Mandi is the nicest, most helpful, amazing worker i’ve ever experienced. She has made my visits so much better and easier. she’s so easy to talk to and makes me only want to come in when she’s working. her energy is just off the charts!

I bought this here march 4th and it stopped working out of no where march 13th I tried to EXCHANGE it all sales are final they don’t return stuff. Stay away from this place they sell broken stuff and have terrible customer service.

My puff bar ran out omw to work the other day so I stopped here to grab one..I was shocked that they charge 6 dollars more for the brand I like than both the other smoke shops I go to..Im used to paying about 25-26 bucks but theyre 32 dollars and some change here..the customer service was great though!!!

The workers here are super friendly. They have amazing deals and the flavor variety is amazing!

Smokers haven is stocked full of everything you could ever need from smoking devices, hookahs, vapes etc. the girls and guy that work in there are super knowledge and have the best attitude.

I bought a torch there and it stopped working right away. I took it back in a few days later and showed the lady working. The torch was still brand new and was kept in the plastic wrapper. She said she couldnt do anything bc there was a slight chip on the bottom and it could have been dropped. The mark she was talking about was so small, it was barely noticeable. It couldve gotten that tiny, little mark just being carried in my pocket. So even though the torch was brand new and it had only been a couple days since I first got it, she said she couldnt do anything. (She said I should have called right away but I couldnt remember the name of the smoke shop anyways to have even called..)(Also, I got down there as fast as I could, considering I dont drive and had to arrange for a ride to go back there.) I feel like she was looking for any reason to say no. All I wanted to do was just exchange it for one that worked! When all was said and done she offered me like 10% off if I wanted to buy another one. I really like the torch for some reason so like an idiot I bought another one!! She gave me a whole $2 off. Woopty Doo! Now if that was the end of the story that would be great but its not... So I BOUGHT ANOTHER TORCH JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE BUT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?? IT BROKE TOO! So now I have 2 broken torches from that store. I didnt even waste my time going back the second time. ( I couldnt believe that the lady was serious the first time she pointed the miniscule chip on the corner of the torch and used that as the reason for refusing to exchange it. I didnt want to waste my time since I feel like they will look for any reason at all to deny you. If they had actually exchanged it and been willing to replace it I would probably have gone back but bc of that one incident I havent gone back.)

Juice not cheap and customer a service gone down. I purchased a Geek vape mod 5 days ago. constantly misfired, the guy tries to trouble shoot it. When still doesn’t work, he Then proceeds to blame me. “Oh you shouldn’t plug into wall socket & oh you used the wrong juice” ??!!! He wouldn’t even offer me a discount on purchase of a more expensive one.

I’ve always had wonderful interactions with this crew. Specifically, Leslie and Taylor were no nonsense and got right to what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend this place as a step ahead of the average smoke shop.

Best smoke shop in Utah! They have the friendliest employees you’d ever meet. I’ve never been in there when they haven’t been helpful and friendly. This shop also has everything you may be looking for. If not, ask them and they will do their best to get it in for you. Best little store with a hometown feel. Just give them a chance, you’ll find that you like them as much as I do!

I went in to get nunchyku coils they didn’t carry them but said they would order them for me and would have them in a week. I went back back to get them and nothing for 1 1/2 months it was excuse after excuse 😡. I then went back (I have no idea why) to get a pod for my Caliburn the girl gave me two of them. Got home and they were the wrong ones went back that night and the guy told me they would work, I should him they were to wide and he said that box said these would work. So of course I went home opened the package and it’s to big 😡. Took them back and told him they were too wide and didn’t fit. He said sorry no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. They make the mistake and I’m stuck with it pods I cannot use. I am completely done with this useless store. There are plenty other shops!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT use this store or beware you will b stuck with useless product

Loved my visit to this shop! Mo helped me out and introduced me to the best brands and flavors! The variety is huge, anything and everything you can think of they have! The customer service is amazing and I feel welcome and it totally makes my day! Thank you I will be back!

I have probably spent $1k in this place. Bought an ooze pen 30 days ago or so, it died 3 weeks later for no reason. I went in to see what they would do, and the girl all but told me to get bent. Had no solutions, no ideas, just nope. Pretty weak. Not spending another dime in this place.

The guy here gave me the wrong coil for my vape. I asked him to double check and he was confident it was the right one. When I went to put it in it was the wrong one. I went back to tell them and they refused to exchange it saying all purchases are final. They showed the sign they had in the corner saying all purchases are final. I understand most vape shops have this policy but maybe they should have competent people who work there. I will never go back

Was sold a water pipe with piece missing, no refund.Bought another piece and asked if I could get some free screens as a courtesy, only to be told that if I leave a review then they will give them to me for free.These people want your money and respect without giving you the care and attention you deserve.They have a nice selection but will make you pay through the nose.BE CAREFUL with the guy who wears a lot of jewelry, he is fake as hell.

Best customer service I’ve received in quite a long time, Mackaila specifically . Suggested awesome flavors based off of the usual flavors I get and they are all delicious! Have new favorites now. Some of the staff are great and helpful, but there are some who like to hide in the backroom and blast the music so they cant hear you calling them. Waited for 5 minutes with not one person there, I would think for a place selling age restricted items they would have staff watching the merchandise.

I ABSOLUTELY love this smoke shop. They are so amazing and friendly. All the girls are always so helpful when I’m not sure what flavor of vapes or any smoking accessories. I’ve been to many shops and this one is top shelf. I rarely if ever have any issues with any smoking device I buy. They have a clean cute shop. The only one I go to due to service and quality of products. Love them!

Definitely my favorite smoke shop and the only one I go to. Mandy is amazing. Leslie on the other hand is one of those girls who are snobby and stuck up if she doesnt like you or thinks youre not whatever the Instagram expectation is, and then sits on her phone so long ignoring you that she misses out on a tip. Shes also super impatient and seems like shed rather be anywhere else than work. Definitely not her expertise but its not my life. Anyways other than that its a great smoke shop. Definitely go if Mandy is working though 😂😇

This little store has it all. If you need something and they don’t have it, they’ll go out of their way to special order it for you. The customer service is also very kind. I shop there a lot and they have never treated me rudely or inappropriate. I shop here because they carry my product of which most smoke shops don’t. I plan on continuing to shop here as long as they carry my product. Fantastic little hole in the wall shop.

This is by far the best locally owned shop in Murray. The staff never fails to brighten my day. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. I go out of my way to shop here. Dont forget to ask for Leslie.

This place was awesome, they had what iv needed plus more. They even have glass replacements for when you shatter your glass on your vape for only $5. So i didnt have to buy a whole newc tank, thank god!

Ive always had great customer service in the past. I went in and the red hair gal was on her phone and in a hurry to get bk to her call instead of helping me get the correct juice instead all she kept saying was idk idk very very immature for someone who works at a place like that have me the wrong juice by the time i walked out the front door looked down and seen she handed me the wrong one and lies to me about what she sold me its the grossest thing Ive ever tasted and smelled and all she has to tell me u cant do anything about now wow really maybe if she wasnt on her phone and actually paying attention and helping things like this wouldnt happen now Im out money. I really enjoyed coming in one stop shop for me. To the owner u should hire people who actually take the time to help customers after all we are the ones who make money for ur bussnies.

I usually love this place and the employees! But there has been this one in pertucular though with pinkish hair/tattoos that is always the upmost, rude every time I come in there. Usually the owner and all of the other employees are very welcoming and polite, but she always refuses me service when I forget my ID. I understand that as it is the law, but I’m a regular and everyone knows me there and doesn’t have a problem with it otherwise but she doesn’t ever ask anyone else for ID when I’m in the store but always for mine 🤔 she always has attitude and is always very slow. It’s gotten to the point where I just go to Robertson’s. At least everyone there appreaciates customers, has good service, AND a better glass selection then Smokers Haven! Plus every time I come around 8:00-8:30 the store is always closed when they don’t close till 9:00.

The customer service level is the best I have seen, they taken care of me and the equipment I have purchased when I’ve run into problems, they would troubleshoot the device to get back in working order.I would advise anyone new to vaping to go talk to Gabtspy she knows her stuff

They just charged me $149 for a smok 219 gold mod that is online for $99 but on sale for $57. I got a hold of them and they said theyd work with me if i came in and showed them my receipt. I didnt have a receipt due to either lack of printer paper or malfunction. Luckily when i got there the rep that sold the mod remembered and knew how much he charged and gave me a $50 credit. When you walk in the people are always cool. Being overcharged and hasseled to get a refund wasnt the greatest but they handled it and took care of me. Theyre cool guys here.

The staff are awesome and super friendly. However the vapes Ive gotten here have been defective multiple times and it ends up being a waste of money since they wont replace them.

Went in this shop and Hussein was very helpful, he’s hilarious and you just feel like best buds ( pun intended) by the time It was our first time ever going here and we loved our experience . ( I’m not posting under my real name because all my family is TBM and I don’t need that holier than thou judgement in my life) but it was me and my brother who went in and I could tell this place was awesome the second we walked in. So many repeat customers and all of them joke around with Hussein when they walk in. He gets pieces from California and they are excellent quality, they are just bad ass. You know you’re getting a great deal too. EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE. It is the best!

Bought a e-cig for my mom as a gift. I tried to return it because I was told by the owner that the Treslacigs has known issues with the charging port going bad. She only used it a total of 10 days before it broke. Now why would I buy this if there is a known problem with it? I was not told this when I bought it. Its been less then 30 days and they wanted to sell me another unit at a discount rate. 45.00 more for something totally different? They dont do business well. They guy even raised his voice at me and told me he was done with me. I spent a total of 115.00 in the store. At least they know Ill never be back and I hope you dont get the treatment I did. Just dont go in. Simple as that.

Do not buy from here. I was coming to get disposable vapes. I had more bad unusable ones than good ones. Some didnt work at all, some burnt tasting and the last one had a strong chemical taste to it. It tasted almost like nail polish remover. Probably extra dangerous to consume. The owner does absolutely nothing to make things right. I wasted too much money here. I will not return! I live in Sandy and drove way out of my way to buy from here. Beyond disappointed in his customer service.

Great costumer service the prices on glass wear are lower than most other places I’ve seen the store is always clean and quiet along with the location is in a great neighborhood I wish they would open up earlier is the only thing that I would change.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The female who has been working with the stupid stars on her teeth thinks she knows everything, the store it’s self is nice, it’s just her who has made my experience there terrible she is a horrible employee.

I love this tobacco shop. They actually sell tobacco among MANY other interesting items and smoking related products. They have really competitive prices. I like that its a nice size neighborhood shop.

On average this place is actually open about 5 hours the rest of the time the have the doors shut so they can smoke weed in the store an make paying customers seek business elsewhere​ I live near by and there are other better shops namely Blackhouse Vapor Company there staff is more knowledgeable and the owners dont higher people abusing the store by using as there hangout good luck to those who waste there money here I know better.

This Smoke Shop goes out of there way to make you feel important! Even when I dont know what Im asking for if I describe it they manage to get it for me! All my favorite, high quality toys came from here!

So 3 weeks ago I I stopped coming into the store I got into it with the girl named Gabby her overall attitude and behavior towards me made it to where I did not want to come back into the store and then was sad because this was my favorite favorite store well I just went in yesterday and spoke with the manager Gabby is no longer there and now its Rachel and she is very good and professional and knows her paraphernalia as well has style and good knowledge towards her field of work I believe this to be one of the best smoke shops in the entire Valley now that Gabby is no longer polluting the business with her unprofessionalism

This store sells defective products and will not return them.The woman behind the counter was rude for no reason and stated that I should of tried the product in the store.Go to Murray vapes. Better product and better customer service

DO NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE. They sold be a fake smok v8 for $55 which is overpriced. I broke the glass and tried to get a replacement but none fit because it was a fake.. Highly suggest going to Elite Smoke and Vape where they have way better prices and actually know what theyre doing.
