My boyfriend entered a raffle before 4/20 that was supposed to end on 4/20 , the piece they were raffling was still there when I went in on 5/09 . It’s unfortunate they can’t do a legitimate raffle , or at least don’t put such a nice item in the raffle if you’re not ready to take a loss on it .

Nice little place. It small but you can find what you need there. Prices are good and staff is always friendly.

I went to Smoke Tokes on Huebner to buy a friend a birthday gift and had such an amazing experience. I do not frequent smoke shops but I know that my friend does and really loves some of the neat trinkets they have. Hailey was very helpful in helping me and my friend find a gift for our other friend. She walked us through the various different products and pricing options.

Rude. Im a nice person. I give everybody the benefit of the doubt. But this lady behind the counter seemed to have no idea what she was doing, and really seemed like she didnt even want us in the shop. My sister barely touched the counter (honest mistake) and the lady fussed at her. We asked to see a product and she said we werent allowed to touch it. All this, whilst a little irksome, was understandable. But when my dad went to check out, my sister and I decided to sit on the couches they have sitting there, front & center, clearly visible, very welcoming to customers and presumed for such use - and she fussed at us then too. Im going to have to ask you to not sit on the couch. I just got up and left without a word.

I usually really like this shop but the new guy named Jayden doesn’t belong here or anywhere in customer service. Has a constant bad attitude, refuses to answer questions and tried overcharging us before. He really brings this place down and sad to see he still works here. usually the rest of the staff is really good though

Terribly rude staff.The price was marked at $6 for their phone chargers and he tried to charge me $10 and wouldnt give me change unless I came back another day to speak to a manager. Asked him to refund me the difference or for the product and he argued with me and called me names as I left. Never go here.

Went there with a friend Savana and was welcomed and treated attentively and fairly. The general manager Kasey (Im guessing on the spelling) was is really nice, personable and remains professional in her dealings. I found the products to be better priced and quality than what Ive seen at other places, and I have been to a lot of other places. Definitely recommend

This place is so terrible!!!I’ve been sold bad vapes multiple times which is whatever…However I bought a maxx battery and it didn’t have a button to turn it on… when I went back minutes after buying I was told “it was just one you pull from” even tho the instructions on the package clearly said there was supposed to be a button!!! I didn’t have a cart on me to see if it would work. They didn’t even offer to switch it out or refund me. I’m very irritated with this place. When I was looking at the other batteries (Same ones I had just bought) they had buttons expect the one I was sold a like two others in the display…

10/10 shop && always has a friendly face behind the counter! Best esco bar prices in SA! And when you are short on $$ they always have a way to get a discount!!! Thanks for being so dope, Smoke Tokes!

Went in last night to buy an Urb cart and when I got home I couldn’t get the rubber gummy off because it was sticky and leaking. AND BROWN. It’s usually white/translucent. Came back to exchange it because I spent $30 on it and the guy in here didn’t even stop what he was doing to look at me… I get if I would’ve waited a week but I came back the very next day. I can’t even use it???? I just got turned away and was basically told i would have to purchase a whole new one! This was my go to smoke shop everyone I’ve met has been so so sweet except for today. Little encounters like this just turn it all around smh.

The staff are super helpful and polite. They take their time explaining things, and there’s no pressure to buy anything if you don’t want to. Love their vibes :)

Bought a hidden hills pen as recommended as soon as I got home it stopped working kept flashing like it was dead used 3 different chargers and nothing went right back only for them to tell they don’t do exchanges and can only give me 10% off if I buy another pen

IF YOU WANT GOOD VAPES DONT COME HERE! If this had a negative start I would have put it! I get my vape 2 days ago and spent almost 40$ on it. This morning it started to hit on its own and make weird nosies and now completely stop working. We went back and they said can can do anything! No refund no exchange, not even a discount on something. COMPLETE RIP OFF. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
