The store has everything you need. From basics like lighters and papers and disposable puff vapes to all kinds of fanciful E-dab rigs and percolating “water pipes”. I went in and I just wanted to shop and get some info and pricing. The sales associates Tammy and Isabel were helpful, patient and polite despite my bummy attitude. In the end they hooked me up with EXACTLY what I wanted and showed me a bunch of neat stuff I didn’t even know about. I’m def coming back!!!

I went in on Tuesday to actually compare cigarette prices but something lured me to vapes I asked the young lady I think her name was McKenna about a few she was very knowledgeable gave me options I went back on Friday bought a vape the employee Safire sold to me gave me options and explained how it works.I took home after work charged it and did everything but it said OHMS too low so I took this morning the employee Tammy she saw and fixed issue and I was up and puffing told them I’m new at vapes they understood and gave me options on refills I RECOMMEND APEX VERY HIGHLY!!!

When I found out how much money I would save switching from smoking to vaping, the choice was obvious. I completely lucked out choosing Apex Smoke Shop. I went there because the previous store did right by me, Apex is just as good, if not better. Their customer service is second to none. One example was a defective coil. Not only did they replace it, they gave me a discount on juice I lost in the reservoir changing it out. Another time a device I had purchased was leaking through the fabric material of the vape. After quickly contacting the owner contacting the owner, no questions asked they replaced the device completely. Every employee is totally knowledgeable about the great selection in the store. Their prices are very fair, and they even give discounts if you buy a certain amount of something. They effortlessly make sure I walk out of the store satisfied every single time. I happily walk an extra mile from any other shop closer to my house because they are most certainly the best in town.

So, there I was... Lost, broken, in a mid-vape crisis, and without a single shred of hope. Not a solution in sight... I was barely holding on.. I was certain that the end was near. I was sure that nobody would be able to save me from the dilemma of being vapeless... And then out of nowhere comes the amazing Tammy! It was like the clouds in the sky had separated instantaneously while the beautiful rays of sunshine had illuminated her presence in slow motion. I was caught dead in my tracks. The glimmer of hope beaming from her eyes was absolutely crippling. Without even saying one word, I knew I had been rescued. Thank you Tammy for being so awesome. You deserve a raise! ;)

Hey, its a great shop, but unfortunately, I went to this shop this morning and the girl that was working had a terrible attitude she looked like she didnt wanted to work there so I hop the shop speaks with their employees to be more friendly with costumers

A very nice establishment with lots to offer and interesting selection of items.The staff is polite and knowledgeable on all product of sales and i just love the fact that if you write a review they give you a free vape! I Thank you for giving me that treat of gratuity on a level of fine service from the fine establishment in our beautiful town. I thought to myself they seemed to be very competitive in prices on disposable vapes at $ 20 was a bargain and inexpensive and fit my budget.. I was Absolutely Flabbergasted. The same vapes are $27 up the street in my Neighborhood grocery store and i found myself spending too much money and broke😖 I understand they need to make a profit but 300% markup? To get on my bicycle and go for a nice ride in a beautiful town and Buy at Apex and save yourself a lot of money. And thats why I maintain that Apex smoke and vape shop is the place to go to. I Do Support our City and the people of Santa Barbara that are Local here so id like to see everybody who enjoys good product to also come in and Support Apex smoke and vape shop because they have the most Beautiful Women there and productivity,That makes it worth the trip on my bike..

The staff is polite and helpful. My major grievance is with the warranty and prices of the products. First I purchased a vape for $25 and the battery died on the 4th day but the cartridge was more than 75% full and they would not provide any discount or return with receipt and defective Chinese product in hand.I purchased two more vapes after no help with my defective product. The two disposable vapes I purchased have worked great but cost $30 each. I thought to myself they seemed very expensive and I was absolutely right. The same $30 vape are only $12 online at any online retail store. I understand they need to make a profit but 300% markup? Buy online and save yourself a lot of money.

I used to shop quite frequently at both of the Apex locations. I stopped in today to grab a couple of common items and was almost robbed. I managed to see the price sticker in time to avoid being robbed by a retailer. They wanted $75 for a $40 grinder. I normally dont mind a 10% - 20% price increase to support a local business, but they should be ashamed..

My new vape shop! Beautiful store. Awesome selection of juice and vaporizers and any accessories you can think of. The staff is excellent and Jennifer spent a ton of time with me explaining the pros and cons of their salt nic mods. Highly recommended!!

They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want thats even associated with tobacco or cannabis smoking, vaping, incinerating, whatever it is, they have it..
