Super awesome place! Tony helped me out with finding a cartridge just right for me. I have non-epileptic seizures so he found me one for that/pain I have. Everyone was really nice and helpful I really recommend this place to everyone. I’ve never been to a shop this beautiful before and with awesome workers. If you aren’t willing to drop a good amount of money don’t come here. It’s higher in price BUT you get what you pay for it seems like everything is top shelf. I never review anywhere but this is really a fantastic place with a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend 12/10 :)

Love this shop. Stiizy carts are cheaper here than at the proprietary store down the street! They have an order ahead on the web option and the pick-up window is outside the dispensary which is always quick and drama free. However its nice to go in, the bud tenders are always chill and helpful and its a cool lay out.

I was trying to find information about the pet CBD line they have. The kid who answered the phone was not helpful and told me to look on the website for it and read about it there. Its not on the website. I called back and they hung up on me. Finally got thru again and spoke with the manager to assist. Im sorry but if you arent knowledgeable in the products you have dont work here. Im not just trying to get high I needed it for my paraplegic dog. Shame customer service. Im disgusted with you guys right now especially since I go here all the time. Do better. Learn about your products or at least if you dont know then offer to look it up yourself and help somewhat. The staff should know about their inventory and the benefits of the medicines. Do better.

So its about 9pm and I walk into empire and receive the very best customer service I have ever been given. I had forgotten my wallet and there were 3 young ladies who worked as a team to make sure my needs were met. It was amazing to watch them in action. Hands down Ill keep coming back.

At this current time there stock is a little short but it’s not their fault. Hopefully they can restock sooner than later ! The store only takes cash and their ATM machines are Always down. They dont take cards. This Happened to me at least 7 times. Their staff never helps and screams over the loud music across the room. What kind of customer service is that? I would be totally ignored while they help what looks like their friends and chatting it up. They are rude and not helpful but want to get paid.

2.5 stars - First time I had a great bud tender and first time patient deal but every other time I come in, I get bothered by some overly pushy bud tender who doesnt leave me to look around at the selection. My most recent visit they have this super pushy chick with pink n greenish hair who just kept pushing sales and was unpleasant to talk to. I wish they place had better budtenders more often.

Service is always on point and I feel like they offer deals but dont pressure. Good customer service, good choices of products and safe environment. I would recommend this spot for sure.

I really want to give this corporate entity a BIG 0 stars, but unfortunately thats not an option. My husband and I were quite excited to visit this place for our first time. The specials sounded great. We get there and the place is decked out to the hilt with probably 30 high-end, extremely expensive electronic devices that tells you about each product. This place spared nothing for the flashiest decorations, lights, beautiful smoked glass and high-end wood displays. Im not even going to go into the amount of money they must spend on security. Over-kill? I think so, but what do I know about security.Sorry back to the point. We spent 45 minutes with a sales associate looking for flower and a battery. We finally settled on a pen that we were told would work with any 510 threaded cartridge, and some pre-ground flower that was supposed to be 22% THC. The pen was expensive but the flower was a good price until we got home. We open the flower and literally half, if not more than half, is stems, some an inch long, and fully intact leaves. This effectively brings the THC level to 11% or less because you know they arent testing the stem and leaves when they do their ratings. I even told our sales associate that I have asthma and need a high concentration of THC so that I dont have to expose my lungs to so much smoke. She was no help there. But wait! It gets better. When we charged up the battery and tried it with our carts, it wouldnt work with any of them. So, we called Empire and they told us, of course it doesnt, Dime batteries only work with Dime carts even though their sales associate said it would work with any 510 threaded cart. So sorry, no returns, no one-to-one exchanges, you are just out $30. I asked to speak to manager. I get passed around for a while then they say theyll have to call me back. A person calls back to tell me they are willing to do me this amazing favor and says I can come back, initially it had to be today only, and they will exchange for a cheaper battery that they cannot guarantee will work with any cart. We have used the cheaper battery pens and they dont get hot enough for our use thats why we were in the market for one that that had more power and would get hot enough. I dont need another cheap pen! Understandably my husband is starting to get quite upset so I ask for a manager again. The person just keeps talking. I ask again, She keeps talking. I ask about 5 more time when she finally has the courtesy to answer and says she is the manager. My husband gets on the phone and tells her that we shouldnt have to pay for their mistakes. And she preceded to tell us that we certainly will have to pay for their mistakes and if I want my cheap battery pen that we cant use, I would have to come get it even though they deliver to my area. She did give me to Tuesday to come in. What a nice person!If you are interested in good service and keeping prices down, shop smaller local dispensaries. I have great luck with products and their service is fantastic!

First time at this location, usually go to the smaller one in Riverside. Very large selection, and helpful staff to help make decisions. I love the staff at both locations, everyone is very friendly and take the time to make conversation with you. If you know what you want, you can also order online and they will have it ready for you.

Check your order before you walk out, they don’t pay close attention at the counter to fulfillment. Gas prices hittin and now I have to drive back down there for their mistake. Don’t take bud tender recs I don’t think they smoke and I bought some from their recommendation that was on the sale shelf a week later permanently, so they were just trying to get rid of that Malibu brand schwag. The employees were very helpful and the selection was good. I will say check your expiration dates when you purchase your products at the register. I was sold a vape that was about a month away from the expiration date. I reached out to the store and they said this is not unusual. I asked to have the vape swaped out, they declined my request. I have never had a situation like this anywhere else.

Called about a defective battery and they kept putting me on hold (but I could still hear them talking poorly about the customers in the background, so that’s cool) finally talked to someone 20 minutes later just for them to condescendingly tell me to read the instruction manual that my device didn’t come with. 👍🏻

The product is not as good as before it seems they are not putting in that much of in effort with there product and just selling whatever they can get and not caring about quality anymore! This shop is usually always great with exceptional customer service, but today I was assisted by Ramon☹️. Ramon told me I cannot use my leather zipper bag that I had used every time before because it was not childproof. Trying to be understanding of the rules I politely asked what makes the bad childproof so I would know next time? Instead of explaining to me, Ramon felt the need to tell me that it was common sense. I mentioned that I thought that was the rude but he didnt think so since he never apologized. And then had the nerve to give me all coins back in change telling me that was all they had and the tip jar is full of dollar bills and its close to closing so not likely... Very disappointed in the customer service displayed here.

I did a online order today, the online order specialist texted me about promos they had going on but said promos would have put me over my legal purchase limit. I will admit that my response was facetious but valid. Upon pickup of my order I was greeted with a passive aggressive attitude and not offered my $2.29 in change that I always tip. In my 1.5 years of budtending and my 6 years in the cannabis industry I have never had the audacity to treat any of my customers in such a way nor did I ever steal their change because they irritated me. For this reason no empire store will ever receive my business again.

First time customer from out of state (Florida) I was extremely impressed with the operations aspect. From the time I entered including security who were firm but professional. Reception/check in was speedy and fast with giving us a briefing on products and taxes and last but not least the ease in which I was able to breeze thru a ample inventory of flower and my favorite some chocolate edibles that knocked me on my rear later that evening. Some things to remember before your visit. Cash only and the taxes are high. Other than that a awesome well ran recreational dispensary that I will definitely visit again in the future.

I walked into a very welcoming environment, where I was met by Miguel, who was super chill and prolly needs a raise for going out his way for customers. Then there was the budtender. I believe her name was Whitney, who knew everything about all the strains and deals; she pointed me in the right direction. Victor at the counter was very patient and explained things crystal clear. My overall experience was phenomenal and Im most definitely going back .

Im giving them 5 stars cause they always have the best product. Everytime i go in, the bud tenders are always nice and very polite. The extracts are amazing and the flower is so potent and tasty i never leave unsatisfied. Thank you to everyone at empire. Also try out the live resin diamond dripp banana split or any of the other dripp resins you wont be disappointed.

My experience at the Empire was fun and exciting! The building is beautiful inside and out. Fast and easy process to sign in for new members and they check your temperature before going in. There’s a lot of options to look at however, if you’re like me and just wants to go in and out just got to straight to a screen and opt your options. The taxes are a bit high compare to Remedy Room in Riverside. Jackie and Victor helped me out when I had questions and showed me to find out more information about the strain.I really wanted to read everything about their products just that I felt a little pressured to hurry up and make a purchase. Other than that I am happy with my purchase I got a disposable Stiiizy and an eight of Talking Trees sour Diesel and I’m very happy with my purchase because I learned that Talking Trees grows organically! No pesticides! Woop woop!

This is the only shop in the San Bernardino area that will always have what you need. They got everything from low to high end. The staff is friendly and asks if you need help. The store is clean and sanitized. You will want to be back.

They will take the time to explain the product and help you determine if this is good for you. Id recommend cookies. The people here (the mid 30s manager girl specifically) have transformed into a clan of arrogance and elitist conduct Id rather not get into it too in depth but it was a definite headache as I chose a product and was given another one and when I called them out on it they refused to switch it out. Plus they charged me $10 above what the product that they gave me was supposed to be and due to all of these instances of misconduct I wound up exorcising their limitations

Best way to describe this place is bougie hipster. Quality products, can be a little intimidating for newbies (took my mother in law here), but overall lots of varieties in their products and had what I was looking for.

The bud tender was horrible and I asked him for indica... He first said the only one he had was the more expensive but at BOGO free until I was leaving to get extra money because I only had 40 on us he said ok...but then when his other coworker saw we were about to leave he said oh but I do have other indicas. I didnt understand why he didnt show me the other options that were there and ended up at another place where we spent $111.99

Biggest advice: CHECK YOUR BAG/ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!!I drive past my local dispensary just to go here but might save on gas now and cut back on how much I go. Been a loyal customer for about 6-8 months and I get prerolls throughout the week because I don’t like keeping a large amount of weed in my apartment. TWICE the employees forgot to put my preroll in my bag... and the other time my preroll container had nothing in it. ALL THESE TIMES I DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME BEFORE I OPENED TO REALIZE I HAVE NOTHING. I then proceeded to have to drive all the way back wasting time and gas. You don’t get any refund, coupon, or credit for the inconvenience either.
