Hands down, the best scalp care treatment Ive ever had! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was calming and welcoming. Dani is a true gem – skilled, attentive, and made my experience 10/10. Her hands are magical, and she tailored the experience to suit my specific needs, ensuring maximum comfort and results. My scalp has never felt better, and Im already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

I had an amazing session at Shaped AF today!I really wanted to treat myself so booked a head spa session with a facial. Dani did my treatment today and she was awesome! She analyzed my scalp and determined that my shampoo, due to the argan oil, was creating a lot of build up. She went over which products she was using and explained each step of the process. There was a lot included in the session, especially with the addition of the facial, and I enjoyed every minute. My favorite parts were there was a cold element. It was so hot outside, so the cold felt refreshing. The room is warm, but not uncomfortable. It probably helped me enjoy the change in temperature better. Also, during those cold sessions, I felt tingling throughout my body even though it was cold concentrated only on my scalp. It felt good.Dani has a calm, welcoming vibe. Her hands were gentle when moving your neck, but gave the perfect pressure when massaging. I really appreciated her input on what I need to do to achieve a healthier scalp.The very, very minor issue was during the sound bath. Theres like chill pop music played through the entire layout and I felt it overpowered the sound bath a bit. I have this weird thing where I tend to hear background noise better. In the end, the sound bath helped me get to a relaxed state to start the treatment. The sound of the water plus the massage and facial put me in a state of complete relaxation, in the place between sleep and awake. I felt so rested when my session was over.My scalp feels so squeaky clean! Photos of my scalp were taken before and after, and I can see the difference. My hair feels soft and refreshed. And my skin texture feels smoother.The spa is very clean. The lobby is bright and the treatment area is dim with a calming glow from the lights. Theres also complimentary tea that I wouldve enjoyed had it not been so hot.Dani said head spa treatments can get addicting, and I can see why. Im going to research their membership options. But Im definitely coming back here whenever I need a self care day.Side note: their website isn’t quite mobile friendly. I don’t know the technical term, but they use an another company, that seems to partner with many spas, to host their site. I DM’d them on Instagram to book my first appointment and found the process to be much easier.

Best experience ever! I did a head spa for the first time and it was such a relaxing experience. Dani was very informative and super nice. Definitely would recommend. My hair and scalp are so soft now :) and safe for colored hair too!!

I absolutely love Shaped and cant recommend it more.When you enter, youre always greeted by the friendliest staff, usually Richard or Elena. They are super sweet and always willing to answer questions.Ive been coming here to get the lymphatic drainage and Colombian wood therapy massages. Ive done both the 60 and 90 minutes and have done add-ons. Once you start going regularly you can really tell the difference when you dont do it. Ive had both Vika and Nikki do them and the quality and conversation is always great!Since being a Shaped member I also started getting regular hydro-facials and Kyle is your girl! My skin has never felt or looked better.Ive also done the head spa with Dani, and my scalp feels so clean. Its a super pampering and relaxing experience too!If youre on their IG youve probably seen the booty facial, which I tried too. It was fun (probs not something Id do again) but Mel was fantastic! Truly felt like I had a babys bottom after.All in all if youre looking for a place to detox your body, practice some self-care, or just pamper yourself while getting snatched, you wont find anywhere better!! I truly love Shaped and all the staff. And its always such a personalized experience! Ill miss this place when I move!

I had my first experience at Shaped AF getting the scalp treatment and it was pure bliss. Dani was my technician and she was so sweet and thorough. I really liked how she would tell me what she was about to do throughout each step of the process, especially since it was my first time. She also frequently checked in to make sure I was doing okay, temperatures were okay, pressure was okay, etc., which I appreciated. The space is also incredibly clean and upscale. The room was calming with beautiful ocean-like lights dancing around the ceiling to watch during the treatment. Everything about it surpassed my expectations and I left with a tingly and clean feeling scalp and soft hair. I will definitely be back and will always request Dani each time!

I had the deluxe scalp treatment and facial with Dani. She was so friendly and made sure I was aware of what she was doing during each step of the scalp treatment and facial. I visibly saw a difference with my scalp after the treatment and my face was glowing! I really liked being able to look at my scalp with the camera to see the difference before and after. Dani took the time to explain the reason why my scalp was oily and flakey. Would recommend Dani to anyone booking a treatment!

The advanced scalp care treatment was such a relaxing experience, and I saw immediate positive effects. My technician, Kyle, was so helpful in narrating the steps and making me feel like I could ask questions throughout the process. Elena has been so helpful with booking appointments, I really appreciate her attention to detail and level of customer service. I highly recommend this location and booking a consultation to make sure you have the right treatment for your specific needs!

The head spa was super relaxing and my scalp felt so clean after. Look at the difference in the photos! I wish Dani had used a diffuser on my hair at the end. Unfortunately, the hair dryer made my wavy hair very frizzy. Incredibly soft, but frizzy. Luckily, I was going straight home after to relax. Ill definitely be back, but I will probably aim for evening appointments when I dont have to do anything in public afterwards.

It was my first time having a scalp treatment at Shape.AF and they didn’t disappoint me. Elena assisted me with what treatment to get and booked my appointment. Once I arrived, the place was so clean and they also offered me a free water and tea at the lounge area. Kyle was my technician and she didn’t disappoint me as well. She is so accommodating and knowledgeable about the treatment I got. I liked how she explained everything on what she was about to do with my scalp and what products she was going to use. The room was nice and clean. The music was so relaxing, the sheets and towels were so clean and smelled good. Once I was done, Kyle offered me a free water bottle to go as well to stay hydrated. Overall, the staff were so nice and friendly. I will definitely come back!

I came here for my first scalp spa treatment and facial sculpting. I am obsessed!!! The scalp treatment did wonders for my dandruff and Kyle was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She created a relaxing sand luxurious experience. It started with a sound bowl and ended with a nice facial/scalp steam. She even took the time to blow dry my hair. I highly recommend adding on facial contouring as it helps drain your lymph nodes and leaves you feeling glowy. I was congested before going in and could breathe for the rest of the day after. I added on the oxygen ceuticals sheet mask too. Loved every step! On top of it all the spa is beautiful and the room is cozy. Beds are comfy and the wash basin was comfortable to rest my head for the 90 minute session. Worth every penny.

I scheduled a head spa after seeing the service going viral online. This is one of the very few places in the Bay Area that offers it, so I was excited to see one here in San Francisco. I was greeted with friendly smiles and sat in the cute waiting area, which had refreshments to accomodate. I didnt have to wait long until Dani came to check me in, and she walked me into a room that was beautifully decorated and personalized. She walked me through the entire process, and would check on me occasionally to make sure I was doing okay. It was so relaxing, and I was quite disappointed when it was all over. Im already looking into booking my next appointment!

Upon entering the lounge I was greeted with such warmth from Richard and quickly checked into what could be called the cutest private oasis spa room for my head spa and facial treatments. The ambiance and personal touches really set the mood. Kyle was my tech and was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable with each step. I went in for the first time for scalp care. I was looking forward to it for 2 months. And the wait was worth it😀 I was scheduled with Dani who was amazing she explained every step, and asked how everything was going to make sure I was ok . I will definitely be back to keep up with self care.

This hideout in the middle of the Mission district is an oasis for relaxation. Beautifully decorated, clean, and well thought out space. Kyle has magical facial hands and knows exactly what needs to be done to get you to your goal. Viktoria is also skilled in her massages. I was worried that they would be painful with pressure needed to sculpt my body. She reassured me that it would be comfortable and most clients end up taking a nap. So true!I’m so happy that I discovered Shaped AF - every session with them has produced visible results in getting me snatched and wedding ready. Richard is also great with knowing client preferences and getting you the schedule you need. It’s been a great experience with the team anytime. They’re so friendly, professional and they care.

This place is a great way to relax, refresh, & rejuvenate. My first time at Shaped AF and I chose the Intro Scalp Care. Dani was assigned to me. Friendly greetings, even made a “Welcome” sign for me when I walked into the spa room 🩷 which I thought was sweet! I changed out of my clothes into their adjustable robe (using buttons) and sat down to get my scalp evaluated. Once Dani figured out the kind of scalp treatment I needed, we got right to it on the spa bed that has a washing station attached, including a halo waterfall. The treatment involves a sound bath! Soothing vibrations rang through my ears. Not your average head spa treatment, which is a good thing and why I chose this spa spot! She applied the shampoo, gave me a neck and shoulder massage, then a head massage with a massage device. Also had an additional lip mask. She finished off with conditioner, warm rinse, and a blow dry. Lastly, we reexamined my scalp and I saw the difference from both before and after and I was impressed! Dani’s services were excellent and I would love to book with her again now that my scalp feels light and clean (:

I recently came to Shaped AF for my first time and absolutely loved it. Ive been trying to find a scalp spa in SF and couldnt find any for the longest time, which was surprising. Shaped offers so many services - I did their Signature Scalp Care + Face Sculpt. Dani was my technician and she was SO amazing!! She explained every step and was super knowledgable and friendly. Seeing the up close photos of my scalp before and after was fascinating and the results were really impressive - my irritated/dry scalp felt and looked so much better after just one session. Ill definitely be back for more scalp treatments with Dani, and I look forward to trying more body treatments as well! The front desk staff is also super friendly and was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my original appointment. Cant wait to come back!

I had Amanda at Shaped Af and I had the best experience there. It was my first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage, Amanda took her time and explained all the tools and everything that she was doing. She was very gentle and the pressure seemed just right. The place is also very lovely and adds to a calm relaxing experience. I can’t wait for my next one!

However the whole thing was so relaxing I’m pretty sure I fell asleep promptly! Highly recommend! Amanda was an incredible massage therapist. She took the time to explain each process of my lymphatic massage and was very careful not to hurt my upset tummy. She made me feel right at home and honestly the results speak for themself (I do NOT have abs but this massage made me have definition!) 10/10 would recommend

Booked a Colombian Body Sculpt with Lymphatic Draining & it was amazing! Instant gratification as the results were literally apparent right after. After draining my left leg (before my right) I could physically feel the difference in weight in the legs. Not to mention the way my waist was snatched right after. I’ve been looking for a place near me that does scalp treatments and Instagram’s algorithm led me to Shaped AF. I sent a DM and within the hour booked my first appt. When I walked in, I was greeted by Dani. Dani’s knowledge of how to treat my bleached hair was amazing. The session was so relaxing, and afterwards, my scalp felt so clean and healthy. I’ll definitely be back for another session soon. And can’t wait to try their body sculpting treatments too.

Shaped AF was amazing. Starting with the warm greeting and enthusiastic front staff, all the way through to my scalp care specialist, Dani, I was so impressed by the business. Dani was so sweet. She walked me through the whole process. She checked on me often and talked to me about each step. She asked great questions but also allowed me to have time to relax. She talked about each product she used and gave great recommendations without pushing any upsells (which can be annoying about places so I’m so glad she didn’t). She was so sweet and was so knowledgeable about the whole process. It was my first head spa experience and it won’t be my last. I can’t recommend Shaped AF and especially Dani enough. Can’t wait to go back for another head spa experience.

Ask for Dani! Shes a rockstar! I suffer with extremely dry and flaky scalp. Dani showed me the after pictures and I was shocked! The entire experience was so relaxing and comforting, all thanks to Dani. She made sure I was ok and explained each step of the way since I was nervous about discomfort. There was no discomfort and the head spa experience was extremely relaxing. She decorated the room so cute and let me take pictures and videos throughout. My scalp felt so light and clean after the customized treatment. I am addicted! I highly recommend booking with Dani, you will not regret it. I will be coming back and my family and friends will also be booking.

I walked past this beautiful spa many times as I live really close, and finally took the plunge when my face and body become so swollen during pregnancy. I booked a Face Sculpt massage and it was transformative. Not only did my face look snatched after the treatment, but my congestion cleared up… so happy! The spa is so clean and smells amazing. Next I’m going to try the body lymphatic drainage massage!

Head spa / scalp treatment for curly hair!? I never wouldve imagined it possible. Ive seen videos of scalp treatments for years and was always jealous of people with straight hair because I never thought it would be relaxing with curls and tangles but Shaped SF proved me wrong. Theyve been trained not only for straight hair, but specifically for curly hair too and it shows. My hair was detangled without any pulling, knotting, or aggressive maneuvers - I barely even noticed it was happening. The natural products all smell wonderful with earthy scents, no overwhelming perfume-y smells, the tools perfectly scratch and massage your scalp, and the hand massaging alone is heavenly. My session included massaging of the scalp, face, and neck/shoulder region as well as hair care and skin products/tools. I could go on for days explaining how incredible each step of the process felt. My amazing treatment was done by Kyle, and further hospitality and comfort was provided by Richard and Vika who have created the most beautiful environment with great energy. I would happily trust my curls in the hands of Shaped SF again!

I had my first body sculpt session and it was amazing. They combined all the techniques and tools to help accelerate your fat loss. Professional and clean. They are the definition of great customer service. They gave me box water and they displayed my name inside the room; that’s nice. I would recommend to call Shape ahead instead of booking online if you want the soonest available appointment. You can forget those cyro t shock fat freezing, this place will help you get results. Thank you for your friendliness and hospitality. They were nice and friendly it made me want to be nice and friendly too. One down side is parking. I recommend leaving your home early to get parking so you have adequate time to walk to Shape.

Last month I had the pleasure to get serviced by Jade for a 90 min full body and 60 min body sculpt! It was absolutely remarkable! Jade was gentle during the session and described what she was doing as we were going. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the whole appointment. After the appointment I felt amazingly rejuvenated! I would definitely come back again!

I tried the head spa for the first time with Dani. She is so sweet and so passionate about what she does. I love how she really took her time to explain things to me every step of the way. She showed me all of the tools she was using on me and always checked in with the pressure of the massage and temperature of the water. Not only was she thorough but she was also really easy to talk to. My only complaint was that it ended. I could have gone with a longer service. Maybe next time Ill add a facial.I also want to acknowledge all of the people who work here.This place is super accommodating and their customer service is top tier. I reached out via instagram to ask if I could set up an online gift card for a friends birthday. I wasnt able to book a specific service (head spa) so they said I could come in and that they would give me a gift card with a cute box and samples inside. They were all so warm and friendly and really seem to love their work. I was also very impressed with how prompt they were to respond to my DMS, even at 10pm!

Love love love the atmosphere as soon as you walk into Shaped. You’re greeted with a warm welcome and the relaxing ambiance cannot be beat. I treated myself to the hydra facial that they had since it has been a very long time and this tops any previous facial I have ever had. I had my appointment with Kyle and she was very sweet and knowledgeable throughout the whole process explaining the products that were being used during each step. My face really needed the help due to my dry combination skin along with large pores that made it look dull no matter what I tried. My skin was instantly glowinggg without the redness that comes from usual facials and still feels smooth and amazing almost two weeks after my service. This is my new obsession and I CANNOT wait to come back and try more of their services.

This was my first time doing the face sculpt & buccal and it was a 10/10 experience. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my jaw but Melody walked be theough each step and was so professional & helpfup through the whole process. The face sculpt relived alot of face tension while the buccal did hurt, my jaw felt 100% better than before. I would recommend it to anyone & Melody was awesome! Def recommend

I reached out immediately through IG, they quickly responded and scheduled us.We went today and it was DREAMY , our intire experience from booking , to being pampered and to settling up was A+. I love my experience I had here at shaped. The building is so nice when you walk in . I love the aesthetic , especially the bathroom . I had received the Lymphatic drainage massage with jade . She made me feel so comfortable and it was always asking if I okay. I Notice result right after, but I really noticed results a whole week after. My body feels so much better and lighter. I’m so in love with my results . this was exactly what I needed to start off the year and I will definitely be coming back when I need a body reset.

The online booking system doesn’t work. I tried to make a reservation for over 4 months. Finally, I was able to reach a scheduling person via phone call. Days later, out of the blue, I got a random text message from unknown number telling me to pay a deposit or have my appointment cancelled. The day after that I received another random message to fill in forms or have appointment canceled… THIS IS A VERY POOR WAY COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS.When I approached administrators via phone call with feedback to avoid posting online, got attitude and hostility. The whole experience felt like a VERY poorly run medical office where no one is responsible or knows what is going on and blames everything on you.To the owners, the overall approach to onboarding new customers is extremely disorganized and feels like a scam.Canceled appointment. Very disappointed.

I recently had the most incredible experience at the body sculpting studio! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Shaped AF was such an amazing experience! I’ve never had Colombian wood therapy done before and I highly recommend! It felt SO good (may be harder for people with lower tolerances though) and I already see a difference in my waist line from the before and after photos. The staff from the second walking in the door to even texting you after your appointment was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go again!

Didn’t even make it in for an appointment because I received a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that the treatment provider had called out of work and “everyone else was fully booked” considering a deposit is required to book and the appointments were confirmed MULTIPLE times, this is super disappointing. Time is the only thing you can’t get back and mine was wasted and I didn’t even get treatment!

I’ve been to multiple personalized treatments (body sculpting) sessions, and have seen great results since! Paired with a healthy diet and exercise, I was able to drop 13lbs so far and loosing stubborn fat around my stomach area.The entire team is amazing! Irina and Tori who always make me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my treatment, and Richard who’s also so welcoming and fun to chat with!If you wanna get snatched with excellent service and atmosphere, this is definitely the place to go!

I had the best experience coming to shaped! When you first enter, you’ll be treated by a kind and warm staff! The space is absolutely remarkable. I’ve been a few facials and none of them compare to the decor and elegance of this establishment. I had the pleasure of being treated by Kyle and she was very knowledgeable, kind and her technique was solid. I did a hydro facial and because of the treatment and Kyle gave me, I’ll be back. It is safe to say my experience has gained them a client. The treatments they offer are different than any other spa, and what truly sets them apart is the fact that they will help you customize your treatments. It’s really great to see something like this in San Francisco. Cannot wait to visit again!

My first head spa experience was wonderful. My scalp and face feel so fresh and so clean and I feel rejuvenated.

I had the most relaxing scalp treatment and almost fell asleep! I loved that the cleaning left my hair soft for days.

Like everyone else, I am so easily influenced by tik tok lol. I saw a girl get a facial sculpt on tik tok in sf and as a self care girl, I had to try it! I worked with Kyle and she was amazing!!! The massage and facial felt relaxing and a lot of the tension from my tmj was released. I tried to gua sha at home but it’s hard to be consistent lol but after seeing the before and after pictures I never realized how puffy my face was omg! I specially got the facial sculpt, buccal contour and tone. I would definitely try the rest of their services Everyone there was so nice, and I loved the aesthetic of the place. Up to now, Ive undergone the Colombian x Brazilian lymphatic body sculpt with Viktoriya and the face sculpt and tone plus buccal treatment with Kyle. Ive seen immediate results after each session! The expertise of the estheticians is exceptional! They are highly knowledgeable and eager to collaborate with you to achieve your desired results. Richard is always so accommodating and creates a cozy atmosphere for enjoying some herbal teas afterward.

Shaped AF is the absolute best!! Their services are extensive and I love how they can customize all of your treatments based on your needs. I feel like they really took their time to help me figure out what would be the best treatment plan based on my goals. My treatments have been focused on fat reduction and skin tightening. The wood therapy and lymphatic drainage is next level. After my first 2 treatments I saw incredible results. This has been the perfect thing mixed in with my current fitness and nutrition routine to keep me looking snatched! Their new studio is gorgeous and clean! Love the team and service. Amazing experience. They just opened and this place is beyond relaxing and just what everyone needs to pamper themselves. I got the express hydro facial (genius idea to do express facials) if you just need a quick skin touch up. They also have other facial packages and it looks like what my skin needs when I’m not in a hurry. My esthetician was Kyle and she was incredible. The owners Vika and Richard are highly knowledgeable and supper passionate about their body sculpting services which I can’t wait to try. For sure going to be my spot from here on forward. The place is a whole vibe and is a must if you’re looking for a new facial or body sculpting place!

I’ve had two truly fantastic visits to ShapedAF with the lovely and uber talented esthetician, Kyle. I have had one astrodome facial and one hydrafacial with facial sculpt add on. It’s such a great vibe with wonderful staff and incredibly skilled technicians. Kyle is SO sweet, wildly knowledgeable and gives an incredible facial massage via their “facial sculpt” treatment. I tend to prefer deep pressure facial massage and Kyle was super receptive and attuned to requests. Truly the best facial massage I’ve ever received. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone!

I got the express facial and it’s amazing! I take care of my skin pretty well but still get a lot of clogged pores. The facial made my skin soooo smooth and glowy, I’m obsessed! The extractions weren’t painful at all compared to traditional facials because of the tool they use, I’m hooked!
