I ran into this place on a whim to buy replacement flavor refills for my e-cigarettes. The flavors they had were unlike any I have found online. I ended up buying pineapple, strawberry lemonade, and coffee. The guy behind the counter was straight up and very informative. I highly recommend you give them your business. Nice shop.

Super nice staff with reasonable prices. Very chill set up with minimalist design. It seems like more of a hangout than store even though you can get great vape gear and juice here. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by REALLY in a hurry, said I need something creamy and fruity. He gave me their house made peaches and cream, and I was on my way so fast! The guy gave me a friendly greeting and was super nice, the juice was priced fine and is amazing! I will be going back to try another one of there house made juices.

These guys are great!!! Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. This was my first visit and it definitely wont be the last. Im relatively new to the electronic cigarette thing and they were more than helpful and patient with me. Ive been to a few other spots in the city and these guys are by far the best!!!

I came in with a question about my RDA squonk build and needed more juice and had more questions about that. They were super helpful and checked my battery and wicking (which was the problem). They went on to answer questions I didnt know I had about wattage and let my try a different build and juice.They were just so extremely helpful and offered to help me with a different build that I hadnt brought in but plan to next time.The shop is small and cozy and its less than a block from the F Muni on market. Im definitely going back there with anything that comes up vape related.

Felt sort of shady. I asked for a receipt twice and still didnt get one I felt robbed. Never told me how much anything was. My presise questions were generalized side stepped and marginalized. Ive worked in retail from customer service up through management and what that guys did was nothing short of legal robbery. Oh and my mod broke after 2 days. If your just passing through dont shop here go some where better. This establishment seemed like a hang out with a vape business as an after thought. Unproffessional period.

Great no nonsense Vape Shop. My mod quit charging while I was one a trip so I found these guys on google. Not only did they test my batteries for me but they also sold me a charger for half the cost of what the head shops up on haight where asking!

Came here on my lunch break and they didnt have peaches and cream(thought id try out the flavor from the other reviews) but they didnt have any(sadface). so the guy at the counter quickly gave me a few recommendations. I got the Milky Shake which is pretty good (im really a classic tobacco kinda guy) and it is surprisingly yummy. He also suggested peach 39 which doesnt have a distinguished flavor at the moment (because my tank still has some milky shake in it) but maybe i can update this later. im still new to the vape scene cuz im from the East Coast but the shop itself is nice because it doesnt have all the flavors exposed for you to see and become overwhelmed. you ask the people there what they recommend and similar to a knowledgeable bartender they will guide you through. They even have a menu to flip through. very low key, and friendly. Thanks guys.

Cool staff, atmosphere was actually really like a kid in the candy shop. Reward system always great appreciation for customers ! I can see they enjoy having this as a job and explained a whole lot for me

This business actively wants to ban all flavors of e-liquid for not just San Francisco, but for an entire country. This man is a snake and should be avoided at all costs. If you like flavors that do not taste like an ashtray, please avoid.

Excellent, friendly service. Guy at the counter was super chill, provided great suggestions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Ended up getting strawberry milk shake and something called chewberry, and they’re both delicious 👌👌

What a huge disappointment. The guy working there did not know anything including what they had in stock. They had very little juice flavors and atomizers. Most of the juices were cheap quality. Worst if all, I was not allowed to try any of the flavors.

Ive been off of cigarettes for almost two years now, and went to a vaporizer from e-cigs about six months ago. I have the most basic KangerTek EVOD setup, but have had no problems with it. This is in sharp contrast to the rechargeable e-cigs I used to get at convenience stores.They have a wide range of flavors, at up to 24mg/ml of nicotine. They will let you try out the flavors in the store. A pack a day smoking was running me at least $6 a day, now heating coils and juice run me less than that much a week. No desire whatsoever for burning actual tobacco. My clothes dont stink. Im sure nicotine isnt great for me, but combustion by-products are worse. Besides, you can always drop to 6mg/ml or even 0.I took my college electives in internal combustion engines and theory of combustion, so Im not talking out of my behind here. Burn anything with carbon in it and you will get carcinogens, CO, CO2, aldihydes, even NOx if the flame is hot enough (that from the N2 in the air). Vaping just heats your solution enough to vaporize it, so you can inhale it like youre already used to.Of course, better to never have smoked. If you do, however, make an investment of < $40 and kick the habit without pain. After that initial buy, its even easier on the wallet. Because a vaporizer doesnt look like a cigarette, you get less stink-eye than with an e-cig (I can only speak for San Francisco - in other locales people may associate vaping with illicit drug use). I always try to vape away from others anyway, regardless of the science some joker will start trying to legislate second hand vaping if we are too obtrusive.

Went in to see if I could get a new mod and the help and expertise was superb. They didnt even mock my English accent. Nice guys, good prices, very happy.

Never had such a smooth experience in my life. I could have been in and out in 7 minutes if I hadnt stayed for the conversation! Couch is also very comfortable 👌
