La Hacienda Bar Lounge

We visited early afternoon after normal lunch period therefore there were fewer guests. However the service from the Colombian staff was friendly and quick. The open BBQ area was a great place to see food preparation and prices economical.

Going to put a lawsuit on this place. This place DISCRIMINATED ME! I went on a Saturday night out with my friends & they wouldn’t let me in because the guard said the person on the ID wasn’t me. When it was I had got my nose done recently & in my ID I didn’t have my nose done & I had no makeup. Mind you I’ve never had a problem here & they’ve always understood me. She asked me if I had another ID which I told her I didn’t that was my own type of identification. It was horrible and embarrassing. It was a lady guard at the front. I even answered all the questions they asked me. How disappointing! I understand they are cautious, but it wasn’t fair & it was rude.

Be careful when you come here! check your bank after each transaction. i came here last friday and bought 2 palomas and a patron shot for $37.82 when i came back for the SAME drinks, the bartender tried to upcharge me $81.75! i only noticed because my bank flagged the transaction, now im having to dispute it! save yourself the hassle or pay CASH! these people legit are stealing from customers when they think they are intoxicated to know any better

I used to think this place was great. I guess thats because I always showed up with my white friends. First time I brought a Mexican friend (along with a group of others), I noticed the security guards trying to usher him out. He had been standing on the side of the dance floor near the bottle service area (but not inside of it, to be clear... on the dance floor), minding his business while the rest of us danced.I rushed over to stop them and asked them what the problem was. Apparently, a group of Columbianas told security they didnt like him and they decided to remove him.For no reason.How is this acceptable? Didnt realize how racist this establishment is.

Awesome Colombian food! Food is pretty good and portions are generous. Do try the “Sancocho de Gallina” for an authentic Colombian chicken broth. My husband had the “Patacon Mixto” (plantain with meat) and he absolutely LOVED it. It reminds us of real Colombian steet food.Also, presentation is good and pretty! Their outside dining helps you feel safe during this time also :)I read reviews complaining about service but I had no problem. Servers were attentive and friendly.Only downside was that they close pretty early. I’d love to come after work here.

Went last night. Excellent music. Excellent vibes. All was good until we ordered aguardiente. We payed $170 for a bottle of Antioqueño Azul that goes for $25 at the store, but that’s not the bad part, the bad part os that it was watered down and tasted terrible! If that changes we might go again. Went back it was amazing. EDIT: Thanks for the great service

First time to visit this place and I loved it. All the staff very friendly, good customer service, but especially my comment is for Steven, from days before I spoke to make the reservation and first I spoke with Sergio and he was very friendly, then I spoke with Steven and he organized everything. when we got there Steven made us feel very good all night with his attention. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great. The patacón (fried plantain) is awesome and comes with pineapple, one of my favorite treats. The sancocho de gallina is big and will leave full guaranteed. Overall, the price is just on the spot for the size of the plates. You may sit outside or inside. They have both American and Colombian menu which is great to accommodate your friends. Definitely coming back. They also have Lulo juice!

A DJ hit me for no reason and security took me out of the place. Terrible place, especially because the staff is aggressive and they will threaten you after paying a $40 cover.Edit:The manager responded saying that I am trying to harm the business, what would be my intention? What do I gain by leaning on the teams?The place was completely full and due to the limited space available we were obviously next to the DJ table. I was never told that I was moving the screens, the DJ hit me from behind and security came to take me out of the place while the manager didnt let me explain anything.My behavior was so good that in fact other people at nearby tables tried to intervene for me, but they didnt listen to any arguments. I am a grown man and I dont have to go out and do those things that she accuses me of for no reason.The managers response makes clear the lack of professionalism and self-criticism that the employees of this place have. They are aggressive and violent with clients, and far from recognizing it, they will invent lies to avoid assuming responsibility.

If you want to feel a little closer to Colombia, the atmosphere is perfect, the food is very good and the portions are generous. If you want Bandeja Paisa you should go on Fridays. The service was very good from the staff, I recommend the roasted plantain

I went to eat with some friends who wanted them to know a little more about the culture and food and we had the worst experience. “Santiago” served us and left us the food and never returned to the table. We had to stop more than 4 times to ask for spicy food, containers, the bill, etc. The price in the “system” is much more expensive than those shown on the menu; an excuse to fool people. The service these people offer is terrible. There was also another girl who was asked for something and she did it lazily. They were just looking at their phones. And if we talk about super simple and expensive food. Its not worth going to this restaurant. They have so many bad comments that they are not able to improve their service.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Yesterday, Sunday 04/30/23 at night around 10:30 I passed by and decided to stop to have a beer and listen to music, they charged me a cover charge of $20 dollars, not bad at all, but in many places they dont charge a cover charge when they have DJ... I paid for it, I went and sat down, I ordered a beer and the waitress told me it was $308 dollars. I thought she was joking with me and she told me again it was $308 and I asked her why? $8 DOLLARS FOR THE BEER AND IF YOU WANT TO BE SITTING ITS 300 DOLLARS OR YOU STOP AND DRINK YOUR BEER AT THE BAR AND ITS ONLY 8 DOLLARS I paid for the beer and left the place.... very bad move

There is no food, dont believe the photos. Sometimes they have stuffed potatoes and arepas, but not often. They dont have Manzana or Colombian sodas. The only music they play is reggaeton. They dont play salsa, cumbia, and very little bachata. What they do have is great is the system of lights, lasers, and videos. Because it is a Colombian nightclub, it is mediocre. It doesnt get busy until 11 so come earlier to give it more life.

Very good atmosphere, but I advise you to be very careful when paying by card. I had a very negative experience, I bought a bottle of drink for 250 dollars which I paid with my card but I gave the tip in cash... the problem was three days later that to my surprise they deducted 310 from my account, which I deduce they took advantage of and Additional tip was added. Therefore I do not recommend attending a place like this with so many tricks.

Reserve a table, pay a deposit and when we arrived, you had to pay the entrance fee to the place, we arrived and literally very bad attention, we were behind the managers so they could tell us everything and bring us the bottle that we were going to buy.They took too long to solve what was happening with the reserved VIP, they did not explain anything and once you are in the place they only say you have to pay for this this and this, more money. The atmosphere is good but everything else has nothing to do with it, very bad experience.

Everything is too expensive, apart from that there is no place to sit, they give you a VIP table where there is no space except for two..And the ñapa, if you have too much drink, you cant take it out since according to them it has to go in a bag but they dont give it either.It doesnt have anything about Latin rumba... And even less about Colombian rumba... just Reggaeton.

Excellent place to dance but terrible to drink. We ordered Antioqueño liquor and it was adulterated. Impossible to take. We would like to return but we are not going to pay $170 for a bottle of liquor that cannot be drunk.

Very bad experience in this restaurant, quality in the service is lacking, I was waiting for more than 15 minutes to be served, then they took my order to tell me that there was not what I ordered, a total of approximately 50 minutes had already passed. Hello, Im Colombian and my husband is Salvadoran. We loved the food. The main dishes were good portions, very authentic in flavor, and the appetizers (black pudding with Creole potatoes and chorizo ​​with potatoes were equally delicious).
