I went in today to get my vape per usual and the employee told me that a customer saw my ex boyfriend bring in his old vape pulled from his pocket to be “swapped” out (which they don’t allow) and that they would not allow me to purchase there because they think I am buying for him. Yes he was using my current phone number (apparently under his name) and they would not take my old number that is (or I guess was) in their system or work with me in any way. I did reach out to my ex and explained the situation, he states that he was told by the employee that they saw him on camera grabbing the broken vape that he purchased out of the garbage (this employee witnessed this vape pen in question not working) and tried to reason with them and even offered to pay for it so he could continue doing business with them. I asked employee what can I do in this situation and his answers were I don’t know.Very disappointed in how they do business. I understand the frustrations in dealing with customers but I should not be discriminated against for someone else’s actions ESPECIALLY when it’s hearsay. It’s really unfortunate for me but hopefully they can learn from this experience and know what to do in the future to maintain customer satisfaction.

I received the most excellent service from Tasha ( I sure hope I got her name right!) I had a lot of questions and she had all the answers. great selection on vapes. I recommend the brand of vape in my photo!

Very good prices on Cigars. Wide selection of limited edition cigars as well. They have a great deal buy 4 cigars get 1 free as well as 25% off when you buy a full box. This will be where I pick up my cigars going forward.

Visited for the first time today. Nice clean well put together store. Prices were super high. Big glass selection. Guy behind counter was helpful. I was the only customer in the store at that time.

I’m not sure of his name but the red head guy that works here is amazing! I often go without a specific flavor in mind and he has yet to suggest a flavor that I didn’t like!!! All the staff are super friendly & personable but the red headed dude is top tier! Give him a raise lol

Absolutely the best! Had a issue with the mod I bought several weeks ago, they replaced it without question instead of me going through a warranty claim. They are patient with questions and knowledgeable!

The red head manager named Bryan or Bryant was acting like I was bothering him when I was trying to find a coil for my vape. Sold me the wrong one, couldn’t really get help from him cause he was so unwilling and entitled. Came back the next day and he wouldn’t accept my return, didn’t have the pod for the vape I bought last month. I asked him what his deal was with me and he just said he didn’t have one and didn’t acknowledge his terrible customer service. Ended up going to Keizer location, where I was actually helped. He told me he would call in the pod ahead of time, which he did not. Not sure who would let this guy be manager because he didn’t even have two seconds out of his day to help me. Everyone else in the staff is great. Bryan if you’re reading this, just know…. You’ll always have red hair. 🤡

Story wasnt busy went right in and Bryant helped me out.Got a Hyde Bar tested it out ended up being pretty burnt tasting and he swapped it out for me right away and got me a flavor a was familiar with.Great service at this location as always, will most definitely return.

I have been vaping for ten years and rarely run into someone that can hold my attention when talking about what’s good and bad in vaping. Then I met Kevin and was blown away with his knowledge of equipment and ability to read what a customer needs. And the prices here also can’t be beat

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Dude had to call his manager on face time because they hadnt discussed the current deals (The same deals I gotten for months) with the co workers. Who by the way are roommates. So I think their store should be a little more organized. Theyre always outside smoking or vaping. It looks like theyre loitering on their own property. F- Would not recommend. Also they do not follow their own return policy.

I came in to Leaf Life today just to look around not necessarily looking for anything but the associate Bryant was amazing really helped me find what I was looking for and came out with an incredible GooRoo bong and Rick and Morty banger to match it. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

Every time my husband and I come in I always feel welcomed and truly cared for. The guys that work behind the counter are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help explain a product to you if you dont understand what its about. I love this smoke shop. Their customer service is amazing, super friendly and very helpful. First of all, this is an incredibly beautiful and stylish shop. That’s what first caught my attention. I’m brand new to vaping (trying to stop the cigarettes), so I was completely lost. I was given total guidance, and picked out the perfect device and juice for my needs. Also, the prices are the best I found - and I called a LOT of places before visiting. They have a huge selection, good prices, friendly staff - I mean, what more do you need?

I made the mistake today of calling my husband to see what flavor he wanted while I was in. The guy at the counter refused to sell me anything. I even offered to show ID, and have my husband FaceTime me and show his ID. We are both almost 30, and returning customers with accounts. We usually see the same guy who knows us and doesn’t care, but today it was someone I hadn’t seen before. I guess get it, but it’s pretty lame. It was my own mistake.They’re also pretty over priced and I didn’t realize it until today. I really like this Daze glacial mint disposable vape. They charge $30, but you can find it online through a legit vape store for $12. Or just drive down Commercial to Wildside smoke shop. They constantly have sales going and are like $10 less to begin with. I went there after my mistake today, they had 20% off all disposables. And regularly they have buy 3 get 10% off. Super sweet girls working in there. They have our buisness now!

I told him I was just looking and found a piece that I liked, but when I tried taking a picture of it, he told me I couldn’t which I thought was a little weird.The entire time he just didn’t seem like he wanted me there, like I was just bugging him. Im a bong consiouuer, I spend alot of time in smoke shops and this shop... hands down the BEST SHOP Ive ever been to. The workers just bring the best vibe, we can hang around for 5 minutes or an hour. The longer youre there- the better time youre gaurantedd to have. This is the best shop ever!!! Oh, and the prices are a huge bonus! If you take my word on it, you actually wont regret it. Trust me!

One faulty coil I can deal with it happens but when I put in 2 different coils from leaflife went to ask for an exchange and was told I could if I didn’t open it.yet. I have been going to this shop for about a year weekly. I’ll drive to north salem now.

This place is incredible! A bit spendy which is the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, but a very friendly and knowledgeable guy helped me out as soon as I walked through the door. I also recieved a few discounts which is always helpful. I will be back for sure!
