Thanks For Vaping

*wont be coming back* I drive from the other side of San Antonio just to get the custard monster butterscotch juice here. This past Friday I purchased this same juice I always buy & the First time I put it in my vape it had a HORRIBLE taste to it & just one hit from my vape and it was hurting my throat. I had to empty my vape & I assumed it was expired or something and when I came Monday to try and exchange it atleast, the owner/boss was called and said it wouldn’t be expired & gave no options to exchange it for another or a different flavor either. I explained to the sales guy I can tell there’s something wrong with it just by putting a drop on my finger and licking it. So I will definitely not be purchasing anything else from here again. I get the rule they all seem to have once you leave you can’t bring it back but there’s no way to know it’s bad until you use it. And I’m sorry but $$ doesn’t grow on trees for me so I’ll spend it somewhere I won’t get a juice that’s OBVIOUSLY got something wrong with it. I realize there’s ppl that could lie about this but flip side this is a great way from vape shops to make easy money selling bad juices knowing we will have to buy more. Well not from here I won’t spend another dime!

I’ve been going here probably five years. I’ve never met a kind or considerate employee there. They act as if you do not exist. I have never ever had a decent experience in there. They seem to be put out to help you. Or they just absolutely hate your guts one of the two. They just don’t want to be bothered. Perhaps they’re all stoned.

Very friendly and informative staff. Supportive for newbies and educated in all the culture knowledge. When its busy you wouldnt know it because they handle business without letting you feel ignored. I had an on going conversation of probably 45 minutes that covered many relevant topics and 10 customers were serviced without delay. Awesome staff, great management, amazing merchandise. My favorite shop.

Well, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The store is alright, I usually come in for the Esco Bars (Spearmint) but cost a lil too much they charge $25 but found it for $17 at another place. I guess Ill go to this new place. I actually liked getting my vapes from here. Too bad I guess.

Fantastic service! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with a device that I purchased somewhere else that was drawing too much smoke. They fixed the coil and helped me pick a juice that had more of the menthol icyness with each hit. Im very happy with the results.

Love this place. These guys and ladies are very forthcoming. They acknowledge you as soon as you arrive even if they are with another patron.They will help with whatever your needs are. They genuinely want to help people stop smoking and stay stopped.If you have issues with vaporizer they will do everything they can to help you find your issue.They explain thoroughly how to use their products and what is a good fit for you personally.Very impressed, and I dont impress easily.

Extremely poor customer service. The past 2 times Ive been in, I have directly dealt with the manager. He is not only unfriendly but curt. Today I returned an item with my receipt and instead of doing the right thing, he was just plain obtuse. I have shopped Thanks For Vaping since they opened in a small store, had their store on Blanco and the one on San Pedro . Thats 8 years of business and you just lost mine! There are a lot of choices of where to shop. Customer service tends to be why people come back and yall have zip!

Great staff, great prices, great selection. No BS. Everything you need and want all at one place. Helpful advice and recommendations from the staff. Tons of sample flavors to try.We drive almost an hour from Canyon Lake in to San Antonio to come to this vape shop when running errands in the area. Best prices Ive ever seen. I am very impressed with this store. They have taken me from vaping novice to drip mod professional. They are incredibly nice and will answer any questions you have. I went in to buy a drip mod set-up yesterday and they were honest about the quality, never trying to upsell me. They sold me exactly what was needed. Then, He customized my mod by drilling a whole to increase vapor, and sat me down and showed me how to build a coil at no additional charge for either service.This is a store full of great people whos only goal is to make their customers happy. I wish there were more businesses with this philosophy out there. Their prices and selection are the best in town. They have finally seemed to grasp inventory control which is a step in the right direction and since they are the only store i have found in SA that carriers the juice I like I will continue shopping here. My wife is nice enough to stop in when I need juice but the last trip she bought the correct juice but the mfg mislabeled it. Doc must have blamed the govt like 30 times before reluctantly giving me half credit to a new bottle. Not a great way to treat returning customers...

I went in on a Monday afternoon and was very surprised in how clean and professional everything was. I was greeted by Reyes who helped me change the coil in my pen, suggest a new juice, and he let me try a bunch of flavors. He was very helpful and informative. I definitely will return.

I am from out of town. The shop says it opens at 10am. Is past 10am and the store is still closed!!! Why have hours of operation if nobody follows them?? This is ridiculous specially for tourists like myself. I see a mall near but they open at 11am to late. That is why I came here but disappointed. I want to add that as I continue to write this review the store is till not opened is past 10am. Is actually 1010am.

These guys are awesome. Theyll help you out if you have any questions, give you their sincerest recommendations, and go out of their way to give you fair warning if you might make a bad purchase. Real customer friendly staff. I go here all the time for my e juice refills and vape parts. Definitely recommend.

The only place I go for vaping supplies because they have pretty much anything you could want. Excellent selection of mods and accessories and an unparalleled selection of juices. The best shop in San Antonio, hands down.

I’ve shopped here for more than 15 yrs and I drive past 10 vape stores to shop here, why? Because of guys like Nick, who went the extra mile to solve an issue I was having with a vapor I bought 9 months ago. With a “Can do” attitude and excellent product knowledge, Nick took care of me and I walked out the door with a smile and very little money spent.😎

I had dropped my vape and had the tank break off. Though I was going to have to buy a new one, however the guy working today, Zee, fixed it for me in no time for no charge. Been a customer for quite a while and this experience just goes to show that they truly care about their customers.

Excellent shop, both locations! My go to vape shop (skipping the other one less than 2 min from my house) I called to see if they had a juice and they had only a couple left. They informed me they can hold it!?!? Who does that!? What an Incredible service. If you have a dedicated ADV and cant go without it youll understand why thats important.EDIT: After years of facing the same issues of running out of popular juices, I must drop my rating for this company. Staff is rude and has the ignorance of thinking they are above their customers. Back talking and a told you so attitude doesnt get very far with me, especially when I know something as a fact. This shop has to be the best ive been to. These people actually care about what they sell you and of all my expenses here i have never been sold anything that has not 100% fit my needs. Huge inventory. They most likely have anything youre looking for in stock, if they dont their sister company a few minutes away does. Well lit, clean, sharp, well educated staff, open late. A great example of what a vape shop should look like. Thanks to the rasta fella that helped me find what I needed, he even called the owner while he was at their distributor to place a last minute special order no extra charge.

Nice store and friendly staff. They have a lot of selection, I went in because I recently switched habits and Im not sure how these things work. I thought my device was broke the lady that helped me took time to explain to me all the parts of my device and how they operate as well as how to know if you really are having problems (which I was not). Anyway, I picked up a bottle of solution and was on my way. Will definitely go back again. I have shopped at Monster Vape before and I found the nicotine solutions at this place to be more of what I like. I prefer the tobacco flavors and theirs are way better!Location is great, close to Starbucks, close to Guitar Center so for me its a multiple stop trip

This place is great. I like the fact you can try the different flavors. The customer service is pretty good. I wouldnt recommend going there at get off work time as they get so overwhelmed with customers that you start to get frustrated for waiting in line for 20 - 30 min. But overall this place is a good shop.

Very poor customer service and staff are not at all familiar with the products or vaping in general. Ive been vaping 24 nicotine for years, staff said it doesnt exist and laughed at me. They sell defective mods and are dishonest.

If you have questions about any products or flavors go see Zee. These folks care about the customer and understand the whole reason we are there is to quit smoking. They wiil point you to the right product that will accomplish this and also make it enjoyable. They wont throw the most expensive device at you because you have the money for it, they match you with what you need.

I used to love this place. No idea what happened, but it has changed. I recently bought some new products there that seemed to have some defective parts. I was warned by co-workers that trying to return anything would be useless, as they will blame any issues on missuse and say they cant take it back.Sure enough, this was the case. They said the issues could not be considered defect related and was probably due to my own misuse. I am sure this is to save money, but I cant guarantee any loss they may have incurred would have been made up by my future patronage. This is no longer the case as neither myself nor my wife will be returning or spending any more money here, but from the managers attitude, I doubt he cares. And thats fine with me too, there are plenty of competitors around town and more cropping up all the time.

First time visiting today. Staff very attentive abs helpful. Answered all my questions patiently, and even worked extra hard to meet my budget too. I paid far less than expected for a 30ml juice and a replacement tank. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Terrible Customer service. First time vaper let them talk me into an expensive vape which they set up wrong and immediately started leaking. I came back to have them fix it and the manager messed it up even more. I finally went to return it and they refused to do so due to a small ding from the manager using plyers to mess with it. So they ultimately screwed me over and did nothing to help. Not to mention im a military memeber. Very disrespectful, i would not recommend this hole of a place to anyone.

This has been my Vape shop since 2012, and theyve never let me down... well except for that going out of business scare. Nevertheless, I always enjoy stopping by for my vape hobby needs and they are always welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot compare my vape shop with any others because I have not visited any other establishments. Im sure theyre nice as well. One out of many reasons I will continue to come here, is their continuous effort to provide for their customers. Im sure you can buy your mods, juices, etc online for lower prices, but that takes out the human interaction. I never write reviews but I fell I have to write one for this place. The staff is awesome and super chill. I love the atmosphere here and the prices too. This is deffinately my one and only vapeshop and I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.

My husband and I, love this vape shop. The manager and staff is so friendly and helpful. Its our go to when we wanna upgrade or need more jucie for our vapes or need help with our vapes. Shopped there once with good experience . Then well because I live out of town and didnt want to drive there they shipped me what I needed , free shipping with over $40 purchase . Paid with a credit card over the phone and they did everything they said they would do with no problems . I will continue to do business with them

This place is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in this morning to get a coil and the clerk that sold it to me accidentally sold me the wrong one. I brought it back and was given a full refund (out of the clerks pocket which I did not agree with, it wasnt the kids fault mistakes happen and he shouldnt have been taxed for it. Just my opinion) but as I said its a great place with a very knowledgable and helpful staff. I dont remember your name but next time I come in Im going to tip you that 6 dollars back. Sometimes when you run a business you have to take a loss for P.R. purposes.. but I understand the position of the man in charge. Just moved to San Antonio from California and googled to see who would carry my e-juice brand . I read several reviews on different vape shops and decided to visit this one because when I called to see if they carry my e-juice brand , Art answered the phone and informed me that they did carry it and if they didnt , he would make sure he ordered it for me and keep it in stock . I know the frustration on wanting your favorite flavor and vape shops running out of inventory . But , as we all know its a business and someone could walk in and buy the last 2 bottles of e-juice that I want .If you vape , you know how long it takes you to go thru your inventory . Pick up the phone and ask your vape shop to put an order in for you if they run out of your brand often . Vape shops dont intentionally run out of your e-juice to discourage you from coming back .They want your business .I drove to Thanks For Vaping and had the pleasure of also meeting the owner , James. Both Art and James were very helpful . I even went out of my comfort zone and tried their brand of e-juice . I liked it so much , I bought a bottle . And I must say , I found a new favorite !This store has a huge selection of e-juice brands and flavors , mods and accessories . I had the opportunity to try several knew flavors , while Art and James patiently answered several questions I had . It was a great experience all around . I also looked on the website that I typically would order from and the prices for the brand of e-juice compared to this vape shop were exactly the same . Usually , I find that vape shops mark it up . The employees are rude. Condescending when having probalems with your device or tank they always assume its yor fault and your to blame and are unwilling to help you becuase they place the balme on you. They think they know everything about every device and battery and act as if youre the idiot if you cant figure it out. The stores are small and very few employees are humble and willing to help with your situation. They carry all Chinese made divices no USA device which are all cheap and break easily even if you dont drop them. They have a small product line of all chinese made equipment and who knows what youre buying because there are so many imitation Chinese factories you will never what you pay for. Bad customer service, bad inconsiderate employees and the devices are all crap made in China. Very dissapointed in the quality of equipment and even more disapointed in the shortness and rudeness of the staff. Stay away from this store you can buy better quility equipment and juice online for bettter prices and dont have to deal with the hassle of the poor customer service.

Meh. They have them basics but customer service is crappy. When I walked in the guy at the register didnt greet of say anything when I went to the counter. He just acted funny and went to the back. Then another guy came out and assisted me in getting a good tank. The first guy came back out pretending go be on the phone really loud asking if my card transaction went through AFTER I paid and got my military discount. I ignored an proceeded to leave. Hey dummy Ive been vaping for years I can afford those cheap ass tanks. But this store will not be getting my service again.

I purchased a battery and a mini protank 2 here. When I got home I put the tank on the battery and there wasnt any airflow. I took it back and they fix the problem right away and hooked me up with some extra coils for my protank. Overall my experience was hassle free.

THE BEST VAPING STORE EVER!!!Have been going there since they opened in 2013.Since Sub-ohm has basically taken over the vaping world, they carry a huge selection of products and juices. I tried sub ohm, and its just not for me.Thanks for Vaping has always been my favorite vape store but now even more so because they still carry the non Sub-ohm heaping supplies and juices.Ive been to many vape stores and as far as customer service goes, non come close in terms of customer service. They spend as much time with you as you need. They explain each product and how you use it, showing you product after product until you find just the right fit.Unfortunately, we have moved... And Thanks for Vaping is now a 40 minute drive.They also have an app that they use where you get points for every dollar that you spend in their store. You can cash in your points for merchandise.THERE NUMBER ONE SELLING POINT? ABSOLUTELY,HANDS DOWN.... CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I could look at 10 different products and buy nothing (which I have done before)and they never got upset or showed the least bit of frustration.

Great little shop, the rating is for their helpfulness, but the little disposable beginners CBD vape i bought from them seems to have broken and i only got like 30 puffs out of it :( now its just a weird little LED flashlight i guess

Worst customer service experience ever, the cashier actually insulted me when I was walking out of the store. Basically I came in to buy straight VG since I have been making my own DIY juice lately. The cashier (a some what built bald guy didnt get his name) was very reluctant to help me when I asked for the VG. After waiting for about 5 mins he comes out from the back with the VG without saying anything or even looking at me he walks over to a register and rings it up. I walk over pay him and he just slides the VG over the counter no bag or thank you or anything. He says these exact words Thats all yours. So I take it and thank him and walk towards the exit. As I am approaching the door to leave he actually says Dont do anything illegal! before i can respond he says just kidding Its already too late. Basically he was insinuating that I was planning on making something illegal with my VG. Which is pretty insulting especially when I know he was being judgmental of my long hair trying to say i was on drugs or something, or planning on making a illegal cannabis juice. He said this as I had one foot out the door which is pretty cowardly as well as extremely disrespectful. Ive never felt so insulted as a customer. Definitely going to be submitting more complaints about this horrible service. There are plenty of shops I can go to that wont passive aggressively insult me for shopping.

I have come to this store for many years.the last 2 times I have came and ask for for a .06 wick twice and even ask him if it was the right one because last it was not..and he look at me and said yes its the right one every rude.and once again it was not. I drive 1 hour to come your to your store .he is very rude when i called he said he was manager lets hope not ..very rude both times i have encountered him.this makes me sad for I have been using your store for years

This place now charges a dollar to try a vape. According to a guy wearing glasses and a full beard who works there. No sign posted at the door none at the table where you try them. Last time i go to this place.The response back from the store doesnt excuse the manner in which Gabe said he was charging me. Doesnt the store have an obligation to tell people before they try something they are going to charge you? Gabe told me in a very demeaning way. I dont need your products, I will go straight to the source online. Cheaper anyways. Your loss not mine. Online shopping people!

Best prices in town hands down. I came in for the first time and got some wire for my RDA and got some grade A quality. After seeing allllllllllll the samples Im gona back and sample some but I have my eye on the juice with the old English on it!!!

Do not buy vision spinner II, they are fake and they know it the kid at the counter told me the manager knows we got some clones but I can not exchange it, because it has been over 2 weeks, WTH, I am taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau,if it gets resolved, I will change my rating to 5 stars, which they always have been in my book, I have been their loyal customer for 4 years and they know it, even though it change ownership I stayed with them and happy to see their business grow, but today they kicked me in the butt, arrivederci, thats it

It is unfortunate that this store could dominate the e-cig market here in San Antonio. After shopping here for so long, I finally have to stop giving them my business. How do you constantly sell out of your own products? Thanks for Vaping sells e-juice and Vaping equipment, but theyre always sold our of products. Its like HEB being sold out of food.Jennifer who was great would always work to find alternate flavors for me, but I simply have to find a new Vaping store. I gave this store another chance, but they just charge too much for their quality of juice. It is nice that they give a military discount but still 19 dollars after a discount for 30ml is just terrible. I have been vaping for 6 years and I have never seen a price that high. I thought it was san antonio but I found a place that has better tasting juices for 11 dollars for 30ml. I wouldnt mind 19 dollars but the flavors are not good at all. I have tried 7 different flavors they recommended. Im going to start ordering online which is a lot cheaper. If you want to try vape nectar they have a flavor called night train and it is $45 for 135ml which is a better deal...a lot better Night train is like snicker doodle cookies

Biggest house juice selection in San Antonio that I have noticed so far, still nothing compared to the shops in El Paso, TX but different cities different markets I guess. The only problem here is they still use the old pen style mods so their house juice selection doesnt matter to me because I cant taste anything when Im testing the different flavors so Im forced to buy premium juice at a higher price that I have already vaped before so that I know what Im actually purchasing will taste worth a damn when I take it home.

This place went from 5 starts to 0. The employees didnt even say hi. I was there with a friend to try out flavors, and didnt even get help. After waiting 30 minutes, we decided to leave and thats when the employees just said bye. I know wont be shopping trip here anymore.

The person helping me was very knowledgeable and instead of trying to rip me off and convince me to buy a expensive piece he told me what the best ones are and why. Terrible service I went in to look around and try out flavors. No one asked me if I needed help with anything. After I found a bottle of juice I wanted they sold me one with an old label and said I would get a discount for it. No one tried to see if I needed anything else, there was no catering to any of the other customers either.

The new owner treats his employees and business partners poorly. He cuts corners and doesn’t know anything about vaping. This place used to be amazing, and he has ruined everything it used to stand for.

Over Priced Store I Went In To The Store With Different Expectations Than Before, But This Place Is Falling Apart Within Itself Their Prices Are Outrageously High if youre paying $19 Or $32 For A Bottle Of Juice Youre Getting Ripped Off 100ml to 120ml Bottles Are Usually $20.

Didnt have replacement pods for the Novo 2. They sold me one for the Novo 1 instead. Not that knowledgeable about there products that they sell.

Good but the prices are high compared to online shopping.

Being going for years even after ownership change they still carry best supply in town, from mods to coils to glass anything you need from all levels of vapers

Place is ok. Alot of house juice and that is about it. I didnt really care for it. staff didnt really notice me until I asked a question. Again ok. Some things seemed a over priced
