Every time we head in to Willys, Im blown away by how great the experience is! They are super helpful with anything you could need vape related. The owner is incredibly generous and their prices are awesome! I recommend this place to everyone! Some of the best retail customer service Ive ever experienced!

First off the service Willy gives is the best around and that’s just Me being 100! His willingness to help the customer get what they want is second to none. If you don’t know what you want or what your looking for he will help you decide not decide for you! When you don’t have enough to make the price he will do what he can to make it your way. If you just want to hangout and laugh or just be to yourself he gives you a place to sit and chill. Hands down 5 stars all the way across the board and no better pace in this state to get what you need.

Went in the other day and the lady with black hair was super nice n friendly. But I came back 2 days later to get pods, juice, pipe but the lady with red hair ( Kathy) I think is her name. Was very rude n yelling at me and my son. This is the second time I’ve went in there when she has worked n she’s been rude or on the phone in the corner not helping. I will take my business else when she is there but other then her it’s good n friendly staff.

We are traveling and we needed to stop to get a charger for our pen so we stopped at willies and it looked closed but Maps said it was open till 8 so we went in and they were actually closed but he was supperrr cool about it and he was renovating so nothing eas set up but he took the time to look for the charger we needed even tho he had to go out of his way and he was super welcoming and friendly and he gave my mom and i a pocket knife because. We were traveling and he had the sweetest dog named Nike it was just overall really good energy and super friendly staff if we ever come back to Kansas we definitely goin to willie ! : ))

The quality of service was awesome! The service was better then any place Ive been in! They explain everything to you down to how they work with what part best and doesnt try to sale only three highest price items!

In my opinion, if youre looking for a vape shop near Salina, then Willys is the only game in town! The owner is equal parts hilarious and generous. Its the first time I ever felt comfortable in a vape shop. Highly recommend to anyone whos looking for good deals and good vibes!!!
