I have gone to this smoke shop since it has opened! everyone has always been really nice. they have also mostly always had what i wanted in stock too. their point system is super cool for a smoke shop too. if you wanna save some money sometimes this is the smoke shop for you!

Always get great help from both the current employees, always super friendly and positive while also doing great at assisting with all my questions. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

Jake at the Keizer store is one man that makes me uncomfortable, like Im not welcome and in a hurry to be done. I have seen him treat the ladies there not well at times. At times, he tells me that he has a hangover, like why you telling me this?

Horrible, conflicting customer service. The website offers an option to get a quote on products, but then they dont. And when calling to compare prices and availability of products, they refuse to discuss prices over the phone. Company policy is all I was told. I have to assume that they lack competitive prices.

I have been a customer for a few months but I will not be returning. I was treated very poorly after the employee, makayla misunderstood me and sold me the wrong vape. I notice right when I got to my car, came back 2 minutes later let her know she didn’t sell me an Elf Bar like I asked. She was rude and told me I looked like I knew what I wanted. I’m not sure what she meant. She agreed to hearing me say Elf Bar but would not fix HER MISTAKE! I will not be back!

Its not a bad place. It needs a little more selection, and the staff is friendly for the most part.Horrible f n service so many ppl bring their young kids in to make sure they don’t stay alone in the car i my self have brought my kids in several times for that same reason never did any staff member tell me no anything could happen in a blink of a eye . To tell a parent leave your kid in the car or I’m not selling you anything screw that never will I go back there.Having this experience already i went back to the store . I purchased my juice and the manager asked if i was the one who had a bad excounter here and ii replied yes . He took the liberty to apologize and understood. Much appreciated. Thank you.

I walked in and the employee was hard at work from the moment that door opened, assisting the customer currently being helped with great knowledge of the products. The store itself look well organized and I could easily find what i was looking for. I went there with the intention of buying one thing and came out with multiple items. This place is super friendly including, your pets!! All month of May get the homie hookup!!!! Tanner, and Jake are the homies to talk to!!! Tanner is the nicest snd most helpful dude I’ve ever dealt with in a vape shop. He helped me quit smoking. I can’t thank him enough!!! Thai place has the lowest prices on juice and moss anywhere. CANT recommend enough!!!

Tall skinny guy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He ruined my vapes a few days before by rinsing my pods and filling one with oil still wet. It shorted out 2 of my smok vapes. When I went in to tell him about himself he became very argumentative and very rude. Which I was not. I asked to speak to the owner and he flat refused to even call him for me. That guy does not know what he’s doing and refuses to listen or admit he did anything wrong. Not good business etiquette.

The one star says enough... if you buy vapes here and they are bad 10 minutes later I can assure you they wont be replaced so make sure you stay in the store for 20 minutes to make sure it works!!

Decent selection. BUT a tall thin man with brown hair was absurd towards my fiancés friend. My fiancée stayed in the car with our children, her friend went inside to get herself some nicotine. Mind you that my fiancée stayed in the CAR, she was just catching a ride to work. The employee i described above would not serve her friend because he said he wanted to see my fiancées ID that was literally outside in the CAR. I know the law and i work at a dispensary, just spoke to two employees at t-zone and one at one stop smoke shop to support my claims that in no capacity does this employee have the right to ask the identification of a individual who isnt on his property or in his store. He can only deny service if my fiancée friend somehow made it seem she was buying it for someone else, which she didnt it was for herself. He is not the police, it seems he is either riding a power trip or he is uneducated in his occupation, which badly reflects the businessIt was completely embarrassing to my fiancée in the CAR. she made her friend have to drive to another location and waste time just because she needed a ride to work and the employee was unprofessional.I repeat that he has no authority or right to try to ask for the identification of someone not on his property or in his store. Its an insane lack of logic. Would you want to ID the 4 year old in the car as well?
