I have been bringing my business here for the better part of a year now and the service thry provide is top tier. They have a wide variety of smoking accessories as well as brands and flavors of vapes and oils for your pods. Both the guys in there are always super chill and always spare a moment to ask how my day is going. Jeremy is a rockstar any time I have a question or if I cant quite read the labels on the vapes hes always happy to help.

Seriously stop pretending like you cant say the prices over the phone. You can easily look them up and tell us the prices.Theres a few stores that choose to be counterproductive to their own benefit probably because some employee messed up and said a cheaper price over the phone. Just say this is not legally binding and yada yada yada approximate price not including tax yada yada yada and then give us the freaking price range that is reasonable.

It seemed like they didnt care to help out customers; they were both rude and not helpful when I went in looking for something. I dont recommend the place.

But I did receive a mod that has a cracked screen and some scuffs.looks like it was returned after it was dropped or something. I may see if I can return it but it works. Overall decent experience and will probably come back for more products as long as they are in good condition

I’ve always liked going to this shop when I’m in north Salem. Never had any issues. That is until today when I went in asking for a specific pack of pods for my device. I realized after purchasing them that they were the wrong type and went back in to swap them. We’ll TOO BAD… they don’t have those ones and they don’t give out any refunds….Just make sure your getting the correct product your looking for before you purchase something here, or better yet go to the branch in south salem.

Update: Still my number one/only vape shop. Always pleasant, helpful and all around great shop! No need to go anywhere else.I NEVER go anywhere else. They always take care of me, and best prices I have ever found. The owner makes sure your taken care of, the staff is always upbeat and friendly. I never feel like theyre annoyed to have customers. This is definitely the best place to go in Salem.

I love my experience every time I come here. They ALWAYS have the coils Im looking for, they almost always have the flavors I want in the strengths I want. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and bright and everything is so organized. Its a place you feel good about spending your money at when youve got vaping needs. When asked where I recommend I always recommend here. I tried ECBlends down by bottle drop one time and I suggest everyone NOT do that, its a nightmare.

All three of the people I have been served by have been great. Nice place, supply is hit or miss due to supply chain issues but over all this place is probably the best in town. Staff have helped me fix vapes and have been very kind to me as I suffer from anxiety and PTSD. The manager helped me with a defective unit and the place has a friendly attitude.

Hmm cant seem to find my previous review. Bought a vape, a Nord 5. kept the box for a few days. Worked fine, tossed the box. Let it charge all night, shows a charge of less than 20ish %, after 8 hours pluged in, wire is fine, plug is fine, works on everything else. Owned this less than 7 days, shop says cant do nothing for me. 65$ rip. You lost a customer whos been coming here almost a year now.

I always have gone to this store since it opened since one stoped closed on commercial. & the beanie worker that always walks around with AirPods in every time I come in. Acts like he doesn’t want to be there. I went to get a coil for a nord and they said they only had one option which was the new mesh but I know from coming here for a long time my coils are on the floor in the shelves and he told me straight up that’s all they have. I told him they are down there he didn’t even bother to look or trust me there Were more coils in there then proceeded to tell me “well if you can point it out “ like bro I’m not doing your job for you you should know everything in the store by now give me your job you obviously don’t care what you do as long as it’s an easy check. Don’t pull up to work with headphones its disrespectful to your customers. Like you got something better to do than be an employee

I only found out about this place a couple of weeks ago, but I wish I knew about it sooner. The staff were super helpful and extremely professional with me. They made me feel welcome with absolutely no BS just to make a sale at all. Ill certainly be doing all my vape shopping there, I definitely recommend this place 110% 👍👍👍

I had a great experience at this shop. It had been years since I had tried to transition to vaping (I obviously was not successful), so I had a little bit of an idea of what I was wanting, but I definitely wanted some guidance. The customer service was top-tier. I left with the right set up for my needs and lots of new information. I look forward to giving this shop my business in the future, and I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Stay and test your product!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not do any returns or exchanges after you leave and they mean it! I cant stress this enough. Weve bought multiple Elfbars and some last longer than others but otherwise theyve been good. However, tonight we bought one and after we walked out, we realized it wasnt turning off when wed puff on it. On our way to our next errand it kept turning on by itself and wed have to puff on it again to get it to turn off. We went back right after that one errand (less than an hour) and they would not give us a new one. Stay for a little bit and test the product before you walk out. Other than this, though, weve had good experiences but not sure if we will be returning.

Definitely my go-to shop when I am in Salem. Good selection for juice, usually have every coil you could possibly need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus how could you not love a shop that has Reno the pup?

This is my number one go to, in fact I don’t go anywhere else and they always have great products, or so I thought till an employee yesterday told me the product I bought was trash and said they don’t sell that “trash” here?? But I did buy it at this Elev8Maybe he’s having a bad day I don’t know but when an employee bags their own product and is extremely rude it makes me no longer want to shop there which is unfortunate As I’ve always had good experiences priorI would have left one star but due to past experience I won’t do that.Owner if you read these talk to your employee “Badr” please he’s losing you business

Great vape shop. They have the largest selection of e-juice I have seen in Salem. A nice variety of vape-mod/pod starter kits, & its all by legit brand names. They also have a great selection of various coils/tanks/pods/ etc-hardware. If youre looking to get a whole new setup, or just need any parts for your current vape, its Definitely worth checking this place out. I really appreciate that they are open until 11PM.

Omgoodness, the owner and the staff at this store are the absolute best. They listen, ask great questions, and help you pick what will work best FOR YOU. I had an awesome experience, first with changing my kratom to a better type that fit my needs, as well as a lovely informative chat on usage, but I also decided to switch from cigarettes to vaping, I came in 3 different times, the first two were with great employees who were a huge help finding me a good disposable vape. But my third time coming in I was ready to upgrade, and it was the owner, this dude is a so knowledgeable! He took his time helping me find the right reusable Vape, reasonably priced, he didnt upsell at all, he helped me find whats right FOR ME, walked me through everything to do with it for maintaining and using, he even helped me find the right airflow and wattage, WAT. Thats such crazy good customer care, Im always impressed with this store, they really treat the customer well. Much appreciated, you guys. Ive bought vapes before with little success from vape experts that stick their nose in the air when you dont know anything, this store was HAPPY to teach me, and within my needs.Love this store, not going anywhere else, this my store now

This is my main vape shop. Usually have no issues. Today that changed. Bought 2 disposable vapes, opened one and it didn’t work at all. So they exchanged it for another. employee opened it and it was leaking yet he still tried to give it to me. I said nah man, i don’t want it if it’s leaking. employee seemed mad i said that but gave me another one. just upsets me because if he was the one buying a vape he wouldn’t want a leaky one either. not cool in my book.

I would have 5 stars for this store, except for my recent and last visit . I spend alot of money vaping. I have alot of serious medical issues. Breaking my tank can and is expensive. Losing is even worse. The sales person was very disrespectful when explaining Im in here alot . Due to my tanks braking or losing my vapes. . Is there anything better to I c you se to prevent this . Has anything new came out to protect them? .He said there is a way just stop dropping them. I let him know for me thats kind of hard. He states no its not . Its easy not to. Well brain trauma begs to differ. Tells me to get a strong or rope and put around my neck..Today I called the store . And Monday I will call the manager. Dont judge a person or make assumptions. Its hard enough the money I put out at that store and in general . I should be respected and treated as if Im a child

When this place first opened, I went to the Lancaster location for all of my vaping needs, even after I moved further away.However, more and more and often they dont have pods/coils for hardware I purchased at any of their locations. Not to mention I purchased a pod-system from here and later found out I was overcharged by $10 - the resolution...$4 off my next purchase.Yesterday (8/20), I was treated rudely by one of the employees (who Ive never seen before) at the Lancaster location who said, Ive been working here for a minute and weve never sold it. Well, Ive been shopping there for more than two minutes and Im telling you I purchased the item from the Lancaster location in the past. The product may no longer be sold at this location, but I do know where I purchased it.I dont appreciate being talked down to and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Recently purchased a vapmod Dragoo (small cartridge battery) and in about a week of use, the small connection in the battery popped out, store told me there isnt anything they can do. constantly this store sells faulty batteries and E cig pens. do not recommend

I’ve been a novo user for over 5 years and I’ve never had as many issues continuously with the juice pods from anywhere else, as I have had with the pods from this store.

70% of the times I go to the store its just disappointing every time they got big varieties of good brands and good flavors but 70% of the time that I get something like a disposable especially the elf bars they are always bad my friend since I just bought one for $35 first day at work 5050 s a broke doesnt work and they cant do anything about it and other times they just dont work or hits or give you a buzz its not worth going to the store go to the one out in South Salem or any other place trust
