I like the different varieties vapors and flower. The store is always clean nice and cool and the services is wonderful. And I love it thats its close to my home, I love affordable on the flowers and cigarettes vapes.

Ive been a repeat/frequent customer for almost a year now. Wise Vice Vapors on Wurzbach is my preferred location. I always receive the best service. Shout out to Emily, Jay, John, and Anna! Wise Vice offers curbside pickup, has great hours of operation, and this is by far, in my humble opinion, the best vape store in San Antonio, TX! The best tasting, and selection on e-juice. Amazing prices, their Wize Vice vape juice flavors are amazing and such a great deal. Anytime Ive had to go somewhere else in a pinch, I end up paying so much more money for e-juice that just doesnt compare. I feel that they offer excellent premium flavors. My two favorites are Narwal Milk (Strawberry base) and Nillionaire (Vanilla base). They offer reasonably priced Mods/ Vape Devices. I recently bought the Aspire Nautilus Prime X, and its amazing! Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable about vaping, and always willing to help or assist with any questions. On top of the excellent service, great prices, and great selections, you earn points for every purchase and Im constantly saving so much money. You can legit earn points to receive $5, $7, $10, and $19 dollars off purchases once youve racked up enough points to use. I usually get to use points toward a purchase after every 2-3 visits. Ive been able to unlock $19 dollars off 3 times within this last year already, on top of other times Ive unlocked other discounts. Been going here for awhile now and its been pretty solid. They even started carrying a juice I wanted that they didnt have. Customer service has been great except for one guy whos name I never got who seemed like I was bothering him to come in but otherwise has always been good. As far as rewards they are definitely good seems like every time I come it I have points for at least $5 off. Overall it is my go to store.

This is a great place to buy equipment and coils from. Very friendly staff too. Ive tried their juices and although they are delicious, they will burn through my coil in one day. Ive gone through countless coils thinking it was maybe the coil itself. Confirmed its the juice. This is sad because such great flavors (and theyre not even citrus) are not worth having to buy a coil every day. If their juice didnt burn my coil consistently, Id give this place a five star rating.

First time in this place. Jack is awesome. Definitely likes what he does and likes to recommend flavors. Chilled for over an hour and tried a bunch of flavors. Good prices on juice, great selection, awesome customer service, wealth of knowledge, eager to please, done right.

The atmosphere in this place is nice and the workers are also very receptive and friendly. The juices here are delicious and made in house, theyre also very affordable. Sometimes the wait is a little long but thats only because they take time with each customer to make sure that theyre happy with what theyre buying. I recommend checking out this vape store its one of the best.

Our first time visiting was yesterday. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and the staff is knowledgeable and very personable. We have visited several vape shops and Wise Vice has the best prices and selections thus far. The fact that you can try any flavor of vape juice before you buy it is huge!! The menu with the flavors and what they should taste like is great!! A reward program is always a plus! This is definitely our new go-to shop

Just stopped by to get some new juice and was recommended a certain melon flavored juice. I never usually like melon flavored products but the juice is amazing. Hand mixed on the spot. Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have visited dozens of vape shops in several states and Wise Vice has the best house juice hands down. They instant steep so you can vape freshly made juice immediately. Their reward program is a nice perk too. I save money by shopping here.

The juices are great, I just think there’s more room for customer service to improve. Not really a place I like to go as much as I used to. Hearing the workers arrogantly curse and talk bad about the previous customers when I’m in there makes me think they probably talk bad about me when I leave. I try not to spend more than $10 at a time when I visit now. But other than that the product is good, I would much rather order it online if they had this option instead.

Charles was super helpful, let.me try a number of flavors. I was excited to try my new juice, but needed to rinse out my tank. He offered to run it through the ultra so if cleaner they had there at the shop. Awesome experience, I will deffinetly be back.

The employees are very helpful! They asked me my general tastes and came back with many samples. I loved them all. It honestly took more for me to choose between their suggestions more than I thought. Ive never had a vape shop with employees so knowledgeable and happy to help. They helped me find a vape based on what I specifically needed and didnt just go for the up sale going straight for the most expensive. All of their display cases were well organized and beautifully set up. I highly recommend this shop! Ive been to many vape shops and this one was the most helpful and organized.

What a wonderful experience. I went in last week looking for a 1 ohm coil for my Joytech which is almost impossible to find and was greeted by Keith. It still has the feel of a start up vape shop but Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike several of the other local shops I had visited he ordered me my coils and we talked for a bit on different juices. Very personable and willing to take the time with his customers. I am at an odd nicotine level (7.5%) and was discussing how difficult it was to find a juice with a consistent nicotine level. He told me he was just about ready to start mixing his own juices and once he was there could match any nicotine level I desired with accuracy, which is important when you are trying to step down and quit smoking. Fantastic customer service and just a top shelf experience. I will certainly be visiting him again.

Wise Vice Wise Vice Wise Vice what can I say? I think Google needs more stores in its rating because this vape shop is sooooo awesome. Ive been a customer since they opened their first shop. Ive always received excellent customer service. They are very helpful and you cant beat the prices. I moved to the country in November so Im glad they expanded and opened a store on SW Military. The service is Excellent at that store. I am a frequent customer there and enjoy the customer service. I always recommend people to go to Wise Vice because I know they wont have any worries and excellent customer service.

The owner was awesome. He was extremely friendly and even more knowledgeable. The selection was a little sparse when I was last there, only due to it being so new. The atmosphere is amazing with the smoke bar, which is a great chance to meet new people and have some good conversation.

Very helpful and laid back. I went in just for coils and before I knew it I had spent an hour simply chatting and trying almost everything on the menu. They have the BEST sour apple flavor Ive ever tried! Havent found a brand of e-juice that even comes close to theirs. Even though the shop is 30 mins from me and have plenty of others close by, this is the only place I go to because of the selection, great prices and customer service. infinity stars

I came in for some E-liquid and a coil. I’m not sure if I came in on a bad day or what, but everything that I wanted and that was advertised wasn’t available. There were at least 4 to 5 juices that I wanted and none of them were in stock. I asked for a few coils for a Vaporesso device and the coils weren’t in stock. However I did try a new flavor, key lime pie and I have to say it tastes great!

This is a fantastic place for vapors of all kinds, from new to seasoned. Fantastic customer service. Chris and Jack are the best! My husband and I come here every chance we get. They have great prices and I love the reward program.

Hands-down, my best point-of-sale high end purchase experience. Ever.This shop deserves a long-overdue review from me. I spent months hunting down a rare high-end device without success. This device seemed to be sold out everywhere I looked. I even spent a premium price from an online shop, only to find that they hadn’t updated their stock in months and had to refund my money.Then visiting San Antonio, I was told about Wice Vice’s high-end selection. The shop didn’t seem to have what I was looking for at first...but after double-checking over the phone, the day before I had to leave town...they found exactly what I’d been coveting for months and HOOKED ME UP!!You can tell that the staff takes their jobs seriously. Wonderful friendly atmosphere with helpful employees who really know their stuff. Large variety of e-juice flavors made at point of sale none of which you can go wrong with in my opinion along with a great point system that rewards discounts on e-juice in a way that will make this place my one stop shop for all my future vape related purchases.

Ive been to several vape shops, but after finding this place I wont go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They mix there own flavors as well as starting to carry prebottled. Prices are great and the have a frequent buyers program. Love these guys!

Just went here for the first time after recommendation from my Fiancé who loves this place. Ended up spending 2 hours there trying different juices and getting information about vaping. Would definately recommend this place to anyone, but also to first time vapers like myself. They dont make you feel dumb like some of the other shops Ive been to for asking questions. Awesome juices, pricing, and the staff is super cool chill and knowledgeable.

No, just no... Valkyrie vapor is right down the road and they have way better house juice. Not a great reward program, but when your house juice doesnt taste bland I guess you dont need one. And Im sorry if you dont like my honest opinion of your house juice that is extremely bland. As for costumer service just read the responses they give too most of their bad reviews. Very Petty, they obviously cant take criticism well.

Ive heard a lot of good things about Wise Vice from my friends and decided to check it out today. I got excited when I saw their selection of high end mech mods were reasonably priced and was planning to walk out with a purge slam piece, however, I was blown off from the moment I walked in the door. The guy at the bar was busy so I did a lap of the store to kill some time while he finished with the group of people he was with and sat at the juice bar when he was checking them out, I guess a regular customer walked in because he continued to blow me off and helped him instead. I walked out with out buying.

Easily the best vape juice Ive ever tried. Im sensitive to harsh juice and typically avoid house blends like the plague, but theres something about this juice - its super smooth. I used to vape Unicorn Milk and Glas Milk, but their Narwhal Milk is, IMO, much much better (and cheaper). Now that Im spoiled, all the premium juices actually hurt my throat. Ive been stuck on Narwhal Milk, almost exclusively, for over a year and I still havent found anything I like better. Id also recommend Nuckin Futs. Not only are their products and prices great, the customer service is phenomenal. Its definitely some of the best customer service Ive had. These guys will really take care of you and theyre on top of whats the latest-and-greatest. Go check it out and youll see what I mean. Clearly, Im biased, but I dont work there and nobody asked me to write a review - theyre just that awesome.

I decided to pay a visit to one of the very first vape shops I ever walked into years back when everybody was using ego style vape pens. House juices are a gamble in my opinion, but I dont doubt that these guys have perfected the art.(I dont know because I bought a Vapetasia favorite- I didnt have too much time to browse)Their store is clean and stocked to the brim with a diverse variety of high-quality items, clearly selected by people who know the market, craft, hobby, and culture that is vaping. They have hardware ranging from some of the nicest high-end products to practical entry and mid-level equipment to help new vapers get started, keep the casual vapers stocked and blowing clouds, and offer the hardcore enntusiasts the latest in quality and technology.As a longtime vaper, I have never felt inclined to sit down at the counter of a vape shop and taste different juices (the first and last time I ever did that, I was trying to taste the flavor of some old juice through the burnt coil of a clearomizer.) But I could see myself taking the time to try a few different juices to find my favorites here- because you can actually taste the juice! They drip it so you can rip it from what must be some type of re-buildaible wicked with fresh not burnt cotton. (Not sure what it was, I was like a kid in a candy shop admiring the walls of beautifully displayed juice, hardware, and accessories.)The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and happy to answer what turned out to be quite a few questions I had about various products, wicking techniques, and what Nic salt is!! (I finally know). His advice and input seemed based on experience and personal opinion and not on upsell.Time to end this honest rant!I will be coming here more often. Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient staff. Great prices on mods and parts for a brick and mortar. Obviously you pay a little more than you would online but its easily made up for with the help provided by the staff. If you want to get into RTA/RBA they can be a great resource. They also have their own in house selection of eliquid which is great and absoutely cheaper than what you can get online (when compared to similar premium brands).

Loved this shop I live in houston went to San Antonio for a visit needed a juice but wanted a house juices only this was a shop I called that carried such so went there and must say .. ever since I tried there house juice ( Bed Rock reserve ) totally awesome a must try , no juice has compared thats the truth sad on my behalf since I live so far but definitely will be making my way back to this shop for there juices :) staff was also super friendly and helpful there prices are also good , a must go to !!

House juices lack flavor compared to other vape shops house juices I’m using an RDA and still have to concentrate to taste the flavor, premium juice selection is subpar. Take your money elsewhere if you are seeking flavor over nicotine effects

Bought a new battery and I did not use it because my other one started working it was less than an hour.And that dumb little girl that works there hinges up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back.Dont use this place!!!!!!
