Im not crazy for their juice, wont do exchanges/returns even when its the STAFFS fault that what you got is wrong. Prices are actually pretty good! If my preferred vape shop is out of a product I need, (Just NOT JUICE! Ill wait) I go here.

Maybe times have just changed but I always find it crazy that the staff has never attempted to upsell me even when I heavy inquire or hint about wanting to buy multiple bottles and or products. They seemed overall irritated that they are serving customers.However we keep coming because shopping local is really important to me. Until now. They have a points system. You used to have to make sure to tell them before the sale your phone number which I always did but recently we were told now they can enter it in at the end, which made me feel great so I was assured I was always getting my points.I am a stickler for saving. One of the reasons we keep going there is because were saving up to eventyally get the 120ml bottle.5-6 months ago we were told we had a free 18ml but we wanted to wait until it was a 120. Now I know I can be annoying because they seem agitated everytime I ask to make sure my sale got added to my account. We spend roughly 40-55/a week/biweekly here.I never ask how many points or what bottle we have saved up to because just making sure my sale got added to my account seems to be irritating. But i am also asking because sometimes it doesnt seem like they entered in anything when I am giving them my phone number.5-6 months later I inquire and Im still only able to get an 18ml bottle. Were talking well over 350-475 dollars later.After looking online and revaluating we will be shopping at element vape or dna vape or one of the many cheaper online stores where I know my point will get added.It seems so trivial but to me its not. Were all struggling financially and to me shopping locally was important but now when you get sub par service and get treated like your annoying for asking about a loyalty program which frankly was the only reason you were staying besides your commitment to shopping locally.I hate I am switching to online but Im so over the sigh when I walk in the door.

For the most part it is a good vape shop with friendly staff. I have one issue with the gentleman that was on staff the night of this posting. When I asked him what 18650 batteries he had with a 20 amp raiting he looked at me like i was crazy and said that all 18650s are the same. I hope he hasnt sold anyone batteries who was an absolute new vaper. Battery safety shoud be the first thing a shop employee should know (and knowing battery amps is a part of a it). I had to explain the difference between batteries to him. Thats why 3 stars.Edit: bumped to five stars the staff is now much more knowledgeable and the person I had this issue with is no longer employed there. Also the owner is great at mod repair.

Amazing didn’t know what I wanted for sure here for about 15 minutes and got exactly what I wanted. Didn’t even need to ask questions, talked me through the whole thing of why this one was better than the vape and e-juice. Felt comfortable with what I bought! Thanks Sierra so much

The only place youll need to stop in salina! Amazing E-liquid, staff that knows the industry and equipment. Great location to get information on your rights as a vapor user.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of on-site juices made to order. Great weekly specials as well, in a completely laid-back, non-snooty atmosphere.

Girlfriend went to buy me a new tip for my vape the guy told her they dont sell tips she had to buy a whole tank so she bought it. I havent even opened it but they wont return it.

Best juice in town hands down. The consistency of pg/vg is always spot on and the flavors can’t be beat. Staff is friendly and helpful

Employees are highly educated and know a lot about their products. The house juice is the best around! Always helpful with any questions.

I understand that house blend is not as good as premium . But its just trash It just taste like garbage . I asked for 3 ml of nicotine and it just taste like a cigarettes . I would not recommend thisstore to anyone

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the benefits of vaping. They have an amazing selection and very good quality products.

I went in today for my first time and Daved was great. E-Nigma was one of the juices I got and its beyond amazing. Thanks for all the help today.

Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, FULL JUICE BAR! Couldnt have been happier to find this shop on our day out in Salina.

This place is nice and clean The guy was nice but the e-juice is not as flavorful as it should be. Overall it was okay though.

The two for one Tuesday special is great. Strawberry milkshake is the best flavor.
