Very unreliable hours. Definitely not what’s posted online. “Back in 15 minutes” could mean hours.

I have always had an excellent experience at this shop. Parking usually abundant. They carry everything you might need, the people behind the counter are knowledgeable and clearly intelligent. Prices are just fine, no complaints, despite the location being a more residential neighborhood. Location is a HUGE bonus bc I sometimes am not in the mood to venture to the TLs or Height, for that matter... Understand that this is not a massive emporium of floor to ceiling glass, but if you need anything, theyll have it. Inexpensive but quality torch lighters, butane, and glass oil pipes &bubblers, Pyrex, and of course much more.

This store is simply amazing. They carry superior products from their Blissful Botanicals kratom, all the way down to their glass. John is the man to go to. hes always sweet and willing to help. Definitely my favorite store to buy kratom.

Went in to grab an after work cigar. Small section, but good choices. John behind the counter could not have been more of a gentleman. Great experience. I look forward to returning.

I used to frequently visit this place, but its just changed to a non consistent schedule. Only open whenever they may feel like it, and closed even when they are open ...

May be good for other things, but for cigars dont bother. The selection is poor, theyre not kept in a humidor and the prices are high.

Go to smoke shop for all the essentials everytime I travel through Sf. If you can think of it, these guys got it, at reasonable prices, too. So see Sam!
