I wish I could give zero stars. I have been purchasing the same product at $6.99 per. Today its $9.99 per. I asked why and the guy looked at me with a blank stare and pulled the product back. I said to him that I would go around the corner and never return. He just smirked at me. I suspect price gouging. I went around the corner and purchased them for $7.99 per.

I went in not totally sure what I wanted, and the employee was super helpful. I didnt take their recommendation, and after I left the vape I purchased(not the one recommended) broke immediately. I went back in to see if there was anything that could be done, and they instantly agreed to swap it for their original recommendation, no issues at all. Stellar customer service.

I went in and bought a pen for my cartridge last night and it worked but started acting up after a couple of hours. Took it back in the next day and even after I had accidentally made it very confusing for them they apologized and replaced my item. Really appreciate their patience and kind service

Went in on a whim hoping to find a concentrate pen I saw online. I was really stoked to see they had it, and it was a bit cheaper than a few online stores I was looking at earlier the same day. So being able to get it and not wait on shipping was a huge plus, on top of that the gentlemen working there was nice to me and my mom.

I have been to this smoke shop a few times and didnt think they were too bad til this latest visit, I asked for a large bag of tobacco, and a couple boxes of tubes. I was looking at something in the store and I made my purchase and got home and found I had paid allot of money for merchandise I didnt asked for. I got a small bag of tobacco which wasnt even the brand that I asked for so basically to sum it all up I was charged for a large bag of tobacco when I got a small bag that so dry that it was impossible to roll. I had also asked for the receipt and found that it was not in the bag as well. I would suggest paying attention and be observant to what you are purchasing because you will get something you did not ask for and youll get charged for it.☹️

The people that run this place are laid back easy going and very knowledgeable about the products they sell along with fairly priced. They have a decent amount of inventory in stock and if they do not have what youre looking for they will help you find someone that does.

Came in to get a new rig. Customer service was great. Let me check out different setups and configurations before making a purchase. Ended up with just the right fit for what I was looking for.

I Love this place. The man helping was so nice, he looked in every box he had to help me find the color of hookah I was looking for, not just reading the was the box said was in there. The hookah was a gift and the recipient was very happy.

I have no idea why these guys have 5 stars. I bought several hookah items from them, old old merchandise super dusty. The shisha was old when I got home tasted awful when I smoked it, threw all away next week I swung by for some coconut coals and they are the most horrible coals I have ever bought. I tried giving them a second shot on my purchases but after my experience I will never buy from them again.

Ok, I was conned into writing a review. Nonetheless, I will still write it. I was actually supposed to write it awhile ago but things have been busy.I came in one early morning because this was the only vape/smoke store open near by me (Im a religious VAPE ON STATE customer) because my MAG SMOK broke on me that morning headed to work.Anyways, i came in to the store and asked for the same model i had he said no they didnt have it. I was in a hurry, so i just chose one quickly and went on. Once I was ready to check out i looked down and see the MAG model that i wanted, so i pointed it out and decided to buy that one. He tried to charge me more for it than the little orange sticker on it said, so i pointed that out too. He then said hed give me a discount of $5 if i gave a review on google. So what-the-heck i agreed.I spend $140 on the mag with batteries (that actually was a display mag)That is including the discount.A day or so later, i went back to V.O.S and the Mag was $90, the batteries $6...Yeah, im not going here again.But thanks?? For the $5 dollar discount, bud.

Refused to return a manufacturers defective smok alien kit. It has paint chip issues and doesnt work all the time. Very sporadic. Just tried to get an exchange on it before the 3 day manufacturers refund policy they have, they refused. Tip to the business keep your customer happy. I buy juice once a week and always went to them. Now because they didnt want to do an exchange they have lost over 100 dollars a month in juice purchases. Over a one time 75 dollar purchase.

Ive been too plenty of smoke shops and have never had as good of customer service as Ive had here. They were so helpful, answered any questions I had, were knowledgable about items, and were able to give great recommendations.

Every Puff Bar I’ve bought here has been fake. Will not be coming back. Make sure you know what to look for, don’t waste your money on bars that don’t work and are super harsh. Also, cigarettes are more expensive here.

Sold me a faulty coil and told me that I didnt soak the coil enough even though I waited 20 minutes after replacing it. They wouldnt replace it but told me I could just buy a new one. I wont be going back to this shop.
