Looks like their rating is lower on here and another website than it should be due to tipping issues. That’s a shame because it’s clean, high quality, and more affordable than most other places even after tip.(PSA: tipping 15-20 is a fair standard for an hour)It’s a shame that the tipping conversation is so frustrating to both customers and therapists. But this place in particular has blown away some massages I’ve paid twice as much for in quality.Lily was also really great at targeting specific areas I asked. If you don’t like something speak up instead of lying there too.I’ll be coming here often

Second time here was today and it was amazing. Came for my birthday and I was so relaxed. Thank you to Tina she wasn’t to rough she knew all the right spots. I have never fell asleep during a massage till today I wouldn’t doubt if I was snoring with how relaxed I was lol. Thanks Tina! Definitely booking here again with her.

I have been coming at least 1x/ month and I consider that’s part of my routine monthly self care. I have been seen by different therapists, to be honest, they are all doing a great job!! I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with relief stress/pain.

If you want a strong massage, and get Jessica, ask for someone else or go to another place. Just paid 90 bucks for light rubbing. Smh. Never again.

I have been going here for about 1 year now and have referred 3 more people to them too. Today I walked in with headache which I was having for past 3 weeks and Emily did a fantastic job to knock that pain from my shoulders and back. She used some of her acupuncture techniques too. Later on Lisa massaged my whole body, paying special attention to my headache area. Thank you ladies. You deserve 5 stars.

Emily and her husband own this place. Very clean, respectful, and well priced massage business. When theyre done with you, you are a noodle! They have a way of knowing where all the knots are! You will have to tell them less pressure, otherwise, it can be full power!Highly recommend! Great location too! Right next to Los Pericos, the one in Pelton center.

I visited this location a few times, they do stamp cards so make to to get one on your first visit. After trying a couple of masseuses, my top pick is Lily.

I feel a little tired and relax myself. This is the first time I went to experience this service. The masseurs disappointed me too much. I don’t know if they have been trained, so I asked for a refund after ten minutes. The woman who claimed to be the boss said that if you just lie on the bed and enjoy the massage, you can’t get a refund, and you can change someone, so I decided to try another person. I asked for more shoulder and neck massage. The masseur’s technique is unprofessional. To my shoulder head, it didnt relax but hurt me. I am very disappointed with this store, I feel that this store did not pass normal training.

I dont not recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment at 12 and called to reschedule it for 2.30pm which they said was fine.When I went in, after waiting for 5-10 minutes, this lady walked out from a room (they had no one at the front desk) and said What? instead of greeting or asking anything. I explained I have an appointment at 2.30 and she proceeded to say she cant see me and literally walked off!This is not the way to conduct a business and treat people, I cant believe how this place is still operating.

Ive gotten a massage at this place 2x now with 2 different women. I forgot the name of the first lady, but the second ladys name was Jenny. Jenny was amazing. It was an amazing massage. Language can be a barrier, so please be polite. Its no fun when you cant understand or communicate to one another. Be patient. It also seems like a fairly new massage place, so they are still also getting things figured out on the business end. I would recommend a massage from Jenny!

This is my 4th time coming here since moving to the East Bay. The Thai hot stone massage hits the spot. They’ll have u fill out a form and select how deep you want the massage (light, medium, hard), then you can also circle target areas you want them to spend more time on.Today Jennifer was my masseuse. Highly recommend, a 1000%. She was very gentle, with her movement, but still with the right amount of strength - I chose medium.

Lisa was very very good!!! She took her time and hit all the right spots…just threw me off a little when she asked for a tip…me personally I like to do things out the kindness of my heart, but when things like this occur I have a change of heart.

I had an average experience here. Located in a busy area, parking can be challenging. Owner is friendly, but some receptionists dont like Groupon coupons. Massage therapists are skilled, but they dont have completely isolated private rooms - they have curtains instead of doors so all sounds come inside.

I made an appointment with Emily. I like to treat myself to a massage after a hard weeks work to celebrate the fact that the weekend has arrived. I went with the Thai massage, she did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. I felt renewed afterwards and wanted to share my experience. Highly recommended !!!

Lady in the front denied me service after I made an appointment two days in advance. Weird because Ive been here two times before and spoken with her. This time it seemed like she was pretending not to understand what I was saying die to a language barrier. Felt a bit offended.

I like this place. Excellent！Pretty professional and friendly service. I like they can focus on areas where I feel uncomfortable. Definitely will come again!
