I just had a body massage, and a facial. I feel wonderful. I dont hurt, my muscles feel really. The masseuse was very skilled. The facial did wonders for me. This facility is very clean, and a pleasant environment. I will be back. Im very impressed. I also want to add they are very good about appointments, their prices are quite good.👍😸This is 08/1/2023Before I went to vital day spa I had a lot of back , hip pain. I was on three different kinds of pain killer, and Voltron. Most of it was not very effective, and the side effects made me feel even worse. They have skilled professional masseuse . Jerry is a fine professional masseuse, he understands how to alleviate pain and realign back muscles . Excellent! I come in for a full body massage twice a week. I no longer take any painkillers. I am truly thrilled. I am pain free. I cannot recommend this place enough. .8/12/2023I came in with a really sore back, and I was kind of depressed. I had a full body massage by Jerry for 90 minutes. The sore back and shoulder pain was gone. Then I had a full facial. I look younger. My skin is happy. I feel wonderful and relaxed thank you.Vital day spa is a great place. I use to take pain medication fory back11/23. I feel the skilled massage that I get at vital day spa has helped ease and stop pain. The masseur Jerry is very skilled and caring and needs recognition for being a super good masseuse. I am happy to recommend this fine establishment. Made appointment with specific person because I got a good massage from them before. Got there and they switched me with someone else who was just so so. Won’t come back.

My daughter and I got facials. Our tech was VERY thorough and nice. She gave us after care instructions and suggestions for my daughter on when to return, because she struggles with chronic acne. We will definitely be back!

This has been the worse experience I ever had, never again coming to this place. First of all they expect a tip more than $10 also the massage was not relaxing at all. I shared a room with my mother and felt really uncomfortable since they were talking during our massages session and also laughed. Never again dont recommend at all! Horrible!!! No relaxing music and the service sucked! My massage was not even a hour session and the lady was being so rough! Also forgot to mention they sexual harassed me during my massage, massages my butt more than my whole body. Felt really harassed I will be reporting this to San Leandro police.According to the Labor Code 351 LC it is ILLEGAL to request a tip. Specially if the service provided did not meet the expectations. As a paying customer it is a luxury to get a massage as to why IM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. I’m glad you stated that you ILLEGALY REQUIRE tips from customers. Which again is against the law. Clean place. Excellent service with very good massage therapist. I’m a cancer patient and needed to relax and I got pampered with the way the massage therapist job. Highly recommended.

Have been there a few times in the past and was never really impressed. I think I’ve even rated them a 4 at one time.Tonight I received a massage from a gentleman. A Very good massage. His pressure was great and his massage was very intuitive. I caught myself snoring a few times! I tipped him well.My daughter received a massage in the room next to me and was not happy at all. She told her lady to reduce pressure many times. In the end my daughter tipped her $12, and she literally told my daughter no! $20!!! Sorry, but a tip is a tip- not a fee or an obligation. A tip usually represents the satisfaction you received as a token of appreciation, not obligation.

I got two-hour full body massage in a private room. Kevin is the best! Very nice and professional, he did an amazing job. I will highly recommend him. He really knows what he is doing! Plus I love the heated bed. Nice staff and friendly.. I would definitely coming back here…

Massage therapist was outstanding. Walking on back and finding my knots and working them out with deep pressure was something only an experienced professional could accomplish.

Professional massage. I had 60 minute full body massage ($60). I like a very firm massage and the lady did a fine job. Started with normal massage under sheet, followed by a bit of a back walk, then some oil and suprise hot stones. Warm towels, flip, and then remaing time on neck, head, arms, legs and feet.Lady never asked for a tip, so not sure what some other reviewers are saying. I left $40.And yeah, not sure if the guy up front spoke much English or not, but that really didnt matter. He got a masseuse to see me and thats all I needed.

I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I came her with my bf, our massages start at the same time but why was I finished 10 mins before him?On top of that my MT stopped in the middle of the session to pick up the phone. Then someone I’m assuming a coworker knocked on my room door to talk to my MT. Uggh I had enough at that point. I wanted to leave but my bf he was having aches and pain from work so I just let the lady finish. She still had the audacity to expect a tip, I DID NOT TIP.

I tried this place for the first time because I was having upper back pain and stress in general. I paid for 1 hour full body massage and it was wonderful. Definitely will be returning!

My sister recommended them . They knew exactly what to message. My feet have always bothered me. Im on dialysis so I get cramps occasionally they knew exactly what to rub to make better

The care was very good, therapist understood my needs.

This was not a relaxing massage at all. My massage therapist left 3 times during my massage for at least 5 minutes each to help someone else 😞 took 3 or more phone calles while massaging me and talked to coworkers on numerous occasions while massaging me. Needless to say this was not relaxing and so unprofessional will never go back:(

The place is awesome. Its just wanted 10 dollar tip but its worth it. The only thing one is told 40 dollars which is a lot. But I needed a hand rub . I know this woman did her best. At least she works but 50 dollars for a run is too much. And I mainly wanted my hands. Dont get it. It seems as all these massage places want to break a person. Where as if they would charge what they say they would earn more. I guess I will get me a massage machine.

Carmen has magic hands. Feels so relaxing every time. I always feel refreshed and calm afterwards. I go here every Sunday and always look forward to my massages. All the ladies are very good and very nice. Lona and Carmen are fantastic!

Eva was absolutely fantastic! I’ve never fallen asleep during a massage before, so I was completely at peace. I have a very demanding occupation and now I’ve never felt better on a Friday evening. Thank you so much for your expertise and taking care of me!

Very horrible service went in for a massage and they suppose masseuse of ten years did not have any pressure so I asked for a refund to leave and she said know because it’s been 30 min, it was literally 30 minutes of me asking for a different masseuse so she replied “ it’s not the massage that I just want a male?” The elderly women said and I was like ok what ever goes through her discriminating head and she went to get another masseuse, who was better but did not do a thing to handle the situation, so when the masseuse switched over I had to use the restroom and when I came back the masseuse had moved my clothes , why would she touch my clothes for any reason? Well it turns out I was missing money for my jacket , so I just let the pathetic thief continue the massage and after I just left and she had the nerve to say tip, I just told her to stay away from me and left. Will definitely be notifying San Leandro police. Be safe everyone and please stay away for your safety of your property and health do to the unsanitary conditions as well .

The service was incredible. I felt at ease and the energy I received from Semila was pure and calm. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial she performed on me.

It seems like the guy has been a masseuse for a while and hes lost it. No sense of body ques, my body would jumped and he continued massaging (rubbing) in the same place in the same way. He rubbed way to fast to the point where my skin burned. I asked him to massage slow, I showed him. He slowed for a while, but then back to this fast paced massage. He rubbed the hot stones on my back like he was washing dirty dishes, threw the hot towel on me to wipe off the oil and began to wipe my body like he was cleaning the floor. I felt like he was just going through the motions. Like he massage my petite 5 ft 2 body the way he would massage a heavy-set tall guy. All bodies arent the same man. I asked him to slow down several times. I understand why they have you pay AND give a tip, before the service ☹

I come here to get facials and Selina is so gentle and thorough! The rooms are clean and so relaxing that I can’t help but take a quick nap while getting the facial. The products that are used have a slight and pleasant scent and I always leave feeling brand new!

2nd time there and this time was better than the last.1st I did a 60 min deep tissue massage and it covered more than I have ever had with a massage. A scalp massage and a little bit of feet massage.2nd time I went with the 90 min hot stone massage. This had a step on back and rub down before the hot stones. The hot stone section wasnt too long but there was plenty more after. In terms of head to toe. The lady I had noticed the big knots on both sides of my back and focused on them till they were gone or at least mostly gone.I highly recommend this place, 2nd time better than the last.

Best massages around locally and cant beat the prices. They are always available when i call day of and always get the knots out no matter how bad they are. Love their friendly service i sometimes take my boys and they love it

This is a convenient location for me and I enjoy getting a massage here its very relaxing. Ive been here multiple times as a customer yet each time I came my body seems to have been overly stressed because I have stress knots up and down my neck and back yet the masseuse really takes the time to thin them out and I walk out each time feeling much better than I walked in so I highly recommend this place.

Hit or miss. One lady does amazing massages but had probably the worst massage of my life today from a different lady. I know tips are theyre livelihood so I still was going to tip 20% even though It was a terrible massage. The lady said no you give me $10 tip and refused to give me change. I gave her $5 since she would not give me change and walked out.

Anna did an amazing job on my deep tissue massage. I intend to come back regularly on Mondays when Anna is working. She was kind, friendly and very informative.

Very friendly lady at front desk. Got a good deal on Groupon for 60 minute massage and it was well worth it. Excellent back walking. Wish they’d did a little more on legs but overall very good!

We went today to get a foot massage for my hubby. He didnt wanted a dude touching his feet so he asked for a lady.Lady said Im not strong enough...😕well we wanted a simple regular foot massage not a deep foot massage soooo we took our business somewhere else.

Would not recommend this place...most of the massage therapists are not highly skilled and have poor technique. Have found my experiences to be rather painful than relaxing.

What an unprofessional staff- LOLA is so rude, and unprofessional. She raged and gave me a lecture when handed a$5 bill for tip. By the way, tips are voluntary offers by a a customer, and not a mandatory thing like the price for the service. She turned all red, and asked me to not come back as if she runs the spa. I reported her to the manager. Lola sucks at customer services.

Salina’s service was great! She gave me a really nice back massage. She listened carefully to my ask and made me feel heard. My back massage was worth it!

Was my first visit and it was wonderful. My technician was great. He gave a wonderful massage. Facility was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This supposed to be a full body massage they concentrated on my neck for 20 minutes and then they did not massage my fingers my arms my toes front legs or head. Wasn’t fully satisfied so i gave them 15% tip and they wanted more and they followed me to my car !!! you guys should not do that and plus the next day you guys called me to tell me I had an appointment but I had my appointment the day before so please get your appointment book organized

I’d give it a ten but then the place might get crowded and it’d be harder to schedule a message with a remarkably talented, intuitive, almost psychic massage practitioner whose name I will not reveal. Excellent massage today as usual. I’m glad you folks are there.

I come maybe 1 time a month when my back gets tight. I always leave feeling so much better

The person doing my massage was very informative and did the massage the way I wanted and not how they wanted. She asked what my problem was and then just went to work on it. Great Experience

Great place for a quick pick you massage ....foot massage for $20 in a common area with curtians between each table . the soak ams massage your feet . the also do a mini body massage . you stay fully clothed so i wear shorts and a tank top ...great for the price nice area ...they so offer full body private massage as well starting at $40 . also have hot stone . its a nice little place ...

They force you to tip a certain amount. Very unprofessional. The guy who massaged elbowed me a lot and I had a back pain later. I dont recommend.
