Green Healthy Massage

When I arrived they only had a male available for massages. They said wait 20 minutes and a female would be here to do the massage. I said ok no problem. When the receptionist arrived I told her I wanted a massage for 2 hrs which was 150 plus 20$ deep tissue now my total is $ 170 plus I gave her 20$ tip. Im now at 190 total. The receptionist says that my 20$ tip is not enough. ARE YOU KIDDIND ME Its my tip first off and Im giving you tip before the massage is even done. Thats unacceptable and awful service.

Unfriendly staff. Massage was 70$ and they asked me to tip $20 before message because I did not bring cash. This would be remotely fine if the actual massage was good but it wasn’t. The masseuse was obviated untrained and was really bad with no pressure at all even after instructions.

Great Place. Very sweet front desk lady. Me and my husband visited for a deep tissue massage. Our beds were heated. Both our therapists Sue and Jason did such a great job. Our bodies were very sore and they worked on our knots. The pressure was perfect. Very professional. Make sure to tip generously as they truly deserve it.

Alice was fantastic, just the right touch and pressure and she found all the painful spots that needed attention. I would recommend Green Healthy Massage to everyone, especially for deep tissue massage and people with lots of aches and pains!

Best massage in the south bay!Tried a bunch of places in the area but none were as satisfying or effective as this one. Not to mention the lovely people.And theyre competitively priced too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic massage, worth way more then the money paid. Massus was fantastic, more then enough pressure, spoke little english but zero problem. Place was super clean, very inviting. Receptionist who took the appointment was very friendly and professional. Despite the online pictures the massage tables do indeed have holes for your face, so no worries there. Only slightly odd bit was the request that undies remain on. Usually its easier for the massus to do their worth without bulky underwear on. Perhaps thats a requirement for the area. In all a fantastic experience for very little money.

Around 2-3 years ago, this place was run by a much nicer gentleman who didnt push customers aggressively for tips. He was courteous, and the masseuses also had a very pleasant mindset. In many ways, this made you want to tip more - simply because of the kindness and manners.But now, its all changed. Its run by a quite aggressive woman who pushes deep tissue massage which...I learned only after reading the tiny black print on the menu is $10 extra. She also pushes extremely hard for tip money - which is COMPLETELY optional and NEVER mandatory.Now the establishment has a conniving aura of heavy manipulation. The massages feel good, but knowing after youre facing this haggler of a front desk lady completely destroys the peace and restoration you longed for so badly.Im sorry this place had to turn into this. I...would go somewhere else. Forever.

Had hoped for better. masseuse wasnt good and kept rubbing over my spine and not actually catching any of the sore and tight spots i know are there and easy to find. was told over phone prior it was 70 for tuina/推拿., chinese muscle massage, when i went to pay i was told it was additional 10 for deep tissue even though at time of calling i had specifically requested the same and was told it was 70. so it went to 80 and then she asked how much to tip so i said 16, a 20% tip, way more than what i would give based off the massage but when i said that she then asked me to why not just round it off to 100. wont be going back.

They wanted more tips beyond 20% for average massage.

Great and professional service and clean facilities! Sunny and Jason gave my cousin and I very good massages. They were able to accommodate us on short notice and the front desk was so kind!

Sadly, it turned out to be the absolute worst attempt at relaxation and well-being Ive ever endured.Upon making an appointment with Alice over the phone, I was escorted to the first room upon my arrival. While the massage starting 5-8 minutes late seemed like a minor inconvenience, it became an ominous sign of what was to come. The same lady who had been attending to the front desk was my masseuse, and the lack of professionalism soon became apparent.A mere 10 minutes into the massage, the phone rang, and she answered it while continuing to massage me. It was incredibly unprofessional, and that was just the beginning. She was interrupted again to attend to a guest who walked in, and then by yet another phone call, followed by two more. The interruptions continued with casual chit-chat with her fellow colleague.The entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Towards the end, I asked her to stop, but she seemed utterly clueless and continued regardless.My frustration reached its peak upon leaving when she had the audacity to ask, What, no tip? Her complete lack of awareness was astounding.Please be aware that though they advertise a rate of $60/hr, there is an upcharge of an additional $10.00 for a deep tissue massage. This is something they should make clear, but I was not informed until I arrived.In a place with so many better and kinder options, I cannot emphasize enough how subpar this establishment is.You have been warned. Avoid Green Healthy Massage at all costs.

Excellent massage! My masseuse was a master at her art, and the walk on you experience was really good and relaxing. Being close to my work place, I can definitely see this turning into a weekly visit :)

I had Alice for a 1hr deep tissue and WOW did she deliver. I asked her to use all the pressure she had and by the end of it, I can tell she had more strength but I was tapping out already. Probably the best massage ever after having dozens! Highly recommended

Fantastic massage. I asked to drop the pressure a bit and he totally got it. The massage room was clean and relaxing. Would definitely go back. Massage was $70 for 1 hour and I left a $20 tip. He deserved it. They also accommodated me last minute.

I have been searching for a great massage place for awhile and hands down, this is the best. The entrance is well decorated and clean. The rooms are quiet, clean, great aroma, and music was calming. The staff is amazing.Nicole was my masseuse and she was amazing. I told her the areas I would like to be focused on and she listened. She was very professional and diligently worked through every part of my body. So far this is the only massage place I was glad to give a $20 tip.Definitely recommend this place

Great massage but when I paid, I asked for change so I could leave a 20% tip. The lady at the desk told me to leave a 25% tip. I left feeling my 20% wasn’t appreciated.

Others reviewed and mentioned this, but I agree, the front desk lady is rude, pushy, and unprofessional. I will not be returning, terrible practice of conning people into over 20% tip. Note to her and the owners establishment, tips are optional. If you disagree, then pay your people fair wages and include it in your rates.

I called the day of, as I woke up with bad back pain. They had a spot in the PM, and I took it. The masseuse was very professional and frequently checked in on the strength I can handle. After the session, I had a great relief of the tension in my back and shoulder areas. The tension on my neck was also relived. Glad to have found this place, and would enjoy visiting them again later on. I had the 1 hour massage ($70) and I left a $30 tip for the masseuse.

The front desk would give you an awful attitude if you dont give the tip they want and 20% should have been good enough for massage services. The massage is just okay and I have had better. In fact, customers are not obligated to give tips and it should be viewed as a nice gesture to appreciate the therapists. The business would have grown better if they change the front desk staff to stop driving customers away like this and I personally just dont feel comfortable to go back. I heard this place have been opening for a while but I also noticed that theyve increased $10 per service in the last two years. It used to be $45 and now with the $55 base price plus tips they ask you to pay for, you can easily find other better options with just a few bucks more.

I have been going to this place since last 5 years. But tuk a break and went last week and massage was good but 0 rating for the management.. the lady in the reception literally forced me to give a 20$ tip! I had put a 20% tip i.e $15 for a 1 hour massage but still that lady forced me to put a $20.. Just for the management to know, tips are always the customers choice and they give it based on their convenience and no one can force u to give that!!! I wud say, they have literally lost a customer!!

This place is simply incredible. Their masseuses are the best I have ever experienced (and I have had a lot of massages) and they always leave me feeling better and so relaxed. I have tons of painful knots on my back and they are the only ones that can actually alleviate them and not cause me any pain. Eva is simply an angel! They are always clean, polite and kind. I love this place and greatly recommend!

Very unprofessional and bad service. I had an appointment and called them to let them know I am on my way (before time), the lady on the phone told me only male masseuse is available, however when I had called them to book an appointment I had mentioned specifically for a female masseuse.When told them I had asked for female masseuse only, the lady on the phone just said, ok then maybe next time and hung up the phone.

The worst massage I have got. Dont ever get a Massage from Ken, ever. He doesnt now know how to give one and simply elbows with all the force hes got. This ruined my back and even after a week I can feel the pain. I did not even let him complete the massage as it was too painful and he would not reduce pressure/stop. I left midway after getting fed up. They have the gall to ask for tips after that.... never visiting again! The hot towels they insist they put on the end to remove the oil smells like raw chicken.... I dont know my back will ever heal from this pain!They dont even deserve one star.

A massage that is most effective. I try to go see Flora every two weeks. I get very deep tissue , walk on back, knees and elbows. It hurts an the time , but is so worth it. Very happy I found G.H.M.

Came in for a same day appointment. The massage therapist who worked on me was Alice (?) and she asked if I wanted it to be light, medium, or hard. I went for hard and it did not disappoint. I actually had to tap out at some point when she was working on my thighs. She walked and jumped all over my back with her knees, feet, and big toes (fantastic if you enjoy hearing your joints crack!). One hour is $55 before tip. I think my only criticism is that it didnt seem like a full hour; my sister went in for an appointment 15 min before I did, but I finished before her. Nevertheless, it was a very thorough and satisfying massage.

Had a great massage here. Wondered what the rails near the ceiling were for until the massage therapist asked me if it was OK to walk on me... it was more than OK because she did better using her weight and feet that most massage therapists can do with their hands.Their price is fair and in one hour she was able to work out most of my kinks and pains from the last 6 months of my heavy hiking and backpacking activities!I highly recommend this place!

This was fantastic! Jason healed me from many months of overworking my body. Very clean, peaceful atmosphere and experienced staff. I dont live up here but I will revisit Jason next time Im here.

This place has the most terrible service for scheduling appointments. They only take appointments for current day and NOT the next day which is so strange. I am more comfortable with a female masseuse and I requested for one. They said none are available and asked me to call up and check next day morning for availability. I contacted next day morning as soon as they open. Same story! No female masseuse available and they asked to call again the next morning to check. Is this some joke? Why can they not take appointments in advance. Very disappointed. Waste of time and will never come here for any service.

I called and made a reservation the day before, and it was not in the system, but they were able to accommodate me. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because they propped the front door open. Also, they do not close the door to your room during the massage, they pull a privacy curtain closed instead. I could hear the road traffic from outside and people talking in the lobby so wasnt able to fully relax.

A sudden chilly day caused my joints and back to start singing their painful little song.I am a visitor to the bay area with little to no knowledge of this region.A quick Google search found me this place, the reviews were great. I called and made an appointment with a very friendly gentleman on the other end.When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The therapist/masseuse was a very friendly and knowledgeable person, though her English was limited she understood the nature of my aches and amply massaged those regions of my back that caused me the most problems.I paid about 55 bucks for an hour and left a 10 dollar tip for the masseuse.I would definitely visit again.

First massage at Healthy Green and my massage was fantastic. I dont give such a high rating unless its deserved, and Selina deserves a top rating. Shes an expert on working out the kinks and tensions...it hurt a bit at times, but it was exactly what I asked for. Paid for a 90min. massage, and I got a continuous 90min. massage. Ill be back!

In A Nutshell:-Guess its time for a review of Green Health Massage after coming here for the past 2+ years.-What I really like about this particular place is that all the masseuses pinpoint all of you trigger spots.-The perfect amount of pressure in-between your back rib cage to the areas around your knee cap releases all of the built-in tension youve accumulated from exercise or stress from life.-The location is easy to find, small parking lot, but you can always find a spot, clean venue and easy check-in.Overall, this is spot is always on my massage rotation. Great place to release tension and feel great afterwards!

I made an appointment by phone, but the other party hung up the phone before I finished speaking. When I arrived, they told me that they would not provide half an hour of service and asked me to leave. Their attitude was cold and it delayed my round trip for 50 minutes. It is not recommended to get their service.

One visit thus far, after darkening the doorways of countless others around the south bay area, and I must say by far The Best! Where do I begin is the real question! Up until arriving here there were so many disappointments, from prepaying for horrible services, being harassed by staff because evidently I inadequately tipped, terribly uncomfortable tables, multiple interruptions, and unsanitary overall premise! Such a pleasant surprise to say the least, from the greeting staff as you enter, certified massage therapists, very very clean interior (yes even the restrooms), comfortable tables, pleasant soft relaxing music, aroma therapy devices, and finally, paying upon completion for requested services with no hassle about tip amount (which btw I gladly came out of pocket $20 in gratuity for (1) hour massage)...Looking forward to our appointments tomorrow! Highly recommend!

This is 5th time I visited this massage place, so far all of the masseuse were incredibly talented they all spoke and understood English and service was great. It was not too hard or soft on the pressure just right is how I would describe. Also their price is fair enough compare to other similar shops.

Worst massage ive ever had. Basically some clueless guy elbowing you for 40 mins until you get fed up and leave early. Seems like they dont know how to massage. And the hot towels they give you afterwards smell like old chicken soup, gross. 1/10 wasted 80 bucks

Ken provides an amazing massage. His strength is incredible. No one can press out the tension and knots as hard as he does. He almost makes me scream sometimes but it is so worth as my whole body feels like butter afterwards.

My massage therapist knew acupressure which I loved. My massage is what I needed. I was so tense from stress, I couldnt even relax. But my massage had so much pressure it helped relieve pain.

Im here on business and had a knot in my back that was causing my left arm to go numb. Went here strictly based on reviews and saw Ken. This was hands down THE BEST massage that I have ever had.

Ken is very nice and always welcomes you with a smile. All the staff are good ,but my favs are Alice and Ken. The bed is soo warm and cozy,the music is so calming and peaceful. The price is a little bit high, but I guess thats because of the location they are in.
