The staff and the products they offer are what makes this my favorite dispensary. Plus the prices were solid not like all the other places . I hope they reopen soon kinda bummed out .

Highly disappointed. Placed an order, drove from Morgan Hill & was told AFTER arriving that order couldnt be fulfilled. Left with NOTHING & drove BACK to Morgan Hill. Top notch business practices.

These people are the best! I moved recently to Merced thinking I would get better deals, but a big no! From security to the staff, prices and service absolutely Herbs has it. I travel all the way from Merced now just to get the best.

I purchase 4 apple fritter pre-rolls. Being that it was my first time I got a 20% off.Very nice and friendly staff.I walked out with with 4 pre rolls for less than 20 bucks, thats a great deal for a good product.

Ordered online and showed up just about 10min after ordering. They were very nice and handled my order quickly.

Coming from New Jersey this was my first ever store purchase. It was exactly what I hoped for. Security was friendly. Check in was welcoming. And my bud tender ( I did not get her name ) was so very nice, informative, and just was nice to talk with. Was happy with the variety of products I got and would definitely revisit.

Hidden Little gym. Good flower good prices on everything. Securities cool, the most beautiful woman also works here which makes it even better to go to.I would like to see them on WeedMaps that way they can get more business and stay open.

This place is cool the tenders are nice and knowledgeable. Their starting to pull in more of a selection to their inventories. Their flowers are pretty good but I dont know if they test for % or impurities cause its not labeled on anything that pertains to the flowers

They always have fresh new products from many other brands. I never get tired of their products and I’m a huge fan of the flowers they sell. Amazing rare quality flower for a good price.

Awesome bud-girls! Not only are they gorgeous girls - but they are knowledgeable about cannabis and each strain. Herbs also has this awesome Spin-Wheel that you can spin and win a prize if you spend more than $100. Great selection of oils, waxes, flowers and specials! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I love this place! Its on the smaller side but its never crowded, and the parking lot always has availability. Decent but not an incredible variety of products so its best for people who prefer simplicity.

I went there and there was only 1 budtender who seemed to not like his job. He was unknowledgeable and didnt try helping, he seemed to sigh and get irritated when i asked simple questions on the weed. The security guy from there actually popped into our side of the window and told us we can’t open our weed. It’s not like we were gonna smoke it there! How nosy !! Worst experience ever here. I rather go to NHPR they have better service.

It goes against all California culture. They did not let me in for not having a State ID even when I present several Federal IDs (EAD Card, Student ID) and an International ID (passport). Is ridiculous, being completely hones I felt a little bit discriminated luckily there other options around.

Bad old weak products and horrible customer service and believe me when I say you should not spend your money here. They dont care about your well being or what kinda of old creepy expired product they are going to sell you. They just collecting money. If I could have done the review with zero stars i would have

I guess if youre there to purchase cannabis this is the place for you however if youre there to buy a gift for somebody you have to give up your ID and register with them didnt care to register there for buying a gift for somebody theres a bad idea if you want to buy a gift for somebody go to a tobacco shop which is what I did where I didnt have to feel interrogated just to buy a gift for someone

The deals that they offer online are false, and they carts are over priced. Better going to theraleaf if you don’t want to get taxed

I didnt need my doctors rec any more and didnt have to wait in line! I was in and out in 10 minutes with some Phantom OG!

Herbs is wonderful. After visiting other dispensarys, this is hands down The Best.No long line, speedy service.

When all else fails i know i can always count herbs to have quality products and im sure so can anyone else can too, they would be such a last resort but it is a bit out of my area or if not for convenience sake i would be there everyday
