist Rachel, and the nice, funny receptionist who works the night shift.I was buying some products, and did not realize they were closing, but she let me finish picking and choosing and checking out anyhow! how nice! what a very pleasant first visit!

Cristal is amazing.I’ve suffered lower back pain for decades. I’ve seen doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, and multiple massage therapists. I’ve also used creams and pain relievers.Nothing has helped nearly as much as a couple of sessions with Cristal.My back hasn’t felt this good in over 30 years.

Ellie is just the best esthetician! I’ve been seeing her twice a month. I usually alternate facials and microdermabrasion, and this routine has transformed my dry skin. She was able to eradicate a dry patch under my eye that had given me trouble for years! Her advice on sunscreen was spot-on! I highly recommend her for all esthetic needs!

They do a good job on what they do. The people are great and massages are wonderful. I also like when they combine the stretches with the massage in one day. I get so much relief in one day.

If I could give a negative -5 star I would. I am not someone who typically leaves a bad review, but I am beyond frustrated with this company.I called in May to schedule a massage and was told they were booked until the last weekend of August. Ive had a membership for years and have so many massages stacked up that havent been used that I scheduled a massage for every 2 weeks from end of August through October.After months of waiting I finally get to my scheduled massage only to find out theyre closed on Saturdays now. I never got a call to reschedule more massages or even inform me they were canceled.Ive called, emailed, and even attempted to reach out to their social media and I havent gotten a single response.I am not sure what to even do about this situation.

Been a member at that franchise in Keizer Station since 2010. I was told then prices would never increase with my membership. I was locked in for life as long as I didnt cancel my membership. 12 years later, prices increased overnight from $50 to $70 without my knowledge and against the original contract. I have 41 massages banked due to the pandemic and lack of appointments available due to staffing shortages for the past three years. Canceling membership I would lose $2050. I cannot even use the 41 massages Ive already paid for because there isnt staffing. My original contract states: Your membership is auto-renewable. Following the initial term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at $49 per month until your membership is cancelled. They raised my membership to $70 a month breaching the terms in their contract. Stay away. Buyer beware.

Duston is great at his job. Great at attention to detail. Came in with bad headache from neck and back area. Headache all gone before I left.

A great place to get regular massages. Im a member, so I get discounted monthly massages. Its a great price, and they have some very talented massage therapists. The only down side, is that you need to book far in advance because they fill up very quickly.

I scheduled a first time massage and was accidentally placed with a light masseuse, I wanted a deap tissue to get knots out so the assistant manager rescheduled me and discounted my massage. I returned for my appointment and got a wonderful massage from Brandy and am very happy. I was very pleased with the service and feel amazing. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Offered the use of the tranquility room and water for a pleasant time to relax my mind and body for another wonderful massage experience with Pamela. My friend has been getting massages at Massage Envy for a couple of years now and gave me a gift massage for my birthday. A most welcome gift and at a great location with great people. I booked an appointment for a massage almost two months out and one hour before the appointment they cancelled. When I called back upset about it, the front desk lady hung up on me! I was supposed to receive a call from the manager the next day and NEVER did. So I called and she was gone for the day.My husband got me a 150 gift card for them that I can NEVER use because they are never available and they cancelled after months. Ive asked for my money back for the gift card and they will not give it back.They are great at stealing your money and being unprofessional. Dont get their gift cards or go to them.

Bought the annual membership. Had a female therapist. She was good. One month she was unavailable and switched to another. He was really good. Started bragging about him and suddenly he was hard to schedule with. No more bragging about ????????? Im not sayin. ;) Excellent body work. I regret to say I came home wiped out with the crud and missed my last appointment. I got a no call, no show charge message on my phone after I woke up from my 12 hour sleep. I deserve it. Just one of those things.

Dustin is great, he’s never failed to give me the best massage. Always schedule him whenever possible.

My mother in law has had the unfortunate experience of being extremely Ill for the past 6 and a half months . She paid over 1800 dollars for massages with the monthly membership and was unable to make it in to get her massages due to her illness so she requested that they put her membership on hold since she was unable to make it in to get massages after she racked up 1800 dollars worth of massages. When she called they informed her instead of putting her membership on hold they cancelled it and she lost all her massages. I am extremely disappointed that the massage place she has been telling me to go to for months would do business like this. It hurts my feelings that she would be treated like this due to an illness keeping her housebound most days.

Ive been with Massage Envy at this location for a year and have recently canceled my membership. The massages Ive had have been good, but I just dont care for the membership style and the times/days that massages were available didnt work well for me. It seems that they often dont answer the phone which is frustrating to have to call back multiple times to schedule appointments. Overall, it wasnt for me, but it seemed like a decent place if you are flexible when you can get your massage or your schedule is always the same. For me, it ends up being a lot more affordable and enjoyable for me just to book an appointment with a massage therapist elsewhere when I want. If I factor in how many of my massages went unused when I canceled, I probably paid $100 an hour for a massage which is way more than it is otherwise worth.

This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with! RUN fast before thinking about stepping foot in this facility.I went here because I had a gift card. The first time was great, the second and last time was horrible. The therapist fell asleep while in the middle of my massage. Since then I have talked with an ever rotating group of employees and they get worse as it goes along. Not only do I still get to pay for a massage I never get, but I get to keep rehashing the fact that the therapist fell asleep while giving a massage. I have heard every excuse under the sun why it is ok for this to happen and the best part is the only option they can think of is I can give you a free massage. Why would anyone EVER want top go back to a place like this.Andrea is a special kind of person who gives the worst customer service of them ALL. I hope you reconsider going to this facility or any massage envy ever again.There are better places local that will give you what you need.

Only a few GOOD therapists. All else just feel like light touch massage with no real talent. I cancelled my account in November, and was assured it was cancelled (after the year contract they get you into without telling you its a YEAR) and since November Ive incurred two additional charges. Both of which threw my bank account into the negative. Both times I was assured by the manager my account was cancelled, however I keep getting charged.

Before the pandemic they were a wonderful service. Due to the pandemic and moving I was unable to use my membership at any location. In the contract it states a refund if we are not within a certain mileage of a Massage envy. All locations in Beaverton, Portland, Tigard, Sherwood were closed for multiple months. I contacted the Salem office and they froze my membership. They explained they will refund three of the six months of the pandemic. I contacted the main corporate office on 03/20 and 05/11 explained this was an independent franchise and they escalated it back to the manger at the Salem office. No results. So I tried to use my services again and they froze my credits that I already paid for.

I had messed up my neck and could turn my head for a week. After my massage with Suzyn I felt immediate relief and could move again!

Horrible Experience. Booked a massage for two people and waited 3 months. 2-days before our massage, they canceled because they will be closed that day and when we tried to reschedule, it is another 3 month wait and they are not willing to help at all. Will NEVER go here again. Complete waste of our time and money.

I would not recommend getting a membership. I had one and canceled it nearly two years ago I’ve recently been sent to collections by them after I thought I resolved the issues with my account. When I left I was under the impression I didn’t owe anymore on my account because I didn’t even use all the massages I paid for but yet I’m being charged almost two years later.

I have been going to K.S. Message Envy for years. The front end staff have always been helpful and respectful. They have multiple LMT’s, I have 3 that I use on rotation depending on what I need ( relaxing, deep tissue..).The reminder calls for appointments are helpful.

The Keizer Station location has a manager named Lee Anne Belowski who was rude, condescending and to be honest quite frightening when I spoke with her on the phone today. I asked her a basic question and she want off saying that it was inappropriate and would refuse to let me use a $75.00 gift card that my family had purchased for me. Also refused to give me money back. I would not touch this location with a 10 foot pole. There are other massage places that are much more friendly and honest. Keeping my money is criminal. Thank you for listening.

Had an appointment, showed up early and nobody in the lobby. Waited, watched somebody come in and go into the back.... still waited. After still waiting, called..... no answer. Finally left and called again, still no answer.Worst part is theyll probably still charge me...Finally got a call back. It was full of excuses followed by placing the blame on me for not waiting longer.I was there prior to my appointment and waiting until after my appointment time, my fault!

DONT DO IT!! For 2 years now Ive been totally disgusted with this location. I can never get in. Called today to book 2 massages for guest and me-cant get in for 90 days. I can go to other locations and get in for guest and me with one days notice. Ive had them mess up my contact info, cancel a massage, and this is one of a dozen times that I cant get in when needed. If I cancel my membership I would lose 24+ massages that Ive paid for but not been able to book. NEVER JOIN KEIZER!!!

I had a really good experience. The representative at the counter was peppy and sweet. My female therapist was very good I would definitely see her again and recommend to a friend
