🖤 this place! Always a pleasure, the workers rotate often so it’s hard for me to know them… besides the fact that everyone that works their is pretty/handsome AF! Most of the attendants are very knowledgeable about their products and I appreciate that! Prices are a little more than I’d like but the amount I spend comes right back with their rewards program and multiple discounts they offer on everyday purchases not to mention my military discount! I hope that the new law effective in Jan won’t be so hard on them… perhaps they should do online ordering… would hate to see the place suffer.

Two were closed, its a Sunday, 1 had zero selection, 1 didnt sell vape stuff and finally I found the UNIVERSE!A. HUGE store/Amazing selectionB. EXCELLENT prices, and then to top it all off...C. Been going here for years out of habit, not sure why. Have sold me probably over $300 worth of faulty products with a no refund return policy. Just this morning I bought a disposable come home and find out it has a firing issue which is dangerous but guess what, I have to pay another $40 if I want one that not damaged. I’ve also bought nords that didn’t work, juice from a trusted brand that caused my mouth to break out in hives, no return. No refund. Probably better places in sd. If any of you know of one pls recommend!

Came in looking for a replacement glass for my tank, and Smalls was extremely helpful! I called ahead to make sure they were there, and when i arrived she had already had the cases pulled to the side so i could find the one i wanted.I noticed all the amazing glass pieces they had, and ended Smalls helped me pick out a new terp cap and cup for my piece.Definitely going to be coming back!

Alex is the G.O.A.T. always super knowledgeable and super helpful whenever I have questions or just need a recommendation. This is my go to spot because of my experience with him the first time I came in and every time since he has been just as on point. Helped me fix my zeus tank and replace the glass this time and I was in and out in 5 mins with a problem fixed that has been a pain for a month. Cant say enough good about this dude just grateful for the experience. Well deserved 5 stars.

As soon as you walk into the shop youre engulfed into this amazing universe. It can really make you feel like youre in the Galaxy with awesome LED lights everywhere, especially on all the shelves illuminating all the juices and mods they have to offer. I had an amazing experience here. The workers are very friendly, kind, and patient. They made sure I was fully satisfied with my choice of Mod, and even helped me pick out some bomb juices. I went into Vape & Smoke Universe with the intentions of searching for a new vape. Previously I was using disposables but wanted something better and that I could refill and charge. Immediately when I walked in I knew I was at the right place. This shop has so many options of vapes and juices. The best part was the quality customer services provided by “Smallz”. Best vape shop Ive ever stepped foot in. Not only do they have a huge selection of juices but the staff is extremely knowledgeable on just about all of them and make fantastic recommendations. On the other side of the store sells the biggest selection of glass smoke bowls I think Ive ever seen. They also have a large selection of grinders, bongs, stash boxes, and hookahs.

AVOID. They sell defective products at high prices and dont allow returns.I previously purchased a Puff Bar disposable ecig and it lasted almost two weeks. I later bought the more expensive ($16) Helix Bar at the employees recommendation. He informed me it lasts 3x as long as the Puff Bars, and is a much better buy. After six days of light use (less than twenty puffs per day), the Helix Bar stopped working. I tried returning it, and was basically told your loss. They mislead customers to buy defective products by means of false advertising and accept no responsibility.Edit/reaponse: No one kicked your door fool. That was the sound of your defective product being chucked in a box..

Am a repeat customer but unfortunately not anymore. My Hyde disposable 4000 puff pen ($30) burnt out within 15 minutes of getting it. We brought it back, they tried it and agreed it tasted burnt out but didnt replace it. Not sure why they tried it if they had no intention of helping in some way.
