Do not recommend! Receptionists were really unfriendly and awkward. The massage was okay, nothing special. My partner and I were really looking forward to it but unfortunately, this was really disappointing, a waste of our time and money. To the business: Focus on providing a great customer experience and training team members basic social skills. Arriving at an establishment and having socially awkward people working there, specially when this is such a people focused service, is not good.

Kaili is truly wonderful. He is intuitive, thoughtful and really cares about your experience. You can feel how much thought and care he puts into each massage. He provides the perfect balance of relaxation while using enough pressure to feel like youre working out all the knots as well.Ive been seeing him for prenatal massages and cant wait to see him again for a longer session after baby arrives.I cant recommend him enough! Do not come here! I scheduled an appointment for a follow up after my fillers and when I showed up to my appointment it turned out they had cancelled it without notifying me, so it was a waste of time. Overall the staff is extremely unprofessional and the front desk young girl has no idea what she is doing or how to speak to clients in a professional manner. For the amount of money you are paying you are better off going to a well established spa, like Evolutions. They also charge a 50 dollar fee if you miss your appointment but take zero accountability when they cancel appointments without notice! This office is a mess, save yourself a headache!

This is a beautiful place—just updated by the new owner, Monica. The staff is great and the owner is lovely. Special shout out to Perry who gives a great deep tissue massage that never hurts!

Katarina is absolutely the bomb. She has made me look 20 years younger with botox and filler. The prices are also very reasonable.

Had a great massage here. I had been experiencing back pain for a long time, but after several visits it completely disappeared. Cecilia is a true professional, its like she feels your body with her hands. Grateful for the excelent job! Recommend

Knot your average spa. A grade masseuses. Clean facilities, calm and low key, where your health and well bring are the priority. Highly recommend the monthly subscription, and taking care of thy self!Tip your masseuses, they deserve it!

They will miss quote you and overcharge you for below average massages. Customer service was absolutely horrible. They quoted us a total of $248.00 and charged us $385.00. We requested a prenatal massage and they gave us an “advanced” prenatal massage we never asked for. Massage was subpar. Atmosphere was stiff and dull. They are scammers and would not ever recommend this location. Their business model is to scam their clients. Again.. these guys are SCAMMERS!Makes it worse that you guys are blatantly denying the truth! Disgusting business! Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are SCAMMERS. I’ve already made a claim to the Better Business Bureau

Wow! This place is very very great. I loved it. Came in for fillers, Diana was excellent she was so nice and very good listener she definitely knows what she is doing ! I didn’t want my lips looking unnatural and she made me lips look great! I would definitely recommend you guys coming in here for fillers😊 Thank you front desk for being so nice.

Nice place to relax.Diana is very professional and she knows how to listen to what you really want. I started with a peel, which left my skin super clean and clear. The perfect measure of botox to cover my wrinkles. I was a little scared with the filler on my lips but she suggested that I start with the minimum and it really was all she needed.Recommended place to check it out and then decide.

So clean, heated beds, true five star experience that you would get at a resort but 1/3 of the price. It’s where I go to treat myself. There are many massage therapists here that can really help make a difference. Body maintenance is important and this place is where I go and always recommend to others.

I booked a prenatal massage with them and when I got there the therapist has switched without notifying me. I overheard her talking with the receptionist about her not having experience and she still took me back to the massage room. I told her Im 7 months pregnant (which I told the receptionist at booking and on my paperwork) and the therapist told me she had only ever done one prenatal massage before but the woman wasnt very far along. She asked me if I would be comfortable on my stomach which was a big red flag (she did not have any support pillows or anything). I told her I was not comfortable and this didnt feel right so I would not be having the massage and she said thats ok thats my prerogative. No - thats me making a smart decision for me and my babys health and safety. According to the receptionist this therapist is NOT on the list of prenatal providers which is such an inappropriate and unethical decision for them to set me up with her. Im so disappointed and cannot believe how unprofessional this experience was. I would not trust them with any service after this. They asked me to come back later with another provider and offered free aromatherapy... are you serious? How on earth do you think I would trust them now. And free aromatherapy, really? Come on. That does not make up for unethical practice. Talk about a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

I had such a great experience with service that will cause me to come back time and time again. The massage therapists are skilled in knowing how to tailor the experience to fit your needs. Everyone working there greets you will a welcoming attitude and it puts you in a perfect serene mood for the session. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Wow! What a beautiful space. I had a Botox treatment with Diana PA-C. She was so friendly and professional. She had a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all my questions. From check in with the staff up front to check out my experience was so seamless. I cannot recommend highly enough this spa. I will be a returning customer and cannot wait to share with friends and family!

I had such a great experience at Essence! My practitioner talked me through the whole process, got a good understanding for the aesthetic I wanted to achieve and took a really natural approach. I got both Botox and lip filler and both look amazing. Super natural and subtle but have made the biggest difference in my confidence! Will be coming back

I got the Warrior Massage by Perry, which stands out in a crowded field of therapeutic services youd expect. Perrys knowledge and exemplary conversational skills made it an overall great experience.I was particularly impressed by his expert application of deep tissue pressure, trigger points, and myofascial release techniques, which skillfully dissolved any lingering tension.Perry also provided useful stretches that I could replicate at home, proving the session to be both healing and educational.If you want to rejuvenate your body while gaining insight into maintaining balance and flexibility, I highly recommend booking a session with Perry!

Perry is the best massage therapist. I’ve been to a couple other people that have been good. But Perry is the best!! Definitely highly recommend him!

Working with Perry was phenomenal! He listened to what my partner was looking for and was clearly a pro.However I had a massage with Tom after and had a poor experience. Tom talked the entire time and didn’t listen to where I wanted the work done and felt ignored.

I had the most incredible massage here from Taylor M. I went in with a lot of pain in my neck and in one session he was able to make all that pain go away! I am so grateful. If you go here I would highly suggest asking for Taylor! He was not only incredible at his job, but he was also super easy to talk to and made the whole experience enjoyable. We had an amazing conversation and I left feeling like I had made a new friend. I will definitely be going back again!

I am thrilled to get a massage every time I go. The staff are always friendly and helpful to me. The new owners are wonderful, and I appreciate the precautions taken considering COVID-19. This is a very nice place with a canopy. I highly recommend having a relaxing massage here. I will be back again.

This place will try and cheat you of your money. It was really quite sad as my partner and I were planning to make this a longer term relationship.The masseuse intentionally overcharged us, which we knew to be the case when we called later to confirm charges. Unfortunately, the manager didnt seem to care but refunded our money.The issue all arose from how much we planned to leave for gratuity. We told them $X and they decided to charge $Y. When we called, the manager asked why we didnt want to leave $Y! So this was not simply a matter of confusion over gratuity, this was someone at the business intentionally increasing the amount of gratuity we planned to leave and then arguing with us when challenged as to why they did this without permission or authorization.There are plenty of better spots in town. Id simply avoid Message Green due to rife dishonesty and lack of integrity.

I love massage green because i love the amiability and the care they give you, all the therapist are wonderful no matter who you go with. I totally recommend Massage Green for any service you need like massage or skin care.This place its impeccable with the cleaning and they keep everything so clean. I totally recommend this place for their professionalism and what they do.

Diana was incredible and she did such a good job. She really made sure I felt like everything looked good to ME and that I felt it all looked even for filler. She totally helped call my nerves and I love the results with both filler and Botox !

If I could give less stars I would. Woman at the front desk is incompetent, lied about giving me and my husband a credit for a massage that was absolutely terrible. My masseuse hardly used any pressure and my husbands scratched him repeatedly with her long nails. When we asked them to please do more pressure and not use so much nail they didnt change a thing. They do have some good people working there but overall I would rather go to someone independently after all of this. The infrared sauna barely gets hot and the place is tacky and old...

Right off the bat, the receptionist was unfriendly and seemed like she didnt want to be there. I was the second appointment of the day, and they were already behind schedule. The massage itself (with Bell) was good, but I got jipped by 10 minutes. The space was very clean and had a nice ambiance, and the music playing was super relaxing. All in all I wasnt impressed with the experience, and I wont be going back.

I am one of Massage Green’s biggest fans! There are so many amazing and talented long-time masseurs and fabulous estheticians that sometimes it’s hard to choose a favorite! The staff is friendly, the membership is affordable, and I love the convenience of online booking.

I went to the place for the Sauna about once or twice a week and was never disappointed. The saunas are extremely powerful, and in the smaller ones I often had to step out for water due to its effectiveness. I highly recommend this place, Ive probably been inside of the sauna at Massage Green Spa at least fifty times, so I am speaking from Experience!

Do Not order from Groupon!! Do not go to them at all they are very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon after reviewing their website (no where on their site states they are not doing massages in doors due to COVID) I call to schedule an appointment for my Birthday weekend in Sept and it says to text. So I text and ask to make an appointment and I received a reply stating they are not we are not doing Groupon I ask for a refund and they reply in a rude manner Im sorry but you have to deal with them. I told them to dont advertise on me. And in fact California is not doing massages indoor. So Im out $158 dollars After doing more research I found that Iam not the only one who has gone through this with them. DO NOT GO TO THEM AND DO NOT PURCHASE ON GROUPON!

Ive been here for a few services and they were all great (massage, sauna, facial). However, reception made it pretty difficult and confusing the most recent time I visited. I purchased a Groupon for 3 sauna sessions and 1 facial. After my first sauna session, somehow the Groupon never got added to my profile but the entire voucher was marked redeemed so now there is no proof that I still have unused sauna and facial services. When I returned for a second sauna session, the woman at the front desk was nice, but couldnt really resolve the problem as far as I know. I am not sure if it is worth going back to try and redeem the rest of the Groupon services at this point, since I just felt like I was too much trouble for them. I would have given 5 stars for the actual spa experience but this situation was pretty frustrating.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I come here for botox and filler and won’t go anywhere else! They are so knowledgeable and the results are perfection every time. If you are looking for a new place for botox and filler this is the spot!!!

It was nice. They let us put down what areas we didn’t want to be touched in and what areas to focus. Got a couples massage with my boyfriend and he was nervous since he’s never had one but he loved it and has been asking me to get another one soon.

It was ok. A little awkward for some reason. Me and my boyfriend did a couples massage and had two giggly girls massage us. I felt a little uncomfortable. It did not feel very professional. Cheap but dont know if I would come back.

I had the pleasure of a morning and afternoon, at massage green. My husband got me this for my birthday. It was an awsome experience. This 5-star is for Perry, partly bc he’s the only one I’ve seen there, and partly bc he fixed my hamstring.I went in with a strained hammie that I had been trying to fix for 2 months with rolling out, prehab and PT exercises, stretching, etc. Finally gave in and tried a massage (friend recommended Perry) and I couldn’t believe how much better I felt the next day! My hammie felt almost normal and still feels good today (few weeks later).I am a very stiff and dense athlete, but he was able to get in there and work on a lot of my issues. Def planning to come back as it’s worth saving up for, especially if you’re an athlete with past or current injuries.

Worst company ever. They allow their employee cancelling an appt less than an hour for the appt due to sickness with no accommodation, especially when I had to make arrangements to leave work early for the appt, but if its the other way around, then you are stuck with an cancellation fee that was never told to me, like the employee states it was. I find it funny that you can go over the cancellation policy and reminder of appt in a 20s phone call. Then when you call them out on it, they tell you are getting an response from the owner, but in fact, it is the office manager trying to cover her tracks. If you like a company to play games, have the worst management/customer service and semi ok massages, this is the company for you!

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I made the appointment through class pass. When I got there the front desk told me that they do not have my appointment. I understand that things happen, but they didnt even bother to try to make up for the mistake. I will not come back, even if they pay me to.
