This location has an amazing selection and really cool staff. The layout is easy to navigate and have all the products that youre looking for. They even have some that you may not be and want to try. The location is perfect and its pretty easy to get in and out of the parking lot.They stayed open through the shutdowns in 2020 which is really cool. Stop by and check them out.
I went to buy a cigarette at this store, Im sure my wallet was left there, if not, when I paid, when I got into the car, my car was left in front of the door, its impossible not to see, or dishonest customers arrive there, or someone gathered it, took out the money and threw away the rest, the cameras dont work, Im still waiting for a call, they said they would help, but they refused to give me a sign, what was left there? I have that certainty, think well and you will fail, think badly and you will succeed 😭

Great store, great selection, and fantastic staff! I stopped by yesterday looking to buy a replacement for something I had broken and I was assisted by Kait. It was jam packed busy but she still managed to get to me in a timely manner, always checking in while I waited. After she had taken care of the other customers, she went through the stores selection to help me find the perfect piece. She was knowledgeable on all the inventory and got me out satisfied and happy in no time at all. Best prices in town bar none.10/10 would recommend

Bought a $20 pen, the battery kept turning off within a few min. I bought 2, one worked perfectly thats how I know the other one was defective.I went back to talk to one of the sales rep and was told that it was not defective.He kept on giving excuse after excuse to try and say that it was not defective.I know that there are reviews that the owners respond to and say tell them to the item open before they leave the store.But I have not been told to inspect the item that is brand new by other stores.They lost a customer over $20, I tend to spend $100 each time I go, theres a 4/20 and planet k down the street, no biggie for me.

I bought a disposable yesterday before I left to Austin and it was dead when I opened the package so I went and bought a charger. Once it was finally charged I realized my disposable was broken and wouldn’t work at all! I called the store and the guy told me since I couldn’t make it back from Austin the same day (which was impossible) that there was nothing they could do about it. No refund, no exchange!! They sold me a broken product and now I have to find another smokeshop that wont waste my time and money! ): the owner said i needed to test my product before i left the store but its illegal to drive under the influence of delta 8 so ???

They sell counterfeit raw products. And they knowingly do so. I dmd them on Instagram and no response, they didn’t want to make it right. I submitted the pictures to the actual RAW website and they right away emailed me that they were counterfeit. (The difference from real ones is night and day). Stay away from this bummy shop. At least go to planet K down the road. They hold themselves to higher standards than these people.

Would highly recommend this shop! They have a great variety of things and will have anything you’re looking for! My mom and I bought some CBD products from here and she’s usually skeptical on anything working for her fibromyalgia because of how much pain it puts her in but the CBD lotion worked up to 7 hours for her and the CBD lollipops helped her relax and sleep better, we were very impressed. Also they had really great costumer service!
