I went in to use a zen massage gift card and I love the cute set up, cafe on the 2nd floor and the services on the third floor. I used the only booking system and check in was easy. Thank you to Lorena for being super professional and attentive, I left so relaxed I cant wait to try more services!

LASH LIFT/TINT AND ZEN MASSAGE.I will definitely be coming back here.When I was booking an appointment I had a few questions online and chat was SUPER helpful and nice.Directions on where to park was a bit odd, but its honestly just at the train station parking lot lol, so Id recommend putting that into the GPS instead and to go maybe 15 min early. Its located in such a quiet calm area. Walking into Beauty Haus its immediately warm welcoming, smells nice, nicely decorated, friendly introduction, and good music?!! Whoever was in charge of Playlist was definitely chill lol. The waiting area is SO so pretty, I took my time looking at everything because like hello??? There was so much too look at!!! And I loved everything! Lowkey reminded me of Sims, ifykyk lol. Anyways I had an appointment for lash lift/tint with Perla, shes super friendly, makes you feel comfortable!!! My lashes came out amazing!! It was my first time getting lashes done and she reassured me everything was fine.My boyfriend got a zen massage with Emily while I did my lashes, he came out looking like he had a 5 hour nap and a cold glass of water, LOL obviously he said he enjoyed it.Overall, definitely recommend to everybody. Will be coming back for my lash lifting again.

Traveled to San Antonio from New York and couldn’t get my brows done back home before my trip. After researching a few spas on Google Maps, I decided to try out Beauty Haus’ brow waxing.It’s always nerve racking to trust a complete stranger with your eyebrows, but once I walked into Beauty Haus, I knew I’d be in good hands. The receptionist was a total sweetheart and escorted me to their super cute lounge area while I waited for my aesthetician. The design and feel of Beauty Haus is very fun— I was so busy looking at the artwork and plants, I forgot I was waiting for a service.My aesthetician, Perla, was a total pro. She explained how she would work on my brows and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. She checked in often to show me the progress and made sure I was satisfied start to finish. Perla was very gentle and at no point was I ever in pain. I typically get my brows threaded, but Perla was so precise with her waxing technique that I feel spoiled! My eyebrows came out so clean— I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you to team Beauty Haus for the perfect experience.

Tara is the best! I went in today for a piercing it was literally AMAZING and so easy. I did a walk in ,and was taken immediately. I was helped with such wonderful care and made a new friend. Genuinely grateful that I got her as a piercer and I’m in love with my new piercings. I got 2 and I’ve never felt hotter. She did the best job and there was no pain. You need to get over to beauty haus to see her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone els. I love it 💗

Although I needed a correction a few days later, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and now Im absolutely in love with my lashes. The results are stunning, and Ive been receiving compliments non-stop. Highly recommend!

I had my first full body massage in years with Caroline and she was absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable and at peace the whole time. The whole experience since the second I walked in, being welcomed with a warm cup of tea, to the atmosphere to leaving.. was overall a beautiful experience. I have found a new sanctuary and will definitely be returning in the future!

Just had the most life changing massage from MJ… I already booked another for next week. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had a massage and walked out more stressed because I just spent a bunch of money and received lackluster effort. Not this time!!! I cannot thank you enough, my stress has been a 10/10 and I feel like I can breath again! Also, she does a face massage… I didn’t even know how tight my face was! 🤣

Visited Beauty Haus for the first time for a Lash Loft and Tint. Ms. Denise (let’s be honest the entire Beauty Haus Staff) was so kind and professional. I was walked through the process as we went through the lash life to out my mind at ease. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant which lead to a great experience in my opinion! I will definitely be maintaining my lash lift and hope to venture out to some of the other services Beauty Haus offers.

I’ve been to Beauty Haus multiple times over the past year and every time I leave I fall in love more with this energy studio. I have gotten tooth bling, several eyebrow enhancements, ear piercings, permanent jewelry and the Awakening session & treatment. The atmosphere you walk into makes you want to stay forever and just melt into it. The employees are so caring, loving and friendly and will all be your friends before you leave. Highly recommend visiting these lovely beings.

Great vibes. I felt great after and the sinus massage was wonderful. Everyone is friendly and fun. Its walkable from the Riverwalk and cheaper than any massage place you will find on the Riverwalk. Definitely splurge worthy.

Amazing service by Denise! This was my first time getting a lash lift and she made the experience feel like a breeze. She was telling me step by step what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable. I am 5 week since my appt and my lashes are still noticeably lifted/curled! Also kudos to being able to squeeze in a brow wax! I loved it. Next time I will definitely be scheduling my lash curl, brow wax, and possibly try out the brow lamination she has talked about.There is free parking across the street and then once you got up the elevator and into Beauty Haus you are blown away by how beautiful the inside looks. You can tell so much time and thought was put into making this space!

I had my left earlobe pierced by Tara and she was great! Very friendly and inviting, the whole process was straight forward and quick. She explained everything clearly and the piercing was done in no time at all. Thanks again Tara!

I’ve been to beauty haus twice now and I literally can’t wait to go back because of how amazing I feel when I go!! I got a lash lift/tint from Jonabelle and brow wax from Denise, both of whom are so nice and knowledgeable! You can tell everyone at beauty haus knows what they are doing but they are not intimidating at all. The vibe inside is also amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more for getting yourself dolled up and having a relaxing break from life at the same time!

They’re always adding new types of services and are on the cutting edge of what’s new and cool. I recently had a lash lift and tint session with Esthetician Miranda and it was transformative! I walked in with short, straight lashes and left with beautifully lifted and tinted lashes that complemented my eye shape perfectly. Mirandas attention to detail showed in the precise application of the lash solution and the careful placement of the silicone pads. Her approach was gentle and thoughtful, and she made sure to explain each step to me so I knew what to expect. Throughout the entire experience, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Mirandas skills, knowledge, and professionalism really shine through in her work. I highly recommend her lash lift and tint service to anyone in search of a boost in their lash game!

Great setting, super sweet employees! But all of my earrings have fallen out. I got my ears pierced here and bought all of my jewelry here as well. The jewelry was very loose, and would fall out from me even gently tucking my hair behind my ear.

I had a night appointment for tooth gems and it was such a fun experience. The vibe at night was so zen and cute with the lighting. I was provided with so much info on tooth gems and suggestions on placement for them to last longest. Let me custom build my design and the process itself was super quick and easy. Everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Definitely coming back for more services in the future!

Can’t even begin to describe how much I adore this place!! Tara and Jonabelle are two of the sweetest women! The entire studio is stunning and has such a beautiful ambiance to it, it’s like my Pinterest dream boards coming to life. They offer a variety of unique services as well as classics and I’m told that there are even more goodies coming soon!! As I was leaving my appointment I was already writing down a list of services I wanted to get done next because it was such a fun experience!! I will for sure be coming back and sending anyone and everyone this way!

I had a great experience at this place! Got my eyebrows waxed quick easy and painless. Vanessa really knew what she was doing and was very professional. Very clean and healthy place. This will be my go to spot for now on to get my necessary skin care needs taken care of. The owner even came in and made me feel like I was part of a family.

The services here are great, but you probably won’t be able to get your preferred appointment time. The first time I booked here my appointment was around 3pm; they had to move my appointment multiple times and I ended up not being seen until 7:30pm. However, I still really like the service that was provided so I decided to book again. The day of my appointment it was canceled AGAIN and this time moved for 2 weeks out since they did not have availability til then. The day of the rescheduled appointment came and AGAIN I was called and told my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I know not everyone is in the same situation and can easily change their schedule but in my situation it is very difficult for me to reschedule things because of work. I asked if there was any way I could receive a discount or something because of the inconvenience and I was met with a slap in the face of “$10 off your next appointment.” For reference I was about to pay $145 + tip for the service, in this economy I’m sorry but no. So be warned your appointment will probably get rescheduled 1000 times before you actually get to enjoy your service.

Let me just say that Beauty Haus is one of my most FAVORITE spots to go to!! I mainly go for a monthly Brazilian and I have never been more satisfied by the results or the services. Beauty Haus makes my appointments so relaxing and calming which helps makes the waxing less intimidating. I am always recommending Beauty Haus to people who are either looking for waxing services or are first time waxers because they make the process so much comfortable by constantly asking how your doing or walking you through the process which I know can be scary if your getting your whooha waxed for the first time.Beauty Haus is a spot I HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a soothing and chill self care day!! Have been coming to Beauty Haus since they opened. Always adding gorgeous details to the place and it’s in a great location. The customer service from Jonabelle and Vanessa is always so positive and easy going. The services that they provide have been amazing from waxing, to eyelash lifts and tints to needless lip fillers. The wax they use is so gentle on my skin and the hairs grow back thinner. I get so many compliments on my lashes after I get the lift and tint because they stand out so much. The lip fillers did not hurt much considering I don’t have a high pain tolerance and I managed it very well, the pain was a 2/10 and has given my face a new look that still looks very natural but glamorous. I love BH so much and cannot recommend it enough.

Scheduled a sound bath. I received a call that the class got canceled and was told to reschedule online. When I went to reschedule it said I would need to pay another $25 to attend the rescheduled class. When I called them they told me I would get my money back from the first class THEY rescheduled in 5-10 business days. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t gotten my refund for a class they rescheduled. I was really excited to go and check out this spa but now I’m too scared to schedule anything else :/

The environment , the people, the service! Everyone was so sweet and amazing, they make you automatically feel welcomed. It’s the most calming place and their work is amazing. Would recommend to all my friends!

The vibes are immaculate. I drove in from Austin and it was everything and more. It’s very inclusive. From the time you walk in, it is wonderful to look at with PLANTS, aromatherapy, mood lighting, and incense. I got the Awakening Session and it was great. Jonabelle is lovely; great at communicating every step of the process, what it’s doing, and why it’s necessary. My absolute favorite thing about it all was a question on the check-in form. It asked how you were feeling that day emotionally from Happy/Sad/Stressed/Anxious. Its a simple and effective way to ask how are you really doing today and now it’s time to relax. I was genuinely happy that day. I personally have sensitive skin so I stayed home all afternoon afterwards, so one day down time for me. Overall my skin is glowing and I’m excited to see where I am later in 6-8 weeks.

This salon is absolutely beautiful!!! I got the needle free lip plumper with the Hyaluron pen and it was way less scary than I thought. My lips look amazing, exactly what I wanted! I’m in love with BeautyHaus; I felt so listened to, cared for, and the products were catered to my skin’s needs. The whole place felt like hanging at a friend’s house with the added bonus of luxury treatment.

I noticed that the facial included some incense and steaming and was a little worried since heat makes me feel really sick. I told Jonabelle this and she was more than happy to turn the air down for me and keep some cold water for me nearby just in case i felt sick. i am so happy that she was willing to accommodate me and she did not make me feel like i was being a bother. i’ve been here 4 times already in 3 weeks! i really love it

I originally began my services (waxing, facials, lash lifts, tooth gems) with Jonabelle at a previous spa she was employed with and I’ve followed her throughout the opening of her own business. She is very personable, continues to further her knowledge/skills in her field, and has curated a space that is inviting and welcoming to clientele from all walks of life. When Jonabelle’s books are completely full, I know I am in good hands with Vanessa who has 9 years of esti experience under her belt.

This place is absolutely amazing. Every service I’ve had is so personable, gentle and comfortable. The place itself is so cute!!Parking situation is sometimes confusing, because every time it’s been different. In the same parking lot I’ve had free parking, $10 parking, valet parking.

I went on February 12th to get a brow lamination, wax and tint with Jonabelle for the first time ever! She was so sweet, explained the whole process to me very thoroughly and even advised to wait doing tinting until after I saw my eyebrows after the lami, which she explained why very well (basically so it wouldn’t be too much of a change, especially since it was my first time). I love that she did that, it shows how much they care about their clients. She could’ve very easily not explained this to me and had me pay for the whole service instead of saving me money by not doing the tinting, as well. I will DEFINITELY be back and will be recommending this business to everyone I know! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows. Also, all the staff at Beauty Haus is so nice, professional, and courteous. Can’t wait to be back 💞
