BAMBOO FOOT RELAXATION

Me and my husband both had a 60 mins foot massage at this place. We both really liked it and felt relaxed after our massage. The place was clean and quiet. We were in the common area for foot massage. They dont have proper rooms for full body massage. They have cubicles and they put the curtain so I am not sure if I will ever have a body massage here but I would sure recommend this place for a nice foot massage. Good job guys.

I have been coming here for a while. I come at least twice a week especially the last 3/4 weeks paying $90 for a massage and usually leaving $20-$30 tip. Today my one off day I only had $10 cash. And the receptionist as well as the person giving me the massage kept insisting I give them more tip even if I had to put more on a CC. I understand that I usually give more but if Im your consistent customer coming up to twice a week why cant you be more understanding the 1 time I forgot cash. I wont be coming here anymore. If you are looking for another place with great people on Union and Camden next to chaleteco theres a great place that dont hassle tips.

The worst service ever. I paid in advance with 20% tip as the lady at the front desk suggested. When the masseuse came in to the massage she said my tip is too low so she cant really do the massage the way they generally do and started making faces. I hard to stop her and get out of the table and have to ask my money back. What a waste of time. I dont know in which world 20% is a very low tip.

The massage was really nice. But the lady ar the front desk was a little rude and I tiped $10 for a $60 dollar massage and she kept asking for more, it was a little uncomfortable

Ive been here twice lately. Once for a foot massage, once for a full body. Both massages were very good. I had the same therapist both times. Sorry not, not sorry Im not sharing her name or Ill never get to book with her again. I will be returning again. A friend of mine needed a massage too & went with me on my second visit. She was very happy with her massage too.

This business provides honest service!Good for relieving tension and resetting the body.No adult services offered, and quite frankly, thats one of the reasons I like it.

Good place for a quick massage. 1 hour of foot passage that is pretty much a body massage for less than $25 is decent on my book. Ive been going there on and off for 2 years.

They do a very good and thorough massage. The environment and the atmosphere is very friendly. Hi always have a favorite technician but I won’t share her name because I don’t want everybody asking for her as well. L O L. Anyway, every other technician there does a great job also. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating when I comes to reservations.

My mom got severe sprain on her elbow after the massage and we suffered for a week. They should know to be gentle enough to not cause damage. Never going there again. Horrible experience.

I took our boys here and had wonderful massages. The people were kind, and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. They are also thankful and accommodating to a larger group. There were seven of us gals and every single one of us had amazing massages.Thank you!

Massage was ok, stopped a little early and then tried to require me to give more tip. the masseuse stood behind me as i paid and then said i needed to pay more for the tip. I was confused, as a tip is completely by choice so I wasn’t sure if I would be reported if I didn’t so I asked the cashier several times “am i required to pay what she is saying?” And she kept replying “she is SUGGESTING you pay more” so i finally clarified it was not required since i felt i gave a fair 15% tip for the shortened service i received. Will not return.

Me and my wife went there multiple times. We had different masseuses and all if them did great jobs. We always keft relaxed and feeling good. Really enjoyed the service.

Just had a wonderful full body massage there. A few minutes of hot stones gave a nice touch. Wish I knew Chinese to communicate better with my masseuse.$40 per 1° session or $36 each for 5 sessions.Tip: Bring cash if you want to save 3.33% Square transaction fee.

Place was not relaxing at all. It was noisy with so much talking and chatting going on. The massage was poor quality. On top of the massage fee, they were asking 12% tip fee which I personally don’t think my masseuse deserve. I wouldn’t recommend this massage place at all.

Man I called and asked if they do walk on back and the man who answered said yes what time I said 1pm which gave a 30 minute window I get in and ask the woman at the front desk for walk on back and she says 1pm? I thought it was funny no one answered me directly the masseuse got in and I ask walk on back again and she ignored me and started I set my do not disturb for 1 hour and after the massage I still had 10 minutes on the timer plus the 10minutes she spent getting the hot rocks and wet towel but in the end no walk on back and when they asked how the massage was I said I called about the walk on back and they said yes and I came in there was no walk on back she then told me after directly they don’t offer that … it was like the masseuse was afraid of my knots she asked if it was ok and I just said harder please … idk I tipped $10 bc I know it would have been a big deal if I didn’t but I will not be returning

Ive been addicted to Foot Massages since Ive been introduced this year. I liked to check out different places until I came here, Ive been loyal ever since. Bamboo Relaxation provides professional and quality staff that work so hard for the customers. I have a members loyalty stamp card, and I go every other week. Ive never received a massage from the same person, and Ive always been more than satisfied. Thank you all who work there. I refer everyone I know.

Excellent service. Had the 60 minute foot massage and another time the 60 minute body massage. Both were great!

Enjoyed a vigorous massage at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff and got right in on Saturday. Peaceful relaxing environment, appreciated that everyone whispers even when they are making appointments on the phone or helping walk-ins.

My husband and I went there and got amazing massages we both really liked them and felt truly relaxed for the whole day. We are definetly coming back soon.

Rating 1 star because lady did not accept my $10 tip she said they require $20 I just paid and did not argue but I will never return again. Tip should be customers choice not requirement

Foot massage. Always well treated. Becoming a favorite. More private than room full of chairs, still 2 per stall, but curtain if want back done.

Worst experience there! It was the most painful massage Ive ever had in my life. I said it hurt a lot and she didnt care, she just carried on. Unfriendly staff. At the end she wanted a tip, I gave her exactly 20% and she asked for more. Not recommended, Im definitely not coming back!
