We had a very good first experience at Spa D Sante. Yolanda and Nicolas were great and provided an excellent couples massage. Melissa at the front counter was very personable, helpful and answered many of our questions. We felt very welcomed.Now the lady with the accent on the appointment line was bothered with my questions and in a hurry to get me off the phone since i had an old pamphlet. Huebner location earned 5 stars because that lady did not work there.

I highly recommend this place for those with jobs that take a physical toll on them. A lot of times we keep going through our everyday lives dealing with the pain cause thats just how things are. Well these guys changed my mind. Got the kinks worked out of my upper back and ready to work on my mid back. I will definitely give their sports message a go.

Had a superb experience! This was a gift spa day for me and I could not have been happier with the experience. Mandy took care of me and it really felt more like hanging out with a friend. Started off with a sole massage and it was so nice! I whole heartedly recommend. After that was a massage but I requested particular attention to my back. My lower back is a hot mess and she really helped me out with that! She worked a lot of knots out of my shoulders, too and man it was such a relief. If you have the time, ask for Mandy--she was awesome!

My daughter bought a gift card for my birthday last year. I called before Thanksgiving to schedule an appointment and was informed that they had closed without notice.I got to reading the reviews and noticed they scammed a lot of people. Please contact me so we can form a group to present criminal charges to the Sand Antonio District Attorney.They accepted funds knowing they would close. This is theft and fraud.

My co-workers purchased a gift card for me mid-Dec 2022 and evidently they were already out of business. So not only am I out those massages that were just paid for, I also had a paid massage on file with them that I lost. I lost at least $200 to this business. They are also still sending out automated emails to book massages… and the business is closed!

If I could give a less than zero review I would. Ive been a client since about 2010. They used to be great but not anymore. Ive been trying to get MY money back on a scheduled service. They just ignore me. Now theyre under new owners and have phone numbers listed to call to get a refund. HA! Busy signal or VM is full.Update: on their website is an email address to contact them about getting a refund for a gift card. I sent an email only to have it returned to sender because its not valid. Shady AF.

Received an email they were doing a Health Care Appreciation Month. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. I understand things or life happens, I’m a nurse but the way the situation was handled was done poorly. I am on my way to the appointment scheduled at 1000 and they give me a call at 0941 to let me know my masseuse was not going to be available at 10. Instead of waiting or getting another time, the next available wasn’t until 3 in the afternoon. I was not able to make that time so had to cancel. No voucher or anything was offered. I would have at least appreciated a call earlier then 9 minutes before I was supposed to show up.

Loved it & I even booked a fathers day for my son when the time comes

Received a gift card for Christmas 2021 and finally had time to use it towards the end of 2022. Since I started trying to use it I havent been able to get in touch with anyone. When you go to the Spa DSante website there is a message that they are remodeling and to get in touch with the owners via email about the gift card, the email gets returned as it is invalid. When you call and select option 2 for gift cards it immediately goes to voicemail and they never call back.

I set my husband up for a massage for some relaxation. He had massages before but when he went to Spa D Sante he had a horrible experience. My husband called immediately when his massage was done and told me something was wrong. He was in a lot of pain. So much so he could not get out of his car. He walked into our house hunched over barely able to walk. We are going on a week and still no improvement. Alex did his massage. I’m not sure if people here are experienced but he is feeling terrible and now we are having to seek medical treatment. My husband was perfectly fine and has had other treatments before at other spas. I don’t believe that Alex was experienced. Beware when coming here it may have longer effects. His pain is not conducive to being sore from a massage. He has clearly been injured. If you need a massage do your research. The prior masseuse he was scheduled with quit and that how he got scheduled with Alex. Not happy. Spa d sante has gone down over the years. Might as well get a massage at the mall.

Let me tell you something, if you are tired, stressed or not feeling well then you need to visit Spa dsante on Huebner Commons. My boyfriend bought us the couples hour massage and we both had a great experience. Mayra was my massage therapist and she made sure my first massage was a relaxing experience . The only suggestion to corporate is to sound proof the couples room I could hear the traffic outside. Overall the place is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The massage therapists are professional, kind and gave great costumer service. I recommend the Spa and their services to anyone looking to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and free of aches and pains. Will return again.

I had a great message and the man who helped me was great! However, I had called and set a reservation with a gift card but when I paid for the tip the checkout person charged me for the full massage plus the tip.There were other areas that they could improve on customer service as well. For instance, they didnt tell me until after my massage that they changed who was scheduled to massage me, while this didnt make a difference it was still a surprise to hear this news when I was leaving that they made the change and not when I signed in.All in all the massage was great, but I didnt have a relaxing time with the rest of the experience.

Wonderful!!I went to my first ever massage today and I was just blown away! Took my mother n law also as a Mother’s Day gift and she was over the moon also! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They didn’t rush us or anything. Just let us relax and take our time. My masseuse had some magical hands! I was truly sadden when my session ended. I will totally end up going back again!! Thank y’all so much for the wonderful experience!

Complete Rip Off! I was gifted a $250 gift card purchased on 9/17/22. At the end of 9/22 the company sold. Multiple calls and emails are not returned. How do they live with themselves knowingly ripping people off within days of closing? The owners should be investigated.

I’ve used Spa d’Sante for 6 years, but will need to find elsewhere for my businessI purchased a massage online for 5:45pm. When I arrived, the doors are locked, no one to be seen inside, and no one answering my knocking.Appointments are weeks out and no one answers the phones anymore.

Been going to this location for years. Be very specific on the date and time you want your appointment. If you say the weekend they will set an apt for Friday. Check your confirmation email before hanging up with person on the phone to ensure there are no mistakes. The first time it happened the manager was nice to let me reschedule. Took several months to try again and they booked the wrong date I wanted AGAIN! So guess who has to disputed cancelation fee now with my bank? Be careful.

My Therapist left a long time ago and ever sense I havent been able to find someone who understands what I need, for my permanent injuries, until today. So, I gave up looking. I didnt want to be beat up.Martha was excellent. She listened and adjusted her intensity to fit my needs. WOW, I feel great!

NO RESCHEDULING ALLOWED - EVEN WHEN YOURE SICKSetting up appointments has always been very easy; but trying to reschedule my appointment was terrible. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I as part of a Fathers Day gift but my husband came down with a cold the day of our evening appointment. I called first thing in the morning (8:05ish AM) to see if I could reschedule the appointment to a couple days out to give my husband some time to recover.The lady I spoke with, Katia, was uncaring and made sure I was aware that we would still be charged for the service regardless. She was unable to come up with any other options let alone try to work with us. Not once during the time I set up the appointment did they tell me there was a rescheduling policy...only a cancellation policy, with which I was familiar...but obviously not familiar enough with it.My husband and I have visited Spa DSante for several years now but I can honestly say that after this experience, they have lost two customers. While I used to recommend this place/location to others for massages, that will no longer be the case.I would not recommend this place for one simple reason: they do not know how to treat or work with their customers.

I have been coming to get a massage by Albert. Hes very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He takes the time to listen to your needs and focus on that area. He also gives suggestions for ways to work those areas on your own. I always leave feeling like a new person. Highly recommend Albert, hes amazing!

ETA: this review is for Spa De Sante on HuebnerShowed up for my appt today and it was closed- I got no calls about this attempting to reschedule my already paid for appointment. No one answering phones. Apparently the owners of this location abandoned the building and it’s being taken over by a new company. Will have to go through CC company to get money back

Ive been coming here for years, but perhaps its time for me to go somewhere else. Lately, when I attempt to make an appointment Im looped from the spa to their school and back again and never reach anyone. Quite maddening!I did let the receptionist know a month ago, but no change. Once Im at the site for an appointment all is good. Hope they get this fixed

Katy and Robin are amazing. My husband and I had an hour and a half couples massage. It was quiet..clean...on time and friendly service too. They massaged very well and I can tell they were well trained too. They check in to make sure the pressure is ok and all. We will be returning!!

I had the best massage yesterday from Albert! I have been looking for a massage therapist who is both very firm and knowledgable about my aches and pains. He discovered areas that I didn’t even know could be helped with massage. I will definitely be back!

I love spa D’Sante and their employees very professional. Albert gave me my first massage in August and I’ve been going back ever since. Albert does an Excellent job. He listens and helps me with my problem areas. He’s excellent!

Bought the Escape Spa package on Groupon. The best part was the back treatment in the shower but the massage was not good at all (really felt like she was unlicensed). Worst part is that AFTER rubbing my feet is when the massage therapist moved on to the mini face treatment WITHOUT washing her hands in between. Im never coming back.

This was my first time getting a “formal” massage, and I was not disappointed. I am a musician and came in because I was having pain in my neck, shoulders and hands.From the very get-go, Albert was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at home.Through a bio-assessment, Albert was able to pinpoint the exact areas of my pain, and knew exactly what to work on. From the moment he put his hands on my tense back, I knew this man knew his craft. He immediately saw the problem area in my shoulders, and from the instant he began massaging, I felt the circulation in my problem areas and felt my knots began to ease up. My hands hadn’t felt this relaxed in probably, ever.Albert explained everything he did, explaining how certain muscles work. He educated me showing there is more contributing to the pain than I thought! He’s very knowledgeable about the anatomy of muscles and the roadmap of the human body and all it’s nerves, tissues, etc.Contribute the dark comfy ambience of the salon, and Albert’s caring hands, and it was definitely a relaxing experience. It was calming, I was afraid of falling asleep and drooling.After the massage, Albert gave plenty of self-care advice. He did warn that I would be a little sore in the a.m., and to drink plenty of water. That night I slept so well. The next morning, it was as Albert said, and I was a little sore, but felt myself moving easier. The following day, the pain was gone, and I feel like a completely new person.Albert is great masseuse and I will be returning again very soon! I’d definitely recommend him for anyone needing some much needed TLC on their sore muscles.

More recently I’ve been getting an hour and a half massage from Albert, and definitely leave feeling more relaxed. Albert communicates well and focuses on the areas that you need most. Will definitely continue to use Spa d’ Sante and Albert for their service.

Ive been going to Spa dSante for a couple years now and my favorite therapist recently switched to Huebner. This location is nice and spacious, clean and inviting! The front desk staff are always courteous and quick to take care of you.Spa dSante is under new ownership/management now so I encourage anyone who hasnt been by for a while to check them out again!

My wife and I came for a couples massage and salt scrub in their vichy shower street my wife going it add a Groupon. It was a really wonderful time and we both felt incredibly relaxed during and afterward. They were very accommodating and willing to work with us, and we had no trouble redeeming the Groupon or leaving a tip.Everyone from the front desk to the therapists were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location and pan to return myself.

I booked an hour long session with Albert for the first time. I walked in with pain and much tension in my shoulders and neck . I left relaxed and relief . Albert communicates effectively, takes time to hear yours needs , and educates you on what your body and guides you on the path needed to healing and relaxation. So excited, for my next session, I would high recommend Albert.

Spa D Sante is a must go to spot for relaxation! Each employee that I encounter is very professional and friendly. I also feel safe with all social distancing requirements being adhered to. My massage therapist, Albert A, is amazing! Hes very knowledgeable in the muscle anatomy and each massage modality. From relaxation to pain management, I always leave feeling rejuvenated, have better range of motion and am given great advice to help with my body mechanics to prevent future injuries. I definitely recommend Spa D Sante and LMT Albert for massage and spa packages!

I have two gift cards for this place and when I called to make an appointment it says theyre out if buisness and gave info to get a refund but no one answers the number and the email address is invalid. This has to be illegal right? Its our money, just pay it back!

Massage was inturputed about 20 minutes into it, apparently the girl had an emergency and had to leave. I get left (with stones sliding off my back) for 15 minutes wondering whats going on then get told someone else is going to replace her. Well, things happen, okay. New girl doesnt know how to do a hot stone massage so is going to give me a regular massage- I came here because I wanted a hot stone massage. End up getting a 1 hour regular massage as opposed to the 1 & 1/2 hour hot stone massage I wanted. Front desk only charged me for the one hour regular massage....well, thats what I received so I would hope you wouldnt be trying to charge me for the hot stone. Wont be back.

I am really disappointed in Spa DSante. I have gone several times over the past 3-4 years, and it is normally really nice. The last time I went I paid for a 90 minute massage, but it was only 60 minutes. I told the receptionist, and she apologized and said that she would note that in my profile and for me to call in the next time I booked a massage, so that I would get credit for the 30 minutes I missed. I also sent in an email too saying that the receptionist was helpful and apologetic.So when I called in to try to book a massage they say that they have no record of it. When I said that I sent in an email too, I was told that I have to email corporate, which I did, and have yet to receive a response.People make mistakes, getting a 60 minute massage versus a 90 minute isnt a huge deal and there is obviously an easy fix. What makes me upset is now they are questioning me and making me email around for a mistake they made. And now just ignoring my email. I am stressed out and need a massage, but instead now I am fighting with them and having to leave a bad review. I am just really disappointed that they cant get it together to make this right and instead just make the problem worse. Its not worth it. There are other massage places.

This Salon couldnt serve me because I had no money for a tip. I was bought a gift card for $64.00 for Christmas for one hour massage. When I called them to explain they kept me on hold and never came back on line. I am so disappointed with place. I guess they only want the cash. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I went in for a 1-hour couples massage and we each had an Amanda as our massage therapist. The office is lovely, the staff friendly, the pricing affordable, and the massages were wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

Went for my first time a little over a month ago because I was having constant tension headaches. Albert was very professional and helped me understand what the problem areas were and has dramatically reduced my headaches. I definitely recommend going to the Huebner location.

Albert is amazing! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with an injury in my left shoulder that had been bothering me about a year. In just one session I got so much relief and mobility.

Rudy is AWESOME! I came in with my shoulder hurting so badly that I felt light headed and could barely turn my head! You should see me now rolling my arms and turning my head from side to side!The pressure was great, and he was very discreet (male providing service to me a female) and super professional!Hes definelty gonna be my go to massage guy now!Thanks again Rudy for coming to the rescue!

Awful AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to get a $9.00 credit after being overcharged since August 13th. It is now September 22nd. We have been told by TWO different managers (ALMA most recently) and TWO employees that the credit has been issued and all is resolved. IT IS NOT. Aside from that, we were told on FOUR occasions that we would receive a returned phone call, which never happened. We were also told twice that we would receive an email confirmation for the credit; never received that. Each time we called we were told, wow, I cant believe its taken this long for a $9.00 credit. EXACTLY OUR THOUGHTS, SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

I scheduled a appointment for my birthday 2weeks in advanced and when i showed up to the huebner location the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. I called another location to inquire about the huebner location appointment and was told they never had my appointment scheduled in the system....so unfortunately i now have to look for another spa company to go to from now on due to this.

Honestly the best experience. Alisa helped ease all the pain. I went with the hour and a half hot stone massage and I even fell asleep that’s how great it felt! Definitely coming back.

Best place to get a massage. We got treated with respect, overall a great experience. I lived the place so much that Im seriously considering gifting a massage for Christmas to the people I care.

They were over priced on their services. They also have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and made me pay for services I did not receive since my friend only called and canceled her massage 22 hours before hand! Will never go back!

I have had two massages with Vanessa, and she is incredible. Most relaxing massages Ive ever had. Love the atmosphere of this place as well.

I been calling and sending emails since Oct 10, 2022 trying to use a gift card that I purchased, well I drove by the place and found out they are close for remodeling, but the name has change on the business :(But no one has returned any of my emails or calls, Ive used them during the past years several times, its a shame that no one can just call and be upfront with the customers that trusted them with their business.

You don’t have to tip for their service, they get pay for what they do. Tipping it’s up to the customer and optional, especially if you were given a gift card for a service.

Cant get a hold of anyone when I call. I called 3x this week and it went straight to their answering machine and have left voicemails with no call back.
