Dropped in with my adult son one day, just to check it out. I was extremely impressed with the wide selection of quality products. Whether you smoke or are a disc golf enthusiast (Im currently disc golf curious myself), youve gotta treat yourself to this spot. Looking forward to my next visit!

Empire smoke shop is a great place in the san francisco bay area Ive bought a handful of items and stop by usually when Im driving by or near san leandro. New building has some great art in it also 🀄👍🏾🌉 🦅

It’s a very pleasant lil shop. Every person that works there are always smiling and polite as well as very helpful…plus it’s jus right down the street from my house…extremely happy customer.

Making a little use of the recent law change, I was looking for a smoke shop to purchase some essential equipment. I read the reviews for the Empire Smoke Shop and was not disappointed. The guys were awesome, friendly and informative. The shop and displays hosts a great collection of equipment, all you will ever need and some more! The recommendation of Buddhas Pantry the next day was a finishing touch.

Excellent service, fantastic selection, and great prices - how much more can you ask for? Oh yeah, plenty of parking! Love this place. Its the only place I go for my smoking needs.

Jay and staff were very professional and helpful. They help me find what I needed and did not try and sell me the more expensive items. Their knowledge and service was more than I would expect. Highly recommend.

As a single woman going into the store by myself, I never felt funny like I have in other smoke shops. All the employees are Great and Super helpful. I am heading over tomorrow. I have 2 smoke shops closer to where I have, one actually walking distance, but I continue to come to Empire!!

I only give them one star because that is as low as I can rate them. Just called them trying to find some Kratom, person on the phone was very rude and short with me, kept saying: no we are all sold out, sorry, even before I asked him the type I was looking for. He actually hung up on me in a middle of a question I was asking him! Not a good way to run a business.

I went into the store this evening. even though they did not have all the vapor products that I needed, the guy behind the counter was really helpful. I needed wick cotton, he was not sure if he had any in stock but he tore his shop up until he found it. He also showed me something about vape juice that I never knew before, I wish I cought his name but he was a young blonde male with facial hair. Who ever owns this place picked the right guy for the job! I was lost and ended up at the Oakland airport prior to this and really pissed off at my gps but he made me happy that I did not give up looking for this place that is why I gave it five stars thanks GUY

Dark tan dude with beard is hella rude. The guy with the ginger beard was chill. All I wanted to do was take a pic to send my friends this nice looki g kool aid bong. Guy snaps at me bro you cant take a pic. Then stares me down and Im sure as hell staring straight back at him. Finally he submits. Ive been to all the smoke shops in san leandro this by far had the least friendly service and least amount of product. Take your business with people who treat you with respect.

Great place. Do not pass by. Travis was a huge help, and Ill never forget my stay here in California because of him. Whatever you are paying this man, is not enough.

Let me just tell you these guys know what there talking about! not only do they know there muchantdice, they give you good tips on how to use what u buy there. It was my first time there and had a great custumer expirace. Googled smoke shops around me and it was so fast and convienient to the freeway.Thanks again guys.
