Respectful and kind staff. From the front desk to the masseuse, the staff is always happy to help and very nice. Like any other place the provides services in this industry, you have to “shop” around to find the right masseuse that works for you. It didn’t take me a few times to find the right one for me but know that I have I’m very happy.The only downside to this place is the location…it can get a little hectic due to it being beside Six Flags or the traffic because of the construction.Other than that…great place.

I had been going to a different massage place but decided to give this one a try, and Im so glad I did—I feel much better! Amberly also shared some helpful tips and tricks to manage my pain and even provided information about other therapists in case shes not available. I feel truly cared for, and this is definitely my new go-to spot!

I really enjoy going to Elements Massage at La Cantera. Ive gone to other massage salons and I think this place is one of the best. The staff is attentive, helpful and super nice. I also have had great experiences with their massage therapists. They ask all the right questions and make sure they listen and treat your exact needs.

Amanda is wonderful! I’ve been having back tightness and pain for a while now along with hip discomfort. She not only did an amazing job helping me feel better but she also gave me advice and guidance on what I can do to improve it at home. Definitely the massage therapist I’ve had, I 100% recommend her!

Ok I don’t even know where to start. From the customer service to the massage I’m beyond impressed. Customer service from the young ladies at the front desk Nadia , Alexis and Monica. All super helpful and helped brake everything down for me showed me all the packages and help me decide on exactly what I needed. Regardless of how much I was going back-and-forth trying to decide which package I really wanted no one was ever frustrated and they talk to me with the upmost respect and a smile on their face so thank you so so much. I can’t even explain to you how amazing the massage therapist Brand was it’s one of those things you have to go get a massage yourself and experience it and you’ll totally understand. I could barely stand up and move and after getting massaged by him I swear I felt like a whole new man I used to be a professional athlete and I’ve got massages from plenty of therapist and somewhere better than others but let me tell you something, Brand was absolutely amazing handsdown one of the best therapist I’ve worked with. You can tell he truly cares about his patience and clients and spend just a little extra time working with everybody to help them out. I went in for just a regular massage and honestly after my experience, I had to sign up for a membership. I don’t live close so for me to drive 40 minutes to go get a massage when there’s plenty of places closer will let you know how I think of this location. Five stars all day long and two thumbs up!!!!!

I recently visited elements massage and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was calming, with soothing music and a serene decor that instantly put me at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit.

Ive seen two therapists here and both have been excellent. I regularly see Brianna and she is so kind, friendly, and strong! The location is great, parking is easy, and there are a handful of places to grab a bite (and a water) after the massage. Highly recommend!

Great location, prices and service. I’ve always disliked the membership models for massage but they made this one too good to pass up. Once a month massage for $79 makes me take the time to schedule since I’m already paying for it. All the massage therapists I’ve had here are attentive, relaxing and good at what they do. You’ll love it!

This facility is so professional and the staff is so kind. My therapist is Riley and he is the best therapist I have ever had in my whole entire life. He knows how to take care of me and I do not have to tell them how to massage me. If Friday leaves I leave! But overall, I truly Their subscription it is worth it, especially since I have Riley as my therapist!

The masseuse named Patricia was AMAZING, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming and the front desk staff was friendly. I received the 60-minute Swedish massage with CBD oil and would highly recommend it for those with muscle pain and tension. Thank you Elements

Loved the massage! I have had knots in my back and neck for the longest time. Amberly made sure to work them out! They also had such a good deal with the membership, I made sure to sign up for that! I recommend this for anyone whos looking for an actual good quality massage.

The atmosphere, cleanliness and therapists surpassed my expectations at this studio. This is a place full of people who clearly care about my well being and health. Did their $150+ membership for 6 months but could not longer visit this location due to the commute. When canceling they never told me that my unused credits expire in 60 day even though I asked if I would still have my credits. so Im about probably out $150-300. The lady I spoke to did give me an answer but the manager did not seem to care and told me the only way to see them would be to reactivate my membership..... disappointing.. will not be using them in the future.

Elements Massage on La Cantera is the place to go for a massage. The therapists truly care about giving you the best experience possible as well as the front desk, working with anything that may come up. It’s such a calming, sensational, cleanliness, and kind environment. 10/10

Wow! This place is awesome! From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out, I felt so calm, peaceful and relaxed. The owner & staff were professional and so welcoming. My massage therapist was beyond awesome! With over 20yrs of experience she knew exactly what my body needed. I’m now a member and looking forward to all my appointments. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

My massage was rush and no one explain that because we were a strict on time policy. That was not communicated to us and this is no where on the website. Also we had to pay full price even though we only got 45 mins instead of 1 hour.No where on Website states if a clients arrives 10mins late they will be cut their time and be charged full price. Was cut 15 minutes and was told another client is scheduled but client is running late.. So why i was not able to get my 15 mins time when no client was there???? Will not be recommending this place to anyone. What was supposed to be a relaxing and nice experience turned out disappointing and distasteful.

Top notch massage therapists, front desk, and facility. Joined as members about 6 months ago and happy we did. Every therapist I’ve tried has been great. Shout out to Brand for excellent technique today and to Anastasia for making our scheduling a seamless effort.

I was visiting San Antonio to help my daughter move. We were sore and stressed. What a delight to find Elements! They were able to accommodate a same day appointment for both of us. Every detail was fantastic. They were responsive to my emailed request, thorough in explaining to us about costs and what to expect during massage. My therapist, Brianna, asked just enough questions to identify problem areas and ensured my treatment was tailored to what I needed. Highly recommend! Such a relaxing experience. Im sorry I dont live in the area to go on a regular basis!

I’ve only been in once but even then WOW! I felt so accommodated and the service was amazing. I messed up and came in when I wasnt scheduled and Anastasia was as amazing as you can get. Her service was like no other and even though I came in at the wrong time, they were able to move me up and get me a massage early. Definitely giving great props to the front desk and my masseuse.

The front desks lack of professionalism has really irritated me. I attempted to fix a problem while waiting on a manager to call me back, but she never did. Their employees are not given enough training, and those that are just tell lies. When I called again, they rejected my number and asked why the manager had not returned my call. Im currently getting in touch with their corporate office to let them know about the circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to this location.

Front desk staff and massage therapists were very friendly and accommodating for our couples massage and my prenatal massage. They gave us a discount for coming for the first time and the massages were great!

After two different doctors gave me pain meds and told me I would need to ”just live with” my shoulder pain and reduced range of motion, I turned to alternative medicine. Riley worked with me for a mere 3 months. Between massage and the physical therapy style exercises Riley had me do between massages, I have full range of motion and NO PAIN without pain medication. Riley is the real deal :-)

Riley is best massage therapist I have ever had. I have an injury and now I’m able to dress myself after a year! He’s the best!! He’s very polite and listens to my needs.

Would love to say I got a massage but they canceled my appointment after I arrived and filled out the paperwork.

First time here the moment I walked in Anastasia greeted me and went over what I should expect. My therapist soon came out Yvonne she was so welcoming and kind. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I asked for medium pressure and she gave that without any fluctuations in the pressure level. The table was heated to a comfortable temperature the room was nice and dim. After our session Yvonne gave me a list of things to do and get that I can do at home to care for myself.The facility it self was clean relaxing and welcoming. I did the 1 hr Swedish session with no enhancements. I overall had a great experience I signed up for a membership. My next session I will add some enhancements.

My entire experience from start to end was amazing! Sarah was very kind when I called to make the appt. She helped me sign up for the membership and book an appt on the same day. When you walk into the place, you automatically feel relaxed and greeted with a smile. The place looks very high end and clean. My therapist, Stephanie, paid attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. Her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference in comparison to other massages Ive received. I didnt realize how tight my body was until after the session was over. Boy, was it intense, but afterward, I felt so much relief! My experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days.I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Brianna just started working there and is one of the best therapists I’ve had in awhile and definitely made me want to come on board as a member here. She was sweet and accommodating. She communicated well and checked in with me throughout the massage which I really appreciate.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. And shortly afterwards, my Massage Therapist, Brianna greeted me and took me back. The lighting in the room was perfect, and Brianna explained the entire process, so I would know what to expect. It was hands down, the best massage I’ve ever gotten!

My wife and I stopped into This place after a long day at Six Flags! We were able to book hour massage with about an hour’s notice which was awesome. My massage therapist, was fantastic! She was warm and friendly and ground deep into my aching muscles! I felt so refreshed after that! My wife said her therapist was excellent as well. The prices were very reasonable as well. If You live in San Antonio, You definitely want to try it !

Pricey for average masseuses. Be careful with memberships if you choose to get one. Prepaid massages expire after a few weeks and they’ll bill you without your knowledge.

I visited this place after dropping my kids off at Six Flags which is literally across the street. I was skeptical if I’d like this place because it’s a membership model and because it’s new, but Andrew was a wonderful massage therapist. He found my trouble spots and focused on those. He also gave me some tips to help avoid flare ups again. The rooms were nice too. I love a heated table.

I have chronic back and neck pain. Telling you the truth, this place so far is one of the best Massage therapy places that I have ever been! They were able to address my concerns, listen to me and deliver the best massage, care and service! The front desk ladies were very welcoming, nice and professional along with the back team!
