Been coming here for years they always have deals running and keep track of your purchases so you can earn discounts towards your purchase.

The customer service was excellent They knew what they were talking about and they also suggested other things I could get besides the one mod I was looking at and the juice selection was pretty extensive but They did not have ruthless vape juice that I go with but the he did suggest a flavor I was similar to it and it was good. Environment was pleasant to be around. They knew a lot of what they were talking about.

We had a pretty bad experience a few days ago with a worker, doing his job but extremely rude about it. We have been customers for years...the other fellas there are always so great. The manager especially. A bad day wont keep us away and apologies go a long way! U should definitely make them ur juice stop.

Ive been coming to this location for my vaporizer needs almost as long as its been open and let me tell you why; The whole crew is awesome to deal with, every visit is a pleasure. Tony is super knowledgeable about all the tech and new stuff coming out and recommends stuff to me based on what he KNOWS I like, because he knows who I am and what my preferences are. Hunter and some of the other guys know the flavors I normally go for and when Im looking for something new to try, they are always up to brainstorming new flavor combinations with me. It brings me great joy to interact with people who seem to actually care.Ive been to other vape stores before and its always a disappointment. The staff in other places is never as friendly and never as knowledgeable, not to mention the perceived lower quality of the services and goods. Any time Im traveling, I make sure to stock up here before I leave.I know its about 8-9 years too late to be writing this type of review, but I cant recommend them enough. I tell all my friends who partake to come here and I sing their good graces any time Im given the chance. No other place has ever prompted that type of response from me and likely never will, as I have no reason to stop coming back again and again.

My 1st time going there and wasnt sure what I wanted and if I had enough money, but the guys there were really helpful in finding me something within my budget. The flavor I chose isnt the best, but it may just take some time getting used to. I will be going back when its time to get more juice.

Ive been coming here regularly for years. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They help me find the best products for me, whether its best for them or not. They know their regulars, and have many for good reason! The Salina location has a solid crew I can be confident will always get me taken great care of, so I leave happy.

I dont vape anymore but my mom does. She needed some juices and batteries, so I figured wed check this place out since it said it was a lounge. Its a large store, so it would be nice if they had a cozy corner to lounge and socialize in. Just a suggestion and not worth knocking off any stars.Otherwise, the guys working were friendly and helpful. They enjoyed sharing recommendations with my mom and seemed passionate about their job.Im not sure about the other review saying there are no juices available because there were a plethora of options to pick from when we visited. In fact, you can mix n match and customize what you want.I found the store to be modern, well stocked, and priced adequately for a brick and mortar. Definitely recommend!

Ive been coming in regularly for the disposables for a while, and everybody is always nice and helpful. I usually talk to Tony, but theyre all very nice and easy to small talk with (which I usually despise lol)! I usually get the same thing, but I went in with a limited budget and needed help picking something different. Brandon took a few minutes to pick out two different brands from the back with different flavor options and rang them up before showing me to ensure the price. Im sure it was a little inconvenient but he was so nice about it! Ive bought juice and other products in the past and theyre all great, but the customer service is the best part, especially for somebody with a stupid level of social anxiety like me. I wont go anywhere else!

Excellent experience! Brandon helped me out both of my visits this past week and couldnt have been better. Hands on, informative, and easy conversation. House juice was fantastic as well and all of his recommendations tasted wonderful! Would rate 6 stars if I could.

I said the wrong flavor while having a CUSTOM order made, when I realized and returned to buy the correct flavor Tony allowed me to swap for a new bottle at no cost. Cant recommend enough. Ive been going to this vape shop for a little over 2 years and have not been to any others. The customer service there is amazing, very informal with questions you ask and even when you dont ask. Theyre all very nice and fun to chit chat with when they can. I really like that they can make the e juice there on site. I may only get one flavor but I do know all of the house flavors are really good, I like that they let you choose flavors to mix. I would 100% recommend this place.

Best shop in Salina! Ive tried others and have never had the same amount of caring help! They are knowledgeable and never push you onto anything you dont want! Ive been going here for years and refuse to try anywhere else! I have to bring my kids a lot and the staff always talks to them and is so nice! Its a major plus to have a place that you feel safe about taking your kids! I wish I could leave more stars!

I worked with Parri to find some juice that I would like. She was able to point out some options that were a decent match to the juice I normally use. Also her being able to to help figure out wattage on my rpm4 was nice. I normally use the .6 ohm, and wanted try out a .23 to see how it was. Overall a good experience. Look forward to trying out their house made products at some point.

Some of the best prices in town for 2 gram disposables delta 8 and hhc and the customer service is beyond great quality! They are fun, honest, and extraordinarily kind! They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door!

I cannot find juice I enjoy at Juicys, I vape cigarette flavor. I did purchase one that was labeled cigarette flavor but it was a far cry from it so threw it out. If you should ever get one in that actually tastes like a cigarette youd have my total business. My first mod purchased there was EPIC, $40 but someone stole it, you dont carry those anymore. Purchased a different mod for $60, it leaked oil from the get go! I hated that mod (now just sits in drawer collecting dust...). I buy frequently, get regular cigarette flavor in Ill bump ya up to 5 star =}

In the hundreds of times I’ve been to this business, at this location, not once have I ever experienced anything but class and professionalism. They know exactly what they are talking about and make me feel like I’m their #1 customer every single time. I went to one of the other vape companies in town years ago, just to see if the options or prices were different. They weren’t. But the costumer service was nothing compared to juicys. Hands down one of the best companies I have ever interacted with and they will forever have my business because of it.

Decent shop, but dont buy premium line juices here. Theyre charging you $25 for a 60ML of your biggest brands in juice. Online you get 120ML of the same juices for less than $20. Reached out to give them a chance to earn my business by either price matching or being a bit more fair on these prices. They refused. Ridiculous mark up that no customer should be subject to paying.

They are very helpful from being unbiased with me when it comes to vape machines to flavor. They know me by name and remember the flavor I mainly use. I visit this store maybe 2 times a week. I Bought two loy vapes from them today. One wasnt working returned to the store within 15 minutes and they wouldnt exchange it out. Was told hands were tied and nothing they could do about it. Were all human. We know some things just dont work even being brand new but an out the door warranty is not a good business policy. Ill be doing my business elsewhere.

Alright place only complaint I have is when I asked for a coil and they gave me one rated for a lower wattage than I usually get it would have been nice to know before hand that they have different wattages for different coils so I couldve gotten the right one.

I have been coming here for years literally the best vape store in salina kansas! The staff is the best and always so friendly and knowledgeable!

The guy who helped us was very informative my fiancee and I were looking for a inexpensive starter vape and he could have sold us the crappy cheap ones but he pointed out this one for a few dollars more that was more reliable. he even showed us how to load it and told us how it works and everything he also helped us set our nicotine level which is very important and even told us we could bring our liquid back and get it adjusted. we love our vapes and loved the service the guy gave us.

The boss is a very passionate about getting customers exactly what they want. At a affordable price and assant manger is the same way. If they dont have exactly wat your looking for they do everthing thing the possible can to make sure you leave happy! The dont take advantage of the customer like other vape shop do.
