Evolutions Medical & Day Spa

As a resident in Santa Barbara I was looking randomly to establish a Spa as Go place for my wife, and we found Evaluation probably by chance and we have not done a bad choice!!My wife had a quick Oxygen facial and she loved every bit of it. I like that even without an appointment, they could able to accommodate her and did a fantastic job.We are thinking of going for a Silver / Gold membership.

I can’t believe I’m a Santa Barbara resident , born and raised and I haven’theard of this wonderful place ! Excellent service , excellent care . I left on cloud nine which is what I expect from a spa. I got a facial and before I left , I was already planning my next visit. They attune your service to you and make sure your needs are met . I would definitely recommend and I would definitely visit again. I was able to sauna for a little and take a quick shower before leaving. 10/10 my new favorite spot .

The customer service at Evolutions Medical & Day Spa is unparalleled in comparison to that of any other Santa Barbara med spa Ive visited. The team is incredibly competent and ensures that every procedure is performed out in a comfortable and stress-free manner. Recommendation: 10/10. Doctor for botox and filler injector is the best.

Spa membership is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Nothing better. My facial was delightful and I’m looking forward to trying out the medical spa side this week!

I’ve been going to Evolutions Spa for over 6 years now. I have always had great results when seeing Dr. Perkins. He really encourages and creates a natural healthy look, and is a very knowledgeable and kind man. The Spa has a beautiful atmosphere and is very clean. I would highly recommend Evolutions for anyone who is looking for a nice spa day or medical treatment, or both. They are conveniently located downtown by The Riviera Towel Company, which I love. The staff is always friendly, I would highly recommend Evolutions Spa.

My two daughters and I had a day at evolutions day spa. I can’t begin to say what a great experience each of us had. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very professional and accommodating. Each one of our treatments were exceptional, exactly what we wanted and more! If you plan on going to SB for a spa treatment I highly recommend Evolutions. You will not be disappointed. I believe you will find it to be the best you will ever have.

I have been going to Evolutions for many years, and I will keep coming back because it is the best medical spa in town by far. The nurses and estheticians are professional, clear with their explanations of services, and friendly. The front desk people are all wonderful. The prices are reasonable, and the services offered are vast. I visit both the medical spa as well as the day spa for different services. Both are always clean, comfortable and relaxing. Will I be back? Heck yeah, I will!

I love Evolutions! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Jennifer), the Day Spa where I get facials and massage is peaceful and lovely. Polly is my go to gal for treatments in the Medical Spa. She is awesome and makes sure my filler looks natural. I look forward to every visit!

Every time I go to Evolutions Day Spa, I am very well cared for and always leave feeling rejuvenated. The environment is relaxing and the sauna and tea lounge provide added benefit to my treatments. I normally see Helena, who is knowledgeable and very attentive; always giving an amazing facial. I have enjoyed every treatment Ive received there, and I cant say enough about how good my skin looks and feels after the Signature facial. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Im always quite happy with the service at Evolutions. Ive had several treatments there by different people, and each was attentive and skilled. I was however, disappointed in the results of the Blue Peel, and would not recommend it. I am especially impressed with Dr. Perkins, who seems absolutely tireless and always so friendly. Hes running an excellent business.

I have been a client of Evolutions Medical Spa for a few years. The entire staff is exceptional . Nancy Moharram has been helping me with several procedures, she ensures that your service is personalized and effective . Nancy cares about her clients, and because of her experience she makes sure the clients medical spa goals are met. Nancy is very detailed oriented and knows what is best for her clients. Additionally , during COVID-19, the entire office has adopted a highly detailed safety protocol to stop the spread, while maintaining a relaxing environment for their clients. At evolutions medical spa you are in good hands. I highly recommend it . thank you !

Update Dec 2020.... After a positive initial experience with Evolutions (2019 review as below) I remained on their mailing list and was excited to take advantage of their offer for a Botox discount in Dec 2020. After going through a laborious process of signing more contracts and terms & conditions statements than I could count I finally got to their booking page, entered my available dates and then got a reply saying not confirmed cant accept these dates (even though it said it was available when I booked) so I did it again and again I got denied (even after offering multiple dates) felt like a run-around so Im no longer a fan / have gone elsewhere for this service... pityA fantastic experience, as I guy I always feel nervous about visiting these types of places but the staff were totally non-judgemental, engaging and friendly. I went for a consult which was super efficient, after that I was unexpectedly offered the procedure / no need for another appointment, great to get it all done so quickly, results are great too so Im a very happy customer and would recommend this Spa to others, keep-up the great work Evolutions :-)

I look forward to my monthly facial with Mimi she always does an excellent job. I also had tattoo removal preformed here after going some where else for over a year my tattoo had only faded. I came to Evolutions Medical & Day Spa and in 2 treatments it was gone! Everyone working at Evolutions is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend giving Evolutions Medical & Day Spa a try.

Nice, relaxing spa. I needed more of a medical massage, but Danny was still great and felt very relaxed after. The only thing I’ll say is I specifically mentioned a part of my back that needed extra focus and he didn’t really do that - did more of a full body typical to a spa massage.

Evolutions Day Spa is AMAZING! It is such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little time to relax and unwind. It is conveniently located right off of lower State St and is also near Yoga Soup. (For all you Yogis) The staff is very friendly and before or after an appointment you are welcome to use their Sauna which is a nice treat!

Dr. Perkins and team are THE BEST! There is not enough to say but in one hour the Dr. took 10 years off my face :) The consultation and procedures were exceptional.But more importantly, in the limited time I spent, the culture of caring and love from the staff and the Dr. made for the best experience, inside and out! I’m so glad I went to this all day spa in Santa Barbara. A friend of mine recommended this spa as a great anti aging spa. I did not know they also offered laser hair removal, I will be returning for a hair removal treatment and potentially skin rejuvenation package. I was very impressed with the professionalism at this Santa Barbara day spa. This spas treatment of its customers is exceptional!

I’ve been getting Botox for 10 years. 60 units is standard for me, I moved to Santa Barbara and went to Evolutions, the practitioner suggested only 18 units.... I was shocked didn’t really think it would be enough....But went with it. This is by far the best results I’ve ever had in all of the years I’ve been doing injections!!!! I am so amazed! Highly recommended evolutions.

I love Evolutions. The staff is always so friendly and the services are wonderful. Ive battled pain for years due to various accidents. Dante is a true healer. In fact I get another massage tomorrow and cant wait. I would (and have) recommend Evolutions to everybody.

My mom and I wanted to have a spa day together. We arrived after having lunch together at Boochies, all healthy and spa-tastic. We started with the 1.5 hour massage and then had the rejuvenating facials. The massages were just amazing and we agreed that we were all noodled out and couldnt be more relaxed. Jill was my masseuse and had some wonderful techniques I hadnt experienced before and Id go to her again! Then we had our great facials. I had some skin care questions and got great advice from Helene my facialist. I was very pleased with my facial and how my skin felt afterwards. It was such a nice experience for my mom and me, from our sauna and chat before we started, to chilling in the relaxing area with cucumber water. It was peaceful and really special.

She is an excellent massage therapist who applied the correct techniques to release chronic stiffness and shoulder pain.The facility is beautifully appointed and a delightful place to enjoy a massage, sauna, or the many other services that they offer.

Ive been a client for years and finally need to hop on and praise their new Ellipse IPL laser for rosacea. I have probably tried EVERY laser in town from too many Drs offices to name so heed my advice when I tell you THIS ONE WORKS! Ive seen Nancy and Kara and both are skilled and give beautiful results.

I have been getting excellent treatment from Allison on the medi spa side for years.Have recently ventured over to day spa side to redeem my membership points. The Sundari Wrap was an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to get Jill, she is truly gifted.I highly recommend the Gold Level VIP Membership, well worth it.Overall, you can count on excellent care and service at Evolutions, without ever being upsold.

I just experienced one of the best massages I have ever had. I am kind of a massage snob and have had a hard time finding my Holy Grail here in SB. Adrienne has great massage technique and intuition. She is also professional and personal, rolled into a cheerful package. There is a receptionist there who is fantastic! Her name is Jennifer and she will answer any questions you might have in regards to the services there or, and (I find this helpful) skin care products that will fit my needs. She has been cheery each and every time that I have been there. I highly recommend checking Evolutions out!

My experience with Evolutions Day Spa was a 10 out of 10 in all ways. I had a Fractional Peel on some smokers lines and was VERY nervous about the procedure. Everyone took extra care and were so kind to calm my fears. Dr. Perkins has been my Dr. for years and the procedure went exactly as he promised and I couldnt be more pleased. My lines were deep (even tho I am not a smoker) from years in the California sun so the procedure took about 60 percent of them away and I am looking forward to having the 2nd half done in Dec. and certainly looking forwar to seeing the great people at Evolutions once again. I have been seeing Dr. Perkins for probably 15 years now, and also have been for peels and minor procedures to his Spa. Really appreciate their professional knowledge, and that they know what they are doing, what will work and what will not. They cant turn back the clock 20 years, but sure can take 5 or more years off your face and looks with various procedures, that do not necessarily involve drastic measures.Will go back any time I have an issued I want to address.Really like Dr. Perkins, super sociable and knows a LOT.

These guys are always great! I see them regularly for laser hair removal and occasionally for a facial or massage! Its a perfect spot for a quick self care session! The people are always lovely and the treatments are always relaxing!

As a person who is well-versed in skin care and aesthetics (esthetician, writing of and teacher of), I was surprised and delighted that I learned something new at my last appointment, that I had NO idea. As per the usual, I was getting Dysport in my forehead and around my eyes (my dermatologist commented that she couldnt believe that I had NO NEW WRINKLES IN TWO YEARS!) Thanks to Dysport. Anyway, Polly the RN, explained to me that the wrinkle in our chin is not the skin (as in acne marks, but rather the shape of the muscle under the skin.) I thought I was going to be able to use a chemical peel to smooth the chin. Turns out that as we age, this muscle on the chin (I think the mentalis) gets bumpier ... and guess what slows that progression?! -- Dysport! So, why Ill enjoy the results in my forehead and around my eyes, now I get it in my chin -- and I love the results!

I love this Spa. I have had fillers done, many, many facials, incredible massages, and never been disappointed. I highly recommend you try evolutions.

I came in to reduce frown lines and maybe add a filler. Susan, the NP, was so kind in explaining filler details (which I hadnt understood): cost, application, expectation, results. I am planning filler for next visit and I can report happily reduced frown lines!
