Best customer service ever! Katelyn (might have spelled that wrong) has the best reccomendations so far. Had also bought the wrong size coils and instead of making me eat the cost they let me exchange for correct coils. Never going anywhere else to get my vape juice and coils! Red Star Vapor on Blanco is AMAZING! Kaitlyn, who works on the weekends, is knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly! They have their own store-brand disposable vapes in a wide variety of flavors. They are rechargeable via USB-C and they last for 9000 puffs! I am a pretty heavy vape enthusiast, but each disposable lasts a little over a week! Not too bad! And at $19 for one or $35 for two, it offers a much cheaper vaping solution than refillable tank box mods! But they also have another disposable option which is cheaper and you can refill it with any of their delicious house juices! Try the Gummy Ice—AMAZING!!!

Great experience. Went to these guys from receiving a flyer in the mailbox. We usually go to all the small smoke shops in our area off West Ave. and pay more and deal with people who do not know anything about their products. The woman who helped us, was informative and had great customer service. We have a Red Star Vapor less than a mile away but I will drive the extra 5.4 miles to this store in the future. Red Star Vapor shines in San Antonio! I was a patron to Coval Vape (281 and Brook Hollow) until they recently, unfortunately, shut down. I am by far overly pleased with this place. From the price to the service to the knowledge of the workers, Ive been to several vape stores over the years in corpus Christi and some here in San Antonio and believe me this is a place to go. My cashier, Forrest, had through knowledge and anything I asked him honest opinions and was very helpful. I could not believe my eyes when I seen the total I got a brand new vape and I always particularly like a certain kind and its usually between 40 to 50 dollars in corpus well I got two huge juices two brand new coils and The vape all for under 50$! I was so shocked I felt like such a nerd talking about it for a full 10 minutes straight on my ride home after the visiting red star vape!

Me and my boyfriend just left this location today and the guy, Judge, helped us pick out a vape for my father. Now, I dont know anything about vapes but it dident matter because Judge explained everything, talked us through pricing, mod set up, flavors, gave a great opinionated review to kept me from making buying mistakes, and was incredibly nice and patient about the whole thing. BEST VAPE IN SAN ANTONIO! Judge was an amazing help, very knowledgeable and consistently entertaining. On top of all that, the shop has the best prices around and 100/10 will come back very often.

When i first walked in I thought it was going to be like every other vape shop where they try to push their products for a sale. But that didnt happen, they guys there were really cool and polite especially when I didnt know what flavors of theirs I wanted. They offered me a seat and started going through the binder with me asking me questions of what flavors I liked and disliked. From there they were able to narrow down my selection to a bare minimum out of all their flavors. On my second visit a friend had bought me a mod that I needed a new tank for cause mine didnt work and they went through the ins and outs of the tanks and how they will work with my mod. They have been the second shop in S.A that has ever been this helpful and cared about their Customer Experience with having the cheaper price on products that others had charged more for. If i could give them a HIGHER score I wouldnt hesitate to give them a 100 stars if I could.

I used to jump around all over town exploring different vape stores but since finding this red star shop it’s the only one I go to. The guys there are amazing, always friendly and down to answer any silly questions I have. Heck I go there so often they ask what I’d like for the day, I say the same as always, and they know exactly what I mean (if that tells you how often I’m there). I’ve tried a few new things there (a few vapes and some CBD gummies) and Judge and Forrest are always down to explain the basics and walk me through how to use everything.Bonus: they always make sure I try whatever I’m buying before I leave the store so we both know the product works before I’m out the door.

Normally make the drive to the Oconner store for several yrs. I found the Blanco store, Judge greeted me and was extremely helpful, gave me some info on so.e of the products that I asked about. I told him this is my new store, its closer and learned Forrest is there as well, he sold me a system for my bf, and its great. I love Red Star, have some of the namesake products and tell anyone they know all about Vaping or will find out. Glad took the chance on the closer store. Miss Jessica but if in area would stop in. Where do I start? I am fairly new in this world of CBD and vaping. I was near this location and seen the positive reviews and decided to give this place a shot. Judge greeted me at the door and listened to my needs. He began to educate me on the top 5 mods that would be best for me. Along the way he answered every one of my questions. Judge made me feel very comfortable throughout this whole process. All along he was very professional and kept safety a #1 priority, wearing gloves while he handled my mod. He was so kind to even set my new mod up! I felt soo taken care of today and this will be my go to store moving forward. I went to red star vapor with a issue with my drag x that I had recently purchased from there, I went in and explained my issue to Forrest, Forrest really listen to what I had to say about the issue and believed it to be a coil issue, he then offered me a free coil to see if that would solve the issue, I decided to pay for the coil plus another coil, thankfully it didnt fix the issue and I just want to thank both Forrest and judge for the amazing service I get every time I come into the blanco location.

Worse customer service ever! Don’t know products well. Their Vape juice line was tampered with and still sold to public without informing, they have to have used mods pods, 4 of mine broke all in a week and they won’t Return, exchange or even have knowledge to try to fix or know the issues with any of them. I don’t know how long they will be able to stay open the way they run it
