They asks for a tip when you check out, what a joke. There is a sign about having discount for buying two, but actually they would not apply it to the bill, unless you ask for it. Dishonest business.

Customer service is none existent I let the guy know that I needed a new tank for my mod and he said they didn’t sell tanks separately, and pointed out the only 3 replacements they have for the top tank part of the mod, I picked out one and he sent me on my way… 53$…. 53$ for a tank that he didn’t even know was compatible with my mod… I’m used to an atomizer in my tank not an rda no questions were asked if it would work for me, I asked if it was compatible with what I already have running on my mod and he said yes… it most definitely was not… anyways I tried to make it work I watched the YouTube videos on how to get it set up and use everything properly because I figured hey it’s not what I’m used to but worth trying… the tank I got was faulty it leaked juice everywhere and after having to figure out how to get the tank on properly with the least amount of leakage the coils didn’t work… the whole thing didn’t work… long rant maybe I could have prevented some of this if I asked a couple more questions or was more pushy but at every other vape shop they are way more attentive to my needs and make sure I’m helped…

Great prices, great staff, and a location literally 50 feet from a green-line trax station.The staff know their stuff, and when Ive gone theyve always quoted price after tax, which is a tiny but wonderful touch. Theyre quick, efficient, and happy to chat as long as there arent others in line. I highly recommend them, especially if you use public transit in the SLC area and want a convenient shop to stop by.All around fantastic, unless you happen to have a mobility issue, in which case beware of stairs, as it is downstairs and does not appear to have an elevator. This is the only issue I encountered, and given the space constraints in downtown is unlikely to be changed. If you need a wheelchair or struggle with stairs, bring someone with you.

I used to love this store. I havent been in for a couple of years until today, and it was a terrible experience. The owner/manager was so incredibly rude. He refused to answer my questions about various products, and then proceeded to instruct his employee that was helping me to stop helping me because I was asking too many questions about some of their products.The customer service was atrocious. The general attitude of the management was so rude, and uncalled for that I will NOT go back in nor recommend anyone go in there unless I hear the owner and/or management has changed. I am so sad to see such a once really cool place turn for the worse into the awful little store it now is.

This is the only vape store Ill go to in SLC. AJ has cultivated a great atmosphere by picking friendly and knowledgable employees. Service is always fast courteous, the location is a perfect downtown spot, and the hours make them consistently available. I do wish they had a lounge to hang out in but thats Utah I guess. Love this place.

They sold me a tank about a week after I bought it I went back to the store to get the coil refill for it they tell me they dont have it. but they are going to order some right away. Another week goes by I go back in and they still dont have any coils for the tank they sold me. Also every time I swipe my card it asks me for a tip percentage come to find out the tip doesnt even go to the people that work there it goes straight to the business owner what?? Thats insane this place is a joke.

I had some pretty specific questions and the staff member (Dakota) was super helpful when it came explaining a couple of options for what I was interested in.Such a clean, charming little underground shop. Exceptional Selection. The Employee who assisted me while not knowing what was on hand and in stock as they’d just received a new product shipment (completely understandable.) Especially if you would have seen the mass amount of customers that visited and made purchases during my visit.) Seriously the store representative was above and beyond on the top of his game ringing people up. Then looking through newly received shipment especially when he was also having to load currently available discounts not yet loaded in the system as they’d also just acquired a new POS register system. Just expounding as to rely the things he was having to deal with. But in new shipment they’d received he’d located the atomizer/coil for my pod system which is a pretty rarely found unit not widely available at local merchants here it Utah.. But I was ecstatic as I had burned my coil out accidentally and was having a “Nicky Fit” as I call it severe nicotine craving.) I’ll be returning regularly!

I called this place and asked how much a regular Esco bar would cost. The guys who answered said “uh I don’t know and we have a long line. Sooo bye.” Then he hung up and that was literally the whole conversation. It was a 35 second call. I’ve never been to this location in person and now I don’t plan to.

The Worst customer service In all of Salt Lake Valley! Doesnt have much and the stuff they do have is cheap and does not work and the staff/owner tries to upsell when you dont know what you want its so obvious and disgusting they will litterly say anything to get the sale....the bigger sized guy tried to say that the cbd products were thc and that they were powerful I wanted to laugh so hard but I was so shocked by this tactic that I just sed okay and proceeded with what I came for which was a new pod for my vape pen but he gave me the wrong one 😤

I originally gave the place 5 stars, because it deserved it. Now? not so much. Service is terrible, the vape selection is sad and way overpriced. I was sold the wrong coils multiple times. I bought a mod and asked for additional coils for it and got the wrong ones. I went to replace the wrong expensive coils (minus the one I tried) and got back cheaper ones (no discount for the price difference or anything). After that, they never had coils for the mod they were selling and recommending. Only 2 of the staff there know what theyre doing and offer good service. Needless to say, I wont be doing business with them anymore.

Ive been shopping here for a few months. The selection of glass pieces, rolling papers and more is better than other smoke shops downtown. They have lots of unique 1 of a kind pipes when other shops carry the same generic pieces.
I bought a Hitt Bar from this establishment and when I opened it it was leaking fluid. I took it back to the counter and they applied the $10 I spent on it to another disposable device, because they did not have the same flavor I desired at the same price. I spent another $11 to get a different device which stopped working after one day and 1/4-1/3 of the fluid still in the tank. I asked them politely if they would be able to stand behind the second defective product which I bought, but they refused. I wasn’t asking for a free device, only what might be fair considering I was able to use it until it broke. Now as a result, i’ll be calling my bank to report the merchant will not stand behind their products.Aside from this, their prices are absolutely outrageous. You’re better off spending about half price at either “Smoker’s Guru” or “Robertson’s.”
Avoid this place unless you’re trying to get ripped off. They are charging 40 dollars for 1 elf bar. I just went to black house vapir and got 2 elf bars for 40 bucks

Especially after they got rid of Rio Grande which cleaned up 80% of downtown slc they pushed all the homeless to the west side and thats still not good enough for you. I walk Main street atleast 4 times a month never bothered by homeless never met a Vapor that is scared of a homeless man.
