One of the employees there cant remember his name, asain descent, is super knowledgeable and friendly he even helped me out with some kanthal wraps one day. I really appreciate the great service. He deserves really good pay for his expertise in an industry on the rocks.

This place to be Elements SJ but they closed.Now its San Jose Vape which as far as Vape shops go is a 10/10.They have plenty stock and they know their products well, They have the largest juice selection, The staff are chill as cucumbers,The shop is in a great location for people to walk to from around downtown.I almost always get e-juice here.They have tons of mods, atomizers (both tanks and drippers), and accessories.I definitely like them because they stay on top of new products and get new items frequently. The Mods arent the best price bit still reasonable but the price of juice is really good.

Warning don’t shop here This place is 50% more experience then any other vape shop I have ever been! Also just realized that they didn’t even give me a recipe so who knows what I was charged for. $94 for 3 vape juice and $38 for 5 coils. The only reason I didn’t go anywhere else is the rest of the Shoppes are closed in the Santa Clara county. I’ll be sure to never come back to this place. Huge ripoff

Well I thought the shop was pretty cool but they overcharged me.I bought a Sol vape and pod for $60,then I saw it online for $17 for everything.Thanks for ripping me off $43. :/

It had a great vibe to it. The workers are really enthusiastic and knowledgeable when it comes to vape gear. They have tons of e-liquid options and lots of really good atomizers (RDAs, RTAs, and Sub-Ohm Tanks) in stock. Everything a vape shop is and should be. The workers are really relaxed and are really open to questions if you ask. You will not be let down by San Jose Vape.

Staff was very friendly and engaging. Eager to help. Location is great as well. Their house brand of juice is awesome and cheaper than normal.

Went to help a friend purchase a starter ecig mod. Found that many of the mods at this store are marked up by 2x the list price. Asked them about price matching and they were combative and refused. Buyer beware, dont trust thier prices.

When you buy from a brick-and-mortar niche boutique .. rather than, for instance, a Chinese wholesale site, you should expect to pay an order of magnitude more for the same merchandise. You are paying primarily for convenience, immediate gratification, and a sentient human staff who answers questions in realtime without having to craft an elegant search term. In all of these categories, San Jose Vape exceeds expectations. Dizzying selection, and the staff answered my rambling newbie questions without making me feel excluded from some elite clique of insiders. I even called a few times later that day with follow-up Qs which they cheerfully and accurately answered, despite the fact that all I had bought was batteries and ejuice to go with my ebay-purchased kit. Many times it seems the employees are stoned but live n let live. Theyre always professional and courteous and answer whatever question I may have. Ill keep coming back

Customer service was great. Had a problem with a e cig, returned later and exchanged for a new one no questions asked.

Huge rip off i got a bottle of juice of 100 ml killer kustard for 51 dollers i should of look online first that bottle gose for 17 dont buy from here dont waste your money
