Accessibility: there are two or three accessible/handicap parking spots directly in front of the shop and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The door is a pull door but it was propped open so easy to enter. Inside the floor is smooth tile and it is well lit. The parking lot does also have lights. The rest of the parking lot was not busy at all on a Saturday.Experience: LOVE this place. There was a younger guy working here with dark hair who is SO nice! He greeted us as soon as we came in, and he was so friendly, answering our questions, making us feel welcome, laughing and talking with us. I really really appreciated the employee! The store was also greatly stocked with tons of beautiful, unique glass. I loved all of the glass here. I definitely recommend and will come back! Thank you to the employee for making me feel welcome when other smoke shops sometimes dont.Pricing: $$

Prices keep going up but by far the best smoke shop out there, I go out of my way to go to this or these shops cause theres like 5 or 6 scattered all over San Diego. The Owner is fantastic She always with the latest products and she the best for finding quality plus she listens to her customers! Guess thats why she so successful! José at the newly opened store in North Park deserves some recognition to say the least. I was slightly misguided when making a purchase by another employee, so when I explained my situation to José, he took the initiative to go above and beyond by reaching out to his store owner to make sure that the misinformation from the other employee was mended, and with his knowledge of vape mods as well as his sincere concern for customer service I was more than thankful to not have an unnecessary charge be yet another burden on my financial whoas. If more people were to follow a work ethic like José, any shopping experience would surely no longer be an endeavor we regret. Thank you Vape & Smoke Universe!

One of the best shops in town!! Hands down the cleanest and with a great knowledgeable staff. I went in for 1 item and left with about 5. The associate cared which is hard to find in that industry. Great job!! Will definitely visit again.

Please don’t go to this smoke shop. Literally sold me a product that does not work for my device, they don’t have the device my tips work for and they won’t refund me a dime of my money. I promise you this isn’t the last they will hear of me I will get my money back or they will hear from my lawyerResponse to the “owner”: as you can read from my review. I was sold tips to a Seahorse device that I was told worked for my device. Come to find out the tips don’t work. I come back to buy the device that the tips work for and you don’t even sale then device the tips you have in your store work on. So how is it you sale a product and not the device it works for. And I couldn’t get a refund or buy a device so now I’m just stuck with these tips

I liked coming here for my vaping needs until I bought a new kit with some batteries that didnt function properly. Took them back to the store for replacement (2 days after purchase) and was told sorry no refunds no exchanges so be warned, depending on whos working there, they may not stand behind their products. 2 stars because the original guy that helped me out was cool.

Yes this is still one of the best smoke shops in San Diego, but my last visit wasnt so helpful. Ive been vaping for years now and honestly, if you are going to sell vapes in your store, it is very important to keep track of every vapes Inventory, making sure that you have the correct coils for each vapeI also highly recommend that you hire someone who knows everything about vape so that they can correctly show someone how to use the vape, and the instructions on keeping their self from experiencing a bad hit from a burnt coil. It is terrible to see all of these store operators at several other smokeshops aswell selling items they know absolutely nothing about. I purchased a vape and purchased a box of coils for the vape that did not belong to the vape. And when I went to get the correct coils, they did not even have none.

Close to home and so far great customer service. She, I forgot to get her name, over charged my credit card. But next I went back and she made it right!! And she apologized, go figured 🙄.

Lori helped me out a bunch she gave me tips on geek vape tanks and helped me fix my geek vape tank that I couldnt figure out and she was super patient.

It’s a very extensive store with plenty to go around. Got a lot of good stuff from here. Unfortunately, one employee told me the first time I came in that their electronic register used to sell phone numbers to companies for ads but that they don’t do that anymore. Signed up with them and immediately after the second time I went, I started getting text messages left and right for ‘enlargement’, weight loss, dating apps, Russian women etc etc etc.Otherwise fantastic store

I love this place, nothing but good vibes when you walk in here. The staff knows so much it’s incredible! The staff is awesome, this is my to-go for disposables and they have offers going all the time! I love the Lost Mary disposables and they usually have them on stock

The timid latina behind the counter couldnt bother letting me see the piece that I wanted, and then I asked about the torch lighters that were caddy corner to the register and you are unable to see them without going behind the display cases and register. The nose pierced Latina could not have been more miserable, giving me ugly looks of disgust when I asked a simple question.
