Tried out the Spa Lounge for the first time and was not disappointed! Our party of 3,enjoyed a 90 minute massage followed by a pedicure.We were welcomed by the front desk and walked to our lockers where we were given slippers, robes, and a surprise York Patty!After that, we went to wait in the waiting room where there was lots of tea choices and water to choose from to relax before our massage.The massage was probably one of my favorites and the other girls in party said the same. The massage therapists actually listened to our requests and followed what we wanted them to do. Shout out to my massage therapist, Marissa, who did a fantastic job working out all the knots in my back and found some new ones I never knew were there.Janessa did my pedicures and she was very thorough and detailed - she did a fantastic job with my French tip nails taking time and making sure each nail was perfect.Overall, great experience and I would definitely go back!

I had a hot stone massage at the Holladay location last Sunday. It was my first time visiting this spa. The masseur was amazing. I appreciated his openness to feedback and how accommodating he was. I would definitely book another massage with him. My only complaint was when it came to payment and I asked if the new client special was still available, I was told yes but was charged full price. When I inquired about it with the receptionist, she was really nice and apologized mentioning she was new but that I was good to go and that she would have a manager fix it right away. In hindsight, I shouldve stayed to confirm the refund/correct amount would be applied because the charge was never fixed and I didnt get to use the new client discount.Updated from 3 to 4 stars; management did reach out and made things right. I really appreciated their responsiveness and follow up!

I have never written a review before but today is the day I do! The Spa Lounge was an amazing experience! First they are so accommodating! I ran into two accidents and they had an opening and moved my appointment! I got a Brazilian and I’ve never had one before but Hannah was so patient with me! Not only did she do the wax but she educated me and told me the second time is way better than the first! If you’re looking for a place that’s high quality, good price and overall feeling valued this is the place to go!

Been going here since 2022 for massages and every experience has been so great but my last appointment I had Marissa S. and she went above and beyond! She took the time to answer my questions and explain different muscle groups and reasons why I might be experiencing pain. She also continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe speaking up when I needed her to adjust pressure. I can’t wait to go back and the new location is so nice and relaxing.

Heather was amazing!! If you have neck or shoulder issues, she’s definitely your gal to fix that! I’ll be coming monthly to see her. I’ve never had a massage, like the one she gave me! Super friendly staff. The building is kind of hard to navigate. But just ask someone like I did! 10/10 recommend. Plus the non member price is unmatched!

Finally! After searching for the perfect nail place, weve found a gem that checks all the boxes. From the moment we walked in, my 9-year-old daughter and I were greeted and they were incredibly welcoming and attentive.The salon was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and safe. The service was outstanding; Janessa and Morgan made sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring our experience was top-notch. The environment was beautiful and serene, creating a relaxing atmosphere where we could truly unwind.We were pleasantly surprised by the offer of tea, adding an extra touch of hospitality to our visit. The conversation with Janessa and Morgan was delightful, making the experience even more enjoyable. My deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I drive trucks for a living and I have had massages in the past - but never felt so loose like this. And they were very nice, even though I was late. Definitely recommend coming here.

Ive been a member for a year or two now. Always love my visits! I mostly stick to the facials and deep tissue massages, but Ive also tried the other services, like the body scrubs lash lifts, and pedicures. I like to go every month or two for deep tissue massages, they always get all the tension out and know how to work my sore muscles and back pain. I leave feeling refreshed after every visit! The facial products are pretty awesome, and if youre a member, you get a discount!

My friend and I came for a girls’ trip and it ended up being our favorite part of the entire weekend! We both booked a package for a massage, facial, and pedicure and every service was top notch. We haven’t stopped talking about how happy we are that we found this place. It was fabulous!

I had the pleasure of having Janessa as my nail technician. Not only is this the BEST my nails and toes have ever looked & felt but she is an absolute joy of a human being! She was kind, empathetic to my situation (incredibly damaged nail beds) and understood exactly what my nail goals were. The Spa Lounge is lucky to have such an incredible representative of their company & I am already looking forward to my next visit with her. Thank you again :)

Very skills people. Very nice welcome. I had 1 hour of great massage with Jean. After 1 week hiking in Yellowstone, this was so relaxing and efficient. The Spa Lounge recently opened the Salt Lake City location which is a very good news as you can enjoy the monthly membership and benefit of special discount on very good US cosmetic products as well. Try it and share with your family and friends as I did.

Cannot explain the gift this was to me. Went in for self-care, came out with deep self healing accomplished. It is immaculately clean, the staff is far above excellent skill. They are kind and generous. Highly recommend.

I had the European style facial and it was amazing! You feel so pampered. It’s so relaxing and it’s custom to your skin needs so you get everything in once! Sammy was great. Very personable, gentle and professional. Spa lounge is my favorite massage-facial place!

I love deep tissue massages and get them pretty frequently as Im active and often sore. I like my pressure to be extremely firm and I want to feel those crunchy knots being worked out of my back and neck. If thats what youre looking for, Amy is your go-to gal! She has strong hands, VERY firm pressure and great knowledge of anatomy.Unfortunately, I dont have raving reviews for every therapist here at the Spa Lounge. I received a massage from Samantha and she seemed very inexperienced. She would leave my arms hanging off the table after moving them to reach my back, and even after asking for firmer pressure multiple times, she was not able to get the pressure I needed. I laid there wondering when the hour would be over and rolled my back with a lacrosse ball when I got home. If you like soft, relaxing massages, she may be the fit for you, but definitely not for deep tissue.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend Marissa. She knew exactly what my body and knots needed and clearly had vast knowledge about full muscular system. She even taught me stretches about unrounding my shoulders. I will definitely be back

Great place and the staff are very courteous, professional and friendly. My aunt and I were both pleased with our overall experience today and we are planning to visit again. The building is still under construction but aside from some small debris on the entrance and inside the elevator, the spa itself was clean, serene and relaxing. Highly recommend.

I had my first Thai massage today at the Spa Lounge. I have the average back problems and my back, hips and bum were particularly tight and sore today. A Thai massage involves stretching and elongating muscles, which sounded like exactly what I needed. After the Thai massage (during which you leave your clothes on and the therapist manipulates and stretches your limbs) I felt about 80% better as far as pain, which was incredible! Kristen was my therapist and her technique was excellent. I plan to go back!

This place is beyond incredible.Classy, clean, and the vibe is immaculate.The staff treat you so respectfully and kindly.From the minute I walked in the door, I knew this was somewhere I’d visit again.The massage: Oki is definitely the greatest, and has the most upbeat and positive, caring attitude. From the consultation to the exit he treated me with the utmost respect and professional courtesy, and regularly checked my pain/comfort level and worked with me to identify my focal points that needed the most work-the entire massage was customized to what I needed. I walked in tense as a steel wire, and left floating on a cloud. Thanks Oki, I’ll definitely be back!The facial: Sammie is the sweetest little ball of energy; from beginning to end she did nothing but make me smile. I’ve never had a facial before, never really done anything beyond the 30 second scrub in the morning, and these results definitely have me rethinking that-my skin is glowing! If you’re on the fence about a facial I would 100% recommend you get one-it’ll change your life! Thanks Sammie, we’ll have to do it again for sure!The pedi: Vanessa is beyond amazing at what she does-from the minute she picked me up in the waiting room she engaged with me and we spent the whole time talking and laughing. I seriously underestimated the relaxing benefits of a pedicure and she quickly changed my mind. My feet aren’t generally something I ever look at or think about beyond the fact I walk on them, so to have them worked on and scrubbed and massaged and soaked…life-changing. Thanks Vanessa! I had a disappointing experience at the spa lounge during my recent massage appointment. Due to difficulties locating the salon, I arrived 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, I found the receptionist to be unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate my delayed schedule. Instead of rescheduling or adjusting my appointment, they proceeded with a shortened session. The massage lasted only 35 minutes, as it was both started late and concluded 5 minutes earlier than the allotted time stating that the massage time is just 50 minutes which isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website while booking the service. Overall, the inflexibility and reduced service time left me feeling unsatisfied with my visit.

Kristin was amazing! She was so kind and personable. She is an incredible masseuse and I walked out of my massage feeling like a whole new person. Thank you! I 100% recommend her and the spa lounge.

Alex was amazing! My eyebrows went from thin and sparse to full and fluffy. I had no idea laminating and color could do that! I don’t need to use anything on my eyebrows now. So happy!!

Absolutely incredible services here. Marissa has done a fantastic job on me and is a top-tier massage therapist. She has been able to fix specific injuries throughout my body and has a way to target and figure out what is going on. I will certainly be coming back and will make this my regular spot for massage services.

Getting to the place was a little tricky- it was my 1st here. Setting up the appt was easy & I got lucky & was able to book same day! Pleasant people and very courteous. The facility is clean and there’s a small changing room with a robe & slippers. Rubber slippers not too comfortable . Maybe switch to disposable slippers? The massage room was clean & nice ambience. The massage it self was great! Maybe provide quiet shoes to the masseuse so they clacking around the table. Just a suggestion. I will return and recommend. Oh, provide water too!

Me and my wife went for a couples message. The building, suite, and rooms were five stars. The staff is five stars. Everyone is friendly and professional. My only wish was if we could’ve preferenced male or female masseuses. Maybe I might’ve missed that when signing up. Otherwise, this place is great. I’d go back.

I was looking for a deep tissue massage after a week of long hikes and then long car drives. My massage therapist was fantastic asking lots of questions to understand why I wanted deep tissue and in which areas. She was great and even spent some time talking to me about what I can start doing or stop doing to help with the tightness I feel in my legs. Will definitely be going back.

Great experience! I went in as a treat for my birthday because I had never been to a spa before. The entire staff created a very welcoming environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and bringing up any concerns. It has been about a week since I received my facial and my skin has never been so clear! I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends.

Came here with my daughter for her birthday & had a great experience! i got gel extensions with Karysma & she is lovely. she’s friendly & fun to talk to & so talented! glad i was paired with her cuz i would love to go back to her again. like she ate omgmy daughter got a children’s mani & pedi with Jenessa & she was wonderful as well. very sweet with my extremely shy daughter & did amazing with painting the little tiny hearts on her nails. 💕 she wouldn’t stay still for the picture so details are hard make out lol but i promise it looks great!

Was supposed to pay as a first time visitor paid full price I didn’t know this was a gift for Mother’s Day. Didn’t like there were no prices any where. Gift card was for a &100.00. Services should have been $80.00 paid $105.00 plus a tip. Just wasn’t as relaxing as I thought probably wouldn’t go back. I’ve had many facials.Facility is really nice and high class looking just didn’t feel like the customer service was there

I’ve gone twice now. I had a massage by Reagan, which was excellent! And more recently, I had a body treatment and scrub and a facial by Sammi Which was also excellent! Everyone is very upbeat and kind. The facility is very clean and put together. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, I have a magnificent European facial with Alex and you could see a remarkable difference afterward.Heather gives an outstanding massages and really understands want your body needs.

The massage itself is good if the therapist is good, but the white light used in the new Holladay location which you find everywhere such as in the reception, lounge, and treatment rooms is too activating and prevents full relaxation which is poor design for a spa.Also management is dysfunctional, they have poor customer service, and its like a revolving door of massage therapists as the good ones seem to leave quickly which is likely evidence of poor management.

Edit: I had to think long and hard before I edited this review because I did end up getting a call from the owner of the spa. And while I believe she had good intentions, her message to me in summary was “I’m sorry you didn’t like our policy but it is so that we can protect our staff. We won’t charge you the fee for cancelation.(Which was only $15 since I had only booked a brow wax.) I hope that you decide to come back.”Now, I totally understand the reason behind the policy and I would be more than happy to pay the fee had I not try to be accommodating (ie. asking if I could bring my baby to a 15 min long brow appt) and had I not been a long time customer who was missing her first appointment ever due to unforeseen circumstances.Since then I contemplated going back however, I truly disliked the way policy is carried out. They really lost out on a recurring customer over $15. I own two businesses in the valley and recently had to reschedule a Botox appt last minute due to an emergency that came up at work that had me rushing to a meeting with my attorneys. The spa was extremely accommodating and found me another appointment the next day. Which ultimately helped me decide to keep my review unchanged.To reiterate: I love the staff and the services this spa provides. However, if your life is hectic as mine, this spa is probably not a great fit for you.__________It really pains me to leave this review because the staff at the spa lounge has been incredible. I used to go to Kura Door but last year I switched over to The Spa Lounge. Had multiple appointments. I love Sabrina who does my eyebrows, loved Tavish for maternity massage, and all the ladies who have given me wonderful microdermabrasion facials. However, today I called them to reschedule an appointment because my nanny is sick and throwing up. They told me they have to charge half the amount for the appointment. I asked them if I could bring my baby and they also said that was not allowed. The front desk staff was very kind and explained to me that this is company policy. I told them to go ahead and cancel. I guess I’ll start looking for a new spa since I’m a little ways away from Kura Door now.

First time ever getting a facial. It started 10 minutes late but that was because Alex T. Paid very close attention to my allergies. She noticed the enzyme powder had papaya (deathly allergic to it and mango) in it and went to change it for Pineapple. It was super relaxing. Although I will say, she did forget to do my lower legs (i got the power regeneration facial which includes this) so i was a bit disappointed in that. Overall it was really nice. My calves just really needed the rub. But she was excellent. I will be back for other services. Massage next? Maybe lash tinting? Hmmm

I had a facial at Spa Lounge this week that was incredible. Jaydee was very thorough, professional and made me feel so comfortable. I hadn’t had a facial in nearly 20 years and after my experience with her, I will having them regularly!Thank you Jaydee for giving me a skin routine in writing and for making me feel like a million bucks!You guys are awesome and the new location is great!

Less than satisfied with my entire experience. My massage therapist was Chaudier. She was very kind and sweet but unfortunately didnt provide me with the massage I was looking for. I had specified at the beginning (after being taken back 5 min late) that I am a dental hygienist so I constantly have back pain. I specified two different areas on both my shoulder blades where shell find huge knots. She didnt work them or even rub them once. My back was given the least amount of focus and attention. This is the area I wanted and needed the most. I asked for more pressure and although she did so when I asked, it didnt take long for her to just go back to light pressure as before. I feel like I got a pretty good oil rub down rather than a really good effective massage. They had issues with their processing and had to take my credit card to run later when it was fixed. My credit card ended up being flagged and shut off for theft because they tried to run it so many times. The issue was fixed (the expiration date was wrong) when I was able to talk to fraud prevention the next day and get my card turned back on. This caused a huge inconvenience for me since I was unable to use my card.

This place NEVER disappoints me. I love the availability to bring friends with me and share in my benefit. They recently moved which I’m a creature of habit and not too fond of it yet but the new space is GORGEOUS and brand new! So much bigger and better. When I go it’s such a maintenance thing for my mind and body. I get into such a great meditative state. I love it!

My husband and I went for a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary! Heather and Sarah were great- my husband and I both felt our massages were really well done and we felt extremely relaxed afterward! We will be back for another massage !

I just had a massage with Marissa and she was amazing! Her technique was great for the type of injury I’m dealing with. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Joanna was absolutely amazing. I feel so much better. Its in a brand new building so there are construction stuff but its very nice. Parking lot is very big.

I’ve had a membership with The Spa Lounge for almost 2 years. I try to get in at least once a month for a massage with Kristin M. She is amazing! Before working with her I would book with whoever was open, and it was always a good massage. I’ve gotten facials, eyebrow waxing and tinting, and pedicures. They also offer couples massage. They also have excellent skincare products to use in between appointments. I can’t recommend them enough!

I went for a pedicure and was such a good experience. Janessa was so sweet and professional. I’ll absolutely be going back for all my nail needs in the future.

I never had a facial so was a little apprehensive. Sabrina took care of me and did a wonderful job. She is very thorough. She gave me suggestions for my skin afterwards. I’ll definitely be back.

All i can say is wow. im a fine dining server in a high volume fast paced restaurant as well as avid softball player (3-4 games a week). it had been 2 1/2 years since my last massage and Megan set me straight. she checked in periodically through my deep tissue massage to check with pressure and comfortability but wasnt chatty so i could relax. she worked out and found knots i didnt even know existed. the overall ambiance was relaxing and calm as it should be. also... heated massage beds?? boy have times changed. 10/10 experience all around. i will be back and will send everyone i know to Megan.

I had a wonderful experience at the Spa Lounge in Murray. It is located in a very peaceful setting without the craziness of a mail salon. A very thoughtful, kind and detailed staff member named Morgan gave me the most amazing pedicure. She was very careful in her efforts and very precise. The massage and paraffin treatment were an added bonus. Morgan did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Morgan and The Day Spa in Murray.

I believe Amy was my masseuse and she was absolutely amazing. Sabrina did my facial and it was so stellar. I didn’t realize how bad I needed it until then. When I got there it was initially odd because there was no receptionist and so I filled the form that was out and sat there until she walked in from outside. Then she led me to the changing room with no explanation and it was my first time there. I started my visit with absolute anxiety I had to find someone else to show me where I could put my things and how to use the locker which just wasn’t pleasant. Maybe it was a tough day at work?. Luckily, my massage and facial were so out of this world that I still think they deserve a five star.

I come here regularly with my partner to visit Karysma and Jaydee for pedicures and we LOVE it! the new location is amazing and we will (obviously) be back!

A friend and I had pedicures yesterday that felt so restful. The ladies who did our toes were polite, entertaining, kind and smiling. In todays stress filled days these women and the spas over all feeling was heaven on earth. Thank you we will be coming back

Second time coming in for pedicures and it was fabulous. We will be coming back again and again. They take such good care of us and take time to make sure all is perfect.

First time here. Nail tech was very nice, but definitely not very good at painting toe nails. Polish isn’t even up to the cuticles. Her hair kept dragging across my painted nails and it shows. She seemed very flustered because I think she was running behind and I decided not to add to her stress by bringing it up. Definitely the worst paint job I’ve had with a pedicure.

I rarely give out 5 stars. I consider myself somewhat of an expertise in good, mediocre and poor facials with regularly having one on a routine basis for over 30 years. It is more rare to find an esthetician who not only loves their job, but you as the client sees it translated into the care and quality of their service. It was shear pleasure to have experienced Sami and her skill as a experienced, knowledgeable esthetician. While facials are a very personal and can be subjective there are steps one looks for when wanting a high quality facial. Having said, I highly recommend Sami and am confident that your experience will be one that will be off the charts for most of you. The Spa Lounges new facilities are inviting and beautiful.

Amy is a wonderful massage therapist. I have fibromyalgia, so she wanted to be very aware of my specific trigger points and comfort level. She did an amazing job, and I felt so relaxed.And the girls at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in giving me advice on Products I purchased.I love this place 💜💜

We had a great experience at the Spa Lounge. The facility was new and had great ambiance. The staff was welcoming and professional. We definitely will go again.

Good parking at Murray location, but could use a couple more signs pointing path to entrance. Easy check-in process and wonderful staff! I was a little early, so they had me sit in lounge to wait for my pedi. Took a while for my old eyes to adjust to very low lighting, but SOOO relaxing with comfy seating and gentle spa music. Karysma was very gentle with my service and made my toes look lovely! Great vibes between staff and customers - fun atmosphere! Price for classic pedi jumped from $45 to $70 because of added time to remove old gel, and put on new gel, so that was unexpected - my fault for not asking about all that from the start. Because of cost, this will be my special occasion spa and not a regular event...

Scheduled the anti-aging facial for a Christmas gift for myself and my adult step daughter. First off, it was 90 minutes long with a ton of extra cleansing, masks, & massage of face, head shoulders & arms. It was the BEST facialEither of us have ever had! The back area of the spa with all the treatment rooms, was so cozy and intimate, smelled amazing and was so relaxing. Every minute was amazing there. I cant wait to try all of the other Spa Lounge locations!

Today I made a same-day appointment on the phone and the lady on the phone had told me the prenatal girl was not in today so I could book another massage just to let the people know I’m pregnant. I let the girl know I was pregnant and she asked if I could lay on my stomach. I told her no and, she asked a few more times which is OK and said a few times that she wasn’t trained on prenatal massage *which is miscommunication on my part i guess*I just figured the lady who booked my appointment and let them know too as well that I was pregnant .They got me a belly pillow so I can lay down on my stomach and when the massage began she had mentioned she’s not trained in the prenatal massage and it’s not one of her favorites to do either way, and she hopes she doesn’t get in trouble, just her telling me this made me feel a little bit uncomfortable the whole hour I was there but overall, I would say she did a good job on the massage. Other than that I don’t have anything else bad to say.

Paid for 1 hour massage, we came at 6:06. They started at 6:20 on the dot. And finished by 7. So we were charged for 1 hour for a 40 min massage.. First time here. But wont be coming back. If your masseuse has back to back bookings, then manage your time better.

We did the couples massage and it was absolutely amazing, I would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing price, top tier service and accommodations!

I have gone to this location to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes tinted.The online appointment process is simple and easy. The location itself is very clean and comfortable. The waiting room has water and tea. My esthetician, Morgan, had me lay on a padded massage table that had heaters in it while she did my brows and lashes - it was really comfortable and cozy. She was very friendly and engaging, as was the lady at the front desk.

Marissa was a dream!! I explained that I have a lot of issues with my hips and pain constantly in my hips and legs. She focused most of her time on my lower half doing things I haven’t had done before.I left with my legs feeling lighter and in less pain! I will definitely book with her again! Excited to try Thai yoga as well!

I have had 2 lash lift and tints that did not take very well, each time the service was pretty good I still left a tip even though I was not satisfied, but recently I went there for a pedi and it was 100% bad I have always had pretty soft feet but within a week of going there my feet started to crust and ich which I have never had before, not to mention the girl who did my pedi had the nastiest look on her face as she was doing my feet and not so friendly (in my opinion) she looked as if she really did not want to be doing her job (or my feet) and she really did not talk to much, I wont be returning to their business again, I know other reviews are positive but this was just my experience.

My husband and i both work in pretty high stress hifh demanding jobs, my husband has been struggling with his legs and knees recently and we decided for our valentines day ( we both worked the actual holiday) that we were gonna do a couples massage, this is my second massage ( first at this location) and it was absolutly amazing! The office os peaceful and so relaxing the second you walk in, my massage therapist (vernie) was a goddess! Pressure was perfect and she hit on all the points i needed, ive been having issues with my wrists and shoulder and it feel so good to have releif! My husband said he had a great time! He started snoring during the appointment! Hes not usually a fan of people touching him but he was so sweet and said amy made him feel comfortable and so relaxed!!!

Tonight was my first time at The Spa Lounge in Murray. Janessa did my pedicure and she was excellent! This is going to be my new go-to place.

Madison was amazing and focused on my pain spots not just running a massage protocol.

Absolutely LOVED the experience, the entire setting was very calm and personalized. I made the mistake of ordering separate rooms by accident but they were super understanding and sweet of our request. Highly recommend going here for some deep relaxation.

This is my new go-to for mani/pedi, massage, EVERYTHING! The staff is amazing (worked specifically with Morgan and Maddy), the environment is relaxing and refreshing, and they have an awesome membership deal which I will be signing up for immediately. If you haven’t gone here, you definitely should. I’ll be back very soon!

Cam S. at the Murray location is incredible and such a pleasure to work with. I make sure to book with him at least once a month because he does such a good job! He asks where I need to focus on and works on the areas I need. He gives a wonderful massage and experience- every time. I will continue booking with him until I have no other choice. 10/10.

This was my first massage ever and it was AMAZING. I did the massage with warm rocks and came out of the appointment feeling so relaxed and with a lot less tension in my body. I was nervous going into this about feeling uncomfortable, but that didnt happen at all. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the gal who gave my massage was so kind and did a great job. Overall 10/10. The only qualm I have is that the location is kinda confusing to find your way through. Otherwise, it was all amazing!

Like everywhere else in this city, the front end reception is composed of really young women who seem…insincere, which is funny and was not a problem because they did their job fine and the spa was great. The therapist (named Heather) was professional, friendly and very skilled. It seemed that she was educated and had natural ability. The facility is not super fancy but very nice and comfortable. It was well worth the cost and trip and I would use their services again.

First off I want to say Sabrina is amazing. I am very grateful that I booked a facial to get some help with my skin. Ive been struggling with my skin for a while and didnt know where to start or what I needed to treat my skin. Sabrina suggested products after my facial and gave me some really great recommendations to help my skin. Almost a week later and my skin is already looking so much better! Sabrina has been more helpful than my dermatologist.

The technicians that work there are great, but don’t ever sign up for the membership, it’s a scam. Be sure to book your appointments on your own, I recently lost 2 of my credits because the person over the phone booked my appointments at the wrong location and didn’t verify with me even though I called the location I wanted to start with. They did send me a text, but I didn’t pay much mind because it didn’t cross my mind that the location could be wrong. I showed up and because my appointment was about to start, they said my only options were to drive 30 minutes away and lose half of my appointment, even though I couldn’t fit that in my schedule, or to lose to appointment completely at full cost. How is that fair when it was their fault the appointment was incorrect? The funny part is that when I originally called, it was to cancel my membership because I wasn’t using it, and you can only cancel IN PERSON. So I made the appointment with the intent to cancel. Also of note, when you cancel, it takes 30 days and another charge before you can actually cancel, and you have to use your credits within a limited timeframe. Again, I’ve enjoyed the techs which is why I decided on a membership in the first place, but this experience has ruined my opinion and I will not be coming back once I finish my membership.

The Spa Lounge is amazing! I had my first facial ever done there today by Sami and she was incredible! My skin has never felt so good. She was also super helpful in helping pick out some products. The Receptionist and other employees were all so sweet too! I’d recommend this place and Sami in a heartbeat and will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommend this Spa for your pampering needs!My sweet boyfriend had purchased a pedicure for me at the Spa Lounge on Friday, August 4, 2023, and it was the most incredible experience! The Spa Lounge is a beautiful space with a relaxing vibe. Sabrina did my pedicure and was amazing! She did such a beautiful job and was so kind and accommodating. Shes also hilarious, which I really appreciated. The other woman performing a pedicure was Morgan, and she was really great as well. The other lady receiving a pedicure and I were somewhat chatty, and Sabrina and Morgan kept up with us. You can tell they will give you the experience you want - Im sure if I wanted to be quiet and silently relax, they would absolutely accommodate that. However, it was really fun that they four of us could chat as they did top notch work. Everything about my experience was excellent and I felt so comfortable and welcome the entire time. My toenails turned out absolutely beautiful and are so fun to look at. I will absolutely be going back for another pedicure and likely skincare treatments too.

I randomly called in for a pedicure and everyone was super professional. It was my first time going and the building was a little hard to find so some directions would’ve been helpful since they knew I was new. The spa area is quiet and dark which I’m sure is absolutely lovely for a massage but kinda pointless to take me back in the spa lounge where it’s dark only to bring me back up front in the bright lights again for the pedi. I’m sure they will get the kinks straightened out and I’ll probably be back to try out a facial or massage.

I have a membership with them. I enjoy the services they provide and the staff. They seem to often struggle with their computer system. If I worked their front desk I’d be super frustrated. I think the owner needs to streamline/fix the issues.

Did a couples stone massage for my wifes birthday, we both are very happy with the service and experience as it was our first time getting a professional massage.

First time ever going to a spa yesterday and when I was done with my facial, I just knew I have to make this a monthly thing for some self care. I told my sister she has to go because its so worth it. A huge thank you to the staff for being the kindest people and to Sabrina for making me feel like I was floating on a cloud. My skin feels refreshed and I like to think theres a glow to it. I really cant wait to go back. ☺

I always get my lashes and brows done here and Sami is the absolute best. She is the reason I keep coming back. I have also had microdermabrasion facials from her and they are so relaxing and leave my skin feeling amazing. I will follow that girl to the end of the earth! The location looks a little sketchy but once you’re inside it’s a nice relaxing day spa with all the amenities.

My husband and I received pedicures and I also did a manicure and he did a facial… this was for our 6th Anniversary and me being 7 weeks postpartum also was a perfect pampered “us time”. My massage therapist Joanna was amazing! She took such good care of me. I was having tons of neck/ lower back issues from moving, and doing lots of laborious work at my job. She really listened to my concerns, and what my body truly needed. she is wonderful in what she does, and educated. 10/10 recommend her.

I had not been able to find a good place since then, or a place i trusted. There are all these places on state street (it seems like every block that says massage. How is that not so sketchy? Theyve gotta be a gront).Anyway, Ive been having so much stress at work that my neck had just started giving me so much pain, and ive always had neck problems, but I was running errands and it finally hit me. The pain was so bad I could not bear it anymore. So I started looking for places, then I found the massage lounge on Google.For 1 - I was able to book for the very next day. Usually this would be a cause for concern that there were appointments available so soon. But I went with it.Im glad I did.When you walk in, the place is spotless, and the staff that greeted me were so nice. They walked me back to a locker room where your name is waiting on a locker. In this instance mine was not lol. So I went to the front desk and a girl escorted me back and apologized. She assigned me a locker and gave me my robe, sandals, and a york peppermint patty. She said that it would be assigned when I got done.Sure enough, when I returned, my name was on the locker. Its those little personal touches that mean a lot.I had Rebecca as my therapist, and she was awesome. She listened to my concerns and adjusted the massage accordingly.This place knows what they are doing. I could actually move my neck after.Plus, its super close to my house. I will be back for sure. Maybe once a week. They might get sick of me 🤣

Mike was excellent!! He got to all of my tight areas and spent time working through them. He was considerate with my comfort and was very friendly. I’ve had a lot of massages all over the country and never once has anyone offered a pregnancy bolster to a accommodate my breasts (laying on the tummy with implants can be challenging). I’m 100% happy and would recommend Mike!The only facility downfall would be that it did not offer a sauna or steam room to enjoy after the treatment.Staff was very friendly and the environment was relaxing.

I get massages a lot and this was close to the worst I’ve had. I asked for very deep pressure and it felt like someone just lightly rubbing oil around for 90 minutes :/ There wasn’t any pressure at all. I am bummed to write a bad review because everyone was very nice and the place is professional. But the massage left me very disappointed unfortunately and it felt like a waste of money. No pressure at all and didn’t really seem like the masseuse even knew what she was doing. I shouldn’t be able to fall asleep in a massage when I say to use the “hardest pressure”. I’m confused why she asked about the pressure I preferred because there was none at all. Again, very nice staff and masseuse but based on the massage I won’t be back.

Amy was a great massage therapist, it had been several years since I last got a massage and she did a fantastic job. I’ve never had a facial before but Alex did phenomenal walking me through everything and Katie did such great work on my nails and listened to what I wanted and did everything she could to make it happen. I did this as a treat to myself before I get married in a few weeks and loved every minute of it. The signature spa package is expensive but you get SO much out of it and everything was amazing - start to finish!

They always go above and beyond for you and the new locations is SO cute!! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are wanting a spa feeling 🩵

Best salon ever! I went there on the 2nd for a simple manicure and it was the best manicure ever! The ladies there are so sweet and nice. But fast forward to today, I took my mother out for a little early Mother’s Day date and we got the classic pedicure and oh my that was also amazing! We were very satisfied with the service. My mom also got her brows plucked and they looked amazing! 100000/10 would recommend this salon to everyone! Check it out :)

I had a relaxation package as a gift from my boyfriend. The staff I had were wonderful. Raegan (she did my facial) was so helpful in some skincare tips and was really chill and welcoming, we talked about how tik tok skincare isn’t always what it seems. She was a real one. 🤘🏻

My massage was good. My provider did a good job and was very sweet. The space itself had odd lighting - very dark. Everyone was friendly. But it’s definitely not a spa, no sauna or steam room etc. but they offer a nice sitting / relaxing area and robes as well as teas and water.

I had an appointment at The Spa Lounge in Draper. My nail tech ended up getting injured at the last minute. They quickly rerouted my appointment to their Murray location; which is equally beautiful and relaxing! Alex did a superb job on my pedi. It was a little farther drive, but well worth it!…. The front desk Guest Service Coordinators (in both locations), are very friendly & professional. Thank you to The Spa Lounge! I’ll be back ❤️

I received a gift certificate for a total relaxation massage from The Spa Lounge, and had a WONDERFUL experience. From the moment I walked into the Spa Lounge there was an atmosphere of quiet and gentle peace. I was taken back to the dressing room and given a robe and slippers, then led to my massage room. Before the massage even began I was so much more relaxed than when I first came! Kyra is a petite and soft spoken masseuse, but she had powerful hands, which knew exactly how to deal with every muscle she worked on. My only complaint is that it was over too soon--I could have stayed for another hour!!

My husband got me a gift cert. I got the hour massage by Tavish - AMAZING!!! And then got sent to get a facial and a pedicure with Morgan - also Wonderful. Both ladies were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. The place is so peaceful, I got 3 hours full of pampering and just pure relaxation 😌 Time just for me! Its a wonderful place. I will be getting the membership for sure. I can do this every month :)

She was polite and not overly chatty so I could drive the amount of conversation and just relax and enjoy the entire experience. Had my first experience at the spa lounge Murray today. I had a nano infusion facial by Sami and a 60 minute deep tissue massage by Dee. First of all, the spa facilities are beautiful, relaxing and cozy! The facial was amazing and I loved the amazing scalp massage while waiting for the mask.The deep tissue massage was healing! I went in because I had a tension headache for 3 days, I came out a different woman. I haven’t felt this relaxed in years and I can’t wait to go back.What a rejuvenating day! I recently had a massage with Mike at the Murray location, where I am a member and I am so happy! he worked meticulously on some severe pain in my neck and shoulders!! Thank you Mike 🙏🏽. The one thing I think could be improved is the robe and slippers. The robe is heavy, and the material not comfortable on my skin. As for the slippers you can definitely do better that that. I am so glad I found you 😊

Tavish is exceptional. I’d recommend booking w her especially if you prefer a deep tissue massage. I’ve got a lot of pressure points/knots and she is skilled and knowledgeable as to working with me, both mentally and physically. I don’t like to talk much and I really appreciate her being mindful of that. In addition the spa is lovely, clean and front desk staff always very nice and attentive. I love how warm the beds are and the locker room and robes and waiting room make an early arrival enjoyable to take a deep breath or two prior to massage. I love going here. Highly recommend.

The spa was very nice and relaxing. I got the signature massage and it was great and I finally found a reasonably priced, good massage! The staff was all very friendly and new customers get $20 off which was really nice! I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely loved the Spa Louge. My family gave me a gift certificate to use here and I had never been but I saw that it had good reviews so I was really excited to try it! When I walked in, it just had a really nice ambiance and a really cozy feel. The staff was friendly and I loved the vibe of the whole process and everything. My masseuse was wonderful. I had a 90 minute massage and this was my first massage ever so I was kind of nervous but she made me feel very relaxed and took great care of me. We talked for the whole hour and a half. She was very friendly. I walked away from this experience feeling very well relaxed and I just loved everything about my experience and The Spa Lounge. I would totally recommend to everybody!

My husband made the reservation & surprised me with a day here and I will definitely be back! I enjoyed a relaxing massage from Crystal, she got all my problem areas and being 37 weeks pregnant, I have a lot of those. Next, I got a pedicure from Maddy & had such a good time and conversation. Finished off with a Brazilian wax from Sabrina who was very professional & made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Even the girls at the front desk who checked me in were friendly and inviting. I loved the robe & slippers that totally got me in the “spa vibe”. The place is clean and quiet & has such an amazing ambiance. I will be a regular client, for sure!-Latai

When I went and got a couples pedicure. The two gals we had working on our feet were both amazing! They were very skilled at their art/craft and were super friendly. We had such a good time chatting with them and laughing.I had the pleasure of having Mckennah be the one working on my face, she gives one heck of a calf massage! I am pretty sure we will be there again in the near future!

The Spa Lounge in Murray is a great place for a relaxing massage. Heather P. is super professional and makes sure her clients are comfortable throughout your massage. She would be my recommended masseuse, but if you choose someone else, Im sure your experience will be just as amazing!

We booked a couples massage the week before our wedding and it was a true spa experience! It felt very high class, but also very comfortable. Being able to relax prior to our session made it even better. All of the people we encountered-from the front desk, to our therapists were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time to this spa, I was redeeming a gift card.For the first time during a massage, I felt like ‘I’ was the focus of the total relaxation and not my pocket book. Audrey was respectful, attentive and took time to make sure I was comfortable. It didn’t feel like they were there to collect my money, massage a few spots and send me on my way. They took the time to focus on any area that needed additional attention. Even though we didn’t exceed the time that was provided, it felt like I got a 4 hour massage in the 60 minutes I was on the table. So thank you for your attention to the alchemy of your craft.I was then treated to a facial. Morgan was attentive to detail, listened to my concerns and explained the process. They were also complimentary and informative and the nature of my skin. I was told what products were used, but did not feel pressured to purchase those products. In the end, I asked to purchase the products that were used so my skin can keep feeling as great as it did when I left. I went in for my first massage (ever) and was pleasantly treated with an awesome experience. Mike made sure to explain everything I should expect and made me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about the massage I was getting and what other options I could benefit from for next time. The massage itself was relaxing and beneficial for my aches and pains. Im a nurse that works long stressful hours and would definitely recommend The Spa Lounge for future treatments!
