It was a good massage but, like so many others in these comments reported, they shook me down to increase the tip at the end thus ruining my experience. I tipped 20% which is typical for a decent massage.Management might consider how to address this rudeness as a lot of people dont want to return after this behavior and its negatively effecting his business.Perhaps Management needs to pay the workers a bit more so they they dont accost your customers for money.

John and Anna do the massage are the best. Today i spend 2.5 hours with John, After enjoying massage, my body felt as light as a feather.lol

This place is great.. Im amazed the cheapness by people. Tipping 5 or 10$. I usually tip 25 to 40$. Think how hard they work.My only complaint is the noise outside when getting a massage can take away from a good massage.

The massage was not pleasant. I went for a foot massage but they also did a little bit of head massage while my feet were soaking in the hot water. The masseur twisted my ears I thought he would break them. Rubbing my head felt weird. The foot/leg massage was painful.

I needed a new massage place, gave them a called, was able to be seen same day, & let me tell yall. Best massage place ive gone recently. Massagist gave the perfect massage, super relaxing not hard. Personal rooms clothesless massages. Fully recomended thank u

I enjoyed my massage and so did my husband, they ask you before they start if you like soft massage or hard. I chose hard it was a bit painful, because of all the knots I had, I left feeling so much better and rested. Definitely coming back for more couples 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️ massage

My massage has become part of my weekly self care. Both my husband and I have done foot and full body massage without disappointment! We are used to paying so much more so tipping is not an issue for us. We have never experienced any kind of push back or reactions some of the reviews have described. If you want deep tissue (which I prefer) Ive asked and more pressure is applied. My husband prefers less pressure and theyve always adjusted. I recommend 👌. Great massage in our local community.

The foot massage was excellent and wonderful. The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of clarity about what is expected of the customer. After the massage, the masseuse started asking me for something which I didnt understand. I finally understood that he expected a tip which I was happy to provide. He wasnt happy with what I gave him.That interaction, after a wonderful massage, was not so wonderful. When I got home and read other reviews on google, I understood that the massage price is low. The expectation of a generous tip is high. I would strongly suggest a sign at the front desk and on the website that says In order to keep our prices low, our massage therapists reply on your generous tip. Also, if the therapist gave the customer a small envelope at the end of the session with his/her name on it, then it would be another clue as to expected behavior.

I have been going to this place for many years now! Due shoulder and hip injuries I rely on the massage therapist. They are very professional and I always recommend them to my friends and clients.

The Visit was a birthday gift for my mother she enjoyed the combo 30 minutes of massage 30 minutes of foot massage in which the foot massage was supposed to have been reflexology I believe it was just regular foot massage but the lady Anna Was very good and my mother enjoyed her massage I wish they would have post at the prices online so you have an idea of what you Might have wanted entries from my head to call in to find out the prices other than that my mother will revisit this place again

I read some of the review and I just want to say that people have to understand that they don’t work per hour this people only get paid with tips unfortunately, what you give them for tips is what they get pay , it is not that they are being greedy, if you tip them less then $10 dollars that is all they make. They work hard, and a lot of the massage locations employees such as this one survive on tips alone. Please understand, it is why It is so cheap in the first place.

Place was a total ripoff. Not only was i not able to choose the 90 minute session after making an appt with them. They also lied about who waz giving me a massage. The ol bait and switch game. At the end, the lady stood in front of the door and asked me for a tip. I should of gave nothing but she seemed so pathetic. Next time dont lie to ur customer

This place has been my go to for the past 5 years!!!! But I must say, after re-opening because of Covid, they are getting worse and worse. First visit, the workers were talking soo loud while doing my FOOT massage, a second visit they had me wait 10min past my scheduled appt (tolerable) because apparently the appt before me got there late and today im literally here, waiting for my massage for the past 20min!!!!!! I would highly recommend that you guys start re-enforcing the times and not have your OTHER clients wait because of someone elses watch. And well, about the actual massage services I recommend them, the prices arw affordable and service is good. Hope this is helpful

It gets pretty noisy from conversations and phone calls in the “Foot Massage” area. We did a combo massage which ended in a private room that had a more relaxing atmosphere. Massage was good and prices were good as well.

Foot rub, not foot massage. Gave 15% tip of $40 price and he looked at me and asked for $10! Very Disappointing.

Honestly it was a good massage but I felt like I didnt get the full thing I paid for and I thought I was the only one but thats probably their thing asking for more tips . A little piece of me wanted to take my tip back actually but overall it was good service just that part be grateful that youre getting it tip in general.

Not sure about all the bad reviews, my husband and I both enjoyed our massages, tipped $10 each without any pressure from anyone. My husband was only thrown off because hes never had a man massage him before 🤷

Ee-sen is the guy to see here! Great full body massage with a great price. $40 bucks. Please tip nicely. Regular percentages arent really acceptable, I think. I normally leave at least $15-$20 for gratuity.

Today my foot massage was provided by the Masseuse called Daniel . His hand is not too heavy and not too light . I fell into sleep during the session . My $10 tips worth every penny of it. He deserve it . I strongly recommend him.Shiyu Wang, DDS

Nice n Clean but__never again. This man hurt my back. I did the 90min $45 combo. I dropped him 6 bucks and he asked for more. I was appalled. Clean place tho. Better staff next time. The worse back hurting massage.

Prices are hard to beat. Full body massage was average. Could have used harder pressure but overall good experience.

This place is a rip off and the thmassage was weak and lady teases and asks you for longer time and do another 30 minutes and she gestures and touches my private part for more fun and all she did was massage and touching alittle. I was not happy yet she wanted 60 tip and thought she I thought was pregnant but she was just fat.

Not impressed. I hate a soft massage and then the guy demanded more tip at the end. I tip well when the service is great. Ill stick with my usual places.

Great place for a cheap massage. Just remember to tip well. Let them know what you want and how you want it. prior to starting any service.

Inexpensive, but you are expected to tip generously. Ive never had a problem with this because its still ridiculously cheap with the tip and Ive generally had good massages.

Must try Anna. She was the best I met in the Bay Area. She pay 100% attention to me. She found out my problems of my body and figure out.

Great rates. I typically go with $25 for hour foot massage which is also clothed body massage. Make sure to wear loose clothing

They give good massages but what I didnt like is that they require you to tip 40% of the cost of your massage, so if you are going to go, be prepared to pay much more than their prices say.

The chefs are all good👍
