Massage Envy

Josh is great! For the most part I have always had a good experience at Massage Envy in RB. When I had to cancel my membership awhile back. I didnt have any problems at all. I was sent the form I needed to fill out and my membership was cancelled.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, the front desk lady was very rude and argumentative only to find out the information she thought was correct for my account was wrong. They were not able to find my file, wait time was really long because they were not prepared every time I went in which then cut my massage appointments short even though I showed up 20 minutes early. Quality of the massage was not great either. If you want a good quality massage you are better off paying for a legit full on spa and massage at the RB Inn which is what I will stick to.

What a great place to relax! The staff is very friendly, and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable and really let you personalize your massage. The aromatherapy is very soothing, and the massage tables are so comfortable! I would 10/10 recommend to others!

HORRIBLE THIEFS!!! I was given a gift card for 3 massages. It was my understanding that they were 3 pre-paid massages. I went in for my first on Dec 29 and thought I could go in as I could for the other 2 but no! I was told I had to use them within three consecutive months and now they had expired so all that my friend paid for those went to waste and they are keeping the money! It is not ok and I am going to call the freaking Turko Files and expose their criminal practices! I was also once a member at the Vista facility in which I had several PAID massages that I had not been able to use. I came to a time that I could not continue my membership but because of that lost all of those PAID for massages which is again criminal. Massage Envy has a horrible business model and should be ashamed of themselves. This is not the last you will hear from me!

Breanna is an excellent massage therapist. She always checks that the pressure is ok for me. She has such a great technical understanding of how the body works and is able to always work out my muscle tightness. I come to ME twice monthly and she is amazing. I hope she is compensated well.

My wife had a massage here and enjoyed it. The membership agreement is a contract, so due diligence in the fine print regardless of what representatives say up front.

Paul’s is great! Best therapist I’ve had at Massage Envy. All the other staff were excellent and really helpful trying to work out a problem with my membership.

Customer Service: It starts with clear, concise education to the customer about mutual expectations. It involves knowing your customer and their habits and needs. Especially after a year. It doesnt require the customer to know 1. That you do not communicate w/ sister facilities. 2. That each facility has own rules. It does require that you identify and confirm appts with name and location. You have an appt with ... on...at.... time.... You know, the stuff from 4th grade.OK. Given that, this facility fails in both areas. My gift membership for a year is coming to an end. I have ALWAYS used Rancho Penasquitos M.E. Massage Envy called and informed me that membership was coming to a close so I booked an appt. Never once during the conversation was Rancho Bernardo mentioned. So, I went to Rancho Penasquitos. Consequently, I had to cancel and was fined. Take a tip from Nordstroms or other quality businesses, Massage E. RB!

10/10 would NOT recommend!!! I️ actually got hurt pretty bad, went to The Joint instead and they were able to help me out.Don’t waste your time here, the staff is unknowledgable on the products and manager lacks customer service skills.The items are overpriced, you’d be putting yourself in risk if you came to this location in 4s. They just want your money...

This location leaves a lot to be desired. I came here in 2008 and 2009 then recently in November 2018. Needless to say, the staff is now sub-par. Go to another location or another massage parlor in general.

The worst massage I have ever gotten in my life they put cold lotion on me didnt even warm it up in their hands just terrible wasnt a good experience

Scam. Period. Wouldnt let me stop getting massages without a huge fee. Said I needed a doctors note to cancel service with them... Really? How do these people live with themselves
