Only vape shop I go to everyone is polite and make you feel very welcome...the monthly subscription is highly recommended $21 a month to get discounts is worth it I drive across town just to come here and always have what I want in stock plus its nice I can order online and when I get there my order is bagged up and ready to go. Highly recommend them...

I have looked, you will not find better prices or staff anywhere. The membership they offer saves you loads of money monthly. It allows you to try new things, you may never try, without breaking the bank. The owners are AMAZING! knowledgeable, professional and personable. I could not say enough about Haze. If you are getting Vape supplies or disposables elsewhere cheaper, they are cheap knockoffs of your favorite brands. I promise you will NEVER dread going here, you will look forward to your visits. Ive been coming to Haze for a couple of years now. I can say, I flat out refuse to shop at any other vape shop after my experience with them. The membership is definitely worth it, and Im happy to continue supporting this shop!

John and the crew are super knowledgeable and helpful. With someone like me who has such a hard time making a decision with so many options to choose from, they are all super patient and helpful. Went in for the first time yesterday, the guy at the counter was friendly and super helpful. didn’t make me feel like i was pestering him with questions or like i was being rushed, and didn’t try and upsell me things i didn’t want/need.the membership program is awesome, if you’re planning on shopping there regularly it basically pays for itself, plus you really can’t find their prices anywhere else locally. prices are comparable or less than big online retailers without the shipping costs and hassle of dealing with the new USPS restrictions. plus you get to support a local business!

Best value, the owner is super knowledgeable and will never try to upsell you. Their Member program is unbeatable and allows for affordable prices in todays economy. Would recommend to anyone anytime anywhere. Even if its outta your way its worth the perks. Do it.

Been going here since a few months after they opened. Best shop in San Antonio. Clean environment. Great atmosphere. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, dont push products on you, and very friendly. Ive spent 15 minutes here and gotten exactly what I want and Ive spent 3 hours here just chilling and talking. Product prices are very competitive for a Brick and Mortar location. Theyve held juice in the past for me and their juice selection is massive and always great.So glad these guys opened up shop. I used to go to several different shops and these guys are the only place I go now. Recommend it for people looking for a lounge environment or just grabbing juice on the way home.

I love these guys! Ive managed to get to know almost all the staff now, they are all very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I quit cigarettes and switched to vaping in February, and with their help, Ive managed to keep it that way! These guys are amazing, and are always down for a chat! They always have good product and actually test them for quality before stocking- they wont sell anything they dont think is good enough for their customers. I think that is an extremely important part of what they do. John runs a great business here!

Very nice staff, still growing and located behind taco bell. Good place just to hang out.UPDATE: 12.3.2021. Posted this review about four years ago, to this day I still go to Haze Vape. John the owner and manager has become a close friend and reliable person for all my questions. My wife also knows him and he makes sure to go out of his way to help her whenever I can’t make it to the shop to pick up juice or coils. I love how even though they have grown so much John and the other employees still maintain that friendly small store kind of vibe. They never talk down to you and are always willing to help. I highly recommend this store if you’re new to vaping or have questions or even if you do other extracurricular activities related to smoking. John really knows his stuff and does his research.

Simply the best vape/smoke shop in San Antonio. Id give 10 stars if I could. I came to Texas completely out of place 5 years ago and from the second I walked into Haze I didnt feel like such an outsider. I have made some of the best connections and the best friends I couldve ever asked for. I highly recommend if you want that small town mom and pop feel and some connections that can definitely last a lifetime.

This shop has not been here long, but it is much better already than many shops in San Antonio. Jonathan introduced himself and the other store staff was just as welcoming. I can assure you these guys are not the vape snobs you find at other places. They were very helpful in selecting a flavor that I liked, and they are knowledgeable about hardware. They were helpful to drippers and tank users alike while I was there. I dont usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it. They have a customer in me. Customer service sometimes outweighs flashy logos and lavish decor.

Fantastic customer service, with very knowledgeable staff. This is the best vape shop i have ever come across, John and Adrian(the two owners), along with everyone at haze, are very friendly and helpful they sincerely want you to leave happy and well informed about vaping.They have great selection of a wide variety of juices, if they dont have what your looking for they try and order it for you. They also have a good selections on tanks, RDAs, or just small pen mods at great prices. Its also a place to hang out and meet new people, great atmosphere to just hang out and talk to friends. I had been vaping for a while but couldnt find a good shop. They were some combination of too expensive, unfriendly staff, or low stock/few options.I stopped by Haze shortly after they opened and havent been anywhere else. There is no need. Haze Vapory has everything you need. From new vapers looking to get started to experienced vapers looking for the next big thing, the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what you are looking for.

This is one of the better vape shops around. The staff there go out of their way to help you. They are more I interested in making sure you understand all the aspects of camping. They are more willing to help then to open the cash register. If youre trying to get off cigs , you would not be able to find a shop that will go out of their way to do so. Jonathan and Fonz are great guys to get to know, if they cant answer your question, they will research until they find the answer.

I dont get out as easily as I used to, so when I need something from a shop, I need to know its going to be there. On calling up Haze V to ascertain their stock, I was passed directly to the manager who made a special order for me right then. I wasnt a regular, wasnt a friend, but I was taken care of as well as if I owned the place myself. The gentleman walked me through the process with patience and ease.I may not have been a regular when I first called them, but I certainly am now. Haze Vapory will be taking care of all of my vaping needs from here on out.

Haze is an incredible place to start your vaping experience, the people there all know what theyre doing and arent just there to sell products, they want you to know what you want, and help you have the best experience possible every time you visit. They have a wide variety of juices and vapes at a low cost and theyre always willing to help with anything you may need, the atmosphere is always good, and the people there are friendly and even offer advice and tips on everything from basic vaping advice to tips on doing tricks, I am always incredibly pleased with my visits every time. And dont think I would go to any other vape shop.

First time I went in, the guy behind the counter was rude. Second time he gave me a coil that doesnt fit my tank, knowing that the coils it takes are no longer available. I would rather walk out with my money than spend it on something that doesnt even work on my tank. Never coming here again.

The guys here were super friendly and helpful! I was in there two times today bugging them and they were able to resolve the issues I was having and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed so it wouldnt happen again.
