Its to bad that I didnt get the customer service that I needed tonight. I was having difficulty with my card online banking app and it took me a minute to figure it out. Once I finally turned my card on I went back in the store to make my purchase of $52 and he denied me service. It was very close to midnight and he had helped the person who I had passed coming in the store yet he denied me. I was really in need of what I was about to pay for and was in the store for a good 20 minutes, was polite, willing to spend lots of money. I was let down and Im very disappointed. Its there loss because I spend hundreds of dollars at smoke shops and this was actually one of my go to places but not anymore.

I used to love this shop! I was a loyal customer for more than 3 years. At first is thought Cal the owner was an honest good guy but over time I realized how fake and dishonest he really is. All he truly cares about is him self and after he gains your loyalty he starts to rip you off any way he can. I have referred him lots of customers but will be letting them all know his true colors.

I drive a good 45 minutes to come to this smoke shop. They always have good prices on glass& everything else. The workers are very nice, never rush you & theyre always helping you find what you need.

Always very friendly! The owner its a really nice guy, we always have a nice conversation when I see him. And anytime they have a candy bowl at the register he always has me take candy home to my kids.

I wish I could remember the gals name but I came in yesterday to look into gettingSupplies to start rolling my own cigarettes and this gal spent time with with me helping both ladies did. Helping me understand the products. Was really a pleasant experience and I was able to get the stuff I needed. Thanx ladies for your help. P.s store looks pretty nice and I like they have cold soda always lol 😆

The new owners have taken over and made this one of the best smoke shops in the valley. If I live in Kearns or magnai it’s definitely worth the drive. They have a large variety of sports team Memorabilia For about half the cost so what’s online.

Kal is F#@#&$ AMAZING! Hes so generous and goes out of his way to get whatever you request. Hes very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He obviously listens to his customers because Ive never had a bad suggestion when I dont know what flavor to try next.10 STARS!

They have all my accessorie needs. I am a 420 friendly person and when I say they have everything you need for pretty much every occasion, look no further. Good prices.

Have a very wide selection of really cool stuff to buy the employees are really nice and cool very helpful and had great attitude I come here two or three times a week and Im happy every time I leave

My boyfriend likes coming here because the owner is very nice and very hands on with customer services. Plus always have great deals on juices! He has gotten a loyal customer.

My smoke shop of choice. When I first moved to Utah I went to a different smoke shop they raised their prices so had to shop around. I found VIP and have been going there for years. With their discount for cash and their punch card I get the best price in the valley.

I go into this specific smoke shop mainly because of Cal. He is the an inspiration and such a great person!! Always makes you feel great and I will continue to go here no matter what!

This is by far my favirite smoke shop in Utah. They have everything and alot of it. Cheapest prices as well. The owner is the nicest guy. I give this place an A+ in everything.

This is an excellent business, the owner is very professional and nice to his customers and there prices are the most reasonable that I have found in the valley, I take all my business there.

Although this place is far out of my way I still will make the trip because their prices are much lower than your average smoke shop. They have quite a variety of different products besides cigarettes and I save quite a bit of money on my purchases there.

Decent prices. All disposables are going up so its nice to find a place where they got deals.
