Absolutely delighted with my recent visit to Cookies! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and filled with good vibes. What truly stood out to me were the employees, Kat and Ashley. Kats knowledge of the products was impressive; she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with my choices. Ashley’s customer service was impeccable. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a positive experience. Both of them contributed to making my visit memorable. I highly recommend Cookies to anyone looking for quality products and stellar service!
As a first timer, the employees all seem happy even at 9:30 pm. Chill people. Catalyst has closed 30 minutes early twice, which means they do it more. They also at night, do not have a smiley happy nice crew like Cookies. Just go here for your needs, and you’ll actually prefer the service. Trust me. And you won’t ever be turned away 30 minutes before noted closing time.
Lupita was awesome possum. Helped me out greatly. Helped with finding batteries, helping with deals, etc. One of the best places, definitely coming back again !!

Usually have a good experience here but last time I waited at the wax fridge for a good few minutes other patients who came in after got helped before me while in the car I noticed they forgot to add the Wednesday promo but one get one half off went back in they took another few extra long minutes to fix issues don’t know if it was system issues or bud-tender

I recently moved out here to San Bernardino and am usually hesitant to try new shops. Came across cookies and by far the best shop I’ve been to. They got a lot of variety’s of flower and have some cake for the low. They also have deals every day which is nice! If I could give it 10 stars I’d give it 10 and more!

First of all they have no parking Had to park across the street at the auto parts store ( which has a way bigger parking lot ) anyway I came in for a specific strain I saw 👀 they had online ( live menu ) drove out of my way and they didn’t have the oz or the 8th in fact hadn’t even heard of it. It being my first time I didn’t know the layout of the shop nor how things worked. No one came to assist me. I had to go to the register to ask them. My first experience wasn’t that good not too sure if I’ll be back did pick up an 8th of pink Runtz just haven’t tried it yet
