Dai Nam Spa

My husband and I went in for his birthday. I made an appointment online the week before. We both opted for the hot stone massage.There was a small hiccup when we arrived but thats not why I docked a star. They ran out of paper on their CC machine so I had to pull up my bank account to show them that the charge did go through.Two cons:1. The reason for the docked star is the cold room and bed. There have been several reviews from different people with the same complaint. The docked star is them not taking the complaints seriously.2. The detergent that they use for their sheets is very scented. I got a headache when I laid face down receiving my massage.PRO:The pressure from my massage therapist was perfect. I was relaxed the entire time and she found the muscle I had pulled a couple weeks ago that still bothered me. She was gentle enough to work on it without hurting me.10/10 would return. The price is affordable and the place is clean.

I went to get a salt scrub & I thought theyd do the scrub first, followed by the massage. My massage was first, then the salt scrub. They offered to walk on my back too, if you like that. After my scrub, I was offered slippers, a robe, and towel. I was escorted down the hall to a single bathroom with a shower. They provided shower gel, shampoo & blow dryer & mirror. It looked like it doubled as a storage closet, but it was still nice. The ambiance was great! There is potential for a language barrier with the massage therapist. We worked it out, though. 😉The parking was terrible! Give yourself time to park, or Uber there. I enjoyed my service & might make it a point to go once a month. I may even buy a service for my dad & escort him there. 😁Oh, they offer a discount for first time guests if you check in on yelp. It was advertised that they have a cash discount, but they no longer offer it.All in all, Im going back.

My partner and I visited this spa for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I opted for the Swedish massage, while my partner chose the deep tissue massage. We were both impressed with the masseurs expertise in identifying and effectively targeting the knots in our bodies. Having visited two other spas previously, I can confidently say this one surpasses them in quality. Being from out of town, were excited to return on our next visit. Clean facility with steam room and fully- equipped private shower room. I always have a great massage by Gina. Ask for her! She is very skilled. I typically get the 1-hr firm Swedish. My favorite part is getting my back cracked- absolutely the best!I am only removing the 1 star because despite communicating on the consultation form and the online check-in form that I want more time spent on the neck, between the shoulder blades, and lower back, I still have more time spent on the legs than I think is necessary. It could be that 1 hr is too long of a time to not include the legs at all.Hellen is another wonderful masseuse and is actually willing to also massage the feet. I highly recommended either masseuse!

Absolutely amazing! If youre looking for a place to pamper yourself, I cant recommend this place enough. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was so serene and calming, setting the perfect mood for relaxation. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they made me feel like a valued guest from the start.

Horrible place. Don’t go! First off I haven’t ever been to a massage place that plays baby lullaby during massage. Who on earth plays twinkle twinkle while doing massage.Second: they have this foot pack on Full Body destress pack, I went with it thinking it will be relaxing. It was not done well, they put warm towel soaked in water to your feet which becomes cold in few mins, and for the full massage time you are stuck with stacking cold towel on your feet, which also makes the foot area of massage bed wet and cold.Third: the temperature in the massage room was cold, the massage therapy bed is not heated bed, so you are in cold room, with fan blasting cold air and on top of everything the foot of the bed is soaking cold.Fourth: the massage bed is made for short people! I am 5.7 and my feet was hanging by the edge.The massage therapist did a good job with what she can, she has the skills but when the environment is not set up for relaxing, decent massage experience no amount of therapist skill can make up. With all the back and forth about stopping the music and the cold air, the massage therapist didn’t even manage time to work on full body. I ended up staying for 1 hour 40 mins but the massage was not full body.Never going back here. What a waste of money and instead of being relaxed I came home stressed.

I usually don’t leave review but the experience at this place is unacceptable. Booked my husband a massage for his birthday and it was a disappointment. They called the day of to confirm the appt at 11am which we confirmed. Came there early and paid for the service. They brought my husband in at 11:05am. He got undressed and laid there for over 10minutes only to have the staff came in to tell him that the masseuse called out sick. How unprofessional is this place to not check first to see if the masseuse is here before bringing the customer to the back. We are from out of town and for us to drive to the place and for my husband to experience what he experienced is unacceptable.

Dai Nam Spa provides a great quality deep tissue massage. My therapist Hellen was amazing and is highly recommended. I will rebook real soon.

The Spa is Clean, Staff is pleasant and mostly female. You most likely to get a better service if you speak the language. it feels very uncomfortable having all staff including the receptionist/masseur speaking a different language and you dont have any idea of what is going on. Making an appointment doesnt constitute you have an appointment or well at-least that was my experience, Advertised prices are different than actual charged prices. I also am not sure if the staff giving the massage do have comprehensive understanding and or skill for the type of massages they advertise.

I visited Dai Nam Spa today for a 90-minute Swedish massage and enjoyed every minute of my experience. The receptionist was attentive and helpful and the spa was quiet and clean. My massage therapist, Lin, was AH-MAZING. She had great technique and she let me know before and during the massage that I could ask for a change in pressure. I will absolutely be returning and asking for Lin!

Their website states 1 hour massage is $40, but when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it is $50. I explained to her that their website said $40 and she said, No, its $50. Change your website or honor that price. Its false advertising.

The area is immaculate the receptionist is very friendly. Cindy was excellent; she unraveled all my knots and made me felt refreshed.

4h massage from lower back and neck pain from looking st fire falls all day. Everyone wanted a tip. Better to go to somewhere that specializes in massage like a foot spa; cheaper and more focus on pain management
