This dude has helped me several times with products, questions about juice etc. Its well worth the drive to come to this store for the C.S., although I work over here also but its worth it to stop by. These guys have a location on the west side and the east side. They have the absolute best extreme ice. They have helped me and my family with vaping needs for YEARS. I have never found any vape as good as these guys and you can get it from zero Nicotine up. Im moving away but luckily they ship where Im moving. Otherwise the 24 hour dri e to get to these guys would probably be worth it. They are all knowledgeable about every aspect of their craft. They have neat fish and a relaxed non judgemental atmosphere for people of all walks of life. I realized I have ne er left them a review today after they stayed late to wait for me to get there with my broken mod to try and help me fix it. When they couldnt they replaced it for me and made sure I was set up - no charge- no questions -as they knew I had recently bought it from them and they take care of their customers. Highly recommend over any vape shop in the valley. I drive down from Davis currently and its worth it! Thanks for all your help over the years guys!

Didn’t go to the Store but as a truck driver trying to call and see if you guys have a specific brand of vape is essential before I was money on a Uber going .. I don’t see why have a phone if y’all don’t pick up..

Adam and Nate very quickly became some of my favorite people! What I love most about this shop is that I can walk in, obnoxiously describe to them the conglomeration of flavors I’m currently craving, and they are always so eager and willing to help find the perfect juice for me! I’ve never had anything short of a great experience each time I visit. It’s obvious these guys truly care about their customers, and I find that to be a rare thing these days. I couldn’t imagine taking my business anywhere else. Thanks for always going above and beyond, guys!!

I don’t vape but my husband shops here and I tag along sometimes. The staff is amazing. They are personable and engaging. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and fairly priced. I think they have a good selection based on the fact that they’re rarely out of things my husband likes and if they are - its usually just till their next weeks delivery.

They have a good selection. Customer service could use a boost though. Theyre very casual. When I walked in I was not greeted and while I was standing close to the counter looking at one of the two people working he just stayed sitting down and just looked at me. When I was checking out I was not asked if there was anything else I needed. The guy seemed to be in a hurry to get back to chilling with the people hanging out in the store. Pretty unprofessional.

Nice shop off the highway, staff is always friendly and helpful. Always have good recommendations on anything you have questions about. Good stock of juice and things. Been going here for almost two years, never had a bad time here.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and their descriptions of the e liquid is spot on! The only bad juice Ive purchased here was when i went against their recommendation lol. The guys over there are awesome and so knowledgeable about all there products. As a regular its so easy to get the products I need, as they already know what I have and use for my vaping needs. Love all the guys at Salt Lake Vapors thanks for being amazing!!!

Meh. I have no doubt that these guys are great to their regulars. I could tell because they were busy being awesome to people who seemed like regulars while they were acting put out that I needed a bottle of juice and some coils. Luckily there is no shortage of places I can go that have great, kind, helpful customer service AND any one of the several juices I vape actually in stock. Seems like it would be a good idea to try a little harder, being out there in the little oasis in the middle of the dead part of the valley.

As long as their doors are open they have a customer for life.

Went in there looking for something specific that I wasnt sure even existed and was promptly shown several of it. They got what you need and good staff. Im poor, old, and grumpy and the last vape shop I used to go to has gotten exponentially more hipster and more expensive so this is my new shop.

This shop is by far the best shop ive been to and ive been to shops all over the country. I will go to this shop when even i come to utah. they have a great inventory great people and prices. they make you feel good not like a pay check to them yes they want you to buy things but also want you to feel good about what you bought

Understand one thing everyone, these people at this shop are amazing. I have never felt more comfortable when buying vaping stuff. They made my experience uncomfortable and I will return to SLV everytime I need anything.

I dont go to the vape shop by my house any more. This one is the best in town, and fortunately its near my work. The staff is courteous and knowledgable, and I never had the feeling I was being ripped off. Great selection of juice too!I highly recommend giving SL Vapors a shot.

These guys are an example of not just what the vape industry should look like, but any retail/service business in general. Not only is their selection awesome, but in my two short visits they have shown more knowledge than my past three years of other vape shop visits. (Miss Somoa flavor destroys coils btw)

Great place for vapes, only set back is e-juice seems Pre made and did not have option for varrying the nicotine levels of juice. I would definitely recommend they add making juice onsite to customize to patrons likes and dislikes.

I really like it here, the kid that helped me choose my vape was a good employee! Too bad he moved to LA. But you bet your ass Ill be back there. Actually heading there right now haha!

Ive only been to the west salt lake location out by the airport but the guys there are obsessed with quality and they try to deliver the best deal they can with out gimmicks. I love this place, its amazing.
