Daniel is so freaking awesome! He always helps us out and has the best deals! He has a great vape selection and helps you to make sure the vape is to your liking. If I have any problems he lets me bring whatever it is back no questions asked. Love this guy!

Pretty frustrating when I travel the distance I did only to be ignored by the fairly new employee there with hair down to his shoulders when Im standing there trying to look at some inventory and have some questions when hes just carrying on a recreational conversation with another customer and then in walks a customer after me and were both waiting there for our presence to be acknowledged and this employee is just way too engaged in this conversation he has with one of the customers which is great but theyre also exists the excuse me one moment I need to help these other customers and then he can get back to his conversation but when both me and the new customer that just walked in are being completely ignored when we obviously would like to buy something thats very frustrating because then it forced me to have to go somewhere else because Im not going to make a point of interrupting this conversation this is something that should be known to attend to the customers that have not yet been attended to when the one thats being currently attended to is just pure conversation. Both myself and the customer that walked in after me we ended up leaving without buying anything because we were never acknowledged I stood there for a good 5 minutes the other guy that just walked in looked at me and saw that I was just as unimpressed with the lack of acknowledgment from the employee and I shrugged my shoulders and we both walked out around the same time. Im a regular and I know well enough to know that the guy who is Mr usebigwords chatterbox has not been there that long yet hes acting as if the store is his own. this store deserves five stars every day of the week if it werent for this chatterbox who ignored me and the customer that walked in after me

The cashier was very welcoming and friendly. Happily showed us the products and took the time to explain the differences between them. The products were great as well. Always buying something good. :)

Sold me 2 vapes and when one didnt work I was told all sales are final i left and will never go there again.Their policy is inconsiderate to good business practice, I was dupedDont shop their!!!

Plenty of current / newest vapes and gear. Daniel is super helpful and stays on top of things. Listens to customers. I moved an hour away, but still come here because hes that good.PS prices are cheaper here than any local shop, especially Ace of Vapes

Purchased a PuffCo Plus $120 from this store only to find out I couldve purchased it for $30 cheaper from their website with an actual warranty! I go go home to try it and it doesnt even work a single time. I return to the store and he tells me the atomizer is not working and tells me I need a new one. He tells me to call the company for the warranty and they say that I purchased from a non-authorized dealer and there is no warranty lol. The employee says hell cut me deal and sells me one for $25 (originally priced at $35 on his shelf and at $25 on the PuffCo website). Device breaks less than a day later, my buddy tells me you can buy them online and I find the PuffCo website lol. Moral of the story: LOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE AND YOULL FIND IT CHEAPER

Customer service rating 3/10. Neutral vibes. When I walked in there was a clear and positive relationship between the cashier and the other customers they had. When I asked to look at some glass he was really quiet, almost like there was something wrong with me. You can tell he wasnt really attentive either. I think the only words he said to me were, Have a nice day.A for glass quality... I would rate it 4/10. I bought a simple replacement glass bowl for fairly cheap and it was so thin I thought it would break if I touched it. Not to my surprise as I was getting out of my car it fell and broke instantly. Their glass selection was also on the down side. Again all of there pieces looked as if they would break by just holding them. Color variety was very slim as well as the color combinations within the glass. Most of the glass was just clear and had no designs and if it did the colors were faded. They have a huge selection of hand pipes, but Im definitely not their demographic; I was looking for more of the big stuff which was pretty much non existent. Their bongs are all identical. I bet if you said can I see that one, the cashier look around confused because theyre all the same. Im probably over exaggerating a little.On the greener side of the bowl, there were a few nice pieces with nice colors and designs, but the prices are debatable.Non glass product rating 7/10. For hookah smokers, they have Starbuzz which I always enjoy. There was also a selection of spices.Overall, I will never walk foot into that smoke shop unless there is an emergency where I need a replacement down stem. In which case, I wont hold my breath for any exciting adventures.

Daniels is definitely the go to smoke shop for anything you need. Friendly helpful and well informed staff. Never a long wait, and always get what you came for. I have been a regular customer for years now, thank you for being the best.

Daniel smoke shop is the awesome shop that see there customers like family and respect that now I could trust yesterday i purchased a item from the shop and almost about to use it and it cracks but the best and incredible happens without arguments and no attitude he gave me two items without no problems(No shop will do anything like this) so Im sorry for giving you a bad review I appreciate your honesty. Been coming here for 2 years now without a doubt the best shop in the inland Empire best selection great variety incredible prices make your way on over it doesnt matter if its two cities away itll be worth your while.

Today I got the biggest deal on a hookah set. I got the hookah, coals, tobacco and all the little goodies for the best price i could find in town. This shop even had Starbuzz the best hookah tobacco money can buy. the best part was everyone in the shop was really nice and helpful; Defiantly my only hookah shop now.

Old shop but new owner, cant really discredit for not having the exact stuff you want guys...and glass breaks when it falls out of your car!Searching for local cigar shops, this one is the closest to my house. I needed some zippo parts to restore my lighter to working condition. Walmart was sold out and to my surprise this shop had them in stock at an affordable price. The cigar selection is slim but the owner was writing a list of new popular items down as I was in there in an attempt to get the old stuff out that may have been sitting for some time with the old owners. The sticker prices werent terrible, down from what the old owners had. The new owner even discounted his price, just to move some stock and make room for newer stuff. Seems like a stand up guy, I will be stopping by more often to see what new sticks come in. Thanks for the help :-)

This place has the best prices and the cleanest people of any smoke shop in the north end of San Bernardino. They have everything here, and their cigarettes are way cheaper than anywhere else Ive found here. Best pipes for the price, lots of Kratom selection, all from a reputable company and heat sealed for our protection. plenty of hookah and oil burning supplies, and they truly value steady business. They have specialty pipes too. Perfect gifts for a smokers/vapers christmas. If you treat these guys well, they will take care of you, and may even be open to a little wheeling and dealing. This place deserves your business.

My husband rolls his own cigarettes and he frequently goes to this shop. They are always nice and friendly here.

Nice, clean smoke shop in a nice clean plaza next to Ralphs market. Friendly service. Huge selection of glass smoking accessories. Also a big selections on other items such as tobacco and Kratom.

Other than being carded as a 30 year old which many places still do, the shopkeep was amiable and helpful. Wide selection of smokes and supplies for all sorts and varieties of tobacco consumption.

Called ahead to make sure that I would be making it in time before they close they said they close at 8 p.m. I got there at 7:55 and they were locking the door I tapped on the door as they were walking away and they just looked back at me and kept walking then I called back in and they looked at the phone and didnt answer it I would not recommend this place worst customer service ever.
