Every time I go in the morning. Goggle says its open but they are closed. Theres someone here but they wont open. Smh

Love this place. Everytime I go in and buy a bunch of stuff they give me something to try. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Purchase a liquid product MIT 45 a small bottle two different occasions back to back. With no liquid product inside the small bottle. I explained to the gentleman, he was unable to call his and had no interest in doing the right thing for customer. So I asked for the company number and the phone did not work inside the smoke shop to call and get ahold of anybody. Sucks to get robbed like that. Horrible!

Great service!! Best shop around. Staff is helpful and always friendly, especially Thelma.. they make you feel welcome & that says a lot. They consider customer service very important and it shows. I’ve always left feeling satisfied with their products and they’ll make sure you are happy with your purchase before leaving. Overall probably the best store around town!!

Bought 2 defective esco bars back to back days from here and they refused to give me a replacement. Steer clear. Wasnt even asking for a refund just asking them ti do what was right. Their no refunds/no exchanges sign doesnt justify them robbing people.

Sold me a defective vape that went out in less than 24 hrs. When i asked if they could help me out the guy with the long hair got super triggered and didnt want to replace or refund. Dont buy here, will be charging back through my bank and filing a report with the BBB.

I was impressed! Great selection and fair prices!I will say that they could work on their “curb appeal” a little more to make the outside look as nice as the inside. (That was probably why I was so impressed because I wasn’t expecting much).

First off this was the best experience I have ever had at ANY establishment. Very proffesional, educated & informative on the products sold here. Extremely helpful, kind & down to earth. I will definitely be a regular customer. Thelma was an absolute doll & amazing to talk to, she made me feel right at home & I loved getting to chat w/ her and get some much needed info about Cbd prerolls. I’ve never had someone be as informative as her and it helped me so much to understand the content of what I was buying and that there are different blends and kinds to buy. This is def the place to go for any smokers needs, Thelma def knows her stuff & can help anyone that comes in.
